The One Who Announces Peace

Good morning, beloved friends and brethren present, ministers and congregations present, and also in other places of the Republic of Paraguay, and in other nations of Latin America, in the Caribbean, North America, Canada, and other nations. May the blessings of Christ the Angel of the Covenant, be upon all of you and upon myself. And may He open the Scriptures to us and our hearts in order to comprehend His Word relevant to this end time. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

I am grateful to everyone for your support of the Paraguay 2016 Summit these past few days here in Asuncion, Paraguay.

On this occasion, let’s read in Isaiah chapter 52, verse 6 and on; and chapter 61, verse 1 to 3. And the Word of the Lord says the following in Isaiah 52, verse 6 and on:

Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the Lord shall bring again Zion.

Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the Lord hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.

The Lord hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.”

And in Isaiah chapter 61, verse 1 and on, says:

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.”

May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to comprehend It. Today, Sunday, October 9, 2016, the Bible School and Bible Study is: “THE ONE WHO ANNOUNCES PEACE.”

Peace is brought by justice. Christ the Messiah, is the Prince of Peace promised in Isaiah chapter 9: the Christ, the anointed One, the Messiah. And it says the following in chapter 9 of Isaiah, verses 6 and on:

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

Now, the promise is that the Prince of Peace, the Messiah is the One who will bring peace to Israel and to all humanity, because He is our Peace, and He in His First Coming, by means of His Sacrifice on Calvary’s Cross, He carried out His Work of Redemption, and through that Work we were reconciled to God with His Blood, and He broke down the middle wall of partition between Gentiles and Jews. [Ephesians 2:14] And now, out of two people–Jews and Gentiles–He has made one people, which is the people of the New Covenant, also called the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has been and is in the New Covenant covered with the Blood of the New Covenant, the Blood of Christ through the Spirit of Christ, which is the Life of the Blood; and consequently, it is Christ, the Messiah, who announced peace in His First Coming, and who will also announce peace in His Second Coming to establish the Kingdom of the Messiah, to establish David’s Kingdom, to restore David’s Kingdom and David’s Throne on Earth.

Therefore, just as He sent the forerunner John the Baptist for His First Coming, and thereafter He appeared to carry out the Work of Redemption, and for the end time He must fulfill the second part of Isaiah 61, where it says:

“…To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord (He did that in His First Coming), and the day of vengeance of our God.

That is what He will announce to humanity: the Day of Vengeance, the day in which the judgments of the Great Tribulation will come, the day in which the plagues will fall upon the human race. Therefore, He will come as a Judge for the blessing of His people, speaking about peace, and about the restoration of the Kingdom of David, in which God will give peace to Israel and to all humanity; but also speaking about the Divine Judgment of the Great Tribulation that will come upon humanity, which is called “the Day of Vengeance of our God,” because in His Second Coming He comes as a Lion, as a Judge, and as King over all the Earth.

Therefore, just as He was known by His disciples in His First Coming by fulfilling the promises relevant to His First Coming as the Lamb of God… When John saw Him, John the Baptist said: “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” [St. John 1:29.] He came as a Lamb to be sacrificed in order take away the sin of the world. John the Baptist said: “I knew him not, but he that sent me to baptize said to me: Upon whom thou shalt see the Holy Spirit descending, the same is He.” John said: “And I saw Him.” John the Baptist knew who the Messiah was.

And those who heard John, many of them then followed Jesus; and when some of them would come to Jesus, they would say: “You are the Christ.” They recognized Him because He was fulfilling the things that the Messiah the Prince would carry out in His First Coming.

That is how the Messiah would be known. He did not have to say to them: “I am the Messiah”, but rather, the individual had to see, he had to know the Messianic promises, he had to know about them; and upon seeing a man fulfilling those promises, the person had to know that that was the Messiah.

That is what happened with some of the disciples of Jesus, they said to Him: “You are the Messiah, You are the Christ.” That is also how it will also be in the Second Coming of Christ. Therefore, it is in our best interest to know the Messianic promises of and for the Second Coming of Christ, “For the Son of Man…” Christ said in Saint Matthew chapter 16, verses 24 to 29: “For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with His angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.” And then, in Saint Matthew chapter 17, He took them to Mount Transfiguration and was transfigured before them (before Peter, James, and John), and Moses and Elijah appeared on each side of Jesus, speaking to Him. That is the Order for the Second Coming of Christ.

In other words, they were translated in vision to what the Coming of the Son of Man would be at the Last Day. Elijah and Moses will be seen with the Lord. Of which we cannot speak much about, at the time, to avoid imitations; but it’s necessary to know which are the promises, the prophesies for the Coming of Christ at this end time, so that when we see them being fulfilled, we can say: “This is it. This is the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels.”

