The Spirit of God and the Spirit of the Antichrist

Greetings to Rev. Missionary Miguel Bermúdez Marín, there in the Republic of Mexico, there in Acapulco. May God bless you, Miguel, and also all the ministers present as well as those who are in other nations, together with the congregations in different countries and churches that are connected to this broadcast by satellite or internet.

May the blessings of Christ be upon all of you and upon me too, and may He open the Scripture to us on this occasion. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

For this occasion, let’s read a passage from First John, chapter 4, which is very important. Chapter 4 of First John tells us [verse 1]:

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.”

May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand It.

THE SPIRIT OF GOD AND THE SPIRIT OF THE ANTICHRIST.” That is our subject: “THE SPIRIT OF GOD AND THE SPIRIT OF THE ANTICHRIST.”

We all observe that throughout the history of the human being there is a battle. The human being lives in the middle of a battle in all countries, both spiritual and physical too. The human being has to be fighting, he has to be striving, because the planet Earth, since the fall of the human being in the Garden of Eden, has stopped being an Eden and turned into a battlefield.

But that war, that battle, came from another place, from another dimension: it came from Heaven, where one of the archangels—called Lucifer or Satan or the devil—rebelled against God; evil was born of him, envy, hatred; and therefore, sin came forth from that archangel, who rebelled against God.

And that battle started in Heaven. And the Archangels Gabriel and Michael fought, and they have always been fighting against that enemy of God, which is Satan or the devil.

And when God put the human being in the Garden of Eden on this planet Earth, we find that Satan (or the devil or Lucifer) was incarnated in the animal closest to the human being, called the serpent, and through the serpent he brought sin in, introduced sin into the human race.1

The human being could continue living eternally if he did not sin; but upon sinning he died, as God said: that he would die. “The day that you eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, that day you will surely die.”2

But we find that Adam then continued living, and he went on to live about 930 years.3 And anyone may say: “But he did not die.” He did die, when he sinned. He lost… To die is to lose your life; and Adam lost Eternal Life, and so did Eve; and all they were left with was temporary life, which ended for Adam at 930 years old.

And consequently, the inheritance that Adam and Eve left their descendants, the human race, was a temporary life; and that is why we are born, we live for a period of time, and our physical body dies.

Remember that what dies is the physical body; because since the person is in the image and likeness of God, he has: a soul, which is what the person really is; a spirit, which is a spiritual body of another dimension; and he has a physical body of this dimension in which we live.

If he dies physically, well, he continues to live in the other body, in the spiritual body, called a spirit, which is a body from another dimension; like that of angels, which is of another dimension.

And if he is a believer of Christ under the New Covenant, when Christ fulfills the whole Program relevant to His First Coming (to the redemption of every person written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life), and has redeemed him, has made intercession for that person, the very last one written there: He will finish His Work of Intercession in Heaven… where He stands as High Priest after the Order of Melchizedek.

Because He is Melchizedek, the Priest, High Priest of the heavenly Temple, who came to Earth, became flesh in that veil of flesh called Jesus… that is why He could intercede for people, because he was none other than Melchizedek, the High Priest of the heavenly Temple, of that heavenly Order.

That heavenly Order is the one that all the born-again believers belong to, and that is why they are priests of God and of Christ; but Christ is the High Priest of that heavenly Order.

And now, Christ in Heaven must remain as High Priest in the Most Holy Place, making intercession for every person who receives Him as only and sufficient Savior, until the number of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is completed, until that Family of God is completed, that heavenly Family, who are born of Heaven, they are born of God.

Now, the battle has continued on Earth, in the midst of the human race, since the fall of the human being; and that battle still exists.

In the days of Jesus we find that a great fight was waged. When Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, then the Holy Spirit came upon Jesus, and a Voice from heaven, the Voice of God the Father, said: “This is My beloved Son; in whom I am well pleased.” And John saw the Holy Spirit descend upon Jesus like a dove, and he heard His Voice, God’s Voice, saying these things.4

And now, John the Baptist recognizes that He is the person whose way he is preparing; the person in whom God would be in all His fullness, in whom God would become flesh, in whom God would appear in the form of a man among the human race, to carry out the Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross.

That is why the Scripture says that in Jesus Christ dwelt the fullness of the Godhead.5 In Jesus Christ is all the fullness of God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

And now, we have the fact that this mystery of God the Father, and of Christ, which Saint Paul speaks about in Colossians, chapter 2, verses 2 to 3, is the greatest mystery. The Scripture says in Isaiah, chapter 7, verse 14, that a virgin would conceive, and bring forth a son, and His name would be called Emmanuel, which being interpreted is: God with us.6 God was in the prophets of the Old Covenant, of the Old Testament, but He was in Jesus in all His fullness.

And now, when Jesus was baptized and then left from the midst of those who followed John, where did He go? He went to the wilderness, the Scripture says: “To be tempted of the devil.”

