The mystery of the end of the world and the things that will happen in the Last Day

[Video is missing part of the recording]… friends and brethren present in this place, and listeners. It is a great blessing for me to be with you on this occasion, to share with you this subject:

“THE MYSTERY OF THE END OF THE WORLD AND THE THINGS THAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE LAST DAY.”

On this occasion I want to read in Matthew, chapter 24, verses 1 to 3, where it says as follows:

“And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

And as he (Jesus) sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?”

“THE MYSTERY OF THE END OF THE WORLD AND THE THINGS THAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE LAST DAY,” that is our subject for this occasion.

Jesus Christ spoke a lot about the end of the world and the things that would happen, because this is the most important thing for the human race that will be living at the end of the world.

The things that God has said through His prophets in the Old Testament and the New Testament, is the most important thing in the Divine Program; and that is why the Old Testament and the New Testament tell us so much about the end of the world.

And our beloved Lord Jesus Christ showed us the things that would be happening at the end of the world. In other words, for a person to know that he would be living in the end of the world, he would only have to look at these things that Christ said would be happening at the end of the world, and recognize that he is living in the end of the world.

Therefore, let’s see what are the things that are promised to happen at the end of the world, and then we will find out if we are or are not living in the end of the world.

You see, the apostles asked Jesus when these things would be, that is, the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple; which we find would be for that century (the first century), which was fulfilled in the year 70, where the Roman general Titus entered Jerusalem, surrounded it and then destroyed it.

Christ had prophesied of the destruction of Jerusalem when He said: “There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be destroyed, thrown down.”1

And also in Luke, chapter 19, verse 41 to 44, Jesus Christ, when He was on His way to Jerusalem in His triumphal entry, when He was coming to the city, He says in chapter 19, verse 41 to 44, of Luke:

“And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,

Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,

And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.”

He didn’t know the time of the Divine Visitation in human flesh through our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, through this young carpenter of Nazareth in whom God was manifested in human flesh in all His fullness.

The Angel of the Lord, the Angel of the Covenant, who had delivered the Hebrew people in Egypt and brought them to the promised land, and then had spoken through the prophets of the Old Testament, was now manifested in human flesh in the person of Jesus of Nazareth.

In other words, that man of the sixth dimension, called the Angel of the Lord, who is God Himself dressed in His theophanic body of the sixth dimension, then He also dressed in a physical body; and there the Almighty God dwelt with His theophanic body, inside a physical body.

That was nothing less than the Coming of the Angel of the Lord, the Angel of the Covenant, as promised in Malachi, chapter 3, verses 1 and on, where it says:

“Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts.”

Now, notice that the one who would come would be the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, who had delivered the Hebrew people from bondage in Egypt. That is the one who would come in human flesh, in the fulfillment of the Coming of the Messiah in the midst of the Hebrew people. And for His Coming He would send a forerunner, a prophet who would be preparing the way. Notice, He says:

“Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me…”

And now, notice, that prophet messenger who prepared the way for Him was who? John the Baptist. John the Baptist, who —according to the prophecy— was Elijah, he was promised as Elijah coming to prepare the way for the Lord; and when he came, his name was John.

Now, how can this be understood?, for the coming of Elijah is a mystery, and when he comes he is called John. It is that Elijah is the ministry that God was operating in him.

That same ministry had operated in Elijah the Tishbite, then He operated it in Elisha, and then He operated it in John the Baptist; and then He operated it, for the fourth time, in the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ.

Now, let’s see, the forerunner of the First Coming of Christ: John the Baptist, came with the spirit and power of Elijah, says the Archangel Gabriel in Luke, chapter 1, and verses, let’s see… Here it is the Archangel Gabriel who is saying who John the Baptist is. He says:

“And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”

(Luke, chapter 1, verse 17).

Thus spoke the Archangel Gabriel to Zechariah the priest concerning the son he would have through his wife Elizabeth; for Zechariah the priest was already advanced in age and had no children through his wife Elizabeth; and they had prayed to God for a son, and now the request was granted to Zechariah the priest. Because God hears the prayer of His children; and although the answer may seem late, it is never late, because God knows when is the best time for the person to see the request he has made to God materialized.

Now, look, God was going to give him…

The longer it takes, the greater the blessing.

Now, God will grant the request to the priest Zechariah and give him a very great son: “For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord:2 he will be a prophet of God. And what a prophet!: the prophet forerunner of the First Coming of Christ coming with the spirit and power of Elijah; that is, coming with the ministry of the prophet Elijah.

