Good afternoon, kind friends and brethren present and listeners. It is a great privilege to be with you in this place and through this radio station friends, to share with you some moments of fellowship around the Word of God and His Program relevant to this end time.
We will be talking about the subject: “GOD USES HIS POWERFUL NAME TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE.”
I want to read in the book of Exodus, chapter 3, verse 1 and on, where God called the prophet Moses and sent him to deliver the Hebrew people; there we will see how God uses His powerful Name to deliver His people. And then, in the New Testament, we will see throughout the conference of this occasion how God also uses His Name to deliver His people in the New Testament.
We read in Exodus, chapter 3, verse 1, and also in Genesis, chapter 15… Let’s see Genesis, chapter 15, first, where the promise is, and then we turn to Exodus, chapter 3, where God will fulfill the promise.
Here the promise was made to the prophet and patriarch Abraham. Chapter 15, verse 12 and on, of Genesis, it says:
“And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him.
And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.
And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.
But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.
And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.
In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites,
And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims,
And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.”
There we have the promise given to the prophet and patriarch Abraham.
And now, in Exodus, chapter 3, verse 1 and on, God descends to fulfill that promise to the Hebrew people, the descendants of Abraham. It says:
“Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.
And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.
And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.
And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.
Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.
And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.
Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them.
Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.
And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?
And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.
And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?
And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.”
May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand It.
Our subject is: “GOD USES HIS POWERFUL NAME TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE.”
God had made the promise to the prophet and patriarch Abraham that his descendants would be enslaved in a foreign land, that is, in Egypt. And now, when God spoke those words to Abraham, Abraham still had no children; he did not have Isaac, who is the promised son, he did not even have Ishmael, and now God is already speaking of what will happen to the descendants of Abraham.
See how God, since before a person or a nation exists, God may already be making known what will happen to that person or that nation; because God knows all things.
And now, He sees all things because He is in an eternal present; and He sees the past, sees the present and sees the future too, because He is omnipresent.
And now, the Almighty God is already making known to Abraham what will be the life of his descendants, and therefore He is revealing to him all these things that will happen to the descendants of Abraham; and when Abraham writes and speaks them, he is prophesying what will happen to his descendants.
And now, for that prophecy to be fulfilled, certain things had to happen.
Notice, Abraham had to have a child through his wife Sarah, who was barren; and you see, many years went by after God had made the promise to Abraham that he would have a child through his wife Sarah, but the child did not come.
Then, when Abraham is already 99 years old and Sarah is 89 years old, God appears to him the day before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah and reconfirms that he is going to have a child through his wife Sarah.
By that time, he had Ishmael, and by that time God had changed Abraham’s name: from Abram to Abraham, in other words, He added an “h” and an “a”; and Sarah, from Sarai He changed it to Sarah. And He said to him: “Your wife’s name shall no longer be called Sarai, but Sarah.”
As for Abraham, He said: “Your name shall no longer be called Abram, but Abraham.” In chapter 17 of Genesis, there is this name change, God added some letters to Abraham’s name. See, here it is: chapter 17, verse 1 and on, it says:
“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.
And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,
As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.”
See, the name Abram means ‘supreme father’, but the name Abraham means ‘father of many people’. So Abraham had to have the right name in order to become a father of many people. And God, because He is representing all these things even in the name of Abraham, well, Abraham’s name had to be changed.
He continues:
“And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.
And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.
And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.”
Now notice how God speaks to the patriarch and prophet Abraham of that new name that God was giving him and also of the Covenant that God had made with Abraham.
“And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.
This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.
And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed.
He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.
And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.
And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be.
And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.
Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?
And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee!
And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.
And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.
But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.
And he left off talking with him, and God went up from Abraham.”
Now there we can see how God spoke to Abraham, how He changed his name to Abraham and how He reconfirmed that he was going to have a son through his wife Sarah; and He told him what name he was going to give him: he was going to name him Isaac, which means ‘laughter’.
And now, see how God speaks to His prophet and patriarch Abraham, dispensational prophet, a prophet of which there are only seven prophets in the entire Divine Program; seven prophets for seven dispensations.
● The first was Adam, for the first dispensation, which was the Dispensation of Innocence.
● The second was Seth, for the Dispensation of Consciousness.
● The third was Noah, for the Dispensation of Human Government.
Each of them had the Message pertaining to that dispensation for which they were sent.
● The fourth was the prophet and patriarch Abraham, for the fourth dispensation, which is the Dispensation of the Promise.
● The fifth dispensational prophet is the prophet Moses, for the fifth dispensation, which is the Dispensation of the Law. That is why Moses came with the Message of the Law.
● Then the sixth dispensational messenger, for the Dispensation of Grace, which is the sixth dispensation, is our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
● And the seventh dispensational prophet, for the seventh dispensation, which is the Dispensation of the Kingdom, is the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And after that one, no other dispensational prophet; and no other prophet: that is the last prophet, and that is why God sends him as a dispensational prophet; and with that one, the Program of God reaches its happy conclusion or fulfillment.
