The Mystery of the Times and the Seasons Under the Father’s Power

Good evening, beloved friends and brethren present here in Chillogallo, Quito, Ecuador. It is a great blessing and privilege to be with you on this occasion, to share some moments of fellowship with you around the Word of God and His Program pertaining to this end time.

For this reason, I want to read two Scriptures: they are found in Saint Matthew chapter 16, verse 1 to 4, and the Book of Acts chapter 1, verse 6 to 7.

The first says the following, in the Book of Acts, chapter 1, verse 6 to 7, it says: “When…” Let’s read a bit before that, so you have a clear picture of that exact moment when Christ spoke these words. It says… Let’s start on chapter 1, verse 1 to 7, it says:

“The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,

Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:

To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:

And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power,” (the times and the seasons that the Father put in His own power).

And in Saint Matthew, chapter 16, verse 1 to 4, it says:

“The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.

He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.

And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.”

May God bless our souls with His Word, and feed us, and open our understanding so that we can understand It, and our heart so that we can understand It, and receive It there in the depths of our soul; and thus, obtain this revelation, that Divine Faith, in our souls. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.

Our subject on this occasion is: “THE MYSTERY OF THE TIMES AND THE SEASONS UNDER THE FATHER’S POWER.”

The times and seasons. God has established times and seasons for human beings, in which the things that God has promised to carry out are carried out.

Notice, Saint Paul tells us in the Book of Acts, chapter 17, verse 26, (let’s see):

“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.

And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter,” that is what they told Saint Paul, there in Greece.

“(…) Howbeit certain men clave unto him, and believed: among the which was Dionysius the Areopagite, and a woman named Damaris, and others with them.”

Now, notice, not everyone believes when God’s Truth is preached.

And now, notice how Saint Paul shows them that God has determined the time for human beings, He has ordained their time.

And now, notice how by God determining the times before appointed, and the bounds of the human being’s habitation, He has thus established, notice: times, ages, dispensations, and different seasons or stages in those ages and in those dispensations.

To show this mystery of the times and seasons in a simpler way, God used things that we know, like wheat, and trees, and so on; and with this part of the human being, of the sowing and reaping, He has showed us that there is a time for everything: there is a time to sow, there is a time to water (so that what was sown may grow), and there is a time for the fruit to grow on the tree or plantation that has been sown, and then there is a time for that fruit to ripen or mature, and then there is a time for that fruit to be harvested.

Notice, once the fruit has grown on the plant, it goes through different stages where that fruit starts to grow, it reaches the right size, and it ripens, and then it is harvested.

There we have the law of sowing and reaping; “For what a man sows, that shall he also reap (harvest).”¹

If he sows corn, what will he harvest? Corn, multiplied. In other words, when you sow a grain of corn, you won’t harvest a grain of corn, you will harvest a certain amount: either thirtyfold, sixtyfold, or a hundredfold. In other words, for one grain of corn, you can harvest thirty grains of corn, or you can harvest sixty grains of corn, or you can harvest one hundred grains of corn (for example); or the plant that was sown might not produce anything.

It all depends on which ground that seed was sown.²

• If it was sown by the wayside, the fowls take it away, they devour it: those are the ones who hear the Word of God but the devil comes and takes It out of their hearts.

• Then, those who are sown on stony ground: those are the ones who don’t have roots; and upon hearing the Word, notice, they receive it with joy, but because they don’t have roots, they are not rooted (because roots can’t grow on stony places), those are the ones who hear the Word and with joy receive It, but what happens? When the testing time comes because of the Word of God, they endure only for a while, in other words, they leave.

When the affliction and persecution comes, they say: “But I didn’t expect to have persecutions, and problems, and trials; and even in my own home, where my own family members criticize me for believing in Christ as my Savior;” and they turn away from the Lord.