Because the one who operates the ministries, and gives them, is the Holy Spirit; and the Holy Spirit would be in John the Baptist, operating the same ministry that had operated in Elijah the Tishbite and in Elisha; now He would be operating it for the third time. And that is why it is promised that Elijah would come or that Elijah will come.

Now, notice, when Elijah came, what came was the ministry of Elijah in a man, in a prophet, called John the Baptist.

Jesus Christ also testified about John the Baptist and identified him in chapter 13, He identified him as the prophet promised for that time. Chapter 11, verse 14, Jesus speaking about John the Baptist, [Matthew] says:

“And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.”

Who is the Elijah who was to come at that time preparing the way for the Lord at His First Coming? It was John the Baptist, in whom was the ministry of the prophet Elijah being operated by the Holy Spirit, manifested by the Holy Spirit in John the Baptist.

Then, in Matthew, chapter 17, verse 10 and on, when Jesus came down from Mount Transfiguration with Peter, James and John, His disciples came to Him, and the history goes like this:

“And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.

But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.

Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.”

Now, notice how here Jesus again identifies John the Baptist as the Elijah who had to come at that time preparing the way for the Messiah.

Surely the Pharisees and the scribes said to the disciples of Jesus Christ, they said to the disciples of Jesus Christ: “Look, Jesus can’t be the Messiah, because first Elijah must come, and Elijah has not come!” But Elijah was there, because he was John the Baptist, in whom was the ministry of Elijah forerunning the First Coming of Christ.

Because every time God promises the coming of a prophet who has already come in the past, the fulfillment of that promise comes in another man. It is the ministry of that prophet of the past being manifested by the Spirit of God in another man. This is how God fulfills the promise of the coming of a prophet who came in the past.

And now, see how that promise of the coming of Elijah was first fulfilled in Elijah the Tishbite, then in Elisha, for the sons of the prophets, when they saw Elisha opening the Jordan with Elijah’s mantle, said: “The spirit of Elijah has rested upon Elisha.”3 That was the request that Elisha made: that the spirit of Elijah would come in a double portion upon him.4 And God had told the prophet Elijah that Elisha would be the one who would come after him5; that is, the prophet who would succeed Elijah would be Elisha; in other words, Elijah’s successor was Elisha.

And now, after Elisha, Elijah returned and was called John the Baptist. In other words, the veil of flesh is always a new veil of flesh, it is a new prophet, but with the ministry of that prophet of the past, which is operated by the same Holy Spirit that was in that prophet.

And now, notice how, when it came the third time, the veil of flesh was called John the Baptist, but the ministry was called how? Elijah.

When it came for the fourth time, you see, it was the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ.

Now, we are going to see something very important. When it came for the third time and the veil of flesh was called John the Baptist, they were living in the time relevant to the First Coming of Christ; there was His forerunner, there was the one who would be preparing the way for Him. And he prepared the way, and he died.

And the Messiah was also there, who had been introduced by John the Baptist when he said: “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”6 John the Baptist also said: “I knew Him not, but He that sent me to baptize said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Holy Spirit descending in the form of a dove, that is he.” And John says: “And I saw Him, and I testify that I saw Him.”7

Now notice how John the Baptist had announced: “After me comes a man, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose. He will baptize you with Holy Spirit and Fire.”8 And when that man appeared, John said: “This is the man. Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.” He presented Him as the Lamb of God. Why as the Lamb of God? Because He was coming (for what?) to take away the sin of the world.

Now, you see, with the presence of John the Baptist and Jesus of Nazareth, that generation was receiving the sign of the end of the Dispensation of the Law and the beginning of a new dispensation; and they were receiving a very great sign from God. It was a very great sign, because when God sends a prophet, that manifestation of God in a prophet is a great sign for the people of God; and when He sends two, the sign is greater.

Now, notice, there was a double sign from God for the Hebrew people; but they couldn’t understand what was happening.

The sign that they were living in the time of the Coming of the Lord, of the First Coming of Christ, was that there was the forerunner: John the Baptist, and then the foreran appeared: Jesus of Nazareth.

Now, they were such simple people that they couldn’t think, the great religious leaders, that those two persons: John the Baptist and Jesus of Nazareth, one was the forerunner, Elijah, and the other was the foreran; and they couldn’t understand that mystery that was being fulfilled there in the midst of the Hebrew people. Jesus said: “It is hidden from your eyes.”