Now, notice how God reveals Himself to the prophet and patriarch Abraham and tells him about the son he is going to have. Abraham is already 99 years old and Sarah is 89 years old, and now God tells him: “Next year you will have the son,” in other words, when Sarah is 90 years old and Abraham is 100 years old, they will receive the son.
A man of 100 years of age and a woman of 90 years of age cannot be expecting, when they reach that age, to receive a child; but God had told them that they were going to have a child, therefore God rejuvenated Abraham and Sarah.
And now Abraham and Sarah come to have a child when they are already elderly; they were elderly in age, but they had been rejuvenated.
That is why when Abraham and Sarah went to another territory… After the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, well, Abraham left that territory. The radioactivity of the destruction that took place there, where fire and brimstone fell from the sky (of which scientists say or think that it could be an atomic destruction), was already in that territory… Abraham left that place and went to a territory where the king was Abimelech, and Abimelech fell in love with Sarah1.
Now, what king is going to fall in love with a 90-year-old lady, or an 89-year-old lady? No king. It’s just that she was rejuvenated, and so was Abraham.
And now, they were going to have a child, and the child that Sarah was going to have was not going to be king Abimelech’s but Abraham’s, who was the one who had the promise of a son through Sarah.
And when Abraham was 100 years old and Sarah 90 years old, they had the promised son, as God had told them. Because, is there anything impossible for God? There is not. Therefore God fulfilled His promise to Abraham.
Now, notice that Abraham had been married to Sarah for many years; and when Abraham was about 50 years old and Sarah 40 years old, they did not have the child; and already at that age, almost all married couples have had all the children they are going to have, and they even have grandchildren. But you see, Abraham…, and it was not like that with Abraham. But now when he is 100 years old and Sarah is 90 years old, they receive the child.
Now, when a man is already in his 100’s and his wife in her 90’s and they receive a child, they have more joy and happiness when they receive that child. Isn’t that so? A little old man of 100 years, or a person of 100 years, and a lady of… his wife of 90 years, having a child at that age!, well that is something that causes much joy, much rejoicing.
But what does all this have to do with the Divine Program for after Abraham? Because for the seed of Abraham, the descendants of Abraham, both earthly, which is the Hebrew people, and heavenly, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ…
Notice: Abraham’s 50th year is the first year of jubilee; because God established to the Hebrew people that every 50 years, the 50th year was the year of jubilee.
Every person who is living the 50th year of his life is living in the year of the jubilee, in the first year of the jubilee of his life; he has entered a very important year of his life. And then when he turns 100, when he is living in the 100th year, he is living in the second year of jubilee of his life; and reaching that second year of jubilee of his life gives him a little bit of work.
Now, look here. Christ came for the first Year of Jubilee of the Divine Program, and His First Coming was rejected by the Hebrew people. There they were living in the Age of the Cornerstone, which is the updated Age of the Year of Jubilee in the Church.
The Hebrew people is the Church of God of the Old Testament, because church means ‘taken out’, and they were taken out of Egypt; therefore, the Hebrew people is the Church of the Old Testament.
And for the Church of the Old Testament, God sent them the forerunner of the First Coming of Christ, which was John the Baptist, in the seventh stage or age of the Hebrew Church under the Law (of the Hebrew people). And Christ appeared in that year or cycle of jubilee of the Program of God, which pertains to the Age of the Cornerstone.
Let’s see if you can see it here in this diagram that we have of the Church of God, both the Old Testament and the New Testament.
These are stages through which the Church passes, and each of these stages pertains to a time and a territory. And each messenger is God’s instrument for each stage, for each age where God is manifested (in other words, through that messenger) bringing the Message of God over the people.
In this seventh stage, here, of the Hebrew Church under the Law, John the Baptist appeared saying that after him would come another man: a man of whom he was not worthy to untie the latchet of his shoes2. And when He appeared, He appeared here in the Age of the Cornerstone; for He —Christ— is the Cornerstone, the Stone that the builders rejected, which has become the Stone of the Corner3.
Now, see how He appeared in that 50th cycle of jubilee; because these seven stages correspond to these 49 years that precede the year 50.
That is why in Leviticus, chapter 25, there we will see how God shows us this year of jubilee, it says… Chapter 25, verse 8 to 13, of Leviticus, it says:
“And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.
Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.
And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family (What year? In the 50th year, which is the year of jubilee, after 49 years have passed).
A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.
For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.
In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession (in other words, your inheritance).”
In that year of jubilee, the land, the property that had been sold, or had been taken as a loan, or as loan debts, and had been seized, were or became free in that year of jubilee; and the original owner of that property claimed his ownership and entered again into that property.
Also the slaves, the children of the Hebrew people who had been sold as slaves or had been taken as slaves because of some debt, were free in the year of jubilee; because the year of jubilee is the year of freedom; and each one returned to his family and to his land, in other words, to his inheritance. And that is a type and figure of the return of the sons and daughters of God to the inheritance of God and to the Family of God.
