The Mystery of the Coming of the Son of Man

Good afternoon, beloved friends and brethren present, and radio listeners. It is a great privilege and blessing to be with you on this occasion, to speak to you about the subject: “THE MYSTERY OF THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN.”

This is the greatest mystery hidden in God’s Mind before the foundation of the world, which Jesus Christ said that not even the angels of Heaven knew.

But this is the mystery that would be made known to human beings at the Last Day in which we live, so that we obtain the blessings of Jesus Christ in His Coming at this Last Day.

I want to read some Scriptures in Saint Matthew chapter 24, verse 27 and on, where it says:

“For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”

Here it tells us about the Coming of the Son of man.

Then, it continues telling us in Saint Matthew 24, verses 30 to 31, and says:

“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

Our subject is: “THE MYSTERY OF THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN.”

Friends present and radio listeners, this subject: “THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN,” contains a great mystery, which was not made known to human beings in past times. This mystery is the one that at the Last Day would be opened, would be made known to human beings, and would produce the greatest spiritual awakening that the human being has ever experienced in his soul.

This awakening is for this time in which we are living, where we will understand all these promises pertaining to the Last Day, and we will see the mystery of the Coming of the Son of man in a simple way, we will see this mystery being opened in a simple way; and we will be enjoying the greatest blessing of the Kingdom of God that He has promised for the Last Day.

Now, the Coming of the Son of man, notice, throughout the Scripture, is the greatest promise that God has made to His people, Israel, and to His Gentile Church.

We find this mystery in the Old Testament and in the New Testament; because in the Old Testament, the Second Coming of Christ was prophesied of more than the First Coming of Christ.

Now, notice how just like Christ in Saint Matthew 24, verses 30 to 31, tells us that the Son of man will come in the clouds and will come with power and glory, now here in Daniel chapter 7, verse 13, it tells us:

“I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.”

Here we can see the Coming of the Son of man in the clouds too; and Jesus said that the Son of man will be seen or will come in the clouds.

In the Gospels, when they make reference to this same prophecy… for example, in Saint Mark chapter 13, verse 26 and on, it tells us: “And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with power and glory. And then shall He send His Angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of Heaven to the other.”

What will be happening when the sign of the Son of man is seen in heaven, and the Son of man is seen coming in a cloud? The time to call God’s elect will have come; where the elect will be called with a Great Voice of Trumpet, and will be brought together, gathered, according to the Divine Promise.

Who are God’s elect? God’s elect are the people who have had their names written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world.

They are the ones who, from age to age and from stage to stage, have believed in Christ as their Savior and have washed away their sins in the Blood of Jesus Christ, and have received the Spirit of Jesus Christ; and therefore, they have been born again, they have been born in the Kingdom of Heaven, they have been born in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, because one comes into the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ through the new birth.

So, notice the promises there are for God’s elect at the Last Day: the call of the Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet will come, calling and gathering all of God’s elect.

And now, where will God’s elect be called and gathered? In Revelation chapter 1, verse 10 to 11, Saint John the Apostle says:

“I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last.”

Who is the Alpha and the Omega? It is our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; it is the Voice of Jesus Christ at the Last Day.

And which is the Last Day? That is the seventh millennium; “because one day before the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day,” says Second Peter chapter 3, verse 8, and the Prophet Moses also tells us this in Psalm 90, verse 4.

They say that “one day before the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” So notice that when the Lord’s Day is mentioned, that is referring to a millennial Day, in other words, a day made up of a thousand years to human beings.

And now we can understand why when Christ was preaching the Last Days had already begun; for Saint Paul tells us in his Letter to the Hebrews, in chapter 1, verse 1 and on:

“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.”

Saint Paul says that God was speaking in the Last Days through whom? Through Jesus Christ, through the Son.

And about two thousand years have already passed since Jesus, and we are still in the Last Days; because the Last Days before God are: the fifth millennium, sixth millennium, and seventh millennium. And when Jesus was four to seven years old, the [fifth] millennium began, and therefore, the Last Days began.

And notice how during these Last Days God would pour out of His Holy Spirit; and on the day of Pentecost, He began to pour out of His Holy Spirit, and He is still pouring out of His Holy Spirit; because it is a promise for the Last Days, meaning, for the fifth, sixth, and seventh millennium.