• Then we find those who are sown where? They are sown among thorns: these are the ones who hear the Word, (and what happens?) but the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the Word, and it becomes unfruitful (in other words, it doesn’t bear fruit), it just becomes a decorative plant; the person says: “I believe in Christ, I’m a Christian,” but he doesn’t bear the fruit he should bear because he’s always too busy:

“It’s because I have my business over here that I have to take care of. It’s because I’m very busy and I have to be doing this and that, and this over here, and that over there, and I don’t even have time to attend the services, and to work in the missionary work, and to work in the Kingdom of God in the different ways one can work; and I don’t even have time to sit and read the Bible, to read the messages, to hear the messages.”

Well, he doesn’t have time for anything because he has dedicated all his time to what? To thorns and thistles, which are (what?) the cares of this world, and the riches of this time or of this life; when Christ has said: “Seek ye first,” (what?) “the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all other things will be added;”³ the other things are the additions of life.

Now, it’s not all negative. It says:

[Matthew 13:23] “But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it…”

Some people think it’s not necessary to understand the Word, but here it says that the good ground is the one that hears and understands the Word.

“…Which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”

Now, notice that the person must understand the Word in order to be part of that good ground or to be that good ground.

The rest, we find that Christ doesn’t say they understood the Word, they only believed, but they had not understood the Word. In other words, they are part of the ones who hear the preaching of the Gospel and join the church and want to be Christians, and try to be saved; but a person has to understand the Word, because otherwise, he ends up belonging to one of the previous three groups, meaning, these three previous groups of this parable that our beloved Lord Jesus Christ spoke about.

Now, notice how in this parable, and in the other parable of the wheat and tares,⁴ Christ shows us the Program of sowing and reaping; and thus, He shows us that there is a time to sow, a time for growth, and a time to harvest.

And just like this exists in agriculture, it exists in the Divine Program too, at the scale relevant to the Divine Program.

And the Word is sown in people’s souls, and It has to grow—to sprout, grow, and that person has to bring forth abundant fruit, from the depths of his soul outwards; meaning, in soul, spirit, and body, he has to bring forth the relevant fruit. And now, that is how it is for every person and for every nation, and for the whole world too.

Now, there are nations, there are countries, there are continents, there are cities, there are families, and there are also people (this is as individuals), and there are also ages where this law of sowing and reaping is fulfilled.

And now, also notice here in Hebrews chapter 6, where Saint Paul the Apostle shows this to us, in chapter 6, verse 7 and on, it says (7 to 8, says):

“For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.”

Now, notice how these things that Paul the Apostle says about the rain that comes upon the earth and brings forth herbs useful to those who sow those herbs or those seeds, he says it is soon to be blessed by God: that is a type and figure of human beings where the Word of God is sown.

And the earth that bears thorns, that earth, Saint Paul says: “But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected;” that land is rejected. And what happens to it?

“…And is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.”

This is how it is for people, this is how it is for cities, this is how it is for nations, this is how it is for continents too.

Now, notice, as for continents, nations, and cities, the ones that bear thorns and briers, notice, are bearing tares, which are the children of the wicked one. But the nations, peoples, and tongues, and cities, and countries, that bear good seed, that bear good fruit, that bear good herbs, which bear fruit, those are the territories where the sons and daughters of God are brought forth.

And now, notice, for the Last Day, just as there were blessings in each age of the Gentile Church, in the territories where the calling and gathering of God’s elect was carried out through the ministry of the Holy Spirit through the messenger of each age, and where that Word was sown, and sprouted, and brought forth fruit…. during that time, God’s blessing was in that territory.

Then we find that the seven stages or ages where Christ was manifested passed; and those territories were bringing forth good fruit, meaning, sons and daughters of God (although, there were also areas where bad fruit was brought forth); we find that they had the blessing during the time when this was happening, during the time when they were bringing forth good fruit, good herbs, sons and daughters of God.

Then, Christ has gone from the European continent to the continent of the Americas (and the continent of the Americas consists of: North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean); and He was manifested in North America through the prophet-messenger Rev. William Branham; and that territory was bringing forth sons and daughters of God under the ministry of Christ through His seventh angel-messenger.

And then Christ went from that territory to Latin America and the Caribbean, to sow His Word there, and so that the Latin American and Caribbean territory would bring forth sons and daughters of God for the mystical Body of Christ in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.