What Christ spoke about the most regarding the Last Day, was about the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels. The Angels are the Two Anointed Ones, they are the Two Olive Trees of Zechariah chapter 4, verses 1 to 14 (those two olive branches), and of Revelation chapter 11, verses 1 to 14. The mystery of the Second Coming of the Lord with His Angels is contained there, (in those Scriptures) but it is a mystery which will not be fully understood until it is opened by the Lord Himself, according to His Order for revealing the mysteries of God; but once it is fully opened, we will have the Seventh Seal opened, we will have the Coming of the Lord with His Angels at sight. And that is when we will fully understand what the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels in the end time, is.

When we see Him with His Angels calling and gathering His elect, which are one hundred and forty-four thousand, we must then have our ears open, and with our eyes wide open, and we will realize that something is happening; because this is the time for these promises to be fulfilled. Some tried in other times, but since it was not the time, those promises could not be fulfilled; but since the time has arrived, God is the One who will fulfill them.

It will not be a human work. In the Scripture we had it says: “The zeal of the Lord will perform this,” when it speaks about the child who would be born, when it speaks about the Prince of Peace: “The zeal of the Lord will perform this,” because God watches over His Word, He watches over what He has promised in order to perform it. In other words, God does not forget what He promised, nor does He change it. He doesn’t say: “I am no longer going to give them that blessing. I will change that blessing for another one.” He thought it out well before offering it; therefore, He will do it, because God is not a man, that He should lie. [Numbers 23:19.]

We are in the most glorious time of all times, and the thing is that we were given the best time of all times.

The struggles are spiritual and mental; but what do you prefer: spiritual struggles or living during a time when people were cast to the lions, to hungry lions? In other words, we were given the best time of all times. We live in a time parallel to the time of the First Coming of Christ.

And since it’s a time parallel to that time, we are living in a Cornerstone Age, a stage in which the manifestation of the Lord in His Coming will be as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords in His Reclaiming Work. That is why in Revelation chapter 5, He takes the Book, and then He opens It in Heaven, and brings It open to Earth to give It to a man on Earth, who is represented and typified in John the Apostle; because John the Apostle represents the Church and the messengers of the Church of each stage of the Mystical Body of Christ.

Therefore, for this end time, just as John saw the Mighty Angel descend from Heaven with the little Book open, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ along with the messenger that Christ has for His Church at this end time, they will see the Mighty Angel descending from Heaven with the little Book open and they will hear Him crying out as when a Lion roars and Seven Thunders uttering their voices. In other words, they will see Him and will hear Him speaking to His Church as He did in each of the ages, but in this end time He will be speaking consecutively.

And what will He be speaking to His Church about? About the Seventh Seal, because the Voice of the Seven Thunders reveals the mystery of the Seventh Seal to give the believers faith to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, all His believers who will be alive and will be changed; and those who died, He will bring them with Him in His Coming and He will resurrect them in eternal and glorified bodies.

Therefore, let’s be prepared and holding on tight to Christ. Remember that Reverend William Branham said that the Seventh Seal is the Coming of the Lord, and that it will be fulfilled in a simple manner, in simplicity, as was the First Coming of Christ: in simplicity.

Remember that it was fulfilled—His First Coming was fulfilled—and the majority of the people did not know what was happening: a young man who began His ministry at about 30 years old, being baptized by John the Baptist.

The time had come, the time to begin His ministry had come; and that is why the one who would introduce Him was present as well: John the Baptist, the forerunner of the First Coming of Christ, who spoke about the Messiah and His Coming, and he would also say: “There standeth one among you, whom ye know not.” [John 1:26.] It was the Messiah. They could have told him: “But He is your cousin…” They were relatives. Regardless if He was his cousin or not, He was the Messiah, He was the anointed One, the Christ. The Messianic prophecies relevant to the First Coming of the Messiah were being fulfilled in Him and through Him.

Therefore, the Coming of the Messiah, the Coming of the Lord for the end time will fulfill [the prophecies] that pertain to the Second Coming. And He will also come announcing the Day of Vengeance of our God. That is why Jesus stopped and He did not read: “And the Day of Vengeance of our God,” because that is for this end time, and it will be published, it will be preached under the Feast of the Trumpets.

The Feast of the Trumpets is the first Feast that the Messiah will fulfill. Then, it is followed by the Feast of Atonement, revealing the Atonement, making the Atonement known so that Israel obtains mercy. And then the Feast of the Tabernacles, which is the Millennial Kingdom. It is simple as that. Those are the three Feasts that will be fulfilled at this end time.