And what happens when God pours out of His Holy Spirit upon all flesh? That brings forth the new birth in the person who receives the Holy Spirit; because in order for that person to receive the Holy Spirit, he believes in Jesus Christ as his Savior, and washes away his sins in the Blood of the Lamb, and then he receives the Spirit of Christ, and thus, he is born again; and thus, he is born in the Kingdom of Heaven, meaning, he is born or enters into the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Christ has been doing that Work among the human race during these two thousand years that have passed.

And if we add to the calendar the years it is behind, we are already in the seventh millennium, meaning, at the Last Day; and Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit is still calling and gathering His elect of the Last Day, just as He called and gathered His elect from past ages.

The seven stages or ages of the Gentile Church, together with the Age of the Cornerstone, are in this diagram in the form of a pyramid with different sections.¹

And Christ in Holy Spirit was manifested in each stage of His Church, manifested through each messenger of each age, through whom He spoke, and called and gathered His sheep into His Fold. His Fold is His Church.

And we find that from age to age, in the territory pertaining to each age, were the elect of each age; and the messenger of each age was sent to that territory; and through that messenger, Jesus Christ was manifested in Holy Spirit fulfilling the promise of Saint John chapter 10, verses 14 to 16, when He said:

“I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold,” (in other words, they are not of the Hebrew people, they are of the Gentiles, or of the Gentile peoples), “them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”

He says they will hear His Voice; but Jesus, notice, left approximately two thousand years ago, He ascended to Heaven and sat at the right hand of God. How is it possible that the elect, the sheep of Jesus Christ, among the Gentiles, would be hearing the Voice of Christ? Through each angel-messenger that He would send from age to age.

Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit was manifested in each angel-messenger; and at the Last Day He would be manifested in His Angel-Messenger of the Age of the Cornerstone and of the Dispensation of the Kingdom making His last call.

That is why the promise for the Last Day is the Last Trumpet or Great Voice of Trumpet: because it is the last call of Christ through human flesh, through His Angel-Messenger, at this end time, where He—with His Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which revolves around the Second Coming of Christ, which revolves around the Coming of the Son of man, by Him giving us that Message, speaking that Message to us, revealing that Message to us, revealing that mystery of the Coming of the Son of man to us—would be calling and gathering together all of God’s elect who live at this Last Day.

And now, just as each stage or age, in which Christ spoke through each angel-messenger, was fulfilled in a certain territory… For example, the first stage or age of the Gentile Church, where God spoke through Saint Paul the Apostle, was fulfilled in Asia Minor, and God’s elect who heard the Voice of Christ were there, and they were called and gathered and put in the Lord’s Fold, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It was the same way in the second stage or age. The elect were there in Europe; and God sent Irenaeus, and Irenaeus had his ministry there in France; and God’s elect of the second stage or age of the Gentile Church were called and gathered; they heard the Voice of Christ in Irenaeus’ language.

Notice how from age to age, Christ has come speaking through the messenger of each age, in the language of the messenger, to the sheep who are in that territory where God sends that messenger. Notice how Christ comes speaking in different languages: from age to age, He uses the language of the messenger of each age.

And now, notice, in Europe five stages or five ages of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ among the Gentiles were fulfilled, which were: the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth ages, to which God sent the messengers: Irenaeus, Martin, Columba, Luther and Wesley.

Then, to fulfill the seventh stage or age of the Gentile Church, Christ in Holy Spirit went to North America, where He sent Rev. William Marrion Branham; and through him, He spoke in English (in American English) and He called and gathered the elect of the seventh age of the Gentile Church; and then He was also here in this gap between the seventh age and the Age of the Cornerstone, speaking in what language? Speaking in the English language of North America.

And then, for the last call, for the call of the Last Trumpet… because the trumpets sounded here, which is the Voice of Christ through each angel-messenger. The Voice of Christ is represented in a trumpet and also in a thunder or seven thunders.

And now here, for the call of the Last Day, which pertains to the Age of the Cornerstone, Christ would have His Angel-Messenger, to speak through him in the language of the Angel-Messenger, and in the language of the elect of the Last Day. And this is the Voice that Saint John hears on the Lord’s Day here, when he says:

“I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day,” (meaning, in the seventh millennium, which is the Lord’s Day. Revelation chapter 1, verses 10 to 11), “and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,” (in other words, it is not a literal trumpet, but a voice as of a trumpet),

“Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last.”

