Good evening, beloved friends and brethren present here in Buenos Aires, Argentina; and also those that are gathered in different nations on this occasion there in Puerto Rico and other nations. May the blessings of the Angel of the Covenant be upon all of you and upon myself as well. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
We read in First of Chronicles, chapter 28, verses 4… verse 3 and on, where it says… Let us begin on verse 2:
“Then David the king stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my people: As for me, I had in mine heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building:
But God said unto me, Thou shalt not build an house for my name, because thou hast been a man of war, and hast shed blood.
Howbeit the Lord God of Israel chose me before all the house of my father to be king over Israel for ever: for he hath chosen Judah to be the ruler; and of the house of Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father he liked me to make me king over all Israel:
And of all my sons, (for the Lord hath given me many sons,) he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of the Lord over Israel
And he said unto me, Solomon thy son, he shall build my house and my courts: for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.
Moreover I will establish his kingdom for ever, if he be constant to do my commandments and my judgments, as at this day.
Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the congregation of the Lord, and in the audience of our God, keep and seek for all the commandments of the Lord your God: that ye may possess this good land, and leave it for an inheritance for your children after you for ever.
And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the Lord searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.
Take heed now; for the Lord hath chosen thee to build an house for the sanctuary: be strong, and do it.”
May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand it.
“THE THRONE AND KINGDOM OF THE SON OF DAVID.” That will be out subject of Bible study for next Sunday, God willing; but tonight we will have a short introduction to this subject.
In verse 5 of this chapter 28, king David tells us: “And of all my sons, he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of the Lord over Israel.”
The Throne of the Kingdom of God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, is the throne of David, of that earthly kingdom of God in which king David was sitting in, governing or ruling upon Israel for forty years.
The heavenly Kingdom of God and heavenly Throne of God is in Heaven, but the earthly Throne and Kingdom of God is the throne and kingdom of David; and that is why it tells us that God chose Solomon to sit on the throne of the kingdom of Jehovah upon Israel, of the Eternal One. The earthly Throne of the Eternal One, and His Kingdom, is the throne of David and kingdom of David.
In First of Chronicles, chapter 29, verses 22 to 25, says… this was when, for the second time, Solomon was given his vestures [verse 21]:
“And they sacrificed sacrifices unto the Lord, and offered burnt offerings unto the Lord, on the morrow after that day, even a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams, and a thousand lambs, with their drink offerings, and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel:
And did eat and drink before the Lord on that day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him unto the Lord to be the chief governor, and Zadok to be priest.
Then Solomon sat on the throne of the Lord as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.”
Here it tells us that he was given the investiture of the kingdom of the Jehovah, of God, to Solomon for a second time; and it says that he sat on the throne of Jehovah in place of his father David.
It is clear that the Throne of God on Earth is the throne of David, and that the Kingdom of God on Earth is the kingdom of David. That is the way of the Kingdom of God being on Earth, literally.
Now, in the spiritual part, the Kingdom of God is in the human being, inside the human being; and He is as King in His Throne, in the soul, in the heart of each person that believes and follows God.
Now, everyone awaits the physical part of the Coming and establishment of the Kingdom of God on Earth; and see how simple it is: it is the Coming of the Son of Man to His people Israel to restore the Kingdom of David and sit upon the Throne of David; and thus the heir, the Son of David, rule upon Israel and all nations.
As Isaiah, chapter 9 tells us, where it gives us a clear picture of what is going to happen in the end time. Chapter 9, verses 6 to 7 of Isaiah, says:
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”
This is the promise of the one who is going to sit on the Throne of David, and brings the peace for Israel; and peace will extend from Israel for all of humanity. And nations that are friendly with Israel will arise, they will join Israel in that Kingdom and they will receive the blessing of the God of Israel through that Kingdom of David which will be restored; which is the Kingdom of God on Earth, which is promised for the Hebrew people, and for all nations to join this Kingdom, and go to Jerusalem each year to take their offerings, their tithes, their tributes to God.
That is why Israel will become the wealthiest place of planet Earth; let us say, the stock market will be in Jerusalem. The financial part of the Kingdom, the economical part, the political part, the academical part, the religious part, will be administered from there; everything will be administered from Jerusalem. Therefore, Israel has a very great promise, which will be fulfilled in the Last Day, in this end time.
Hosea says in chapter 6, that in the third day God will resurrect them. It is a spiritual resurrection, a spiritual awakening which comes for the Hebrew people in this end time. And it says that everyone will know God; and it also says that “in that day shall there be one Lord, and His Name one.” That is in Zechariah, chapter 14, verse 9.
And it also says that “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” [Habakkuk 2:14] The glory of God will be manifesting Itself in the midst of the Hebrew people and carrying out the promises that He has made for Israel, which are in the promises given to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, the tribes of Israel, and through the prophets in different occasions.
The complete fulfillment of the promises of God for the Hebrew people will be fulfilled in the restoration of the Throne of the Kingdom of David on this Earth, in the midst of the Hebrew people. That is the great blessing, promised for the Jews for this end time. The greatest blessing that any nation has, belongs to Israel.
Therefore, it is important to pray for Israel, bless Israel. “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee.” (Genesis, chapter 12, verse 1 to 3).
Blessing Israel also means, for the one that does it, the blessing of God coming to the person. If it is a nation, the blessing of God also comes to that nation.
Therefore, THE THRONE AND KINGDOM OF THE SON OF DAVID is the greatest promise there is for the Hebrew people, for the Jews, because it is there where the Prince of Peace, the Anointed One, the Yeshua that Israel awaits, will restore the Kingdom of God on Earth. And all of those blessings spoken for the Jews will turn into a reality. They will no longer go to sleep worried of a terrorist attack, but rather they will sleep peacefully, because the Prince of Peace, the Son of David, will bring peace for Israel; and peace will pass on from Israel to all the nations that will exist in the Kingdom of the Son of David – the Son of David, in the earthly Kingdom of God.
Therefore, the Son of David, the Son of Man, will bring those promises. The Son of Man, in chapter 7 of Daniel appears receiving the power, the glory and the Kingdom to restore the Kingdom of God on Earth in the midst of the Hebrew people or Jewish people; and from there, rule, not only upon the Hebrew people, but upon all nations