Just as in the Hebrew people being in Egypt, God reflected that great event when He delivered the Hebrew people and took them back to their land, the land of Israel, the promised land. And for that deliverance, He used the prophet Moses, until he reached the side before crossing the Jordan; and then Joshua with the people crossed the Jordan, and entered fully into the promised land; although before crossing the Jordan there is also a part there that belongs to the promised land. Now, that was the part that Moses divided between two of the tribes of Israel4.
Now see how what God did to the Hebrew people…
The Hebrew people, which is called “the son of God, His firstborn5” as a nation, represents the heavenly Israel, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, which has as her members the sons and daughters of God, written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life, which are those younger brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ.
Do you remember in the passage of Matthew, chapter 25, where the judgment of the nations is carried out? See what it says: “When the…” Chapter 25, verse 31 and on, of Matthew, it says:
“When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”
And who are these little brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ? They are the ones redeemed by the Blood of Christ, they are the ones whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life since before the foundation of the world, which come from Heaven, from God’s dimension, they come from the Father.
As Jesus said: “I have come from God6”, “I have left the Father and return to the Father.7” And so He said on another occasion8: “I am the living Bread, the Bread of Life, which has descended (from where?) from Heaven.”
And now, all the sons and daughters of God descend from Heaven; their souls come from Heaven, they come from the seventh dimension, which is the dimension of God; and they take a body of flesh here on Earth through that little child that is born through mom and dad, and they receive a spirit of the world.
Both the physical body and the spirit that they receive is in the permissive will of God; that is why we appear here on Earth as mortals, with a mortal, corruptible and temporary body; but we make contact with Eternal Life, which is Jesus Christ. He said9: “I am the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father, but by me.”
And now, Jesus Christ our beloved Savior also told us in chapter 11 [John], when He went to resurrect Lazarus, where He tells Martha that Lazarus was going to resurrect…; notice, it says chapter 11, verse 23 and on:
“Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.
Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”
Martha knows that at the Last Day, which is the seventh millennium, the resurrection of all the saints will take place, of all the sons and daughters of God who have died physically; because Jesus taught it in chapter 6, verses 39 to 55. And now… Notice, Martha already knew that because He said: “…and I will raise him up at the last day”, speaking of all the believers in Him who would depart; that is in chapter 6, verse 39 to 55.
And now, Jesus tells her:
“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.”
It is a promise for all believers in Christ: that they continue living even though their physical body dies, they continue living in a body from another dimension, theophanic body of the sixth dimension, a body that is received when the person believes in Christ as his Savior, washes his sins in the Blood of Christ and receives His Holy Spirit, and thus he obtains the new birth; he is born in the sixth dimension and therefore has a body of the sixth dimension.
And that is why when your physical body dies here on Earth, it is taken by the angels of God, where to? To Paradise to live; in that dimension, which is similar to this earthly dimension in some things. For example, it has trees, it has rivers, it has grass, it has birds, it has animals; in other words, it is another world like this one; and there, one lives in a body similar to our body, but it is from another dimension.
But in other things it does not resemble this dimension here, in other words: it does not have the problems we have here, it does not have the pollution that there is in the big cities (nor in the small ones), it does not have the wars that the nations have here, against each other; it does not have the economic problems that the nations have here on Earth, it does not have the social problems that one has here in the nations. In other words, problems do not exist there.
There, only divine love exists, peace, and that harmony between one and the other exists, that they are completely happy; and there, one neither eats (because in the body of the sixth dimension there is no need to eat), nor works, nor sleeps (because there is no night). But they who are there, will return to Earth: they will take a body that Christ will give them, an eternal body that Christ will create for them, and then they will live in a glorified body like that of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
And we who are alive and believe in Christ as our Savior and have washed away our sins in the Blood of Christ and have received His Holy Spirit, will be transformed.
That is what Saint Paul speaks of in First Corinthians, chapter 15, verses 49 to 55, where he tells us that “and as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly”“flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.”
And he also tells us: “Behold, I say unto you a mystery: We will not all surely die (in other words, we will not all sleep, we will not all die physically)”… “Behold, I say unto you a mystery”, he says. Let’s read it so that you may have it just as he says it… Saint Paul says it in his letter to the Corinthians: First Corinthians, chapter 15 (we are going to read it), verse 49 and on says:
“And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.”
In other words, we will be in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ, with an eternal body, an immortal, incorruptible body, a glorified body, just like the body of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, to go with Him to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and also to be in the glorious Millennial Kingdom of Christ as kings and priests, and to be with Christ for all eternity as kings and priests.
Perhaps here in this mortal body there are few who obtain a high economic or social or political position; but in the glorious Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ all the sons and daughters of God have the highest position that one can have: that of being kings and priests along with our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, who is the greatest King and Priest that there will be in the Millennium and for all eternity; because He is the Melchisedec who appeared to Abraham.