And He told them that the divine judgment would come upon Jerusalem because they hadn’t known the time of His Visitation, they hadn’t recognized the fulfillment of the messianic promises pertaining to that time, where the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, the Word incarnate, made flesh, in the person of Jesus of Nazareth, in a young carpenter of Nazareth, that is, in a construction worker, was in their midst.

They were expecting the coming of a king, and you see, that king comes as a construction worker, and He comes in a simple way, in a humble way, and they couldn’t believe that this was the Messiah. And if they saw that this was the Messiah, they didn’t want to receive Him either, because He had no attraction for them.

What religious attractiveness and what attractiveness as a king can a carpenter have? As a king a carpenter has no attractiveness, he will have attractiveness as a carpenter, but not as a king.

Now notice, when God promises something great, He fulfills it in a simple way; and when He fulfills it and sends the messenger for that time, there is the greatest sign that God has promised for that time. The presence of a prophet on Earth is a very great sign from God to the human race.

For example, in the time of Noah, the presence of the prophet Noah on Earth was the sign that the end of the antediluvian generation had come, and that from one moment to the next God would destroy that generation.

And through the prophet Noah they were hearing the news that the destruction for that generation would come, and they were hearing the news of the way in which those who were going to escape from the divine judgment that would come upon the Earth would escape: through an ark that the prophet Noah was building.

Now, notice how at that time mankind had a very great sign, it was a dispensational prophet. When God sends a prophet to Earth, that prophet is the sign from God to the human race; and when He sends a dispensational prophet, that is a sign hundreds of times greater than the sign of a simple prophet, of a prophet of an age. When it is of a dispensation, a major event in the Divine Program takes place at that time.

And now, you see, a change of dispensation takes place, the end comes for one dispensation and the beginning for another new dispensation, with a new dispensational Message and with a new dispensational prophet.

And now, notice how for the time of the prophet Noah, the sign was in the midst of the human race; because there are signs in the sky, in the stars, in the moon, in the sun; and those signs, when people see them, if they don’t know the Scriptures and there is no one to explain the meaning, they can’t understand what they are seeing.

Now, there are also signs in the midst of the people of God, there are signs in the midst of the Hebrew people and there are signs in the midst of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; there are signs in the midst of the human race. And when a sign is carried out in the midst of the human race, one of them and the greatest of all is the presence of a prophet in the midst of the human race; that is the greatest sign that can be seen in the midst of the human race.

And now, notice how the sign for the generation of Noah’s time, the antediluvian generation, the sign was in their midst: it was the prophet Noah.

And now, see how it was the same for the time of Jesus.

Also for the time of the prophet Moses, the great sign in the midst of the people was the prophet Moses, in whom and with whom was the Pillar of Fire, who is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in that theophany.

And now, notice how that sign was in the midst of the Hebrew people and was also in the midst of Egypt; and through the manifestation of that sign the Divine Program was fulfilled, and the Hebrew people went free and went out to the promised land.

Now see, for the end time, what will be the sign to be able to see the mystery of the end of the world? In Matthew the disciples ask Jesus, Matthew 24, verses, let’s see, verse 3, they ask Him saying, they say to Him:

“Tell us, when shall these things be?”

This was about the destruction of Jerusalem. He said to them: “When you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, its destruction has come. Whoever is inside must go out of her, and whoever is outside must not enter her, for her destruction is at hand.”9 And that was already fulfilled in the year 70, when the Roman general Titus destroyed Jerusalem.

And now, the sign of His Coming:

“…and what shall be the sign of thy coming (and the other one is), and of the end of the world?”

The sign of the Coming of the Lord and the sign of what? Of the end of the world. The sign in heaven, of the Coming of the Lord, let’s see what it is. Chapter 24, verse 30 to 31, it says [Matthew]:

“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven:…”

Signs appear in the sky that testify of what God is doing on Earth. And notice that for the First Coming of Christ (which is commemorated in this month of December), there was a sign in the sky called the Star of Bethlehem.

In the book of Numbers it also tells us that out of Jacob would come forth a star. Out of Jacob would come a Star, and when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, the Star of Bethlehem was being seen in the sky.10 That great sign that appeared in the sky was in accordance with the divine promise that a star would come out of Jacob.

And notice how this great sign that appeared in the sky wasn’t understood, although it was seen in the sky. The wise men saw it, the people who lived in the land of Israel saw it, and they had also seen it in the Bible, in Numbers, chapter 24, verse 17, where it tells us that a Star would come out of Jacob.

