The parallelism between Jesus Christ and His Church

Good evening, beloved friends and brethren present; it is a great blessing and privilege for me to be with you here in Torreon, Mexico, to share with you a few moments of fellowship around the Word of God and His Program relevant to this end time.

For this occasion, we read in Revelation, chapter 22, verses 16 to 17, where it says:

“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.”

May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand It.

Our subject is: “THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH.”

Before I begin, a greeting to the ladies: and may God bless you greatly, and use you more and more each day in His Work in this end time; and may you be like those believers in Jesus Christ who were in the time of His earthly ministry working in the Work of Christ arm in arm with our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; that is why their names appear in the Bible.

And may your names appear in the history of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of our age, as mighty women who worked in the Work of Christ as those mighty ladies who accompanied Christ in His work of His First Coming, and who were arm in arm with Christ working in the Work of God entrusted to Jesus Christ.

Now, for this occasion our topic is: “THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH.”

The parallelism between Christ and His Church is a reality that all of us need to understand, because the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is His Mystical Body of believers.

Christ said in John, chapter 12, verse 24: “Unless a corn of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone.”

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.”

Christ, being the Corn of Wheat that was sown on earth (the Son of Man, the Son of God), for Christ to reproduce Himself… as Adam had to reproduce himself when God placed him on Earth and gave him a companion (which, where did He get her from? From Adam, from Adam’s side), to, through his companion Eve, reproduce himself, but reproduce himself by means of the creative Word.

But now, Eve failed, sinned, and altered the order of reproduction. The original order of God, of reproduction, brings the person with eternal life in this reproduction; but the altered order there, then brought the reproduction of the human being with death; because death entered the human race, when Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden; and then Adam also sinned.

Now, God, you see, has sent the second Adam, which is our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; and to reproduce Himself in many sons and daughters of God, to bring into existence on Earth sons and daughters of God, God drew from the side of Christ, as He drew from the side of the first Adam, now He drew from the side of Christ, who was wounded by that spear,1 He drew His Bride, His Church-Bride, to reproduce Himself.

And she is the Church-Bride of the Lord Jesus Christ: The second Eve of the second Adam. Therefore, the second Adam, being the Corn of Wheat with eternal life, the Son of God with eternal life, who came to die on Earth and bring many sons and daughters of God; in order to bring many sons and daughters of God…

See, just like a corn of wheat to bring many corns of wheat, if you have it, and you have it in a jar: you will see it every day, but you will see only one corn of wheat. Do you want to see many corns of wheat? Sow it. You will no longer see that corn of wheat, because it will die. And what you will see next will be a wheat plant that has sprung up where you sowed the corn of wheat; for that wheat plant is the life of the corn of wheat that has sprung up, it is the corn of wheat in the form of a wheat plant, to give you many corns of wheat.

Now notice, in the corn of wheat are all the corns of wheat, but it has to go through the process of sowing; where it dies in order to be born in the form of a wheat plant, and then bring forth many corns of wheat.

The life of the Corn of Wheat that was sown in the ground, is the life that is found in the Wheat Plant, to reproduce Christ (the Corn of Wheat) in many corns of wheat, in many sons and daughters of God.

This reminds us of the parable of the wheat and the tares, where Christ says that the wheat are the children of the Kingdom.2

And now, where will the corns of wheat be? Well, they will be in the Wheat Plant, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And now, you see, just as Christ is the Corn of Wheat, God’s elect in the Church are corns of wheat as well.

Do you see the parallel between Christ and His Church? All that Christ is, so is His Church. Christ is God’s Anointed One, the Church is God’s anointed Church. Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords, Christ is King; and His Church, and the members of His Church, are kings with Christ. Christ is Priest, High Priest Melchizedek, of the heavenly Temple, and His Church composed of believers in Christ are priests as well; for Christ has cleansed us with His precious Blood and has made us to our God kings and priests,3 and we shall reign on Earth.

Therefore, to all that Christ is Heir, His Church is also joint-heir with Christ, and each member of His Church is joint-heir with Christ to all that Christ is heir. Therefore, we will be with Christ in the Millennial Kingdom as kings and priests, in the midst of the Hebrew people, ruling with Christ.

