The Church of God receiving the Power of God by faith – Introduction

Good evening, beloved brethren and friends present, ministers and congregations in other countries gathered tonight; and also a very special greeting to missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin, there where he is today.

For this occasion let us read in the book of Acts, chapter 1, verses 1 to 9; and it says in the following way:

“The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,

Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:

To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:

And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.”

May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand it, may He open the Word and open our understanding to comprehend it. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Today we will have the introduction to next Sunday’s Bible school, and the subject is: “THE CHURCH OF GOD RECEIVING THE POWER OF GOD BY FAITH.” That is the subject of the Bible study for next Sunday, of the Bible school; which we will have an introduction to, some words of introduction for the subject we will have next Sunday, God willing.

“THE CHURCH OF GOD RECEIVING THE POWER OF GOD BY FAITH.”

When Christ was on Earth two thousand years ago, He was in His earthly ministry of three and a half years fulfilling the first part of the seventieth week; and the seventieth week of the prophecy of Daniel, chapter 9, consists of seventy weeks; each week being equivalent to seven years. And therefore, the seventieth week has seven years; and of those seven years, Christ in His earthly ministry fulfilled half, the first three and a half years. And after the Day of Pentecost the gap of the Dispensation of Grace for salvation was opened for everyone who believes in Christ as their only and sufficient Savior.

That gap corresponds to the time of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ during the Dispensation of Grace, beginning on the 33rd year, the time of Christ’s death, Christ’s resurrection and the Coming of the Holy Spirit, with which the Dispensation of Grace was inaugurated; which is still in effect, but soon that gap of the Dispensation of Grace will close, and the second part of the seventieth week will be opened for the Hebrew people, that consists of three and a half years remaining for Israel, of God’s Covenant with them.

For the time of the apostles the command was for that time of Age of Cornerstone, the Age of the Coming of Christ, which is the Cornerstone or Capstone coming to the Church of the Old Covenant, to the Hebrew people, which also had seven stages, with their corresponding messengers; of which John the Baptist was the last of the seven messengers for Israel, which was the forerunner of the First Coming of Christ.

About two thousand years have passed from the Day of Pentecost until today, and the Dispensation of Grace is still open, where (as it happened in the past ages) God continues to call and gather His elect of the Last Day, to complete His Church in the Age of the Cornerstone.

And then the Dispensation of Grace will close, where Christ will leave the Throne of Intercession, where He is as High Priest interceding with His Blood for everyone who receives Him as Savior, and cleansing them from all sin. And those that are already in the Mystical Body of Christ, in His Church, forgiving every fault, error or sin, and cleansing them of all sin with His precious Blood, and thus He keeps them clean in His Church.

Therefore, the members of His Church are the Mystical Body of Christ, which has reached the Age of the Cornerstone; just like in the time of Jesus two thousand years ago, they had reached the Age of the Cornerstone. The Chief Cornerstone is Jesus Christ in His First Coming and the Cornerstone is Jesus Christ in His Second Coming. The Coming of the Messiah is the Coming of the Cornerstone.

And the people that was there two thousand years ago, in the time of the First Coming of Christ, were the people who formed the Age of the Cornerstone, where the First Coming of Christ was fulfilled and in which and to which the Holy Spirit came on the Day of Pentecost, who were in the upper room awaiting the fulfillment of the Coming of the Holy Spirit; who would operate the new birth in all the believers in Christ, beginning with the chosen group who followed Jesus Christ in His earthly ministry. They were living in the Age of the Cornerstone of that time because they had the Cornerstone, the First Coming of Christ.

For the Last Day, in the stage of the Cornerstone, the Second Coming of Christ will be fulfilled and the believers in Christ will receive the faith to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Just like at that time they received power as Christ had told them, for this end time we will also receive power to receive a transformation, not only a spiritual transformation, but a physical transformation that is promised in First of Corinthians, chapter 15, verses 49 to 58; and First of Thessalonians, chapter 4, verses 12 and on.