He is the Melchisedec who has been in Heaven making intercession as High Priest for all the sons and daughters of God.
The Melchisedec who appeared to Abraham is King of Salem and Priest of the Most High God; and Jesus Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords, who will reign in that glorious Millennial Kingdom, and with Him kings will also reign. Who are they? The sons and daughters of God, all of us who are going to be changed and the dead in Christ who will resurrect in eternal bodies.
And He is also the Priest, High Priest Melchisedec; and we are also priests with Him, of that Priestly Order, of the Order of Melchisedec, to minister there —in the glorious Millennial Kingdom of Christ— all the spiritual things that pertain to that Kingdom.
Now look at the very high position that we have for the glorious Kingdom of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
Now, I will continue reading here, where it says:
“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.”
And from then on there will be no more death for the sons and daughters of God, because we will have an immortal, incorruptible body, an eternal body, a glorified body, like the body of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, which will remain young, representing 18 to 21 years for all eternity.
Now we have seen that this is to be effected at the Last Trumpet. And what is the Last Trumpet? Christ spoke of this Last Trumpet in Matthew, chapter 24, verse 31, when He said:
“And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
We also find that Great Trumpet in Revelation, chapter 1, verse 10 to 11, of which John the apostle spoke in the book of Revelation, where he says:
“I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last.”
And who is the Alpha and Omega, who is the first and last? Well, our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. It is the Voice of Jesus Christ in the Last Day, in the seventh millennium, speaking to His Church, speaking to His children, with that revelation of the Second Coming of Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords. It is the Great Voice of Trumpet of the Gospel of the Kingdom revealing the mystery of the Second Coming of Christ to all the sons and daughters of God, to all the ones that are going to be changed in this end time and taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
And now, this pertains to the second divine cycle of the Year of Jubilee.
Now, for the time in which Jesus Christ came, two thousand years ago, one was living in that divine cycle of the Year of Jubilee, and that is why He was preaching the acceptable year of the Lord10.
And for this end time, we enter again into that divine cycle of the Year of Jubilee, where the day of vengeance of our God is preached and also the deliverance of the sons and daughters of God is made known, which is promised for this end time to all be delivered from physical death and from the mortal and corruptible physical body, because we will receive an immortal body, an incorruptible body, an eternal body, and then death will no longer exist for us. No child of God will ever die again.
The dead in Christ will also resurrect in an eternal body, in that same kind of eternal body, and there will no longer be death for the sons and daughters of God, in other words, for the heavenly Israel, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
It is in this divine cycle of the Year of Jubilee, in this second divine cycle that pertains to the Second Coming of Christ, that the elect of God will be set free: the dead in Christ resurrected in eternal bodies and we who are alive transformed, according to the divine promise.
Now, in what year of the seventh millennium? We do not know; but when the resurrection of the dead in Christ takes place, we will be able to look at the calendar and know in which year was going to be the resurrection of the dead in Christ; and the transformation of us who are alive will be at that same time; and we will be completely liberated from physical death, from diseases, from the problems that exist on this Earth; and we will already be equal to our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, and then we will see Jesus Christ in His glorified body, and then we will go with Him to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in Heaven.
Christ’s promise is that we will be like Him; we will be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. That is why for this end time Jesus Christ our Savior, the Alpha and Omega, speaks to us with that Great Voice of Trumpet of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
And now, let’s see what things He will be speaking to us in this end time for that deliverance that He will carry out, as well as the deliverance that He carried out there with the Hebrew people enslaved in Egypt. In chapter 4 of Revelation it tells us, verse 1:
“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.”
Here we have again this Voice of Trumpet, which is the Voice of Christ, the Voice of the Alpha and Omega telling us: “Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.”
And now, where are we going to go up so that He can show us all these things that must happen? We are going to go up to the Age of the Cornerstone, which is the Age of the Year of Jubilee, of that cycle of the Year of Jubilee, to hear the Voice of Christ making known to us all these things that will come to pass, which are already prophesied in the Old Testament and New Testament.
And now, through whom will Jesus Christ be speaking to us in Holy Spirit, the Angel of the Lord in this end time?
Let’s see through whom He will be making known to us all these things that must happen soon; because whenever God has made something known it has been through a prophet, through a man. “For the Lord God will do nothing, except He revealeth His secrets unto His servants His prophets,” says Amos, chapter 3, verse 7.
And now, in chapter 22, verse 6, of Revelation, it says:
“And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel…”
Who is the sent One of the God Almighty? The Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ. What does He send him for? To show His servants the things that must soon come to pass.
And through that Angel Messenger, that prophet messenger, who is the seventh dispensational prophet (the prophet of the Dispensation of the Kingdom) and the last prophet of God that He sends to His people, to this planet Earth, through that prophet He makes known to us all the things that must happen soon, in this end time.