In other words, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is the governmental Cabinet of Christ for the Millennial Kingdom and for all eternity; for the Kingdom will be given to the people of the saints of the Most High,4 which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, composed of those redeemed by the Blood of Christ.

And now Christ is also Judge, because God has made Him Judge of the living and the dead, to judge the living and the dead. And Saint Paul tells us: “Know ye not that the saints shall judge the world, and angels also?”5 See? The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, composed of believers in Christ, are judges too.

All that Christ is, His Church is, because His Church is His Mystical Body of believers; and through all the stages through which Christ passed, His Church would pass.

We find that Christ being the Anointed of God was on Earth carrying out the Work of God, and at the end of His ministry He died, He was buried, but He in Spirit was preaching to the dead in the fifth dimension, in hell. That is in the Scripture, and we are going to read it so you can see this mystery. That is in First Peter, chapter 3, verses 18 and on, it says:

“For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit…”

In other words, Christ died, but He died in the flesh, that is, His body of flesh; but in spirit, that is, in theophanic body, Christ didn’t die.

Christ being the Sacrifice for sin, to reconcile us with God, is typified in the two goats that were sacrificed by the high priest on the day of atonement (which was the tenth day of the seventh month).

The lot was cast on those two goats that had been chosen, and the lot was cast: one for the Lord and the other for Azazel. And the lot that fell on the goat for the Lord, that one would be sacrificed; and the other goat would be the one whose lot fell for Azazel, that goat wouldn’t be sacrificed, but after the high priest had sacrificed the goat for the Lord, and had brought its blood into the most holy place, and had sprinkled it with his finger on the mercy seat, then he would go out and carry out the rest of the work; and then he went out into the outer court, where the goat for Azazel was, and laid his hands upon the head of the goat, and confessed the sins of the people upon that goat which was alive; and then they sent that goat away into the wilderness, through a person who was appointed for that work.6

Now, the goat that was sacrificed: represents Christ dying on Calvary’s Cross; the goat upon which sins are confessed and carried away: represents Christ also, who took our confessed sins and carried them away.

And now, Christ, the sacrificed Goat of the Atonement: When He was sacrificed on Calvary’s Cross, His physical body. Christ, the Goat for Azazel (who wasn’t sacrificed, but the sins of the people were confessed over it, by the high priest who placed his hands on the head of the goat for Azazel, and confessed the sins of the people): represents Christ in His theophanic body, His angelic body.

That is why Christ died in the flesh, but in His theophanic body, that is, in Spirit, which is the theophanic body, the angelic body, He went to hell and took our sins there; He took them far away: to hell; and there He returned them to the devil, who is the originator of sin. He had a fight there with the devil, He took away the keys of hell and of death, then He also went… then He also preached to those who were there. Let’s see, it says:

[First Peter 3:19] “By which also he went (that is, ‘in which,’ in other words, in the angelic body) and preached unto the spirits in prison…”

The spirits in prison: who had been disobedient in Noah’s time, who didn’t believe, and the flood came and took them all away.7

The person, the human being, when he dies, dies physically; but he continues to live in his spiritual body, which is a body of another dimension. If he is not a believer, his body is of the fifth dimension (his spiritual body), and therefore, when he dies, he goes to the fifth dimension, which is the dimension to which this body belongs.

Like when your physical body is born here, what happens? Well, you come here, because you received a body from here, from this earthly dimension.

Now, when the person dies, he goes to the place where the spiritual body that he has belongs to, that is, the body that is from another dimension.

Because the human being has two bodies…; although some don’t even see the body of flesh they have, nor do they know it well; but you see, the human being has two bodies: one physical and one spiritual: one of this earthly dimension and the other of another dimension.

When the human being is born on Earth, he obtains a physical, mortal, corruptible and temporary body; but Christ will give us a glorified body in the Last Day, when He resurrects the dead in Christ and transforms us who are alive. For Christ, when He resurrected, He resurrected glorified; therefore, He has a glorified body, and therefore He will give us a glorified physical body as well.

Do you see the parallel or parallelism between Christ and His Church, and Christ and the members of His Church? You see, all that Christ is, so is His Church. Everything that Christ is Heir to, so is His Church.