He did not eat for about 40 days – for 40 days; and the devil was tempting Him on many occasions. And when those 40 days were over, the devil came to Him with different temptations; and one of them was that he showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and offered them to Him, and told Him that if He would fall down and worship him, he would give them to Him; he said to Him: “Because they…” The devil told Him that they were his, he said that he (the devil) was the owner of those kingdoms.7

It is because the kingdom or kingdoms of this world went on to belong to the wicked one, the devil or Satan, when Adam and Eve sinned; that is how the devil took them away from Adam, who was the heir, the son of God, who was put here on Earth about six thousand years ago. He lost the kingdoms of this Earth; the enemy got a hold of them and illegally took possession of them.

And now, we find that he doesn’t have the right or the rights because he doesn’t have the Title Deed; because whoever has the title deed is the owner. Even if someone else is on another person’s land, if they don’t have the title deed they are not the owner of that land; the one who has the title deed is the owner.

And that Title Deed is the one that is in the right hand of God in Revelation chapter 5; and the original Owner is God. He gave it to His son Adam; but when he sinned: God took it back; and it has remained in the hand of God, in the right hand of God, throughout these six thousand years that have passed.

But the promise is that It is going to be taken by the heir, the Messiah, who is both High Priest and King, who is both Lamb and Lion. He is the heir because He is the second Adam.

The first Adam forfeited the rights. The second Adam takes that Title, obtains the rights, and therefore restores all of God’s sons and daughters to Eternal Life, to the Eternal Kingdom; and therefore, they will reign with Christ on this planet Earth for a thousand years and for all eternity.

Now, speaking of the Spirit of God and the spirit of the antichrist. The Spirit of God was made flesh in the person of Jesus, the same Holy Spirit that was in the prophets and spoke through the prophets, the same Holy Spirit who delivered the Hebrew people from bondage in Egypt. He is the Angel of the Covenant, He is the image of the living God, called the Angel of God or Angel of the Covenant, who is the Holy Spirit.

That is why when He tells us in Malachi chapter 4 and chapter 3 about the Coming of the Lord, He shows us His First Coming and His Second Coming. Malachi chapter 3 speaks to us about a messenger that He will send before Him to prepare the way for Him; and then “the Lord will come to His Temple,” whom the people…: “whom ye seek,” whom the Hebrew people was seeking; “and the Messenger of the Covenant, whom ye delight in.”

Now, God the Father, the Almighty God, would come to His Temple—for the temple was made for Him and for the people to draw near to God—and the Angel of the Covenant.

Who is the Angel of the Covenant? He is the image of the living God, He is the heavenly body of God; He is the Christ in His heavenly body, He is the Messiah in His heavenly body, which would later be made flesh and would be Emmanuel: God with us; because God has been in His Angel, the Angel of the Covenant, called the Word, who was with God and was God, through which He created all things.8

That is why when Moses wanted to see God’s Glory, God said to him: “There shall no man see Me and live. But I am going to pass before you, and I will put My hand in front of you, and I will put you in a cleft of the rock while I pass by; and then you will be able to see My back parts;”9 and that is what happened. The back parts of God, the back parts of a man, the back parts of the Angel of the Covenant.

Joshua also saw that same Angel, he saw Him as the Commander in Chief of God’s Armies; he saw Him with His sword in His hand. Also… That is in chapter 5, verses 13 to 16 of Joshua.

And also, in chapter 13 of the Book of Judges, Samson’s father, Manoah, who was married and his wife didn’t have any children because she was barren, the Angel of God appeared to him in a visible form; first to Manoah’s wife, and then she told him, that He had appeared to her and told her that she was going to have a child, and gave her instructions on how to raise the child.

And Manoah then prayed to God to send him that Angel again; God sent Him. Manoah received the news from his wife: that the Angel had appeared to her again; he went to where the Angel was, he spoke to Him. He said to him that it was true that He was the person who had appeared to her, because Manoah asked Him if He was the Angel, the Man who had appeared to her, and He told him: “Yes.” Then he asks Him everything regarding the child that Manoah and his wife were going to have, and how to raise him, and He tells him: “It will be as I told her.”

Manoah invites Him to eat, and He tells him: “I will not eat of your bread, but if you want to offer, offer to God… offer – whatever you have to offer, offer it to God.”

And then Manoah prepared a kid goat, he brought it, the Angel tells him to place it on the rock; and the Angel then touched that sacrifice there, that kid goat, He touched it with his staff or His…; and the fire there, which consumed – was consuming the kid goat (because Manoah had placed it and he had – he was offering it to God)…, and as the fire went up, the Angel ascended in the flame of fire; and then Manoah realized that was the Angel of God, and he tells his wife: “We shall die, because we have seen God face to face.”

The same thing that had happened to Jacob, in Genesis chapter 32, verses 24 to 32, where Jacob wrestled with an Angel all night; and when the day was breaking, the Angel says to him: “Let me go, for the day is breaking,” He had to go. And Jacob says to Him: “I will not leave You, I will not let You go, until You bless me.”

It is important to hold on to God for God’s blessing.