And that is why John the apostle also fell at the feet of this Angel and wanted to worship this Angel. See further here… in this same chapter 22… we read verse 6, and then verse 7 to 10 says:
“Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.”
Now watch how this Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ says to him: “Do not do it, do not worship me”; he tells him:
“…I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book.”
And now, how does God call His prophets? In Amos, chapter 3, verse 7, it says: “For the Lord God will do nothing but He reveals His secrets to His servants, His prophets.” He calls His prophets His servants.
And now, this Angel Messenger of Jesus Christ is identified as a fellow servant of the prophets, in other words, a colleague of the prophets. And when, let’s say that a doctor or a lawyer meets a group of people and says: “I am a colleague of this group that is here,” then those other people are also doctors.
And now, this Angel Messenger of Jesus Christ is a colleague of all other prophets; he is a prophet, and he is the greatest prophet that God sends to His Church, and He sends him in this end time.
And it is the first time that Jesus Christ sends a dispensational prophet to His Church; and He sends him with the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom to testify of all these things that must happen soon, and thus the elect of God hear the Voice of Jesus Christ, the Voice of the Angel of the Lord, the Angel of the Covenant through His prophet messenger of the Dispensation of the Kingdom with the Gospel of the Kingdom, testifying of all these things that must shortly come to pass.
Now we have seen through whom we would obtain the knowledge of all these things that must happen soon. We have seen through whom Jesus Christ will be speaking in this end time, in the Age of the Cornerstone, and making known to us all these things that must soon come to pass.
This age, the Age of the Cornerstone, pertains to the Year of Jubilee, the 100th year of the life of Abraham, where Abraham received the promised son. And therefore this age, the Age of the Cornerstone, which pertains to the 100th year Abraham’s life, which is the year number… the year of jubilee 2, or second year of jubilee of the life of Abraham, now pertains to the Age of the Cornerstone, where the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be receiving the Coming of the promised Son, in other words, the Second Coming of Christ.
Both the heavenly Israel (which is the Church of Jesus Christ) as the earthly Israel (the Hebrew people) will be receiving in the Age of the Cornerstone the Coming of the promised Son, the Second Coming of Christ.
Now, did you see why it had to be in the second year of jubilee of Abraham (which was the year number 100) where the promised son of whom God spoke to Abraham had to come? Because that typifies the Second Coming of Christ in the second cycle of the Year of Jubilee, where the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will receive Him and then the Hebrew people will also receive Him.
In the First Coming of Christ the Hebrew people did not receive Him; but in His Second Coming, in the divine cycle of the Year of Jubilee, they will receive Him, in that second Year of Jubilee.
Now, we have seen why it had to be in the 100th year of Abraham’s life that the promised son would come, and would bring joy, happiness and blessing to Abraham and Sarah, and to all the Hebrew people who would descend from Isaac through —after— Jacob and through Jacob’s sons.
Now we can see how for the descendants of Abraham —the earthly one through Isaac and the heavenly one through Jesus Christ— the blessing of the Coming of the Son of Man, the blessing of the Second Coming of Christ, is the promise of the Coming of the Son promised for the end time, for the deliverance of the heavenly Israel, in other words, of the Church of Jesus Christ; because we will be delivered from physical death, we will also be delivered from the corruption of this mortal body (because this body is corruptible), we will be delivered from everything temporary and we will have a glorified body.
That is the deliverance of the sons and daughters of God for this end time. It is also called by Saint Paul in Romans, chapter 8, verse 14 to 39, the glorious freedom of the children of God or adoption of the children of God, which is the adoption, in other words, the redemption of the physical body, where we will be physically redeemed by being transformed and thus obtaining a physical body. (To redeem means ‘to return to the place of origin’).
And the sons and daughters of God will again have eternal bodies, and will be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, and thus will enter the promised land of the new body and then the promised land of the glorious Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
All these blessings are promised to the Church of Jesus Christ and also to the Hebrew people, which will see Him coming to His gentile Church and will say: “This is the one we are waiting for!”
And just as the sons of Jacob saw Joseph their brother among the gentiles…; and at first they did not know he was Joseph, whom they had sold, but then, when Joseph revealed himself to them and said11: “I am Joseph, whom you sold,” there they recognized him. And that represents Christ in His Second Coming revealing Himself to the Hebrew people. But where was Joseph? He was among the gentiles.
And now, Jesus Christ among the gentiles, in the midst of His gentile Church, will be manifested in the Last Day and will be revealed to the Hebrew people. This will be when the fullness of the gentiles enters, as Saint Paul tells us in his letter to the Romans, chapter 11 and verses 25 and on, where he says:
“For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles…”
When will the hardening of the heart of the Hebrew people be removed? When the fullness of the gentiles has entered, in other words, when the last of God’s elect from among the gentiles has entered into the Mystical Body of the Lord Jesus Christ, and thus the number of the members of the Church of Jesus Christ is completed, and the dead in Christ are resurrected and we who are alive are transformed. And then He will reveal Himself to the Hebrew people, and then the Hebrew people will recognize the Second Coming of Christ and will receive Him; and then the hardening of the heart of the Hebrew people will be removed.