And now, which is the territory of the present time, that is bearing good fruit in the Kingdom of God? The Latin American and Caribbean territory, where we find the blessing from Heaven, God’s blessing; and God’s blessing is so great that the entire Latin American and Caribbean territory has the opportunity to enter into the glorious Millennial Kingdom of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. Do you see why? Because it is the territory that is bringing forth good fruit, that is bringing forth good herbs, wheat, sons and daughters of God.

And now, the territories of other continents, notice, we find that they are soon to be cursed and to be burned with atomic fire in a third world war. Why? Because currently, the fruit of the wheat is not being brought forth in those territories, but in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Therefore, Latin America and the Caribbean is under God’s blessing and is about to receive the blessing of entering the glorious Millennial Kingdom of Christ. And therefore, the Latin American and Caribbean territory doesn’t have the promise or sentence of fire (to be burned), but instead, of God’s blessing.

But the other territories where the seven stages or ages of the Gentile Church were fulfilled, since the fruit of the Last Day is not being brought forth there anymore, they are soon to be cursed and to be burned. It’s something very sad, but that’s the truth; and there is a time and season for the fulfillment of the Divine Judgment too.

Now, notice how God has established the times and the seasons for Him to carry out His Program. There are times and seasons.

There are dispensations; and in the dispensations there are ages, seasons, eras, time periods.

And now, the times and seasons of the Divine Program established by God always have signs that are manifested and that testify that we have come to that time.

Notice, in the time of the Hebrew people’s deliverance, and even before that, in the time of the Prophet Noah (when the Almighty God was going to destroy the human race with a flood), there was a great sign. What was that sign? The presence of a dispensational prophet on Earth.

When a prophet for an age or for a dispensation appears, there we have the greatest sign that God is showing the human race, because the coming of a prophet is a true sign that should not be overlooked, which is indicating either a new age or a new dispensation, meaning, a new stage or season of the Divine Program.

When it is a messenger for an age, notice, it is the sign that the previous age has come to an end and a new age is overlapping with the previous age; and the people are called to a new age. And there is an overlap there; and the people who were in that other age are called to go on to a new age, by the messenger of that new age. And it is also the same with dispensations.

When God sends a dispensational prophet to Earth, that is a major sign, a major sign for all mankind; not just for a territory, but for all mankind; because a dispensation covers all mankind.

And now, when God sends a dispensational prophet, that is God’s sign to mankind; and that sign sent from Heaven to human beings should not be overlooked.

Notice how Christ spoke to these people there in Saint Matthew chapter 16; and He tells them, He says… When they asked Him for a sign from Heaven, notice, there they had the greatest sign from Heaven.

[John 3:13] “And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.”

There they had the greatest sign from Heaven: the Coming of the Son of man, the Coming of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, the Coming of the Messiah, the Coming of the King of Israel.

And Christ says, notice:

“The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him,” (in other words, it wasn’t for the purpose of believing), “that he would shew them a sign from heaven.

He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.

And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?”

It is very important to discern the signs of the times; because for each time, in due season, God sends the sign of that time, the sign of that dispensation, or the sign of that age, which is: the prophet-messenger for that age or for that dispensation.

And those are the signs of the times; because each time, each age, and each dispensation, has a prophet-messenger in which God comes manifested in Holy Spirit.

“A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.”

Notice, the sign of a prophet was the sign they would be given.

And the sign of the Prophet Jonah, notice, was the sign where the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ had been reflected: Just like Jonah was in the belly of a great fish for three days and three nights,⁵ the Son of man would be in the heart of the earth for three days.⁶ But what would happen after that? He would rise.

Notice the sign they were shown there, but they didn’t believe that either; because when Christ rose, the soldiers went to the high priest and to the other priests, and they told them: “Jesus has risen,” they paid them money to keep their mouths shut and say that the disciples of Jesus Christ had taken Him away when they fell asleep.⁷ Notice, they didn’t want to recognize the sign that Christ had given them: the sign of Jonah, the sign of a prophet.