And the Angel says to him: “What is your name?” He tells Him: “My name is Jacob.” He says to him: “Your name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel; for as a prince you had power with God and with men, and have prevailed.”

One fights to prevail.

So, the Angel leaves, and then Jacob names the place where all of this had taken place, in memory of that glorious encounter that he [Jacob] had with the Angel. It was a glorious encounter for Jacob. And he called it Peniel, which means ‘the face of God,’ because he says: “I have seen God…” It says…, chapter 32, verse 30, says: [Genesis]:

And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.

But you, after reading all these Scriptures of the Old Testament, and seeing that God appeared to different people, and they testified that they had seen God face to face; now, when you find here in this passage of First John, that says that God… verse 12 [chapter 4]: “No man hath seen God at any time;” and also in the Gospel according to Saint John, chapter 1, Saint John himself tells us… Notice how Saint John tells us, in verse – chapter 1, verse 18:

No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.”

Therefore, all these appearances of God to the prophets in that heavenly body called the Angel of the Covenant was God in Christ, God in the heavenly body of Christ; it was a theophany. A heavenly body is a theophanic body.

And that is why Jesus Christ on one occasion said, around Saint John chapter 8, verse 56 to 58, He says: “Your father Abraham desired to see My day; and he saw it, and was glad.” The Jews say to Him: “You are not yet 50 years old, and You say that You have seen Abraham? He says to them: “Before Abraham was, I am.”

How was Christ before Abraham? He was the Angel of the Covenant, that Angel who appeared to Adam, to Abel, to Seth; He appeared to Enoch, He appeared to Methuselah, He appeared to Noah; to Abraham too, He ate with Abraham.

Elohim—this Angel of the Covenant—and the two main Archangels of God: Gabriel and Michael, ate with Abraham when they visited him (around chapter 18 of Genesis) the day before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

It is the same One who in chapter 14 had appeared to Abraham as Melchizedek, Priest of the Most High God;10 without father, without mother, without descent.11

This Angel, called the Angel of the Covenant, is Melchizedek Himself; He is the most important person in God’s Program, because He is the heavenly body of God; He is the image of the living God, Saint Paul says in Hebrews chapter 1, verse 1 to 3. And let’s read it, so that we have a clear picture of who Jesus Christ is… Which, a few days ago we commemorated the last supper that Christ had with His disciples; we also commemorated Passover, which was materialized in Jesus Christ dying on Calvary’s Cross as the Paschal Lamb.

He died on the eve of Passover, just like every paschal lamb died there in Egypt; which was sacrificed by the father of the household to apply the blood on the door, on the lintel and the doorposts of every Hebrew home, to preserve the life of the firstborn.12

And to preserve the life of the firstborn written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life, who would form the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, Christ died on Calvary’s Cross as the Paschal Lamb, the Lamb of God; that is why when John the Baptist saw Him, he says: “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”13

God in all His fullness was in Him: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, everything in Jesus Christ. Emmanuel: God with us.

Therefore, the heavenly body of God is the Angel of the Covenant, that theophanic body, which is the image of the living God. And God’s physical body is the body of Jesus Christ, which is already glorified; so that we understand it clearly. And that is why, just as the Angel of the Covenant has been on the Throne of God (Christ in His heavenly body) then, when He resurrects and ascends to Heaven glorified: He sat at the right hand of God, He sat on the Throne of God.

The fight was for the Throne: Who would sit on God’s heavenly Throne.

Satan or the devil offered Him the kingdoms of this world, and therefore, the throne of the kingdoms of this world; which is the throne of the wicked one; of which the Scripture, in the book of Revelation, when the message to the church of Pergamos is spoken, it says that they dwelt where Satan’s throne was.14 And we will not explain much about that for now, because we would have to look for the origin of that throne, show it, and that would take us some time; and then show how that throne has been moving, and indicate where that throne will be at the Last Day, and who will sit on that throne.

Since we are speaking about the Spirit of God and the spirit of the antichrist: The One who has the Spirit of God will sit on the Throne of God; and that is why Christ—in whom the Spirit of God was in all His fullness—has sat on the heavenly Throne. And well, the antichrist sits on Satan’s throne.

Now, two thousand years ago, there were two very important people: Jesus Christ and Judas Iscariot. The Spirit of God went into Jesus Christ when John baptized Him; and the spirit of the antichrist went into Judas Iscariot during the Lord’s last supper, to then go and sell Christ.15

It was the most difficult stage for Christ, where one of His own disciples stops believing in Christ; he had set his eyes and his heart on material goods, and he wanted to tell Jesus Christ what He had to do with the money, the offerings, and the things that were received. He was the treasurer; but it also says that, from what was received, he would take some for himself, for his personal use.

Now, that is the sad part of the history of Christ and His disciples: that one of His disciples betrayed Him. He was the one who knew all the details, he knew the places that Christ went to, he knew the ins and outs of the ministry of Christ, and he knew where He would be on the eve of Passover after having the last supper with His disciples.