Now, see how all this is promised to be fulfilled in the Last Day.
“And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes.
For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.”
Now notice that since God made the promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, God keeps that promise, although the Hebrew people have not behaved well with God. And although God had to pour out judgment upon the Hebrew people, His promise still remains to restore the Hebrew people in the end time, when the fullness of the gentiles has entered, in other words, when the number of the Mystical Body of Christ has been completed, whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
The apostle Saint Paul took that prophecy from chapter 59 of the book of the prophet Isaiah, and look what it says there. Beginning in verse 17 to 21 of Isaiah 59, it says:
“For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.
According to their deeds (that is, as vengeance), accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence (payment will be made to whom?, to those on the coast).”
Now notice, this is the same of which Christ in Matthew, chapter 16 and verse 27, spoke when He said as follows:
“For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.”
See? That comes in a thread of thought from the Old Testament to the New Testament; it comes from the beginning to the end, to Revelation.
And where do we find that in Revelation? Well, here in chapter 22, verse 12, where it says:
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.”
There is that promise again.
Now, look what it says in the following [Isaiah 59:19]:
“So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west…”
There we have the Name of God, the Eternal Name of God; because He will be carrying out the deliverance of all the sons and daughters of God from among the gentiles, from the Church of Jesus Christ, and afterwards, the Hebrew people.
AND GOD USES HIS POWERFUL NAME TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE, as He did there, delivering the Hebrew people there in Egypt.
That is why the prophet Moses asked God, the Angel of the Lord, what His Name was, and He said: “I am who I am. And thou shalt say unto the people: I am hath sent me unto you.” Moses heard the pronunciation of that Name of the Angel of the Lord.
The pronunciation, in other words, that Name that was given back then, when we go to the Hebrew, to the original one, what was said there are four consonants, which are YHWH; but Bible students, theologians and doctors of divinity have added some vowels to make it pronounceable, but that does not mean that with those vowels they have managed to pronounce the Eternal Name of God.
For example, they have put the “e” after the “y”, and they have also put the “o” after the “h”, and they have put the “a” after the “v” or after the “w”, so that it reads Jehovah. On other occasions, before that, they had also placed some vowels on it and made the pronunciation like Yahweh or Yahveh. But none of those is the exact pronunciation; but Moses did hear it.
When Jesus came… Notice, Jesus, that name is in Greek; but in Hebrew, the name that Jesus had and by which He was called in the midst of the Hebrew people was YoshuaYoshua is in Hebrew, and Yoshua in Greek is Jesus.
And the name Jesus has become common among the gentiles, and that is why the name Jesus is used, because it is being used according to the Greek; but if it is used according to the Hebrew, then one would say Yoshua.
And there you can see that in that name it has the “y” (because Yoshua begins with “y”, that is, with “wai”), it also has the “h”, in a certain place: Yoshua. That is, it is “y”…, that is, Y-o-s-h-u-a, and so it reads Yoshua.
On other occasions they also put more letters in it, and on other occasions they put fewer letters in it. When less letters are placed to that name is J-… When it is translated into Greek and other languages such as Spanish, they put J-o-s-u-é: Josué, which is Yoshua, which is Josué.
And do you know that Moses’ assistant, which was Joshua, had the name of Jesus? He had that name placed there.
Joshua wasn’t named Joshua before. Joshua’s name was another one, but Moses changed the name of his helper12, a good helper that Moses had.
Notice, let’s see what Joshua’s name was before he changed it; Joshua’s name was another one, let’s see what was this name that Joshua had. Hosea, it seems that it is the name that Joshua had before.
And Moses changed that name so that Joshua could introduce the Hebrew people to the promised land; Hosea son of Nun, who later on received a new name; and in that new name that he received, notice, the name that the Messiah would use in His First Coming was there.
Now, Joshua is a descendant of Ephraim; and Ephraim is a son of Joseph, upon whom Jacob laid his right hand, and blessed Joshua with the Birthright.
Now see how Joshua has that blessing of receiving the name that the Messiah would use in His First Coming; and that is why we find that Joshua could enter with the Hebrew people into the promised land. We can see that it was a descendant of Ephraim who took the Hebrew people to the promised land.
It was also Joshua who stopped the sun and the moon on an occasion when he needed the day to not end, but for the day to continue in order to obtain victory13.
We have seen that a man descended from Joseph through Ephraim, from the tribe of Ephraim, which is where the Birthright Blessing was, he had written in him the name that the Messiah would use, in other words, he had the Name of the Angel of the Covenant.
And now, notice how with that name placed on their leader Joshua, the people entered the promised land. Joshua represents the Angel of the Covenant, the Holy Spirit in the Last Day taking the people (in other words, the sons and daughters of God, the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ) to the promised land, in the manifestation of the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit through His Angel Messenger.