And now, in the resurrection of Christ, the resurrection of the Son of man, notice, that sign was confirmed; and they didn’t believe in that sign, they didn’t believe in the resurrection of Christ, they didn’t believe in the three days that He was dead, visiting those who were in hell there,⁸ and then going on to Paradise, and visiting those who were in Paradise, and rising on the third day, that is to say, on Sunday morning.

Now, notice how mankind refuses to believe the sign from Heaven that God gives them.

Also notice that when Christ was born, there was a sign in heaven;⁹ the sign that the Messiah, the King of Israel, was already on Earth, He had been born on this Earth.

And now, notice that those signs are established for the times and the seasons, for ages and for dispensations.

Dispensational times are very important, and the seasons of the ages of those dispensations are very important; because in the different seasons and different dispensations, God has always sent a prophet, and that is the greatest sign that appears manifested on Earth among human beings.

Signs also appear in heaven, and those signs in the sky testify that we have come to a new age or a new dispensation, and also that we have come to the end of the previous age or dispensation.

And now, notice that for the end time, Christ tells us in [Matthew] chapter 24, verse 30 to 31:

“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven…”

That sign, notice, was manifested on February 28, 1963, starting from six o’clock in the afternoon and on. It was captured in photographs (there in the sky);¹⁰ and the sign of the Son of man was fulfilled in heaven. And not everyone has recognized that sign as the sign of the Son of man in heaven, the end-time sign, the sign of the Coming of the Son of man seen in heaven, God testifying through that sign that we had come to the end time.

If we add to the calendar the years it is behind, we find that in the year 1965, at the end of the year 1965, the sixth millennium would be ending, and by the year ‘66, the seventh millennium was already starting.

Now, notice how also when the sign of the First Coming of Christ appeared in heaven: the star called the star of Bethlehem (which the wise men saw and followed), we find that it appeared four to seven years before the fifth millennium began, before the first millennium began, which is the first of the Last Days; because the Last Days before God are three days, which are the fifth millennium, sixth millennium, and seventh millennium to human beings.

And now, notice how three to seven years before the fifth millennium began, and thus, before the Last Days began, a great sign appeared in heaven, which the wise men saw, and they recognized that sign as the sign of the Coming of the Son of man among the Hebrew people; and they went in search of the Messiah, the Son of man; and they found Him.

They knew what that sign in heaven meant; and they searched for the meaning of that sign, they searched for it on Earth, fulfilled in human flesh.

And notice how approximately two or three years before the sixth millennium ended (this is if we add to the calendar the years it is behind, and the numbers align with the real time), notice how before the seventh millennium began (the last of the Last Days before God), the sign of the Son of man already appeared in heaven.

Now, anyone can say: “But that is too simple to be the sign of the Son of man in heaven.” The star of Bethlehem, which was the first sign of the Coming of the Son of man, was simple too; and we don’t even have pictures of it, we only have the history of the appearance of that star in the sky. And do you believe this was the sign that the Messiah was already on Earth? Well, of course! But not everyone believed it at the time in which it was fulfilled.

And now, what mystery does this cloud contain? In that cloud, there are eight angels of God: the seven angel-messengers of the seven Gentile Church ages are there, and the Angel who was very different from the rest is there: Jesus Christ, the Son of man, there in His theophanic body; to be manifested on Earth in human flesh at the Last Day, fulfilling the ministry of the Last Day.

And that appearance of the Son of man there in that cloud, clothed with that cloud, is the fulfillment of what was said here; it says:

“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”

And in Saint Luke it says He will come “in a cloud.”¹¹ And now, Saint Mark also tells us that the Son of man will come in the clouds.¹² And in Revelation chapter 1, and Revelation chapter 10, we find Him coming in the clouds.

Notice, in Revelation chapter 1, verses… (let’s see here) verse 7, it says:

“Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.”

And then, Revelation chapter 10 [verse 1], says the following:

“And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,

And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.”

See how the Scripture testifies of the Coming of the Son of man? And the sign of the Son of man appears in heaven, and the Son of man appears in heaven, clothed with a cloud.