And also in Philippians, chapter 3, verses 20 to 21, where it says the following… And let us read it, so that we have a clear picture of what we are to expect in this end time; because it is important to know what God has promised for the believers in Christ of this end time. Philippians, chapter 3, verses 20 to 21, says:

“For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”

In other words, we have the promise that the Coming of Christ for the Last Day will be to transform our physical bodies, and consequently give us eternal, immortal, glorified bodies like the glorified body He has, which is as young as when He ascended to Heaven.

Reverend William Branham says in an excerpt… here in the book of “Quotations,” page 59, paragraph 597, says the following… This is an excerpt of the Message “The Way of a True Prophet of God,” preached in 1962; says:

“And as Elijah went down to Jordan one day, and struck it (with Elisha) and it parted back, and he crossed over He was with Elisha (he was with Elisha, who never wanted to leave his side).”

Now notice what that means for us at this end time:

“And when we strike Jordan (with Christ) we got one portion, but when we return, we’re coming with two portions. We got Eternal Life, resurrection from sin, now, in righteousness with the Holy Ghost. And then on the return, with Christ, we come back with both physical resurrection, and we already got spiritual resurrection; we have a double portion of it.”

In other words, just as we have received the spiritual resurrection by receiving Christ, being baptized in water in His Name and receiving His Spirit; and we have obtained the new birth, that spiritual resurrection; we will have a physical resurrection, which will be: for those who died, the resurrection in eternal and glorified bodies and young for all eternity, just like the body Jesus Christ has, which is eternal, glorified and young for all eternity; and us who are alive will be transformed, and then we will have that physical resurrection by receiving the transformation of our bodies. It is as simple as that.

In order to receive, the believers in Christ of His Day, after the death of Christ, burial and resurrection of Christ, and after being with Christ resurrected for forty days, appearing to them and talking to them about the Kingdom of God for forty days; then He left, ascended to Heaven; and the Angels, two Angels appeared to the apostles and said to them: “Why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”

Those Angels are the same ones who were at the tomb when Christ was resurrected. We may ask ourselves: “Who are they? What are the names of those Angels?” When we see them we will ask them.

Now, notice that the Angels that minister the Lord, even when He was praying and fasting in the desert, the Angels served Christ, ministering Angels, which accompanied Him in His ministry.

And now, just as a group of believers in Christ was prepared to receive the spiritual resurrection, to resurrect unto a new life, a new Kingdom, to the Kingdom of God, to be born in the Kingdom of God, there will also be a physical resurrection for them and for those who have departed in different stages of the Church; and for those who will not see death, there will be a transformation.

And all of this will be at the Last Trumpet, at the Trumpet of God, Voice of Archangel and Trumpet of God; which is promised in the Scripture, in First of Corinthians, chapter 15, verse 40 to 48 and chapter 14, verse 5 and on; and also chapter 15, verse 20 and on, of First of Corinthians; and First of Thessalonians, chapter 4, verse 12 and on. And also, in chapter 5 of First of Thessalonians, verse 1 and on, speaks to us that we have not been appointed to wrath, but to obtain salvation.

And now, all of this will be, for those who have died in Christ: to be resurrected in glorified, eternal and young bodies; and for us who will be alive, in the stage relevant to this end time, which is the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone, we will be transformed according to the Divine Program. And that will be: “THE CHURCH OF GOD RECEIVING THE POWER OF GOD BY FAITH.”

There the Church will receive the fullness of the power of God. There, in that age, the power of God will be fully manifested; it will give us the faith to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

The faith for the rapture is given by Christ, the Mighty Angel, with the Seven Thunders, His Voice crying out as when a lion roars. Christ speaking in His Coming to His Church in the Last Day with that Voice of Thunder, as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, and revealing the mystery of His Coming to us; because the mystery of the Coming of Christ is contained in the Seven Thunders of Revelation, chapter 10, verse 1 and on.

Therefore, “THE CHURCH OF GOD RECEIVING THE POWER OF GOD BY FAITH” will be present in this end time just like the Church – the believers in Christ two thousand years ago were, where? In the Age of the Cornerstone; and they gathered in the upper room to receive the power of God, and be witnesses of Christ in Jerusalem and in all of Judea and the entire world.