And now, the human being at birth received a mortal, corruptible and temporary body, but has the promise of receiving a glorified body. But who? The believers in Christ, because they are persons who have been born into the Mystical Body of Christ, and therefore, the parallelism between Christ and His Church follows.

To all that Christ is heir, so is His Church, and so is every member of His Church.

Now, when we are born on Earth (as I told you) we receive a mortal, corruptible and temporary body, and we also receive a spirit of the world (that is, of the fifth dimension). That is why it is necessary to be born again: because at birth on this Earth we are born into a fallen race, which is descended from the first Adam, and therefore fell into the hands of the enemy, and therefore it falls to the race descended from Adam to receive a spirit of the world, and a mortal, corruptible and temporary body.

But Christ has said that it is necessary to be born again; and Christ is the one who makes the new birth possible for people who believe in Him as their Savior, wash their sins in His Blood, are baptized in His Name and Christ gives them His Holy Spirit, and produces in them the new birth: and they obtain a spiritual, theophanic, angelic body, of the sixth dimension.

And there they have obtained eternal life, they have been delivered from the kingdom of darkness, and have been placed in the Kingdom of Christ, in the Kingdom of Light, Peace and Divine Love. Saint Paul, a connoisseur of these mysteries, spoke to us of this in Colossians, chapter 1, verse 12 and on, when he said:

“…with joyfulness;

Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son…”

You see? He has delivered us from the power of darkness, from the kingdom of darkness, from the government of darkness, from the government of the devil in the kingdom of the devil. Christ delivered us from there, as Christ delivered the Hebrew people through the prophet Moses, He delivered them from pharaoh and from that pharaoh’s empire there in Egypt.

And now, Christ has delivered us from pharaoh, the devil, and from the kingdom of the pharaoh, the devil, that is, from the kingdom of darkness, and has placed us where? In the promised land of His Kingdom. And now we belong to a Kingdom with eternal life. By receiving Christ, washing our sins in His Blood, being baptized in His Name and receiving His Holy Spirit, we already have eternal life.

It is now impossible for spiritual death to kill us, there is no more death; because He resurrected us from the dead and has given us eternal life, a resurrection has already taken place; that resurrection is the one that happens when a person is born again.

And we have the promise of a physical resurrection for the dead in Christ, and for us who are alive, if we remain alive until the dead in Christ are resurrected, we have the promise of a transformation.

A transformation is equivalent to a death, burial and resurrection in a matter of seconds; so fast that no one notices the whole process happening at the same time, where we will obtain the glorified body, where life will absorb death, where the glorified body will absorb the mortal body.

Now, we will be clothed with immortality, with eternal life, that is: we will be clothed with a glorified and eternal body; that is the physical garment that we will have, a physical garment, a physical body, because the body is the garment that God has given us, to live with this physical garment on this planet Earth; but He has also given us a spiritual garment, which is the spiritual body.

And now, the spiritual garment is a white garment, a theophanic body; and then the glorified body that He will give us, will be the physical garment, which will also be a perfect glorified garment, a glorified body.

Christ being glorified there on Mount Transfiguration, His garments shining, represents the glorified body there, both for Him and for each one of us.

And now, it says:

“…In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.”

Redemption is through Jesus Christ our Savior, through His Blood.

Now let’s continue with First Peter, chapter 3, verse… let’s go to verse 19 (we read it again):

“…By which also he went (that is, that he went in an angelical body, theophanic) and preached unto the spirits in prison…”

“The spirits in prison,” that is, all those who were disobedient at Noah’s time, died by the flood waters. And then where did they go? They couldn’t go to Heaven, because they weren’t believers, they couldn’t go to the place where the believers were, but they went to hell, which is the fifth dimension, they went in those spiritual bodies.

Remember that the spiritual body, the spirit of the human being, is a body of another dimension, a body similar to our body, but of another dimension. It continues:

“…Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.”

At the time Noah was preparing the ark, which took him 100 to 120 years, God’s patience was waiting for Noah to finish the ark.

Now, God’s patience wasn’t for the unbelievers, but for the believer: for Noah. God had patience with Noah, He waited all those years, a century, or perhaps a century and twenty years, while Noah finished the construction of the ark.