Who is the Alpha and Omega? Our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.

And now, here in Revelation chapter 4, verse 1, it tells us:

“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet,” (here we have the Voice of Christ like a trumpet again), “talking with me; which said, Come up hither…”

Where do we go up to? “Come up hither”: To the Age of the Cornerstone; because from age to age Christ has been manifested in each angel-messenger in each age, and here He would be manifested in His Angel-Messenger.

In order to hear the Voice of Christ in the second age, the person had to go up to that second age: to hear the Voice of Christ through Irenaeus, who was the second angel-messenger.

But now these seven stages or ages of the Gentile Church have already passed; and in order to hear the Voice of Christ speaking to us at this Last Day, that Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet, we have to go up to the Age of the Cornerstone, the Age of Love Divine, to hear the Voice of Christ through His Angel-Messenger.

And now, let’s see the things that Jesus Christ, the Son of man, will be speaking to us at the Last Day, in the Age of the Cornerstone. It says… this Voice said:

“Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.”

Now, there are things which must happen at this end time, in addition to the things that have already happened in the seven stages or ages of the Gentile Church.

Those things which must come to pass at this end time, Christ promises to make them known to His children, the ones who go up to where He is at the Last Day, to the Age of the Cornerstone, where He is manifested at the Last Day through His Angel-Messenger, speaking to His Church in the language of the Angel-Messenger; and in which territory? In the territory where God sends His Angel-Messenger, just like God’s elect in each age were [in the place] where God sent His angel-messenger of each age.

And now, let’s see here in Revelation chapter 22, verse 6, here it shows us through whom we will hear and we will receive the knowledge of all these things which must shortly be done; here we will see who is the One that will make all these things known to us. It says:

“And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.”

What does this Angel-Messenger of Jesus Christ come doing? He is making known the things which must shortly be done, which are the things that Jesus Christ said in chapter 4 that He would make known to us.

And why did Christ say back then that He would make them known, if here the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ makes them known? Because through His Angel-Messenger, Jesus Christ will be manifested at the Last Day and will be speaking to His children, and making known to them all these things which must shortly be done.

That Angel-Messenger is a prophet, the prophet of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, which is the seventh dispensation. That prophet comes with the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom; and with that Message, He reveals the mystery of the Coming of the Son of man, and all the things which must happen at this end time.

The Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which is the Last Trumpet or the Great Voice of Trumpet, contains the revelation of the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels at the Last Day.

And only through the Message of Jesus Christ through His Angel-Messenger will it be possible to understand the mystery of the Coming of the Son of man, the mystery of the Second Coming of Christ with His Angels as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords in His Claiming Work. Only through His Angel-Messenger will the revelation of this greater mystery be known.

And that is why Jesus tells us in Revelation chapter 22, verse 16:

“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.”

Which is or who is the One sent by Jesus Christ? The Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ. And what for? To testify all these things which must shortly be done, so that every person may obtain the knowledge of the mystery of the Second Coming of Christ with His Angels at the Last Day; and to be able to hear the Great Voice of Trumpet, which is the Voice of Christ through His Angel-Messenger, making known to us all these things which must shortly be done; and thus, calling and gathering all of God’s elect in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.

Now we have seen the way that Jesus Christ would be manifested at the Last Day, in the seventh millennium, speaking to His sheep, calling and gathering His sheep in His Fold, meaning, in His mystical Body of believers, which is His Church.

Now we have seen through whom Jesus Christ will be fulfilling His promise to make all these things known to us, and fulfilling His promise of His Coming to His Church, to the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom; just as the mystery of the Coming and presence of Christ to His Church in each age was through each angel-messenger, through whom He was veiled and revealed, speaking to His people, to His sheep, and calling them and gathering them in His Fold.

And now the mystery of Christ here is the Coming of Christ in and to the Age of the Cornerstone, veiling Himself and revealing Himself through His Angel-Messenger, and speaking to us all these things which must shortly come to pass.

We have seen this mystery of the Coming of the Son of man.

Now, the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ is not the Son of man; the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ is the Prophet-Messenger of the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom Jesus Christ will be manifested at the Last Day.

John the Apostle, in Revelation chapter 19, verses 9 to 10, and Revelation chapter 22, verses 8 to 9, wanted to worship at the feet of the Angel of Jesus Christ, but he told him not to do it; he told him: “See that you do it not, for I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets. Worship God.”