For this end time the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be in the Upper Room of the Age of the Cornerstone, to receive all the power of God, the power of God in all its fullness, to the extent that She will receive Her transformation; and therefore, She will receive all of the power of God promised to be manifested in this end time.

And therefore, She will have the spiritual resurrection, which is the new birth, where she obtains the heavenly body (as it happened in the different Church stages), She receives the new birth; and then, in this end time, she will also receive the transformation of their bodies, because she will be in the Upper Room of the Age of Cornerstone, in which the Year of Jubilee will also be in fulfillment as it was back then, with everything the Year of Jubilee contains.

On the Year of Jubilee the slaves were automatically freed, all those who claimed their freedom. It is also that way spiritually when a person receives Christ as only and sufficient Savior: they go from being a slave in the kingdom of darkness, to being free in the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of Christ.

And in the Last Day they will receive physical freedom, which will be the adoption of every child of God as a child of God, with a glorified and eternal body, which is the adoption or redemption of our physical body, obtaining the redemption of our body, which will be our transformation, where we will obtain the glorified and eternal and glorified body, like Christ, for all of eternity.

Therefore, the Church of God will be in the Upper Room of the Age of the Cornerstone, to receive the faith, and by faith, the power of God, upon receiving her adoption or redemption of the body, where later we will have all the power, like Christ manifested in His eternal and glorified body. Therefore, there is a glorious stage for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, to receive the power of God by faith the in this end time.

Being that the Church is a spiritual Temple, the Age of the Cornerstone is the part of the Most Holy Place of that spiritual Temple. And just as God came in the Pillar of Fire, in Holy Spirit, to the tabernacle that Moses built, and dwelled in the most holy place upon the ark of the covenant, upon the mercy seat, between the two golden cherubims (which we also find in Leviticus, chapter 16, verse 1 to 3); we also find in the temple king Solomon built, that when he dedicated it ⏤just as Moses had dedicated the tabernacle⏤, when Solomon dedicated the temple he built for God in Jerusalem, He came, God descended in the Pillar of Fire, that Cloud of glory and He dwelt in the temple, in the most holy place, between the two cherubims of gold and the two cherubims of olive wood; because that is the most holy place, God’s dwelling place in the temple, according to the time in which that temple was dedicated.

That is how Moses’ tabernacle was dedicated; and the Pillar of Fire came. That is how the temple Solomon built was dedicated; and the Cloud came, the Pillar of Fire, and entered into the temple. And that is how the dedication of the spiritual Temple of Christ will be, where the glory of God will come, God in all His fullness, to dwell in the Most Holy Place of His spiritual Temple, which is the Age of the Cornerstone.

That is God’s dwelling place, that is God’s resting place, that is the place for the Two Olive Trees, the Two Cherubims of gold, the ministries of the Two Olive Trees, the ministries of Moses and Elijah, and the presence of the Lord in the midst of the Two Cherubims and the two Angels or Two Olive Trees or Two Anointed Ones of Zechariah, chapter 4, verse 1 to 14; and Revelation, chapter 11, verse 1 to 14.

All of that is for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of this Last Day, in the Upper Room of the Age of the Cornerstone, in the spiritual Temple of Christ, which is His Church.

Humanity will see the power of God manifested in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, as it was also seen in the ministry of Christ two thousand years ago and as it was seen in the time of the apostles, and as it was seen in the time of the different messengers, like Paul (first messenger of the Church among the gentiles) and the rest of the messengers; and in the ministry of the Holy Spirit in reverend William Branham, who was the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ. That is why he spoke about the Coming of the Messiah, of the Coming of Christ with His Angels. His Angels are the ministries of Moses and Elijah for the Last Day.

For which, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ ascends to the Upper Room of the Age of the Cornerstone, to wait for and receive the power of God, to receive the physical adoption, which will be our transformation. And once we have the new body, we will have the fullness of God in us and the fullness of the power of God.