But when the evil spirit, the spirit of the antichrist, goes into Judas Iscariot, the spirit of the wicked one… it says that the devil entered into Judas Iscariot. That is there around Saint John… in Saint John it tells us about what happened, which is very sad. Even for Christ it was a very sad moment. But Christ already knew it, Christ knew who would sell Him.

For money, out of interest in money, and because he didn’t agree with Christ; he didn’t understand the work that Christ was carrying out. He thought… perhaps like the Zealots, that this movement was a movement… had to be a revolutionary movement and stage a coup d’état against the established government, defeat the Romans, and establish the Kingdom of God.

But in the Divine Program, the part for the redemption of the human being was being carried out; and it had to be that way, as the Lamb of God, and He had to die. Christ was the One who knew well, clearly, that He had to die; and in order to die, certain things had to happen, where someone close to Him, who knew all the details of the ministry and life of Jesus, and the whole administrative part, the inflows and everything, would be the one who would sell Him.

Jesus Christ knew who it was from the beginning. On one occasion He says: “Did I not choose you twelve, and one of you is a devil?”16 And He did not point him out at that moment, He left him alone, He did not take him out, He did not say: “I am going to take this one out so that he does not give Me problems.”

There was going to come a stage when He had to die; and certain things had to be fulfilled where one of them was going to rebel against Jesus, he was going to betray Him, he was going to sell Him, and so on; it was typified in: when Joseph’s brothers sold him.17 So he would be of the same nation, of the same people.

And now, Christ let him because He knew that he had a part to carry out.

What if John or Peter say to Him?: “But You know who he is. Take him out!”

Well, Jesus could ask him: “Then, do you want to take his place? Do you want to do the part that he is going to do?”

Surely Peter would say to Him: “No, no; not me.”

—“Ah, well, leave him alone; he has a part to carry out so that the Work of Redemption that I have to do can be fulfilled. So, leave him alone.”

[WSS] In plain words: “What he is interested in is the money, let him continue doing his part.”

But Christ kept quiet, He never said anything to them, to avoid forming a problem among the disciples themselves, because they were very jealous and could harm him.

Even on one occasion, James and his brother (John and James) are there, and they go with their mother and say to Jesus… because they wanted – they had already seen what had happened on Mount Transfiguration, and they go and tell her; and they knew that was the type and figure of what would be the coming of the Kingdom of God with the Messiah for the establishment of the Kingdom of God, and they saw Moses on one side and Elijah on the other side there on Mount Transfiguration.

And then they go with their mother, they tell her, and they go to Jesus, and she says to Him: “Look, I want…” He asks her: “Woman, what do you want? What do you desire?” And she says to Him: “I want these two sons of mine, in Your Kingdom, for one to be on Your right and the other on Your left.”18 In other words, all the things that would be done in that Kingdom would be led by Jacob (who is James) and John; in other words, the main ones in the Kingdom would be James and John, or Jacob and John.

Parents, and especially mothers, always desire the best for their children; and today, on Mother’s Day, I congratulate you for desiring the best for your children, and the best is always: the salvation of your children’s souls.

When you, as a mother, seek the salvation of your children, and for your children to follow God, to serve God, to follow Christ, you are seeking what is best for them; just as this mother was seeking the best position for her children in the Kingdom of the Messiah.

Christ tells them: “Are you able to drink the cup that I will drink of?” They tell Him: “Yes.” Because whoever is seeking a blessing from God can’t look at the problems, he can’t look at what are the things that will probably prevent them from obtaining what they want. Whoever is seeking God’s blessing must believe that with God all things are possible, and all things are possible to him that believes. “With God nothing is impossible,”19 and “all things are possible to him that believes.”20

Therefore, they tell Him: “Yes”; and the Lord tells them: “Yes, you are able.” See? He doesn’t tell them that they can’t, but He tells them: “But to sit on My right and on My left is not Mine to give, but it shall be given to him or to them for whom it is prepared.” In other words, that position will be given, but not to them just because they asked for it, but to whom and for whom that position is destined. The position of sitting on thrones in the Kingdom of the Messiah was destined for them, along with the other apostles who would sit on 12 thrones; all 12 apostles on 12 thrones.

Likewise, Jacob’s 12 sons also sit on 12 thrones, according to what is shown in the book of Revelation; and also in the words that Christ said, when He says: “You who have followed Me shall sit on twelve thrones, and you will judge the twelve tribes of Israel.” Saint Matthew chapter *19, verses 26 to 28; and Saint Luke chapter 22, verses 28 to 30.

And now, we ask ourselves: there are 24 thrones: 12 for the patriarchs and 12 for the apostles; Judas Iscariot lost one throne – his throne; but don’t worry, someone else inherited it.

Now, the blessing of sitting on thrones has run out, it seems. The Scripture says that the believers in Christ have been washed with the Blood of Christ and they have been cleansed from all sins, and it says: “And they have been made unto our God kings and priests.”21 If they are kings, they will have thrones as well. What will that be like? Don’t worry, when we are there in the Kingdom of the Messiah, we will see what that will be like.