Because this Angel-Messenger is a prophet, the Prophet of the Dispensation of the Kingdom; but through this Angel-Messenger Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit would be manifested at the Last Day, making known to us all these things which must shortly be done.

And that is how Christ would be speaking to us with that Great Voice of Trumpet at the Last Day, that Great Voice of Trumpet, which is the Trumpet of the Gospel of the Kingdom being proclaimed at the Last Day by Jesus Christ through His Angel-Messenger; because the Angel-Messenger of Jesus Christ will be preaching the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, anointed by the Spirit of Jesus Christ; and that is how we would be hearing the revelation of all these things which must shortly be done.

Now, the sign of the Son of man in heaven, what is this? What does this mean?

God through the prophets spoke to us about the Coming of the Son of man in the clouds, as we read in Daniel chapter 7, verses 13 to 14. And we also find in Revelation chapter 1, verse 7, that it tells us the following:

“Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him.”

And also in Revelation chapter 10, verse 1 and on, it says:

“And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud,” (how is He coming? Clothed with a cloud), “and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,

And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.”

Now here we can see the Coming of the Son of man in the clouds; the Coming of the Son of man in a cloud, clothed with a cloud.

In Saint Luke chapter 21, it also tells us about the Coming of the Son of man in a cloud; and chapter 21, verse 27 and on, tell us:

“And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

In other words, because the transformation of our bodies draws near, to obtain a new and eternal body that Christ has promised for all His believers, who have washed away their sins in the Blood of the Lamb and have received the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

Now, notice how we have the promise of the sign of the Son of man in heaven: the Son of man coming in a cloud.

Has this promise already been fulfilled and human beings haven’t realized it?

When the First Coming of Christ took place, it was prophesied that a Star would come out of the land of Israel,² and when Jesus Christ was born, there was a very important sign in heaven called the Star of Bethlehem.

Some wise men from the East, that is, from Babylon, saw that Star in the sky, and they left Babylon to go to the land of Israel to seek and worship the Messiah; because according to what they understood, the Messiah was already on Earth, because the sign of the Coming of the Messiah was already being seen in heaven.

In Saint Matthew chapter 2, verse 1 and on, it says:

“Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,

Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.”

They had seen His Star; now notice: “his star,” because that Star in the sky represented the Messiah

And if that sign was already in heaven and had already been appearing in the sky for two years, then the Messiah was already on Earth, the Messiah had already been born. In other words, from the time that Star was first seen, since those days, the Messiah had to be born; and because that Star in the sky had already been seen for two years, well, it would have been approximately two years since the Messiah had been born on Earth.

Now, notice what happens here when they arrive in Jerusalem:

“Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.”

Looking from Babylon, looking to the land of Israel… they were in the East, and when they looked West they were looking towards the land of Israel; and over the territory of Israel they saw a sign in heaven, they saw that Star, which they say is the Star of the Messiah, the Star of the King of Israel; and they came looking for the King of Israel.

And they did what anyone would have usually done: if they were looking for the King, well, they went to Jerusalem where the Throne of David was; because the King is supposed to be there in the capital, there in Jerusalem, which is the place where the throne of David is; but notice, He wasn’t there in Jerusalem, He was in Bethlehem of Judea.

Now:

“When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.”

In other words, the news spread throughout the city of Jerusalem; and notice, it was good news, because all the people were waiting for Coming of the King of Israel.

And now these wise men come sharing the news that the King is already on Earth, and asking: “Where is He?” They arrived in Jerusalem thinking that He was there on the throne, in Jerusalem. And perhaps some people thought: “Then the high priest and other priests have Him hidden there in Jerusalem, somewhere in Jerusalem.”

King Herod was worried too, because if another king was present, then King Herod was going to be dethroned, and he didn’t want to be dethroned; therefore, he was going to look for the Messiah to kill Him.

He asked the wise men how long it had been since they had started to see the Star, and according to what they told him, he understood that the Star had already been appearing for two years; therefore, in plain terms and making approximate calculations, the Messiah would be about two years old; therefore, King Herod said: “The Messiah must be about two years old.” So, he made his plans regarding the First Coming of the Messiah.

Now notice, King Herod was very interested in knowing about the Coming of the Messiah, for political reasons, to get Him out of the way. It says:

“And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them,” (who demanded of them? King Herod), “where Christ should be born.