For which, let us be prepared, because all of that will be fulfilled when the fulfillment of the Vision of the Tent is being seen. That manifestation will be the manifestation of the Third Pull that reverend William Branham saw, which will take place in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, in the stage of the Cornerstone of the Upper Room of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It has been a great privilege for me to be with you in this introduction for the subject of next Sunday’s Bible school: “THE CHURCH OF GOD RECEIVING THE POWER OF GOD BY FAITH.”

If there is anyone here present or in another country, who has not yet received Christ and wants to receive Him at this moment because God has opened your heart to understand, to believe, you may do so at this time, and we will be praying for you. For which, you may come to the front here or wherever you may be on this occasion.

We will be giving a few minutes for the prayer of who will receive Christ as only and sufficient Savior.

The children 10 years of age and older can also come to the Feet of Christ our Savior.

God has many people in all countries, and He is calling them in this end time to place them in His Mystical Body of believers and prepare them for the physical adoption that is to come soon to the believers in Christ in the Last Day, in which we live in. For which, those who have not received Christ can also come to the Feet of Christ, to be placed in the Mystical Body of Christ, which is His spiritual Temple, His Church.

Let us stand to pray for the people who have come to the Feet of Christ in different countries on this occasion.

With our heads bowed and our eyes closed:

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ with all these people who are listening on this occasion. Look at those who have received Christ as their Savior. Receive them in Your Kingdom. I pray to You in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Now, those who have come to the Feet of Christ on this occasion, repeat this prayer after me:

Lord Jesus Christ, I heard the preaching of Your Gospel and Your faith was born in my heart.

I believe in You with all my soul. I believe in Your First Coming. I believe in Your Name as the only name under Heaven, given unto men, whereby we must be saved. I believe in Your death on Calvary’s Cross as the Sacrifice of Atonement for our sins.

I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I need a Savior. I heard the preaching of Your Gospel and Your faith was born in my soul.

I give public testimony of my faith in You and Your faith in me, and I receive You as my only and sufficient Savior. I pray that You forgive my sins and with Your Blood cleanse me from all sins, and baptize me with Holy Spirit and Fire, and bring forth the new birth in me.

I want to be born in Your Kingdom, I want to live eternally with You in Your Kingdom. Make a reality in my life the salvation You won for me at Calvary’s Cross. I pray to You in Your Eternal and glorious Name, Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.

Now, those who have received Christ as their Savior may ask: “When can you baptize me?” Christ said: “Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” [Mark 16:15-16]

For which, you may be baptized; and may Christ baptize you with the Holy Spirit and Fire, and bring forth the new birth in you. And we will continue seeing each other eternally in the Kingdom of Christ our Savior.

The baptism in water does not take away sins. It is the Blood of Christ that cleanses us from all sin, but in the baptism in water we identify ourselves with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection.

That is why the baptism in water in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ is so important, just as it was done by the apostles in the time of Peter, Paul, James, John and other apostles among the Jews, and also among the gentiles. And people still continue to believe in Christ, receiving Christ as their Savior, and being baptized in water in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, as the believers in Christ did two thousand years ago.

Therefore, you may be baptized; and may Christ baptize you with Holy Spirit and Fire, and bring forth the new birth in you. And we will continue to see each other eternally in the Kingdom of Christ, with eternal, immortal and glorified bodies as He has promised; and we will be in the rapture or catching away of the Church and in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in the House of our heavenly Father.

It has been a great privilege for me to be with you on this occasion, in the introduction to the subject of next Sunday’s Bible school, which we will have here, God willing.

May the blessings of Christ, the Angel of the Covenant be upon all of you and upon me as well, may He accompany us on our way, take us back to our homes in peace; and may He help us, may He always open the Scriptures to us and open our understanding in order to comprehend them, and give us meditating thoughts to think over what we have heard and what we will hear next Sunday, God willing, during the Bible school we will have next Sunday. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Continue having a joyful evening, filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior. And until next Sunday, God willing, which I will be with you here again, and through the Internet and the Amazonas satellite, with all of you from different countries and in other countries.

May God bless you; and have a joyful evening, filled with the blessings of Jesus Christ our Savior.