Furthermore, Christ in Revelation chapter 3, verse 20 to 21, says:

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”

So, there is a Throne left: the Throne of the Messiah, the Throne of Christ, which is the Throne of David. Therefore, there is a great blessing for the believers in Christ.

Now, we find that the Spirit of God is the Holy Spirit, the Angel of the Covenant, who was made flesh in the person of Jesus, who had delivered the Hebrew people, who had appeared to the prophets and had spoken through the prophets, because He was manifested in the prophets.

Since He is the Light, the Angel of the Covenant, the Holy Spirit, the Word that was with God, He is the Light; “And that true Light came into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by Him,” says Saint John chapter 1, verses 8 to 14. And it says that “the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father), full of grace and truth.” That is why Jesus could say: “I am the Light of the world; he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness,” there around chapter 8, verse 12, of Saint John.

So, we have already seen who Jesus Christ is. “No man has seen God at any time; but the only begotten Son of the Father, He has declared Him,”22 in other words, Christ, the Angel of the Covenant in His heavenly body is the One who has been declaring Him throughout the entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation; but He has used different veils of flesh, which are the prophets that He has sent to this Earth in the different dispensations and different ages.

Because in order for Him to speak to the people, He must have a veil of flesh through which to manifest Himself, through which to speak; that instrument is anointed with the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, is in him. And in one of those Anointed with the Spirit of God, the promise of the Coming of the Messiah would be fulfilled, and it was fulfilled in Jesus. As simple as that.

And now, we have seen the trajectory of the Holy Spirit, of the Spirit of God, from Genesis to the days of Jesus; and then, on the Day of Pentecost, It comes down upon 120 people who were gathered waiting for the Coming of the Spirit, and baptizes them with the Holy Spirit and Fire, It brings forth the new birth in them.23

Peter preaches, and about three thousand people receive Christ as Savior, are baptized in water, and also receive the Spirit of Christ,24 and that is why they are added to the Church of the Lord; because only the people who have been born again of the Water and of the Spirit are added to the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; that is how they are added into the Church. Just like children are added into a family when they are born; if they haven’t been born, they aren’t added.

And now, throughout the history of the human race we have had the two spirits: the Spirit of God and the spirit of the antichrist (the spirit of the antichrist, which is the spirit of the wicked one), both moving; and we have been seeing a fight, a battle. And that is why since the human being’s fall in the garden of Eden, the Earth has become a battlefield; and the mind: especially the human being’s mind has become the battlefield.

And that is why there are different paths; in the political field, in the economic field, in the religious field as well. And in the religious field there are people who say: “All paths lead to God.”

But what does Jesus Christ say? “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; and no man comes to the Father, but by Me,” (Saint John chapter 14, verse 6). Therefore, there is one path that leads to God: it is Christ. He doesn’t say that there are many paths, and that all paths lead to God, but that He is the only way: “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; and no man comes to the Father, but by Me.” One cannot reach the Father, God, except through Christ.

And now, in terms of the Spirit of Christ, which is Christ Himself but in His heavenly body, Christ in Holy Spirit, He has been in the midst of His Church since the Day of Pentecost until now. Before that He was indeed among the believers in Him: in the body of flesh called Jesus.

And now, Christ says in Saint Matthew chapter 28, verses 16 to 20, when He sends them to preach, to teach all nations, then He tells them: “And I will be with you always, even unto the end of the world.” But we know that He ascended to Heaven and is at the right hand of God, how can He be present and how can He fulfill that promise, that He will be with the believers in Christ always, even to the end of the world? Well, in Holy Spirit. Christ in Holy Spirit has been in the midst of His Church the whole time, since the Church was born on the Day of Pentecost, and He still is.

We have the promise, for the Last Day, of a great manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Just as He was manifested through the apostles, just as He was manifested through Jesus, just as He was manifested through Saint Peter, Saint Paul, the other apostles, and then through different messengers; for this end time there is a promise that He will manifest Himself in all His fullness; and there is a promise that a Great Tent Cathedral will appear in the midst of Christianity, which was shown to Rev. William Branham.

Rev. William Branham is the greatest man North America has ever had, and the greatest prophet North America has ever had; because he was the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ; just as John the Baptist said – or Christ said of John the Baptist: “Among those that are born of women, there was none greater than John.”25 Jesus puts him as the greatest prophet, why? Because he was the forerunner of the Coming of the Messiah for that time.

We have great promises for our time. The vision that was shown to Rev. William Branham of a Great Tent Cathedral, and a little room in it, and services taking place in that Great Tent Cathedral, will be fulfilled at the end time. And the Pillar of Fire will be there, the Holy Spirit, the Angel of the Covenant, will be there; and there will be a great manifestation of Christ in Holy Spirit in the midst of the fulfillment of that vision of The Great Tent Cathedral.

Somewhere in the midst of Christianity, that promise will be fulfilled. And there, the Third Pull, where great blessings will be spoken by the creative Word, the Tent Vision will be confirmed, it will be confirmed that Rev. William Branham was the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, and everything that God has promised for the Last Day, for the end time, will be confirmed.