The Prophet Daniel also had the revelation of the Coming of the Son of man with the clouds, and he saw Him in a vision. It says, chapter 7, verses 13 and on (13 to 14), says:

“I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.”

Now we have seen the sign of the Son of man in heaven, where, in that cloud (in that cloud formed by angels), the seven angel-messengers of the seven ages of the Gentile Church were there, and the Angel who was very different from the rest: the Son of man, the Angel of the Covenant, Jesus Christ in His theophanic body.

And just like these seven angels of the seven ages were manifested on Earth in human flesh in order to have their ministries, likewise, the Son of man, Jesus Christ, the Mighty Angel, the Angel who was very different from the rest, who was in that cloud, with His wings spread out, and who formed the white wig of the Lord…

When we turn this picture to the right, we find that it forms the Lord’s face; and the beard is formed by the seven angel-messengers of the seven ages, and the white hair is formed by the Angel who was very different from the rest, who appears here, flying.

And now, notice how in order to form the Lord’s beard, represented here in this cloud, well, the Lord’s body (notice) and the Lord’s face shown here, we find that it is shown or formed by the seven angels of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by this Angel who was very different from the rest. And in order for it to be formed there, notice, those angels were present there.

And during the ministry of these angels, the type and figure of the Lord’s face, of the Lord’s beard was formed or fulfilled. And at the Last Day, with the manifestation of the Angel who was very different from the rest, the type and figure of the white hair of the Lord Jesus Christ is fulfilled.

That is also why, notice, do you know what the Hebrews are waiting for? The Coming of the Messiah. And they are waiting for the Messiah to appear, and they are expecting Him to come with white hair; it’s because there in Daniel it says that One like the Son of man is coming with white hair: the Ancient of Days is coming there.

And yet, the white hair there doesn’t signify age (old age), but experience, wisdom; and it represents Christ with the experience and wisdom necessary to judge all human beings and all nations as Judge of all the Earth.

Now, we can see the promises pertaining to the Last Day, and how these promises would be fulfilled.

Notice, the Lord’s white hair is the manifestation of the Angel who was very different from the rest, coming in human flesh, manifested at the Last Day, and fulfilling the type and figure of the Lord’s white hair; just as the beard is formed by the seven angel-messengers. In other words, during the manifestation of these seven angel-messengers, the type and figure of the Lord’s beard was fulfilled.

Well, we have seen that for the fulfillment of these types and figures, there was a time and a season, there was a dispensation and there were ages.

There was the time of the dispensation pertaining to the seven ages of the Gentile Church, and there was the season of the seven ages of the Gentile Church, the season of each age; and for each season, God sent a messenger.

Every season and time has a messenger from God. And by seeing and receiving the messenger, the people receive the knowledge of the time and season in which they are living in the Divine Program, in order to walk in the Divine Program pertaining to that time and that season.

“For he that receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward”¹³: he becomes a friend of the messenger, of that prophet; and he receives the knowledge of the whole Divine Program pertaining to that time, which that messenger comes making known.

“Surely the Lord God will do nothing without first revealing His secrets to His servants, the prophets.”¹⁴ And the people who receive him obtain the spiritual Food for the soul, which is very important, and which is the most important thing a man needs to be able to live and not die spiritually at the time he is given to live, in the time and the season of God’s Program.

We have seen that there are signs, both in heaven and on Earth.

When God sends the messenger, we find that God has testified in heaven that the messenger is on Earth. And the sign on Earth (not in heaven anymore, but on Earth) is the messenger that God has sent.

The presence of a prophet of God for an age or a dispensation is God’s sign on this Earth; a true sign that should not be overlooked by human beings who live on this Earth.

People must know the time and the season, or age, in which they were given to live on Earth in the time and season of God’s Program; because a person who doesn’t know and recognize that season and that time, cannot receive God’s blessings, instead, he receives God’s Judgment.

Notice that the Hebrew people had not been able to understand the signs of the times, they had not been able to understand the presence of John the Baptist on Earth as a sign: that the Dispensation of Law had come to an end, with the last messenger of the Law, which was John the Baptist; because the prophets prophesied until John, that is, the Law and the prophets went as far as John.¹⁵ There they had that sign: John the Baptist.