Now notice that it is in the Angel of the Lord that the Name of God is. God Himself testifies of that in chapter 23 of Exodus, verses 20 to 23, where He says:
“Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.”
Who delivered the Hebrew people? The Angel of the Lord, the Angel of the Covenant through the prophet Moses. And in the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, was what? The Name of God: YHWH. And that is why the Angel of the Lord, the Angel of the Covenant, when Moses asked Him what His Name was, the Angel of the Covenant said to him: “YHWH,” because in the Angel of the Covenant, which is God Himself in His theophanic body, was the Eternal Name of God.
Just like when you were born here on Earth and they registered you, they put a name on that little body that was born here on Earth. That is why, when people see your physical body arrive somewhere, they say: “So-and-so arrived,” and they mention the name.
And when God appeared in His theophanic body, in that theophany, to His prophets in the Old Testament, who was appearing there? YHW. But the people did not know how to pronounce that Name, and God had hidden that Name; He revealed it to Moses, but afterwards the people could not and did not know how to pronounce that Name; but Moses knew how to pronounce it, because he heard the pronunciation.
Then we find that when the Angel of the Covenant came, the Angel of the Lord, which is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, who delivered the Hebrew people there in Egypt, and that Angel of the Covenant had that Name, He became flesh in the midst of the human beings, according to the prophecy of Malachi, chapter 3, where it says:
“Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me (And who was that messenger? John the Baptist): and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in.”
And after John the Baptist, who would come? The Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, where the Eternal Name of God is.
And when the Angel of the Covenant came, the Angel of the Lord, whom John the Baptist prepared the way for, He was named how? Jesus. Why? Because the Angel of the Lord, the Angel of the Covenant became flesh and dwelt among the Hebrew people, visiting the human race to carry out the deliverance, to carry out that deliverance by dying on Calvary’s Cross as the Lamb of God and to bring forth the salvation, the redemption of the sons and daughters of God.
And that is why just as the Hebrew people had a paschal lamb to apply its blood on the lintel of their doors, and eat that paschal lamb roasted inside their homes to avoid the death of the firstborn, and then leave during the morning of the next day free, delivered, and go to the promised land, towards the promised land; so the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, the sons and daughters of God, also have a Paschal Lamb, our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, who died on Calvary’s Cross; and by receiving Him as our Savior we are delivered and we obtain the new birth by receiving His Holy Spirit, and we already leave Egypt, in other words, we leave the world, and we are heading to the promised land.
And then we find that for this end time the elect of God receive a third exodus, a departure, and this is to go to the promised land of the new body, which is the glorified body, and then go to the promised land of the glorious Millennial Kingdom of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
For this end time, just as with the First Coming of Christ we receive the second exodus; just as with Moses going to Egypt, to the Hebrew people, they received the first exodus, to then go to the promised land; in this end time, with the Second Coming of Christ we receive the third exodus, to go to the promised land of the new body and to the promised land of the glorious Millennial Kingdom of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
In the First Coming of Christ, notice, it was the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, who became flesh and dwelt among the human beings. In John, chapter 1, verse 1 and on, the Scripture says:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”
In other words, He is the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. He is the one of whom the Bible says in chapter 1, verse 1, of Genesis:
“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”
It is the same God creator of the Heavens and the Earth, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, called the Word that was with God and was God; and then in chapter 1, verse 14, of the book of John, it says:
“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”
And when He then appeared in human flesh, the Word made flesh, the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, was known by the name of Jesus. Jesus in Greek and also in Spanish, and in Hebrew Yoshua.
And there it is: we have the “y” and the “h” of that Eternal Name of God, of that Name of the Angel of the Covenant, of I am, of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
And for the Last Day, in the book of Revelation, chapter 19, we have the promise of the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant, the Coming of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Coming of the white horse Rider of Revelation 19, the Coming of the Word.
And now He comes for His gentile Church, for the heavenly Israel, as He came two thousand years ago for the earthly Israel. Now He comes at the Last Day for the heavenly Israel, which is His Church; and also for earthly Israel, for the Hebrew people.
Revelation, chapter 19, verse 11 to 21, says:
“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.”
There He has a name that no one knew. Now, the name Jesus is known to all. Now, in His Second Coming He comes with a new name, with a name that no one knew.
“And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God (is the Coming of the Word; therefore it is the Word that comes; His Name is the Word).
And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.”
It is the King of kings and Lord of lords, our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, who delivered the Hebrew people thousands of years ago there in Egypt and took them to the promised land; the same one who then came in human flesh in the midst of the Hebrew people and was known by the name of Jesus, and carried out the Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross.
That same Angel of the Covenant, Angel of the Lord, will come in the midst of His gentile Church for the Last Day and then in the midst of the Hebrew people; and He is the one that both the Church of Jesus Christ and the Hebrew people are waiting for: the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord.