He will know the Feasts that He must fulfill, and what He should speak. And when He speaks it, then everything that was promised will be materialized, and we will see how each thing will fall into place, we will see how each prophecy relevant to the end time will blend together with the other; everything will blend together to form a picture of what the Lord has promised to do in the end time, in His Coming.

The most glorious thing of all is that He will resurrect His believers who have died in glorified bodies, and He will transform His believers who are alive, and there will be a full manifestation of God’s Power for a short period of time, in which God will shake this world, and then He will take His believers with Him (already glorified), to the House of our Heavenly Father for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

And there in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, Christ and His Church will be invested as King and Queen, so then to… And there, they will be united and invested, and they will have the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. And after the Great Tribulation, we will return with Him for the establishment of the Kingdom of God on Earth, called David’s Kingdom, which will be restored, as well as the Throne of David (which will be restored), because God’s Throne on Earth is David’s Throne. Therefore, there will be a Son of David, a sprout, a root.

Christ said: “I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright and morning star.” Therefore, there will be a restoration of the Kingdom and Throne of David for the blessing of the Hebrew people, for the blessing of Christianity, for the blessing of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, and for every human being that will live in that Kingdom, where peace will flow like a river in and throughout all nations.

There is where there will be everlasting peace, during that Millennial Kingdom; and there is where war weapons will become working tools. After that, the Judgment Day will come and then we will completely enter into eternity. After the Millennium, there will be a period of time for the Final Judgment, and then we will enter into eternity; and the Throne of God will be on Earth; the Throne of God and the Throne of the Lamb will be on Earth.

This means that the Earth will become the center of the universe, it will become the capital of the universe. In other words, the Earth is more important than what we can imagine. That is why we must protect it, that is why we must strive in favor of the Earth: because God has a purpose with it. God is very zealous over the Earth.

Notice what is says in Revelation chapter 11, verses 15 and on. It says:

And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.”

In other words, all the kingdoms of the world will be given to the Lord, all nations will belong to the Kingdom of God. All the nations will be, let’s say, confederated, as a single Kingdom, and ruled by the Messiah the Prince.

And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,

Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.”

That is the sentence for those who destroy the Earth, and that passage also contains the blessing for those who love the Lord, the ones who believe in Him.

And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.” (That is the judgment proceeding from the heavenly Throne.)

Now we can see the Divine Judgment that will fall upon the Earth on the Day of Vengeance of our God during the Great Tribulation; but we can also see the blessing there is for all the believers in Christ who have been washed in the Blood of Christ, who have been redeemed by the Lord.

For this end time, parallel to the First Coming of Christ, where He proclaimed the acceptable year of the Lord, parallel to that, in this end time, the announcement, the Message of the Day of Vengeance of our God will be given; because that is what Isaiah chapter 61, verse 1 to 3 says.

Therefore, we will be hearing about the plagues that will fall upon the Earth, which will materialize; but we hold on to the words of blessing to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

THE ONE WHO ANNOUNCES PEACE.” He will be announcing peace to all the believers. He will be announcing peace for the Kingdom of God on Earth. He will be announcing peace for the Jews. He will be announcing peace and also the blessings there will be in the Kingdom of the Messiah.“THE ONE WHO ANNOUNCES PEACE.”

We will discover it when we hear him announcing peace, speaking about peace in the Kingdom of the Messiah, which the Messiah will bring in His Coming, in the establishment and restoration of David’s Kingdom and David’s Throne.

Let’s be alert, may we not overlook that promised blessing. We should identify him through the Word. Therefore, let’s be prepared, holding on tight, just as Jacob held onto the Angel and did not let Him go; and the Angel said to him: “Let go of me, let me go, because the day is breaking. I have to go!” In this end time, He must also leave in the rapture to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Therefore, Jacob, who is type and figure of Israel, type and figure of the one hundred and forty-four thousand who will hold on tightly when they see the Angel coming… the Angel that said to Jacob there: “Let me go, for the day breaketh.” In other words: “It is dawning and I have to go.” Jacob would say to Him: “I will not let You go: “I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.” [Genesis 32:26.] Jacob was fighting for God’s blessing,

That is what Jacob, the one hundred and forty-four thousand Hebrews, twelve thousand from each tribe, will do: they will hold on to the Angel. And the Two Olive Trees will be there: Moses and Elijah.

All of that will be fulfilled. Therefore, we will see that part soon: Israel, the twelve tribes, the one hundred forty-four thousand looking for the Angel. For what? So that the Angel blesses them.

We are in the correct time for the fulfillment of these prophecies. Therefore, that Angel is the One who announces peace for Israel and for all of humanity, because the true and everlasting peace will come in David’s Kingdom, in the Kingdom of the Messiah once it is restored on Earth. There is where true peace will be found, in the meantime, there are wars and rumors of wars.