And then Jesus appeared as the sign confirming that generation and dispensation had come to an end, and showing that a new dispensation was overlapping with the Dispensation of Law. Which dispensation was overlapping? The Dispensation of Grace; for the messenger of the Dispensation of Grace was there: our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.

Didn’t God say through the Prophet Isaiah, in chapter 7, verse 14: “Behold, the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: A virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and His Name shall be called Emmanuel,” (which being interpreted is: God with us)?¹⁶ And then, when that virgin was going to have that child, the Archangel Gabriel appeared to the virgin Mary and made known to her that promise, and told her that she—that through her, that child would come. And when the virgin conceived and gave birth to that child, there they had the sign that God had said that He would give the Hebrew people.

They overlooked that sign; they didn’t recognize the time or the season in which they were living in the Divine Program when Jesus Christ was there on Earth.

And because they didn’t know the time of that Divine Visitation in human flesh, as the sign that they were living in the time of a new dispensation that was beginning, what happened? Let our beloved Lord Jesus Christ tell us, here in Saint Luke chapter 19, verses 41 to 44, (when Jesus Christ was on His way to Jerusalem, in His triumphal entry; before arriving to Jerusalem), it says the following:

“And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,

Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,

And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee.”

Why would this happen there in Jerusalem? Why would it happen? He says:

“…Because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.”

They didn’t know the time and the season of the First Coming of Christ, the Coming of the Messiah, the Coming of the King of Israel in human flesh in the Person of Jesus of Nazareth (the carpenter from Nazareth). It was fulfilled in such a simple way, in such a simple veil of flesh, that they couldn’t see that sign, the sign manifested on Earth: the sign of the Son of the virgin, who was born through the virgin Mary.

And because they didn’t recognize that sign, because they didn’t recognize the day, the time, and because they didn’t recognize God’s Visitation at that time which the First Coming of Christ was appointed for (which would be the Coming of the Almighty God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, who is the same Angel of the Lord manifested in human flesh in the veil of flesh called Jesus), notice, because they didn’t recognize the Coming of the Angel of the Lord, of God in human flesh, Jerusalem would be destroyed, including the temple of the Hebrew people.

Why? Because they knew not the time of their visitation, they didn’t know it; and that was the time.

At that time, when Jesus Christ had His ministry among the Hebrew people, and in the end died on Calvary’s Cross, it was the time and the season of the seventieth week, the first part of the seventieth week, which was the first three and a half years; and it was also the beginning of a new dispensation overlapping with the Dispensation of Law.

That was also a time of a new age: the Age of the Cornerstone of that time, where Jesus Christ the Cornerstone was present, the Stone that the builders rejected;¹⁷ and because Jesus Christ the Cornerstone, the Messiah, was there, well, the age is the Age of the Cornerstone, the Age of the Coming of the Lord, of the Coming of the Stone that the builders rejected.

They didn’t recognize the time and the season: they didn’t recognize the Dispensation of Grace, which was being introduced, which was overlapping with the Dispensation of Law there; and they also didn’t recognize the season: the Age of the Cornerstone manifested there, that season of the Age of the Cornerstone, where the Coming of the Son of man, the Coming of the Messiah, the Coming of the King of Israel as the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world, was being fulfilled.

Now notice how important it is to know the times and the seasons that are under God’s power; and those times and those seasons, those ages, those time periods, are manifested in the Divine Cycle pertaining to that time or that season.

And now, we have seen what has happened in the past; and we have seen that the majority of people who live on Earth haven’t even realized what has happened in the Divine Program.

But there was always a group of people whom the Divine Revelation came to, and they woke up to the reality of the time and season, the time and the season, the time and the age in which they were living, and they received the sign manifested on Earth: which was the messenger of that age; and therefore, they received the knowledge of the Divine Program for that age, they came into the Divine Program, and received the benefits that the Divine Program offered them at that time; and they received the benefit that the Divine Program of that time offered them for eternity, which is: Eternal Life.