Remember that when God told Abraham that He would bless him and make of him a great and mighty nation, He told him: “Look up to the sky and see the stars, and count them, if you can count them.”11 Abraham looked, and sure enough, it was a very starry night, and he thought: “Who can count so many stars?” Just looking at the milky way alone, the number of stars he saw was innumerable; and God said to him: “So shall (what?) your seed, your offspring be.”

Now, notice how Abraham’s seed is represented (in what?) in stars. And notice how the Messiah is also represented in a star.

Notice, in Revelation, chapter 2, verse 28, it says as follows:

“…And I will give him the morning star.”

To whom? To him that overcomes. And chapter 22 and verse 16, of Revelation, says:

“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.”

Which star represents Christ? The bright and Morning Star. That is the star that we are seeing in these days, and it looks so big that it looks like the spotlight of an airplane coming, but it doesn’t move; and one says: “Well, it is not an airplane, but it is (what?) the star.”

We are seeing the star that represents Christ, we are seeing the star that represents the Coming of Christ, we are seeing the star that gives testimony of the First and Second Coming of Christ.

Now, notice how that star is giving testimony of the Coming of the Lord.

Now, already at the time of the First Coming of Christ, the Star of Bethlehem was seen; and the wise men, living in the area of Babylon and being Bible believers, being surely descendants of these Hebrews who had been taken captive (as Daniel and his friends)…, who had the Scriptures of Daniel, the prophecies of Daniel, and they knew that for the Hebrew people the Messiah would come, in other words, the Stone not cut with hands.

And they were waiting for the Coming of the Messiah, although they lived there among the gentiles. And when they saw the sign in heaven, they set out for the land of Israel, they came to Jerusalem, they asked for the Messiah; and no one knew of the birth of the Messiah, no one knew of the birth of the King of Israel. They said, notice, chapter 2 of Matthew:

“Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,

Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.”

Why were they troubled? Because when a person has no knowledge of the Divine Program, he becomes troubled. What prevents a person from being troubled is to know God’s Program.

Now, notice, all Jerusalem was also troubled when they heard this news that the King of the Jews was already on Earth; and neither the high priest, nor the doctors of the Law, nor the priests of the Hebrew religion, knew nothing of the fulfillment of the Coming of the Messiah.

It is as if in this time we say that the Second Coming of Christ is fulfilled, and people would say: “But our religious leaders haven’t told us anything, they know nothing.” Well, look, that is how it happened. They knew nothing. The high priest, the highest leader of the Hebrew religion, knew nothing about the fulfillment of the First Coming of the Messiah, and didn’t understand that sign in the sky. And some wise men come from so far away to say that that sign in the sky meant that the Messiah was already on Earth, that the King of Israel was on Earth; but in Jerusalem they knew nothing.

Now, notice, king Herod was interested (that is, the political world, represented in king Herod, was interested), because with the Coming of the Messiah a change would come. And king Herod didn’t want to leave the throne, because if the Messiah appeared, He would sit on the Throne of David, and would rule over the Hebrew people and over all nations; therefore, the empire of the Romans, the empire of the Caesars, would be removed; and Herod was under the control or dominion of the empire of the Caesars.

Now, notice, king Herod asked for what time the Star began to appear; and according to the information given to him by the wise men, the Star had already been appearing for two years12; therefore, the Messiah would have been two years old since being born.

That is why the Messiah was born in Bethlehem of Judea, in a stable; but then, when the wise men arrive at the house, when the wise men arrive at the Messiah, He is already in a house, He is not in a stable, why? Because He is already about two years old.

And now, notice how these wise men went out looking for the Messiah, because they understood the meaning of that sign in the sky; and they found Him.13 And they didn’t stop nor were they discouraged until they found the Messiah, the one they were looking for according to the biblical prophecies that spoke that the Messiah had to appear at that time.

Now, notice, the Coming of the Messiah here on Earth two thousand years ago was the greatest sign in the midst of human beings. And in heaven, the sign of the Star of Bethlehem was the sign that the Messiah was already on Earth.

Now notice, for the Last Day, for the Coming of the Son of Man for the Last Day, Jesus Christ Himself tells us in the Gospel according to Matthew, chapter 24, verse 30 and on:

“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven…”

In 1963 a very large, very important sign appeared in the sky: a star… that is, a cloud, a very large cloud, which was taken in photos; and on February 28, 1963 this mysterious cloud appeared in the sky, about 26 miles high, with a size of 30 miles wide by 50 miles long14; at an altitude where airplanes don’t travel and where clouds don’t form because there is no humidity. Therefore, to science it was a mysterious cloud.