People always work hard to decrease the problems of war, rumors and wars as much as possible, but the everlasting peace will be in the Kingdom of the Messiah, as Isaiah chapter 9, verses 6 to 7 says. And we are in the precise moment for the fulfillment of all these prophecies.

And what is the Lord waiting for in order to fulfill everything that is left? For the last elect to enter into the Mystical Body of Christ, and for Christ to intercede for him and to cleanse him from all sin with His Blood, and to bring forth the new birth in the person, and then the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be completed. Then, Christ will leave the Throne of Intercession, where He is as High Priest, and will become the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the King of kings and Lord of lords, and He will make His Reclaiming Work.

When He reclaims us is that we will receive our transformation, and the believers in Christ who have died will be resurrected in glorified and eternal bodies; because Christ will reclaim eternal physical Life with physical glorified bodies like the one He has. He reclaims a glorified body for us which He has promised for all of us; and that is the redemption of the body, the physical adoption as sons and daughters of God.

If there is someone who has not yet received Christ, you may do so at this time and we will be praying for you so that Christ receives you in His Kingdom, forgives you, and with His Blood cleanses you from all sin, and you be baptized in water in His Name, and may Christ baptize you with the Holy Spirit and Fire, and bring forth the new birth in you. For which you can come to the front here or in the place, city, country, or auditorium where you may be, so that you are included in the prayer we will be making for everyone who is receiving Christ as only and sufficient Savior.

There is a glorious future for everyone who receives Christ as his only and sufficient Savior. It is a future of eternal Life in the Kingdom of the Messiah, in the Kingdom of Christ promised for all His believers. There in that Kingdom, we will truly experience peace and happiness: complete peace and happiness; because the enemy will be bound for one thousand years; therefore, he will not be able to act, he will not be able to take away peace until one thousand years have passed.

Let’s stand to pray for the people who are coming to the Feet of Christ our Savior.

With our eyes closed and heads bowed:

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ bringing unto Your presence all these people who are receiving Christ as their only and sufficient Savior. Receive them in Your Kingdom. I pray to You in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Now, repeat this prayer after me which I will make for all of you:

Lord Jesus Christ, I heard the preaching of Your Gospel and Your Faith was born in my soul, in my heart.

I believe in You with all my soul. I believe in Your First Coming. I believe in Your death on Calvary’s Cross as the Sacrifice of Atonement for our sins.

I give public testimony of Your Faith in me and of my faith in You, and I receive You as my only and sufficient Savior. I believe in Your Name as the only Name under Heaven, given among men whereby we must be saved.

I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I need a Savior. I give public testimony of Your faith in me and of my faith in You, and I receive You as my only and sufficient Savior. I pray that You forgive my sins and with Your Blood may You cleanse me from all sin, and may You baptize me with the Holy Spirit and Fire after I am baptized in water in Your Name, and bring forth the new birth in me. I pray to You in Your Eternal and glorious Name, Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Water baptism is typological. Water does not take away sin, it is the Blood of Christ that cleanses us from all sin; however, water baptism is a commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ. He said: “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” (Saint Mark 16, verse 15 to 16.)

Even Christ Himself was baptized by John the Baptist. John did not want to baptize Him but Jesus said to him: “It becometh us to fulfil all righteousness,” and then he baptized Him. It’s because in water baptism… when He was baptized, we were there as the seed of God: in Him. And when we are baptized in water, we are typologically dying, being buried, and resurrecting; because when an individual receives Christ, he dies to the world, when he is immersed in the baptismal waters, he is typologically being buried, and when he is lifted from the baptismal waters he is being resurrected, resurrected into the Kingdom of God.

Therefore, you may be baptized, and may Christ baptize you with the Holy Spirit and Fire and bring forth the new birth in you. We will continue to see each other eternally in the Kingdom of Christ our Savior.

I leave the minister here to inform you what you must do in order to be baptized in water, and I leave each minister in each country to do the same: to inform you what to do to be baptized in water in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It has been for me a great privilege to be with you on this occasion, testifying to you about the subject of our Bible School: “THE ONE WHO ANNOUNCES PEACE.” He will be the one who will come testifying about the permanent peace. He will be the last prophet.

Remember that “Son of Man” is the title of a prophet. He will be the Son of Man, He will be the manifestation of the Son of Man with His Angels at the end time, as it has been promised.

May God bless you and keep you, and continue having a joyful day or evening filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior.

I leave Reverend Porfirio Tilleria here, and in each country, in each congregation, I leave the minister.

May God bless you and keep you all.

THE ONE WHO ANNOUNCES PEACE.”