And now, what about us? Which is the time and the season pertaining to this era in which we are living? This is the time of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, which is overlapping with the Dispensation of Grace; and this is the season: the Age of the Cornerstone, this is the season of the Age of the Cornerstone.

And the sign in heaven has already been seen, and now human beings must see that sign seen here on Earth; not in heaven anymore, but on Earth.

And see the ministry of the Angel who was very different from the rest being manifested on Earth through His Angel-Messenger, through the Messenger of the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom, who is the Prophet of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, in whom Jesus Christ, the Son of man, the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, the Angel who was very different from the rest (who was there in that cloud formed by angels), at the Last Day, now in our time…

[See] Him, that Angel, being manifested here on Earth in human flesh in His Angel-Messenger, in His Prophet-Messenger, notice, as the sign of the end of time, of the end of the Dispensation of Grace and the end of the dispensation of the seventh Gentile Church age, and the end—as a sign of the end—of the Gentile kingdom too.

The sign that the Gentile kingdom has come to an end, to the end time, to its last stage, is the Coming of that Stone cut out without hands, it is the Coming of the Angel who was very different from the rest, manifested in human flesh in the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, making known to us all these things which must shortly come to pass; as Christ promised in Revelation chapter 4, verse 1, saying: “Come up hither,” (where will we go up to? To the Age of the Cornerstone), “and I will show thee,” (what things?) “things which must be hereafter,” (after which things? After the things that have already happened in the seven stages or ages of the Gentile Church).

Now, there are things that have to happen in this time and this season, which are promised both in the Old Testament and in the New Testament.

And those things are made known by Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel who was very different from the rest, in His manifestation through His Angel-Messenger. That is why in Revelation 22, verse 6, it says:

“And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel,” (what for?) “to shew unto his servants,” (which things?) “the things which must shortly be done.”

See that it’s through His Angel-Messenger that all these things which must shortly be done are made known? Why? Because in His Angel-Messenger would be the Angel who was very different from the rest, the Angel of the Covenant, Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit manifested in His Angel-Messenger; in the time and season relevant for that manifestation, which is the time of the Dispensation of the Kingdom and the season of the Age of the Cornerstone, and the territory of Latin America and the Caribbean.

For that territory, it is the time and season of these things which must shortly come to pass, which at the Last Day, would be manifested, and would be revealed to the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.

Now we have seen the mystery of the times and seasons that the Father put under His own power.

In that time, the disciples of Jesus Christ wanted to know whether Christ would restore the Kingdom to Israel at that time; but the kingdom of Israel wouldn’t be restored in the time of the Dispensation of Grace, nor during the seasons of the seven ages of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ among the Gentiles.

That is why even though some of the messengers of the seven ages tried to turn the Hebrew people to Christ, they couldn’t: because it wasn’t the time nor the season for the restoration of the Hebrew people and of the Kingdom of God among the Hebrew people.

It also wasn’t the time for the restoration of the Throne of David, for Christ, the Messiah, to reign on the Throne of David; because the promise of the restoration of Israel is for the time of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, and for the season of the Age of the Cornerstone.

It wasn’t given unto them to know that mystery; for the Father put those mysteries of the times and the seasons in His own power.

And at the Last Day comes the time and season for the restoration of the Kingdom to the Hebrew people; and therefore, the time comes for the mystery of the restoration of Israel and of the Kingdom of God among the Hebrew people, to be revealed; where Christ, the heir to the Throne of David, will sit and reign a thousand years and then for all eternity.

And he that overcomes (the Overcomer) will sit with Him on His Throne, Christ says. The Overcomer who will be present at the Last Day, in the time and season in which these things must be fulfilled, will sit there with Christ.

And the sign of that time and season is the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant, of the Mighty Angel, of the Angel who was very different from the rest, which is Jesus Christ coming in Holy Spirit to and in His Angel-Messenger, to and in His Church in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.

That is why at this time, all these things are made known to each one of us: because the time and the season for these things to be fulfilled has come. And all these things which must shortly come to pass are made known in the time and season for the restoration of the Kingdom of God among the Hebrew people.