All that will take place in the midst of Christianity; that is why Rev. William Branham says that when the Jews see Christ, the One they are waiting for manifested, they will say: “This is the One we are waiting for.” In plain words: “What is He doing among the Gentiles?” They will see Elijah, because they are waiting for Elijah. “What is He doing with the Gentiles? What is He doing with Christianity?”

It’s because at the Last Day Christ will come with His Angels, which are the Two Olive Trees, the ministries of Moses and Elijah; and He comes for His Church, the born-again believers in Him, to give them the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

That is why Reverend William Branham says that in the Third Pull, when the Third Pull is manifested (where the power of God that was seen manifested through him in part, will be manifested in all His fullness),26 he says that this will give the faith for the rapture to the believers in Christ, it will give them faith to be transformed and raptured and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. And as a sign of the time in which this will be fulfilled, it says that there will come a squeeze upon the believers in Christ. Upon those who are going to enjoy those blessings, first there will come a squeeze.

Therefore, when you see a squeeze moving, and it is also directed against that Tent Vision, remember: that full manifestation of God is very close, the adoption of the sons and daughters of God is very close.

Therefore, we will be on the side of what God has promised, working in favor of the project that God has promised to carry out at this end time. We are not going to take sides with those who will be against, because we would place ourselves in the position of all those who rose against the Program of God in all times.

Those who stand against a Divine promise when everything is being prepared for it to become a reality or when that promise is being fulfilled, those who rise against it or have risen against are placed in the type and figure of Dathan, Korah, and Abiram, who rose up against Moses; and they are also placed in the type and figure of Judas Iscariot.

Therefore, we don’t want anything to do with those people, but rather with those who will be in favor of what God has promised, to work, so that it becomes a reality; because God works through His Church.

The members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ are God’s instruments, for God to use them to carry out the Program that He has from stage to stage in the midst of His Church and in the midst of the planet Earth.

Those who will be hand in hand in favor of the Divine Program promised for the day in which the person lives: are taking sides with the Spirit of God and are working with the Spirit of God in whatever the Spirit of God is carrying out through the different instruments that He has in each time. That’s how it will be for this end time and for God’s Program relevant to this end time.

And those who will be against God’s Program, who will rise against It to criticize It and try to prevent It from being fulfilled, well, they will be connected to the spirit of the antichrist. As simple as that.

Those two spirits move; and the spirit of the antichrist is against the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of God, and it always tries to destroy God’s Work, God’s Program that He has promised for each time. He that is of God hears God’s Voice;27 he who isn’t of God, well, doesn’t hear God’s Voice, instead he hears the voice of the spirit of the antichrist.

It’s like in the days of Micaiah, where, by that time, the prophet Elijah had said that Ahab would die and the dogs would lick his blood.28 The prophet Elijah had already left, but the prophecy stayed in the midst of the people. And the time came when there was an appointed battle, which had to take place, of Israel, the northern kingdom, against its enemies, and he asked the king of Judah for help, which was Jehoshaphat, who feared God. Ahab was an idolater, his wife was Jezebel, and they served the idols, even though Ahab was a Jew, a Hebrew.

And now, all of Ahab’s prophets prophesied that he should go to war, that it would go well, that he would obtain the victory; and Jehoshaphat, the king of Judah, saw all of that, but he wasn’t convinced; those were prophets of Baal, prophets that also spoke and claimed that they spoke in the Name of God, in the Name of the Lord; and Jehoshaphat asks Ahab: “But don’t you have any other prophet, a prophet of the Lord?” And Ahab tells him: “Yes, there is one, but he always prophesies evil concerning me. I have no interest in that man, I don’t want to hear from him; everything he prophesies is always evil concerning me.” That is because sometimes people think more about their well-being than about the Word of God.

And then Jehoshaphat tells him: “Send for him so that we can hear what he has to say.” They sent for him, and the one who goes to find him tells him: “All the prophets are saying that things will go well for King Ahab, that he should go to battle; say the same thing, don’t say something different.”

It’s because they thought that the majority rules, and that one person prophesying differently than the rest wouldn’t have credibility or wouldn’t be telling the truth; and Micaiah says: “What God tells me, that is what I will say.” They take him, but then he started saying what the other prophets were saying, and the king said: “Haven’t I told you to always tell me the truth, what God says?” Oh, so he didn’t like that he said the same thing the others were saying.

It’s because he wanted to prove to Jehoshaphat that he always prophesied evil, evil against King Ahab; and now, if Jehoshaphat hears him telling him to go to battle, that he will obtain the victory, he will say: “But look, he is prophesying good for you.” And so he tells him to tell him the truth.

And then he tells him: “I saw Israel scattered, as sheep that have not a shepherd.” And then he tells him: “I saw God sitting…” Chapter 22 of the book of Kings (you can find it there), of First Kings, starting from verse 13 and on.