And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet,” (which prophet wrote that? Micah, in chapter 5, verse 2),

“And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.”

Because the Messiah would come through King David’s seed; and Mary was a descendant of King David.

“Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.

And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also.

When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.

When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.

And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense and myrrh.

And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.”

Now notice, when they arrived where the child was, where Jesus was, He was already in a house. Why? Because He had been in a manger when He was born, but He was already about two years old; so Joseph had already gotten a house and they were already living in a house, (whether it was rented or whether it belonged to one of their relatives); and that is why the wise men arrived at a house, though the shepherds arrived at a manger.³

Now, notice how these wise men knew that the Messiah was already on Earth; Why? Because it is the sign of the Son of man, of the First Coming of the Messiah, it was being seen in heaven. And when it was being seen in heaven, that was the sign of the First Coming of the Messiah, of the Coming of the Son of man among the Hebrew people, as the Son of man and Son of God, to fulfill the Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross as the Lamb of God.

Notice, He was among the Hebrew people for thirty-three years and the great religious leaders didn’t even realize that the Coming of the Messiah was fulfilled among them. The Star of Bethlehem had appeared thirty-three years ago, testifying, announcing that the Messiah was already on Earth; and yet, they didn’t even understand what that Star was announcing.

Whenever God does something on Earth, He shows it in heaven. That is why Christ spoke about signs in heaven,⁴ because the signs in heaven testify of events on Earth, and one must see the meaning of that sign in heaven, and see its fulfillment here on Earth.

Those wise men were looking for the fulfillment of that sign in heaven, because that sign in heaven testified of the great event of the First Coming of Christ here on Earth.

And now Christ speaks to us about the sign of the Son of man in heaven at the Last Day: He tells us that the Son of man will be seen in Heaven with power and great glory, clothed with a cloud.

And now, has this sign already been seen in heaven, and have human beings not realized what they have seen? On February 28, 1963, a mysterious cloud appeared in the sky, twenty-six miles high,⁵ measuring thirty miles across by fifty miles long;⁶ and there was no explanation for that cloud, rather, it was published as a mysterious cloud,⁷ a mysterious cloud ring that appeared in the sky; and a cloud couldn’t appear that high because there is no moisture at that height, and airplanes can’t fly at that height either.

Now, what is the mystery behind this cloud in heaven, in the Arizona skies? In the message of the Book The Revelation Of The Seven Seals, the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, Rev. William Marrion Branham, tells us the following (page 546 of the Book The Revelation Of The Seven Seals):

“275 And did you notice? ‘That one Angel,’ I said, ‘in there, was a strange Angel.’ He looked more to me than any of the rest of Them. You remember that? [Congregation says, ‘Amen.’—Ed.] They were in a constellation; three on a side, and one on top. And the one right next to me here, counting from the left to the right, would have been the seventh Angel. He was brighter, meant more to me than the rest of Them. You remember? I said, ‘He had His chest out, like that, and was flying eastward’ (you remember) ‘like that.’ I said, ‘It picked me up; lifted me up.’ You remember that?”

Now, when this cloud appeared in the sky on February 28, 1963, Rev. William Marrion Branham was hunting on the mountains of Tucson, Arizona, and these angels he talks about here are the ones that formed this cloud; and he was caught up by the Angel who was different from the rest; he was taken to this cloud and was there with them. This cloud, the mystery of this cloud is that it is a cloud formed by angels sent by God.

And notice, when God appeared to the Hebrew people, what the Hebrew people saw was a cloud, the cloud of fire by night and by day it was a cloud that protected them from the sun throughout the Hebrew people’s forty-year journey through the wilderness.⁸

It was in a Flame of Fire, in a Pillar of fire, in a Bright Cloud, that the Angel of the Lord appeared to the Prophet Moses and told him that He was the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.⁹

Because with these angels being in their theophanic bodies, notice, when they are photographed, they appear in the form of a cloud.

Now, we can see here, if we turn this picture to the right, we will find that it forms the face of the Lord Jesus Christ; the face of Jesus Christ is formed by these angels. And the beard of Jesus Christ here is formed by the seven angel-messengers of the seven Gentile Church ages; and the Lord’s white hair (up here) is formed by the Angel who was very different from the rest.