And what the Hebrew people have always wanted will become a reality; and from Jerusalem, the entire world will be ruled. And the Messiah, meaning, the Anointed One (because Messiah or Christ means ‘the Anointed One’), the One anointed with the Spirit of God, will sit on the Throne of David and reign a thousand years and then for all eternity. Christ will be manifested there as King of kings and Lord of lords, as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, sitting on the Throne of David.

So, notice: “THE MYSTERY OF THE TIME AND SEASONS UNDER THE FATHER’S POWER.”

Tonight, we can unequivocally say: don’t let the Throne of David get dusty, keep it clean, because at any moment, the Anointed One will sit there: the Messiah, whom the Hebrew people are waiting for! So, make sure the Throne of David is well kept, because soon, very soon, that Throne will be occupied by the Son of David. For the Son of man will come as Son of David and sit on His Throne; and the Overcomer will sit with Him.

So, notice how this promise will become a reality at this end time. This promise is in Revelation chapter 3, verse 21, when it says:

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”

Just as Jesus Christ sat in Heaven, the Father’s Throne, now Christ says, “To him that overcomes…” The same thing that happened with Jesus: Christ overcame and He sat with the Father on the Throne, and He received a new Name, and He received all power or authority. And now Christ says “To him that overcomes.” See? The same thing the Father did with Him.

And now Christ says:

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”

That is also why we find that him that sits on His Throne with Christ, just as the Father gave Him a new Name (and that Name is the Father’s Name), now Jesus Christ says: “I will write upon him the Name of My God, and the Name of the City of My God, and My new Name.”¹⁸ Upon whom? Upon the Overcomer, upon the One who will sit with Christ on His Throne.

Well, this is for which time? For the time of the Dispensation of the Kingdom and Age of the Cornerstone; that is for the time and season of the Last Day, of the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.

And we have reached the time and season in which all these things must be fulfilled. And that is why they are being made known to all of you and also to me: so that we see the mystery of the times and seasons that the Father put in His own power.

And no one could uncover these things pertaining to the Last Day, only God could make them known (at the time appointed by God) to the messenger, and [from] the messenger to the people of God.

Because the Angel of Jesus Christ is sent in Revelation chapter 22, verse 16, by Jesus Christ, to do what? Let’s see:

“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.”

Who sends him? Jesus Christ.

And it’s in His Angel that Jesus Christ, the Son of man, manifests Himself at the Last Day, in the time and season relevant to His manifestation as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords, in His Claiming Work; as Son of man and Son of David, to claim His Throne and sit on His Throne and reign over the Hebrew people and over all the Gentiles, over the whole Earth. And thus, for us to also reign with Christ as kings and priests for a thousand years and then for all eternity.

We have seen “THE MYSTERY OF THE TIMES AND SEASONS UNDER THE FATHER’S POWER,” which are currently being made known.

And in the time and season relevant to the time in which we live, we are in the time of the Dispensation of the Kingdom and in the season of the Age of the Cornerstone, and the Latin American and Caribbean territory; with the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which is the Message of the Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet, with Christ through His Angel making known to us all these things which must shortly come to pass, at this Last Day, at this end time.

It has been a privilege to be with you tonight, testifying to you about: “THE MYSTERY OF THE TIMES AND SEASONS UNDER THE FATHER’S POWER;” which are being made known at this time, the ones pertaining to this time, that is, the things pertaining to this time and to this season of the Age of the Cornerstone.

And where are the ones who would be hearing the revelation of the things which must shortly come to pass, in the time and season pertaining to this time in which we live? Here we are, in Latin America and the Caribbean. There is a group here in Ecuador (in Quito, Ecuador); and in all of Latin America and the Caribbean we find those who would be seeing and hearing the time and season in which we would be living, and the things that would be happening in this time and season in which we have been given to live.

These things could not be revealed in another time and season, but in this time and season.

May the blessings of Jesus Christ, promised for this time and for this season, be manifested in each one of you, may they become a reality, and may the very last of the elect be called and gathered, and may we all be changed, and go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in Heaven, in the House of our Heavenly Father. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.