Now, how will the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord come in this end time? The forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, the Reverend William Branham, who was sent to prepare the people for the Second Coming of Christ… Just as John the Baptist was the forerunner for the First Coming of Christ, the Reverend William Branham was the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ. And he said on page 256 of the book of The Seals in Spanish14:
“But when our Lord appears here on earth, He’ll be riding on a snow-white horse. And He’ll be completely, fully, the Emmanuel, the Word of God incarnate in a Man.”
That will be the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, that will be the Coming of the white horse Rider of Revelation 19 in the midst of His gentile Church; and there will be the manifestation of the Eternal Name of God, there will be the manifestation of the Name of the Angel of the Lord, there will be the manifestation of the New Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And that is for the deliverance of all the sons and daughters of God of the Last Day.
Now, see how in the book of Revelation, chapter 2, verse 17, it speaks of the coming of a white stone. It is the same stone that appears in the book of the prophet Daniel in chapter 2, which king Nebuchadnezzar saw that it was a stone cut out of the mountain not by hand, and it came and smote the image on the feet of iron and clay. That image is the kingdom of the gentiles, which, in the Last Day, in this end time, will be in the stage of the feet of iron and clay, in other words, in its last stage.
Because the kingdom of the gentiles has been descending: from the head of gold, which was king Nebuchadnezzar with his empire, it is descending; it descends to the chest and arms of silver, which was the Medo-Persian empire; and then it descends to the belly and thighs of brass, which was the empire of Greece; and then it descends to the legs of iron, which was the Roman empire.
And for this end time it descends to the feet of iron and clay, which is the kingdom, the empire of the antichrist, of the beast, where the ten kings will give their power and authority to the beast; and the antichrist will consolidate his kingdom, and no one can buy or sell if he does not have the mark or the number of his name. In other words, they have to have the seal, the mark of the beast, in order to be able to buy or sell in the end time when the antichrist, the man of sin, is with the manifestation of the devil in all his fullness; because the devil, according to the Bible, is cast out of Heaven to Earth; and then it will be the crying and gnashing of the human beings who will be living at that time here on Earth.
Notice, in Revelation, chapter 12, let’s see, it says, verses 7 and on:
“And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent (in other words, for three and a half years).
And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman (these are armies), that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God (these are the Hebrews, 144.000 Hebrews), and have the testimony of Jesus Christ (these are the Christians who for the Last Day will not be…, they cannot go in the catching away of the saints to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb because they did not have oil in their lamps, in other words, because they were not born again, they had not received the Holy Spirit; that is why they are represented in the foolish virgins or fatuous virgins, who did not have oil in their lamps15. And they will go through the great tribulation, but they will give their lives for Christ; and the beast, the antichrist, will kill them; but they will live forever with Christ, because they will resurrect after the Millennial Kingdom and will enter into eternal life).”
Notice, in Revelation, chapter 20, verse 4 to 6, it speaks of the first resurrection and also speaks of the second resurrection.
Those that pertain to the first resurrection: the saints of the Old Testament were resurrected with Christ and appeared to many in the city, Matthew, chapter 27, verse 50 to 53 tells us; and now the saints of the New Testament will resurrect soon, at the Last Day, because Christ said: “… and I will raise him up at the last day”
It says, chapter 20, verse 4 to 6, of Revelation:
“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.”
We will reign with Him as kings and as priests in that glorious Millennial Kingdom of Christ, and with Him we will administer everything that pertains to the political part of His Kingdom and also what pertains to the religious part.
All that is so because, for this end time, just as it happened for God to deliver the Hebrew people… He used His powerful Name to deliver His people back then; and for this end time He will also be using His powerful Name to deliver His people in this end time, in the Coming of the white horse Rider of Revelation 19, which comes with a name that no one knows. That is the Eternal Name of God.
That is why Revelation, chapter 3, verse 12, says:
“Him that overcometh (speaking about the overcomer) will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.”
There are people who do not know that Jesus Christ has a new name. Well, Revelation, chapter 3, verse 12, says so.
That is the New Name that the little Stone has, that comes in Revelation, chapter 2, verse 17, where it says: “To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden Manna, and will give him a white Stone, and in the Stone a new name, which no man knows unless he that receives it.” That white Stone is Christ in His Second Coming with His New Name.
And for this end time, He sends His Angel Messenger to testify of all these things in the churches: “I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.” (Revelation, chapter 22, verse 16). And that is where God is using His Eternal Name to deliver His people, His Church, and then the Hebrew people.
“GOD USES HIS POWERFUL NAME TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE.”
That has been our subject for this occasion; and we have seen in this subject and under this subject the Work that God would be carrying out in this end time in the midst of the gentiles, in the midst of His gentile Church, and also the Work that He will do in the midst of the Hebrew people.
It has been a great privilege for me, dear friends and brethren present and listeners, to be with you on this occasion, testifying to you of “GOD USES HIS POWERFUL NAME TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE.”
May God continue to bless you all.
“GOD USES HIS POWERFUL NAME TO DELIVER HIS PEOPLE.”