But the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ said that, when this happened, seven angels appeared to him, and they caught him up and took him to that cloud, to that constellation; and what formed that cloud were angels sent from God.15

You see, when Jesus Christ ascended to heaven a cloud also appeared and was seen by the disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.16 When God appeared to the prophet Moses, and also appeared to the Hebrew people and delivered the Hebrew people, a cloud was present in their midst; which was of fire during the night, and during the day it was a cloud that covered them from the sun; the Pillar of Fire or Cloud of Fire during the night.17

Now notice how on the Mount of Transfiguration also a cloud covered Peter, James and John and Jesus; and out of the cloud came forth a Voice saying: “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, or content; hear ye Him.”18

Now, we can see that this wasn’t a cloud of moisture, of water, but it was a Divine Cloud, where God was manifested.

And so it was also in the Old Testament, when God gave the Law to the Hebrew people on Mount Sinai,19 as it also happened on Mount Transfiguration.

And now, we can see that for the Last Day Christ says that there will be a sign in heaven: The sign of the Son of Man in heaven.

The sign of the Son of Man in heaven: a mysterious cloud appeared in 1963, February 28, and they were angels of God, the seven angel messengers of the seven ages of the gentile Church, which were sent in each of the ages, and then another Angel that was very different from the others.

That Angel that was very different from the others, which is the one that is flying with his wings spread out and forms the white hair of the Lord, that Angel is the one that has the Seventh Seal, says the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ in the book of The Seals, on page 469 in Spanish.20

And there is the mystery of that cloud: It is a cloud formed by angels of God, messengers of God: the seven angel messengers of the seven ages of the gentile Church and the Angel that has the Seventh Seal. There is the Angel of the Covenant, in that cloud, with his seven angel messengers of the seven ages of the gentile Church.

And, the Scripture goes on to say [Matthew 24:30]:

“…and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”

Now notice how in the clouds, there was the Son of Man, that Angel who was very different from the others, the Angel who has the Seventh Seal, the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord of the Old Testament. The same Angel that in Revelation, chapter 10, descends from Heaven wrapped in a cloud, as the book of Revelation shows us. Thus says Revelation, chapter 10, verse 1 and on, it says:

“And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire…”

That Angel is the one that appears in that cloud with the seven angel messengers of the seven ages of the gentile Church; it is the Son of Man in heaven in that mysterious cloud.

And now, notice, it is a sign in heaven, which gives testimony of what God would be doing (where?) here on Earth, in the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels.

Because the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels is to be manifested here on Earth, but first, you see, the sign is seen in heaven, and the Son of Man is seen in heaven with His angels (His angels of the seven ages of the gentile Church), and then, in the Last Day, to be manifested on Earth in the midst of His Church.

And for that, and to understand these mysteries of the Last Day, of the end of the world, Jesus Christ tells us in Revelation, chapter 4, verse 1, from the middle of that verse onwards, He says, He speaks with that Voice of Trumpet and gives us a divine promise. It says:

“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.”

“After this,” that is, after which ones? After these that have happened in the seven ages of the gentile Church, there are things that have to happen in the Age of the Cornerstone; and these things that must happen, Christ says: “Come up hither.”

Let’s go up, then, to the Age of the Cornerstone, where He in the Last Day will be manifested in His Angel Messenger. “Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must come hereafter.”

And to make known to us these things that must come to pass, in Revelation, chapter 22, verse 6 and on, it says:

“And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.”

Why does He send His Angel Messenger? To show His people, His Church, His servants, the things that must shortly come to pass; in other words, to show His Church all these things that must come to pass at the end of the world.

And in Revelation, chapter 22, verse 16, it says:

“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.”

Of what things? Of these things that must happen soon, at the end of the world.

And what sign will there be in the midst of the human race, here on Earth among human beings, as a sign that we are living in the end of the world? Well, let our Lord Jesus Christ say it here in His Word: in chapter 13, verses 30 and on, where it says [Matthew]:

“Let both grow together until the harvest: (that is the parable of the wheat and the tares) and in the time of harvest (At what time? At the harvest time) I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”

At the time of the harvest, what will be here on Earth? There will be the ministry of the Angels, there will be the ministry of the Harvesters that carry out this great harvest.

And now, let’s continue reading in this same chapter 13 of Matthew, verse 37 onwards, in the explanation that Jesus gives of this parable, where it says:

“He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

The enemy that sowed them is the devil (the one who sowed what? the tares); the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.”