In order to fulfill the type and figure of the Lord’s beard and the Lord’s hair… Notice, for the Lord’s beard, for that type and figure to be fulfilled, seven angel-messengers came, each one in his age, fulfilling his ministry in each age, and with the ministry of Christ through each of these angel-messengers, the type and figure of the Lord’s beard was formed, in other words, the type and figure of the Lord’s beard was fulfilled; what the Lord’s beard represents was fulfilled in the ministry of the seven angel-messengers of the seven ages.

And now, the fulfillment of the Lord’s white hair (because that is a type and figure, a symbolism) requires the ministry of this Angel who was very different from the rest; under the ministry of this Angel, which is the Angel with the Seventh Seal, the type and figure of the Lord’s white hair becomes a reality, that type and figure is fulfilled.

And among the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, Christ is then found, at the Last Day, with the type and figure of the white hair made a reality; which He appears with, notice, He appears in Revelation chapter 1. And let’s see the verse here, chapter 1, verse 13 and on, says:

“And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow…”

There you have the Lord’s white hair. But remember, these are all the types and figures that will be fulfilled in the Coming of the Son of man at the Last Day; in other words, each of these types and figures that are seen here, will be fulfilled.

And now, notice:

“His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword…”

It’s not that He is going to come with a sword, a literal sword, coming out of His mouth, rather, the Sword is the Word of God; and His mouth is the Prophet-Messenger that He will have at the Last Day, which is the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Because every prophet, in every time, has been God’s mouth through which God has spoken to His people; because where does God put His Word? In the mouth of His prophets. In Deuteronomy chapter 18, verses 15 to 19, it tells us this: that God puts His Word (where?) in the mouth of the prophet that He sends.

And it goes on to say:

“…And his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.”

How does the Lord’s countenance appear here? As the sun. The sun is the king of the stars, and Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords; it is the Coming of Christ, the Coming of the Son of man, as King of kings and Lord of lords.

Seeing the Second Coming of Christ is seeing His face as the sun, seeing Him in His Coming as King of kings and Lord of lords; and that is also seeing His eyes as a flame of fire, and it is also seeing His hairs white like wool, and it is also seeing a sword coming out of His mouth, in other words, the Word of God, the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom coming out of the mouth of the Messenger of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And now, notice that at the Last Day, all these types and figures will be fulfilled according to the Divine Program. And that is how we will be seeing Christ in His Coming at the Last Day, in other words, we will be seeing the fulfillment of all these types and figures, we will be seeing them fulfilled in the Second Coming of Christ, in the Coming of Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit manifested at the Last Day in His Angel-Messenger, and through His Angel-Messenger: speaking to us all these things which must shortly come to pass.

Now, notice that this Angel that was very different from the rest, who appears here in this cloud, which Rev. William Marrion Branham speaks about, he says this is the One who picked him up, in other words, the One who took him to where they were; and Rev. William Marrion Branham was also taken here, in his theophanic body.

And he says [The Revelation Of The Seven Seals]:

“276 Here It is, the one with the Seventh Seal, the thing that I’ve wondered all my life. Amen! Them other Seals meant a lot to me, of course, but, oh, you don’t know what This has meant.”

Now, notice, the Seventh Seal is the Second Coming of Christ, it is the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels at the Last Day, calling and gathering all His elect. That is the mystery contained in Revelation chapter 8, verse 1: “When the Seventh Seal was opened, there was silence in Heaven about the space of half an hour.”

And now, the Angel who was very different from the rest has that mystery of the Seventh Seal, the mystery of the Second Coming of Christ.

And like each angel-messenger of each age who appears in this cloud, and who was the messenger, each of them the messengers of these ages, in order for them to have their ministries here on Earth, in each age, they had to come to Earth in human flesh.

And now, in order for this Angel-Messenger that appears here, who was different from the rest, to have his ministry here in the Age of the Cornerstone, he must come in human flesh, and manifest himself through human flesh and have his ministry. And that is how the Seventh Seal will be here on Earth opened, fulfilled, and carrying out the Work that pertains to the Second Coming of Christ, to the Coming of the Seventh Seal; the Work of Jesus Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords in His Claiming Work; and everything that revolves around the Second Coming of Christ.

Now, notice that this Angel who was different from the rest is the Angel who, in His Coming, at the Last Day, in human flesh, will be fulfilling the Coming of the Son of man; because that is the Son of man being seen in Heaven, but He must come to Earth in human flesh.