And Micaiah says: “I saw God sitting on His Throne, and I saw the Hosts in Heaven on the right and on the left. And God asks: ‘Who will go…’” Because the time had come to die… Let’s read it, so you can see that… Chapter 22, verse 19 and on, of First Kings, says:

And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.

And the Lord said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner.

And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the Lord…”

When it says: “there came forth a spirit,” remember, it is a character from another dimension, similar to the people of this earthly dimension but from another dimension; because a spirit is a body from another dimension, similar to the bodies of human beings.

And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the Lord, and said, I will persuade him.

And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee.”

By Divine permission, since Ahab had rebelled against God, He allows a lying spirit, together with the whole army of that lying spirit, to go to King Ahab and go to Ahab’s prophets, and enter into them, and for them to start to prophesy anointed with that lying spirit, to start to prophesy to go to battle, that Ahab should go to battle and that it will go well for him; which was a lie: it would go badly for him.

But Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah went near, and smote Micaiah on the cheek, and said, Which way went the Spirit of the Lord from me to speak unto thee?”

So, these people believed and said that they were also prophets of God, of the Lord, too, but with a lying spirit, prophesying lies; they were outside the Word that God had spoken through the prophet Elijah. A prophet can’t contradict what another prophet has already said by the Word of God.

Therefore, the one who truly had the Word of God was Micaiah. They went out to the battle, they wounded Ahab, and he died. Even though he tried to prevent it from being fulfilled: he dressed differently so that they wouldn’t realize that he was the king; but while he was fleeing, a bow drawn at a venture reached him, wounded him; they took him in the chariot to a certain place, to the place of Jezreel, he died there; and the dogs were licking his blood, as it was prophesied by the prophet Elijah.

The spirit of Elijah has come to Earth on different occasions: in Elijah the Tishbite, in Elisha, in John the Baptist, and in Rev. William Branham; and it is promised to come for a fifth time. The things that were said by Rev. William Branham under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, is the Word of the fourth Elijah; and as the fourth Elijah has said, that is how it will be fulfilled. Anyone who speaks the contrary, won’t be speaking with the same Spirit of God that the prophet Elijah spoke with in his fourth manifestation.

Micaiah was speaking with the same Spirit, because he was speaking according to what was already prophesied.

And that is also how it will be in our time: things will happen as they were prophesied by the Spirit of God in the prophetic ministry of Elijah for the fourth time. And all those who will agree with what was prophesied will see that everything God spoke through the ministry of Elijah forerunning the Second Coming of Christ will be fulfilled that way.

So, you have to see whose side you’re on: either on the Spirit of God’s side or the spirit of the antichrist’s side.

Then the spirit of the antichrist will become incarnate in the man of sin at the Last Day, according to the prophecies. According to Second Thessalonians chapter 4, it speaks to us about the man of sin, who comes after the working of the wicked one.

At this end time… Since the times of the apostles, the spirit of the antichrist has been on the move and causing harm among the people; but later on it would become incarnate, later it would have its veils of flesh throughout time; and at the Last Day it will become completely incarnate in a man, and the spirit of the antichrist will then work, will do what is prophesied for the Last Day.

But the promise is that everything will happen as it was said by the Holy Spirit through the manifestation of the ministry of Elijah for the fourth time. And I’m going to show you something here, so that you are aware of what will happen.

It says… this book of The Seven Seals of Revelation, preached in different conferences by Rev. William Branham, says… on page 168 of the book of The Seals, it says:

400 But, you see, when Christ come, a Sword went forth from His mouth, like a lightning flash,” (what is that? The Word going forth from His mouth, being spoken). “It went forth and consumed His enemies, and cast away the devil. It cut away everything else. And He come, His vesture dipped in blood, and on His thigh was written, ‘The Word of God.’”

The Word, the Angel of the Covenant, who was made flesh two thousand years ago. It says:

[400] Amen. Here He come, with His army, coming from Heaven.”

And now, the other rider of another white horse, which is the antichrist, it says:

401 That white-horse rider has been in the land all the time. He will change from antichrist. He does that, and becomes to a false prophet.”

And now, he goes on to say:

[401] See, he first started, an antichrist, the spirit; then he become a false prophet; then, later, when the devil is cast out,” (when he is cast out of Heaven), “he is incarnate then,” (meaning, he will be incarnate in the false prophet), “(…) then he becomes a false prophet, teacher of a false doctrine; next thing, he comes as the very devil himself, incarnate. See? There he is.

402 And at the same time that this devil falls out of Heaven and becomes incarnate in a man, the Holy Spirit goes up and comes down in carnate men.”

Now, we can see that something great is going to happen at this end time.

There is another part where it tells us [The Seals]:

165 Now, you see, he was cast out, of the earth, and becomes incarnate, as the antichrist spirit become incarnate into a man.” (Page 290).

All of that will take place as it was said by the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, Rev. William Branham, in the spirit and power of Elijah in his fourth manifestation; it won’t happen any other way.

Therefore, we have to be attentive to what was already prophesied that will be happening.