With the coming of the Angels we have the sign that we are living in the end of the century. It says:

“As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.”

Notice how here, divine judgment will come for the wicked, for the tares, and divine blessing will come for the wheat, for the sons and daughters of God. And this is according to what God said through the prophet Malachi, in chapter 4, verse 1 and on, where it says:

“For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, (in other words, He will burn them) that it shall leave them neither root nor branch (this is what happens with the tares).

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.”

What is the Coming of the Sun of Righteousness being born? It is the Second Coming of Christ, the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels in the Last Day; for the wings of the Sun of Righteousness are the ministries of His Angels, the ministries of Moses and Elijah.

And now, we notice that the Coming of the Lord for the Last Day with His Angels is typified, is represented, in the rising of the sun every morning: when the sun rises, we all know that a new day has begun.

And with the Coming of the Sun of Righteousness: A new dispensational day has begun; and with the Coming of the Sun of Righteousness comes the light to shine and illuminate our soul and our understanding, to be able to understand the mystery of the end of the age and the things that will happen in the Last Day.

Now, notice how the Coming of the Lord is represented in the rising of the sun, it is represented in the sun. That is why on the day of the transfiguration of Christ on Mount Transfiguration, where Christ took Peter, James and John to show them in a vision the Coming of the Son of Man in the Kingdom of the Father (there in chapter 17 of Matthew), He was transfigured before His disciples, His face shone like the sun, and they appeared with Jesus: Moses and Elijah. Here the Angels are Moses and Elijah.

Angel, or an angel, is a messenger; and there are Moses and Elijah, two mighty messengers of God.

And now, notice Christ with His face like the sun on Mount Transfiguration. So it is also in Revelation, chapter 1 and verse 16, where it says:

“And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.”

In other words, the Son of Man coming with His face like the sun.

And in Revelation, chapter 10, verse 1 and on, it says:

“And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun,…”

It is the Coming of Christ, the Second Coming of Christ.

And now, notice how He comes with His face as the sun; because the sun is the king star, and the Second Coming of Christ is as King of kings and Lord of lords, and He has to take the symbolism that represents Him as King of kings and Lord of lords.

And that is why He also takes the other symbolism that presents Him as King, which is the symbol of the lion. The lion is the king of the animals, and that is why the Second Coming of Christ is also promised as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords, in His Reclaiming Work.

Now we can see that the symbolism has to be correct when God fulfills a promise.

Now, we can see this mystery of the end of the world: The Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels. What for? To carry out the Harvest, because that promise is to be fulfilled (when?) at the end of the world, which is the time of the Harvest, and it is the time of the summer, it is the time of the Coming of the Kingdom of God.

In the time of the summer is where the harvest takes place; and in the time of the Coming of the Son of Man is where the Coming of the Kingdom of God is fulfilled.

And now notice how the Kingdom of God comes: it comes with the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels.

When He was two thousand years ago here on Earth, they asked Him when the Kingdom of God would come, and He said: “The Kingdom of God is among you.”21 Because there was the Son of Man; and if there was the Son of Man, the King of that Kingdom, then there was the Kingdom of God on Earth.

Now, notice how for the Last Day the promise of the Coming of the Son of Man in His Kingdom, or the Coming of the Kingdom of God for the Last Day, you see, is a promise to be fulfilled (when?) at the end of the world.

And with the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels is carried out (what?) the Reaping, the Harvest; because He will send (who?) the Son of Man (to whom or whom?) His Angels (with what?) with a Great Voice of Trumpet. Let’s read it here, it says:

“And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

Now notice, the Son of Man comes with His Angels; and His Angels are the ministries of Moses and Elijah; because Moses and Elijah are the Angels sent for the time of the Reaping, for the time of the Harvest, shown on Mount Transfiguration, in the vision of the Coming of the Son of Man in His Kingdom with His Angels.

And now, for the Last Day the ministries of Moses and Elijah will be manifested here on Earth, because the Son of Man in His Coming brings them to manifest them on Earth in human flesh. Therefore, there will be an instrument of Jesus Christ through whom these ministries of Moses for the second time and of Elijah for the fifth time will be manifested.

And there will be the Great Voice of Trumpet, which is the Great Voice of Trumpet of the Gospel of the Kingdom, with which all the elect of God are called and gathered.

The Gospel of the Kingdom is the Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet, and revolves around the Second Coming of Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords, in His Reclaiming Work.