We already found Him here in a cloud or in the clouds: in “a cloud” if we consider this photograph and this entire cloud only one cloud; but if we consider each angel-messenger a cloud (one cloud here, another one here, another one here, which form one giant cloud), then it’s in “the clouds,” and all those clouds form one cloud and they form the face of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Son of man is here, Jesus Christ in His theophanic Body is here; but He must be manifested on Earth in human flesh at the Last Day through His Angel-Messenger, in order to have His ministry pertaining to the Last Day; and He must come with His Angels: with the ministries of Moses and Elijah, and manifest them through human flesh, through His instrument that He has at the Last Day.

That instrument will be the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom He makes known to us all these things which must shortly come to pass. Where? In the Age of the Cornerstone and in the Dispensation of the Kingdom. And in which territory? In Latin America and the Caribbean.

Notice how for Latin America and the Caribbean there is the promise of the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels; there is the promise of the Coming of the Mighty Angel, the Coming of Christ veiling Himself and revealing Himself in and through His Angel-Messenger. That is why His Angel-Messenger is sent at the Last Day to Latin America and the Caribbean, speaking in the language of the Latin American and Caribbean people, to make known to them all these things which must shortly come to pass, at the Last Day.

Now, this is the mystery of this mysterious cloud in the sky, this is the mystery of the Sign of the Son of man in heaven. On February 28, 1963, the sign of the Son of man was seen in heaven.

Therefore, the Son of man, Jesus Christ, from that point on, had to be or must be manifested on Earth through His Angel-Messenger; and the Angel-Messenger of the Lord Jesus Christ must be somewhere, which is the instrument, the veil of flesh through whom Jesus Christ will be manifested in human flesh and will be speaking to us all these things which must shortly come to pass.

That is the mystery of the Coming of the Son of man at the Last Day; it is the mystery of the Coming of Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit in His Angel-Messenger, revealing to us all these things which must shortly come to pass.

But the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ is not the Lord Jesus Christ; he is only the instrument of Jesus Christ, for Jesus Christ to manifest Himself through him at the Last Day and make known to us all these things which must shortly come to pass; and thus fulfill His promise to His Church, and call and gather His elect.

That is why through His Angel-Messenger, Christ will be manifesting the ministries of Moses for the second time, Elijah for the fifth time, and Jesus for the second time; those are the three great ministries promised to be repeated at the Last Day.

And that is why they are announced for the Last Day: they are announced as the coming of Moses (one of the Two Olive Trees), the Coming of Elijah (the other Olive Tree of Revelation chapter 11, verse 13 and on, and Zechariah chapter 4), and the Coming of Jesus. Those are the three great ministries that were here on Earth at different times, which will be manifested again in human flesh at the Last Day.

And just as the Holy Spirit was the One who manifested these ministries, both in Moses and in Elijah… The ministry of Elijah, notice, was manifested in past times more than once:

• That ministry of the Holy Spirit was manifested in Elijah the Tishbite.

• Then, when the ministry of Elijah returned to Earth, it came in Elisha, who had a double portion of the Spirit that was in the Prophet Elijah.

• Then the third time the ministering Spirit of Elijah came was in John the Baptist. That is why Jesus says that John the Baptist is Elijah which was to come;¹⁰ and the Archangel Gabriel also says that John the Baptist would come in the Spirit and power of Elijah.¹¹

• And now, the fourth time that the ministry of Elijah was manifested on Earth, it was in Rev. William Marrion Branham, the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ.

And the ministry of Elijah is promised to be manifested again at the Last Day for the fifth time.

Now, notice that every manifestation that the ministering Spirit of Elijah has had, that manifestation has been called: Elijah, and it has been prophesied in Scripture as the coming of Elijah.

And at the Last Day we have the promise of the coming of the Two Olive Trees, which are the ministries of Moses and Elijah being repeated at the Last Day; this is to be manifested by the Holy Spirit, by Jesus Christ, through His Angel-Messenger at the Last Day, in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom, in order to fulfill every promise that has been made; and for the elect to be called and gathered through the Great Voice of Trumpet, through the ministry of the Angels of the Lord, through the ministry of Moses and Elijah.

Now, notice that this mystery of the Coming of the Son of man is the greatest mystery of all mysteries, which would be opened and made known to all of God’s elect at this Last Day.