On page 405, he says [The Seals]:

[202] And just about the time the antichrist moves hisself fully on the stre-…on the scene; God moves Hisself fully on, to redeem it all. See, just run, just right together. And they’re, both, side by side. Cain and Abel! [Brother Branham claps his hands together once—Ed.] The crow and the dove, on the ark! Judas and Jesus!”

Therefore, the way it has been prophesied to happen, that is how it will happen.

Christianity is waiting for the Coming of the Lord, and the only hope there is for the human being is the Coming of the Lord; because in economic terms, from the look of things, there is no economic future for people; and from the look of things, in the terms of the planet Earth’s conditions, there is no future for planet Earth, given the situation of the environmental problems: global warming and other problems, the pollution of rivers, of the seas (and so on), due to chemicals and other things that have contaminated the waters of the rivers and seas.

Global warming is causing the poles, the polar ice caps, to melt, and that is a serious problem for the planet Earth and its inhabitants. Also the earthquakes, tidal waves, tsunamis, volcanoes, and the threat of a Third World War, takes any person’s hope away. But there is a hope for the human being and it is the Second Coming of Christ; and therefore, that is the only real hope for the believers in Christ. There is no real hope for human beings.

At some point the time period called the Great Tribulation will begin, where the Divine judgments will fall upon the Earth; just as they fell upon Egypt, and Egypt went bankrupt at the time when the plagues fell, and that was in the time of Moses.

And for the time of the ministries of Moses and Elijah, the Two Olive Trees, the plagues will repeat; according to Revelation chapter 11, and according to other Biblical passages, those plagues will be manifested again. They are also the Divine judgements that will fall upon the human race. Nature itself will be bringing forth problems, plagues, and so forth, as it was in the time of Moses.

For those who will be with the spirit of the antichrist, the Divine judgments await them. For those who will be with the Spirit of God, the blessings of God are set to be poured out upon those people; those are the people who will be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, those are the people who are waiting for the Coming of the Lord for the transformation and rapture, those are the people who are mentioned or who are worthy of this Scripture of Philippians chapter 3, verse 20 to 21, which says:

For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”

He has the power to change our bodies and to resurrect the dead believers in Him, to resurrect them in eternal bodies, just as He resurrected Lazarus, His friend.29 He has the power to transform us and give us a body like His, a glorified body like His glorified body, which is immortal, which is incorruptible, and which is young for all eternity. That is the type of body I’m waiting for, that is the type of body that He has promised for me, and for who else? For each one of you as well.

That is why it is important to be aware of whose side we’re standing on: on the Spirit of God’s side or on the spirit of the antichrist’s side.

Remember, a squeeze is prophesied to come against the believers in Christ, against those who will be on the Spirit of God’s side, but that is normal. They persecuted Christ, they crucified Him; they also persecuted the disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ and killed many of them. Saint John was the only one who died of natural causes. Saint Peter was crucified upside down, others were stoned, others were beheaded—such as Saint Paul there in Rome—and so on.

The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ was persecuted and has been persecuted Her at different times, and She will continue to be persecuted.

Therefore, what’s important is that we are on the side of the Spirit of God, of which Christ said: “I will be with you always, even unto the end of the world.” How would He be with us? In Holy Spirit, guiding His Church, which has been going from age to age, from stage to stage; and in our time She is in the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone.

That is the place where all the believers of Christ are called to be waiting for the Coming of the Lord and their transformation. It is the Golden Age, the age parallel to the one of First Coming of Christ, the age parallel to the time of Noah as well, the age parallel to the time of Abraham and Lot; for Christ said that it will be as the days of Abraham, and that it will also be as the days of Lot, and that it will also be as the days of Noah, the Coming of the Son of Man, the day that the Son of Man will reveal Himself, will manifest Himself.30

Therefore, the time for the Coming of the Son of Man, for the Coming of the Son of God, for the Coming of the Lord, will be a parallel time; and those who will stand before the Son of Man at the Last Day will be blessed: they will find themselves on the Spirit of God’s side in the Work relevant to the Last Day, and in the stage or age relevant to the Last Day, where the Spirit of God will be working, will be manifesting Himself through His instruments, through His instrument relevant to the Last Day; He will be manifesting Himself through His Church at the Last Day, where He will fulfill all the promises that He has made to His Church, to give them the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Therefore, they will be hearing the Voice of Christ as a Lion, crying as when a lion roars and seven thunders uttering their voices; and thus, giving them the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

We have seen what the Spirit of God is and what the spirit of the antichrist is. We have briefly touched on this subject, but there is more, there is a lot that can be spoken, but we need time; and we will speak about it on other occasions. And once we are in the Third Pull, in the fulfillment of God’s promises for this time, there will be more information on these two subjects: “THE SPIRIT OF GOD AND THE SPIRIT OF THE ANTICHRIST.”

The important thing is to be on the side of the Spirit of God; that will identify the person as being part of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, as a member of that Mystical Body of believers.

May God bless you and keep you, and continue having a happy afternoon, filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior.

I leave with you Rev. José Benjamín Pérez, and the relevant minister in the different nations.