No person will be able to understand in the Last Day the mystery of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, no one will be able to understand the Second Coming of Christ, except through the ministry of Jesus Christ through His Angel Messenger making known to us all these things that must happen soon, and manifesting in His Angel Messenger these ministries of Moses for the second time and of Elijah for the fifth time; and also the ministry of Jesus will be manifested in His Angel Messenger.

And that is why what Jesus Christ said in Revelation, chapter 4: “Come up hither, and I will show you the things which shall be hereafter,” then through the Angel of Jesus Christ are made known, because in him, in His Angel Messenger, Jesus Christ operates His ministry.

The ministry of Jesus Christ is operated in the Angel of Jesus Christ, and the ministry of Moses is operated in the Angel of Jesus Christ, and the ministry of Elijah for the fifth time is operated in the Angel of Jesus Christ; because wherever the Son of Man is manifested, His Angels will be also, because they are the ministries of Moses and Elijah. In other words, wherever the ministry of Jesus Christ is for the second time manifested by the Holy Spirit, there will also be the ministry of Moses for the second time and the ministry of Elijah for the fifth time.

The ministries of Moses for the second time and of Elijah for the fifth time are the Two Olive Trees of Revelation, chapter 11, and of Zechariah, chapter 4, promised for the Last Day, for the end time, for the end of the world.

And the presence and manifestation of those ministries here on Earth in the midst of the Church of Jesus Christ are the sign of the end of the world, and are the sign that we have reached the time of the Reaping, of the Harvest, the time of the gathering of all the elect of God.

Notice, with the Great Voice of Trumpet, that is, with the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, all the elect of God are called and gathered in this Last Day, in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom, and are prepared to be transformed and raptured in this Last Day.

And this is how Christ fulfills what He promised for this Last Day, and shows us the mystery of the end of the world, and shows us the things that will happen in the Last Day.

Now, what is the Last Day? Because all people when they have read the Bible say: “We are in the last days,” but some don’t understand what the last days are.

We have to understand what the last days are, because the last days are not only the days in which we live, but also the days in which Jesus Christ had His ministry of three and a half years, He was already living in the last days. So says Saint Paul in his letter to the Hebrews, in chapter 1, verse 1 and on, where it says:

“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets (through whom did He speak? Through the prophets, because in them was the Holy Spirit speaking to the Hebrew people),

Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds…”

In other words, through Jesus Christ, Saint Paul says that God has spoken in the last days; and two thousand years have already passed, and we are still living in the last days.

On the Day of Pentecost, when 120 people received the Spirit of God in the upper room, the people who had gone to Jerusalem to worship God from different nations, but who were Hebrews, they knew the language of the nations in which they were born; and when they heard these 120 people who had received the Spirit of God, they heard them speaking in other languages the wonders of God.

And they marveled, saying: “What does this mean? For we hear these people speaking the wonders of God in the language of the nation into which we were born. And are not all these people Galileans? How do we hear them speaking in other languages?”22

Now, notice how on the Day of Pentecost a great miracle took place there, for the language spoken by these 120 people was the Hebrew spoken there in Galilee (either Hebrew or Aramaic); and yet there was a translator there, which was the Holy Spirit, who translated into other languages what was being spoken there.

Now, notice how also, some mocking —because there is never lack of mockers when God is fulfilling what He promised—, some mocking, said: “They are drunk (in other words), they are full of new wine.”23 Chapter 2, verse 14 and on, of the book of Acts, says:

“But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy…”

When did God say, through the prophet Joel, that God would pour out of His Spirit? For the last days; and He was pouring out of His Spirit there on the Day of Pentecost upon 120 people; and from then on He has been pouring out of His Holy Spirit upon the people who have believed in Christ as their Savior and have washed away their sins in the Blood of Christ.

Now notice how the last days had begun in the days of Jesus Christ. When Jesus was 4 to 7 years old the last days began, because the fifth millennium began when Christ was 4 to 7 years old.

Now, what are then the last days? Saint Peter in his second letter, chapter 3, tells us, in verse 8 tells us:

“But, beloved, be not ignorant of this (it’s something that can’t be ignored) one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”

And the prophet Moses, in Psalm 90, verse 4, also testifies that one day before God is like a thousand years for us.

And now, when we are told of one day before the Lord, for human beings it is a thousand years. Therefore, the last days before God, for human beings are the last millenniums, which began in the days of Jesus Christ, two thousand years ago.

Just as for us the last days of the week are: Thursday, which is the fifth day; Friday, which is the sixth day; and Saturday, which is the seventh day; for God those three last days, for human beings, are the fifth, sixth and seventh millenniums. And when Jesus was 4 to 7 years old, the fifth millennium began, and therefore, the last days began, the first of the last days began.