And the opening of that mystery would be something so simple, that anyone would say: “But is this simple thing that great promise that had been made?” Yes, sir. That simple thing that would be fulfilled at this Last Day is the great promise of the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels.

And the sign of the Son of man was already seen in heaven; therefore, since February 28, 1963, every human being is called to search for the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels here on Earth: in the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And in order to find the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels, notice, it’s simple: search for the Angel of Jesus Christ; and when you find the Angel of Jesus Christ, when you discover who the Angel of Jesus Christ is, you will be finding the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels there; you will be finding the ministry of Moses being manifested for the second time there, you will be finding the ministry of Jesus being manifested for the second time, and you will be finding the ministry of Elijah being manifested for the fifth time.

And you will be finding the Great Voice of Trumpet, the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom being proclaimed, being preached there; and with that Message, Christ through His Angel-Messenger making known to us all these things which must shortly come to pass.

See how simple everything is? Find the Angel of Jesus Christ. When you find him, when you know who he is, you will have found the veil of flesh where Christ will be in His Coming with His Angels, with the ministries of Moses and Elijah, fulfilling His promise to His Church, at the Last Day; and speaking to us all these things which must shortly be done at this Last Day.

Now, notice how this blessing pertains to the territory of Latin America and the Caribbean. Other territories like Asia Minor, Europe and North America, already had God’s blessing under the ministry of Christ through these angel-messengers that He sent.

But now Christ sends His Angel-Messenger to Latin America and the Caribbean; and through him, He manifests Himself and speaks to us all these things which must shortly come to pass; and He operates the ministries of Moses and Elijah, and the ministry of Jesus; and He brings us the benefits and blessings He has promised for His elect at this Last Day.

Now we have seen: “THE MYSTERY OF THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN.”

See how this mystery is the greatest mystery of all mysteries? And see how it would be fulfilled at the end time in Latin America and the Caribbean? Because in other territories God already fulfilled what He had in His Program through each angel-messenger of each past age.

And now we are in Latin America and the Caribbean: the territory that has God’s blessing at this Last Day.

We have seen the great mystery of the Coming of the Son of man, and we have seen the sign of the Son of man in heaven here in this picture.

It has already been, how many years, about thirty-four years? How many years has it been, Miguel, since this sign appeared in heaven? It was thirty-four years on February 28, 1997.

Notice, the Star of Bethlehem, when Christ died on Calvary’s Cross, how many years had it been? It had already been thirty-three years since it appeared in heaven.

Now, this sign, it has already been thirty-four years since it appeared in the sky; and not everyone knows that this is the sign of the Son of man in heaven. Not everyone knows that this promise is already fulfilled; and that we are in the time of the ministry of Jesus Christ, the Son of Man—through His Angel Messenger—operating the ministries of Moses and Elijah and Jesus at this Last Day, and making known to us these things which must shortly come to pass at this Last Day.

But His Angel-Messenger is not the Lord Jesus Christ; he is the instrument, the veil of flesh of Jesus Christ, for him to fulfill the promise of the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels, and to operate in His Angel these ministries of Moses for the second time, Jesus for the second time, and Elijah for the fifth time.

See how simple everything is? It is always God working in simplicity, in humility; that is how it was in the past, and that is how it is at this end time.

People have always stumbled over the simplicity in which God fulfills His promises, they have always stumbled over the veil of flesh through whom God fulfills His promises.

They stumbled over the veil of flesh: Jesus of Nazareth, because He was a simple young carpenter from Nazareth; and they thought: “How could it be possible that the Coming of the Messiah, the Coming of the King of Israel, is being fulfilled in a simple carpenter from Nazareth?” But it was being fulfilled. See? God working in humility, in simplicity; and that is how it is at this Last Day.

It has been a great privilege to be with you, testifying to you about: “THE MYSTERY OF THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN.”

May the blessings of Jesus Christ, the Son of man, our Savior, be upon each one of you, friends and brethren present, and radio listeners; and may He open our understanding for all of us so that we understand all these things, all these Divine Mysteries that Christ at that end time has appointed, prophesied, to be fulfilled. And may He allow us to see the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels being manifested in His Angel-Messenger; and may He allow us to hear His Voice, the Voice of Christ through His Angel-Messenger, making known to us all these things which must shortly come to pass; and may He allow us to understand it. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.
