The Blessing of Following God’s Counsel in Our Time

Good evening, kind ministers, partners in the Mystical Body of Christ, our Savior. It is a great privilege and blessing for me to be with you on this occasion.

We can also see the promised Vision of The Great Tent Cathedral, which he foresaw many years in advance, and he also tried to make that Vision a reality; but it was not to be fulfilled in the time of his ministry, just like the relationship with the Hebrew people wasn’t for the time of his ministry either; because it wasn’t through the ministry that was in him, through him, that those things would be fulfilled; rather, they are promised to be fulfilled at the Last Day.

Therefore, at this time, in the midst of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, is when these promises will be fulfilled, in the stage relevant to our time, which is the Age of the Cornerstone.

There is no other age after the Age of the Cornerstone; that is why the Age of the Cornerstone is an eternal age. People go into eternity in that Divine cycle, without them realizing that they are going into eternity; they are entering an eternal cycle, where, perhaps the majority will be transformed without seeing death, and where the majority will see the Coming of the Lord, the Coming of the Lord to His Church.

And, therefore, a great blessing from God is promised for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ at this end time.

The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, led by the Holy Spirit, represented in Joshua, who brought the Hebrew people into the promised land, at this Last Day, just like Joshua was following the Divine counsel —and things went well for him—, likewise, in our time, by the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ following our Joshua, the Holy Spirit in His last manifestation, She will obtain the entrance into the promised land of the eternal body and of the Eternal Kingdom of God, and to go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

By the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ following the counsel of God, She will conquer all the promises that are mentioned in the Scripture for this end time.

The Tent Vision is a promise. It is promised that the Church will have a Great Tent Cathedral, where God’s power will be manifested in all its fullness; by faith, the Bride-Church will conquer that promise: believing that promise and working on that promise so that it becomes a reality.

Because God’s partner is the human being; the partner of the Lord Jesus Christ is His Church, She is His Helpmeet, to work in the entire Divine Program, according to God’s counsel. She can’t work according to Her own counsel, but according to the Divine counsel, to what is appointed to be carried out.

And the Church will know what has to be fulfilled, and She will labor in that work so that all the promises of the Lord Jesus Christ become a reality.

And now, we can see that this is where the blessing lies: in following the counsel of God in our time.

We have God’s counsel for our time in the Scripture, in the prophecies, in the types and figures; we also have it in the messages of Reverend William Branham, who is the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ and —therefore— of all the things that will be happening according to the Divine counsel.

Paul the apostle, in First Corinthians, chapter 2, says the following, and let’s read it. Chapter 2, verse 6 and on (verses 6 to 16), says:

Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained (prepared) before the world unto our glory…”

In other words, that wisdom was determined, ordained, by God for us before the foundation of the world; a hidden wisdom, but it was given and revealed to the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

But as it is written (it is as it is written), Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.”

The Holy Spirit, the Angel of the Covenant, Christ in His heavenly body, searches even the deep things of God.

For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.”

The spirit of man, of the human being, knows the things of that person; the spirit of that person knows his own things; in other words, the spiritual body of each person knows the things of his soul.

And now, let’s continue reading:

…even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.”

No man knew the things of God, of the Father, but the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, the Angel of the Covenant. That is why all the things that God reveals to His people, He does it through His Spirit, the Holy Spirit, who is the Angel of the Covenant, which is the heavenly body of God, which is Christ in His heavenly body.

Likewise, we find that the human being has a spiritual body; and that spiritual body knows the things of that person’s soul.

And now, we find that there is a great blessing for all the children of God; because God through His Spirit, which is the Angel of the Covenant (where the Eternal Name of God is, according to Exodus, chapter 23, verses 20 to 23), through that Angel of the Covenant, who is the Holy Spirit, He reveals the things of the Father to His people.

That is why Jesus Christ said that He spoke nothing, but what He heard the Father speak, and He did nothing, but what He saw the Father do.1

And now, Christ is the Angel of the Covenant incarnate; meaning, the Angel of the Covenant in a veil of flesh called Jesus. And because the Angel of the Covenant is the heavenly body of God, and Jesus Christ in His body of flesh is the physical likeness of God, we find God there in all His fullness manifested in the midst of the human race.

God in His image: the heavenly body, and God in His physical likeness: the body of flesh called Jesus; and thus, we find God’s full manifestation there: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

And there we have the mystery of God: of God the Father, and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge to follow God’s counsel in our time.

Colossians, chapter 2, verses 2 to 3, tells us:

… to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”

It’s because, through Christ, God makes known all His mysteries. There is no other way for them to be made known.

Anyone may say: “But through Such-and-such a prophet in the Bible, God made known such-and-such a mystery.”

It was through the Angel of the Covenant, manifested in a prophet! And God spoke through the prophets.

It has always been God through the Holy Spirit, in other words, through the Angel of the Covenant; but He has used veils of flesh called “prophets” in different times.

“Surely the Lord God will do nothing without first revealing His secrets (to whom?) to His servants, His prophets;2 because those are the veils of flesh through whom the Angel of the Covenant manifests Himself in human flesh and speaks to human beings.

That is why in Zechariah, chapter 7, verse 11 to 12, it says:

But they refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.

Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the Lord of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the Lord of hosts.” (Zechariah, chapter 7, verse 11 to 12.)

Now we can see the way that God spoke to the Hebrew people: God the Father, by His Spirit, the Angel of the Covenant, spoke to the Hebrew people through the prophets.

In other words, the veil of flesh that God was using was the prophets; and the Spirit of God in those prophets was none other than the Angel of the Covenant, the same One who gave the Hebrew people the Law on Mount Sinai, the same One who delivered them from bondage in Egypt.

And now, let’s see, in Hebrews, chapter 1, verse 1 and on, it says:

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.”

And now we find that God spoke to the Hebrew people by the Holy Spirit through the prophets; and then, He spoke to the Hebrew people through Jesus Christ: God in all His fullness was there. That is why it says:

… whom he hath appointed heir of all things…”

That is why in Saint Matthew, chapter 28, verse 16 and on, Jesus Christ says: “All power is given unto Me in Heaven and on Earth.”

He is the heir of all things, that is why He sat at the right hand of God in Heaven, at the heavenly Throne; and the One who is sitting on the Throne is the King, and He is the One who has the power. It says:

… by whom also he made the worlds.”

In other words, it was through Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, through the heavenly body of God, through that Angel in whom the Name of God is (called the Angel of God or Angel of the Lord; called “the Word,” which was with God and was God3), that God created all things: He spoke all things into existence, and they appeared, they were created.

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,” says Saint John, chapter 1, verse 14; and throughout the Scripture we know Him by the name of Jesus Christ.

And now, we can see that Jesus Christ isn’t just anyone: He is the Angel of the Covenant; that is why He came to establish a New Covenant with the House of Israel.

That is why He says in the last supper with His disciples, taking the bread… (in chapter 26, verses 26 to 28, of Saint Matthew), taking the bread and giving thanks to the Father, He broke it and gave to His disciples, and said: “Eat of it; for this is My Body.” And taking the cup of wine, and giving thanks to the Father, He gives to His disciples and tells them: “Drink ye all of it (in other words, drink of this cup); for this is My Blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”

And now, here He is showing a New Covenant that He is going to establish. “And without the shedding of blood there is no remission.”4

And even for the Covenant that was given on Mount Sinai there was also shedding of blood, of animals, of sacrifices.

And for the establishment of the New Covenant: the shedding of the Blood of the Lamb of God, of Jesus Christ, for the establishment of a New Covenant that is promised in Jeremiah, chapter 31, verses 31 to 36.

Therefore, Jesus Christ knew what He was speaking about, even though His disciples didn’t understand.

When John the Baptist introduced Jesus Christ, he said: “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world;”5 and if He is going to take the sin away, then He must die as the Sacrifice of Atonement for sin.

Also in Daniel, chapter 9, verse 21 and on, it says that the Messiah’s life would be cut off; and that would be after the sixty-nine weeks, meaning, in the seventieth week of Daniel’s prophecy; and He died in the middle of that week. Therefore, there are three and a half years left, which are the ones that correspond to the great tribulation, where God will deal with the Hebrew people as a nation again.

So, we can see that something is going to happen very soon.

Jesus Christ Himself tells us in Saint Matthew, chapter 23, verses 37 to 39… In chapter 21, He had already had His triumphal entry into Jerusalem and He was rejected; but now notice what He tells us here:

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

(Chapter 23, verse 37 and on, 37 to 39, of Saint Matthew.)

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.”

This will be fulfilled in the Second Coming of the Lord. He already had His triumphal entry as King, and He was rejected; but He will have His triumphal entry as King and be welcomed: that is for the end time, for the restoration of God’s Kingdom on Earth.

Therefore, when they see Him coming for His Church, they will say: “This is the One we are waiting for.”

And all of that is connected to the Tent Vision; therefore, wherever the Tent Vision is fulfilled, God will be manifesting Himself; and the Jews will see Him, God manifesting Himself, and they will say: “This is the One we are waiting for.”

Therefore, by following God’s counsel in our time, we have God’s blessing. THE BLESSING OF FOLLOWING GOD’S COUNSEL IN OUR TIME, that blessing is great.

That blessing will bring us the revelation of the mystery of the Seventh Seal; and therefore, the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; that will give us the blessing of seeing the Coming of the Lord at the Last Day.

Therefore, following God’s counsel, let’s labor in the Work of the Lord, in the Divine Program relevant to our time; because we can’t work in the Divine Program that was for two thousand years ago or three thousand years ago; we can’t work on God’s project for the time of Noah, because that time already passed; now we have to work in what is parallel to that time of Noah.

The ark back then is a type and figure of Christ; therefore, we must come into Christ to obtain salvation and Eternal Life; and, at the Last Day, to escape the Divine judgment that will come upon the Earth.

And how are we going to escape? Well, by being transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. As simple as that.

Therefore, onward following God’s counsel in our time, working in the Divine Program for our time.

May God bless you and keep you, and use you more and more every day in His Work at this end time; and we will see each other tomorrow, God willing, in the morning activity.

I will leave Gian del Corto with you again, who will introduce the corresponding person.

God bless you and keep you; and continue having a happy evening, filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior.

THE BLESSING OF FOLLOWING GOD’S COUNSEL IN OUR TIME.”