And two thousand years have already passed from Christ until now; but before God, how much time has passed? Only two days, two days before God, which for us is two thousand years. And if two days have already elapsed before God, of the last days, the fifth and sixth millennium, what is left for us? We are left with the seventh millennium, which is the Last Day before God.

The Last Day before God, of which Christ spoke when He spoke about the believers in Him, He said about the believers in Him, in John, chapter 6 and verse 39 to 40, it says:

“And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.”

He is speaking of the Last Day before God. And for the resurrection of the dead in Christ, notice, it requires the arrival of the Last Day, that is, the Last Day before God, which for human beings is the seventh millennium.

“And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life…”

See, “he that seeth the Son, and believeth on him.” He that doesn’t believe, what happens? Well, then he doesn’t have (what?) eternal life. But he that sees the Son and believes in him, he says that:

“…may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.”

When does Christ say that He will bring about the resurrection of the departed believers in Him? He says it will be for the Last Day. It wasn’t in the fifth millennium for the New Testament saints, neither was it in the sixth millennium, but it is for the seventh millennium, which is the Last Day before God.

And now, notice how people who have believed in Christ, and have washed their sins in the Blood of Christ, and have received the Spirit of Christ: they have eternal life. Therefore, they have to resurrect at the Last Day, in the seventh millennium (if they died); and if they are alive, when they see the resurrected saints we will be transformed and will have an eternal body.

Christ says in John, chapter 5, verse 24:

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”

Notice the way to pass from death to life, and thus secure our future; a future of eternal life, with an eternal body that we are to receive on this Last Day. That is for all who have believed in Christ and have washed away their sins in the Blood of Christ and have received His Holy Spirit.

Now, notice that for the Last Day, for the seventh millennium, it is that Christ will resurrect those who have already departed and will transform all those who believe in Him, who have washed their sins in His Blood and have received His Holy Spirit; and thus He will give us an eternal body. This is for the Last Day, that is, for the seventh millennium.

According to the calendar used today, there are only about three years, more or less, for the sixth millennium to end and the seventh millennium to begin. We are missing 98, 99 and 2000 to complete the sixth millennium, and thus complete six thousand years, and begin the seventh millennium.

But the calendar is behind; and if we add to the calendar the years of delay that it has, we are already in the seventh millennium for years, and we are in the Last Day before God, which is also called the Lord’s Day or Day of Jehovah.

That is the Lord’s Day or Last Day, which is the seventh millennium, in which Christ will be fulfilling all these things that must take place in the Last Day: The Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, sending them with a Great Voice of Trumpet and calling His elect; and thus gathering His elect, which is the gathering of the wheat, the sons of God, the children of the Kingdom (which are represented in the wheat), before the fire of the great tribulation comes and burns the wicked. Before, the elect are called and gathered in this end time.

Now, we have seen: “THE MYSTERY OF THE END OF THE WORLD AND THE THINGS THAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE LAST DAY.” And we have seen how we have entered the Last Day, the seventh millennium, if we add to the calendar the years of delay that it has.

And these things that must take place in the Last Day must already be taking place, each in its own time, in a progressive way, until they are all fulfilled, and the dead in Christ are resurrected, and we who are alive are transformed.

“THE MYSTERY OF THE END OF THE WORLD AND THE THINGS THAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE LAST DAY.”

We have seen this mystery throughout the Scripture, and we have seen that the fulfillment of this mystery is what God’s elect would be waiting for, and would be looking for, and would be receiving in this Last Day.

And when they would be hearing the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom making known all these things, and opening the Scriptures to us, and opening with the Scriptures our soul and understanding to understand the mysteries of the end of the world and the things that must happen in the Last Day, we would say nothing else but: “This was what I was waiting for!” That will be the feeling of every elect of God in this Last Day, because he has the promise that he will be called and gathered with the Great Voice of Trumpet that the Angels of the Son of Man will sound in the Last Day.

And the Trumpet or Great Voice of Trumpet is the Message of the Great Voice of Trumpet of the Gospel of the Kingdom revealing to us the things that must happen soon, in this end time, and revealing to us the mystery of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels in this Last Day.

And thus showing us the mystery of the end of the world, which is the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, to carry out what? The Harvest, the Reaping: the harvest, the gathering of the elect of the wheat, of the children of the Kingdom, first of all, and then the fire for the tares during the great tribulation.