It seems that he had little cooperation from the unbelievers, or none at all, and he and his family had to do the construction; and if anyone helped him or worked for a fee, it is not mentioned in the Bible.

So, whether it took him 100 or 120 years to build the ark, it is clear that he didn’t have the cooperation of others outside his family.

Now, perhaps Methuselah worked with him, who died the year the flood came; therefore, since Methuselah also believed, he surely helped him, and some believing people, or Methuselah, who was a believer; but it is not mentioned who helped Noah.

Now, we do know that Noah built the ark with his family.

And now, God had patience with Noah; for if He sent the flood in the first year that He spoke to Noah, or the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth or seventh, or before building the ark, Noah and his family had to die also; and God doesn’t destroy the righteous with the unrighteous. God always has a door of escape for the righteous, God’s elect; and Noah is a dispensational prophet.

And why do I say he is and not say he was? Because the saints don’t die, he is still living.

And now, the patience of God was great.

And now, we find that it is prophesied that the day of vengeance of our God will come for the human race, wherein (in that day of vengeance) “all the proud, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble; and that day that cometh shall burn them up (that is, burn them up), saith the Lord of Hosts.”8

That is the day burning like an oven, where the radioactivity that is stored in all those nuclear devices, is going to be released, is going to be released in a Third World War. As the water that flooded planet Earth was released. Now it will not be a rain, a flood of water, but a flood of fire.

But, what has happened that the flood of fire hasn’t come? Well, do you want the flood of fire to come before you are transformed? No. May God not allow that to happen until we are already transformed. And that is equivalent to Noah finishing the ark and entering the ark; because Christ is creating, building, His Church; and therefore, His Church is the Ark, the Temple that God is building; because His Church is Christ Himself in the form of His Church, and Christ is the Ark of Salvation.

Therefore, it is in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ that the elect of God are born again, through the Holy Spirit, who comes to those who receive the Word for their age.

Now, Christ is building His Church, His Temple; and therefore, the fiery flood of the great tribulation, which is mentioned for the great tribulation, can’t come until all those who have their names written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life, are within the Mystical Body of Christ. And when that number is completed, the Church of Jesus Christ will be completed, Christ will rise from the Throne of the Father, will take the Title Deed, which is the Book of the Seven Seals in Heaven, will open it and will do His Reclaiming Work, where He will resurrect the dead believers in Him and will transform us who are alive.

And thus the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be complete, and she will be glorified, because she will have glorified bodies; and there we will see the parallel of the glorified body of Christ and the glorified body that we are to have.

Now, we can see why the great tribulation hasn’t come yet. Although you see, from the moment God told Noah that the end of all flesh had come, from that moment it had come, but God’s Patience and Mercy was extended because of Noah and his family.

All the preachers of the last century thought that in the last century everything would be fulfilled, and everything would be carried out, and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ would be completed. But it wasn’t so. We are passing into the 21st century, and therefore, we are passing into the new millennium: the new millennium, the third millennium from Christ until now, is the Last Day before God.

And when was it that Christ said that He will carry out the resurrection of the dead in Christ believers in Him? For the Last Day; therefore, that mystery of the Last Day wasn’t fully understood by the messengers of past ages, to know that the Last Day is the third millennium from Christ until now and the seventh millennium from Adam until now.

And it was better that they didn’t understand it, why? Because if they understood it and preached it to the people, and said: “No, the resurrection of the dead in Christ, and the transformation and the rapture will be for the seventh millennium from Adam to here, or third millennium from Christ to there (to here – or to there, because they were there at the beginning)…”

If they said: “That will be for the 21st century,” they would say: “That will be the first century of the final millennium, of the last millennium.” And back in the time of the apostles, they were in the first century of the fifth millennium (from the fifth millennium from Adam to here or first millennium from Christ to here), and they would say: “That will take a long time.”

But it doesn’t matter in what year, in what century or in what millennium the resurrection of the dead, the transformation of the living and the rapture will take place; the important thing is to be prepared in the time in which the person is living. Because if he is prepared and dies, when Christ resurrects the believers in Him, He will resurrect that person.

In other words, the important thing is not to say: “When that millennium, that century and that year comes, I am going to be prepared”; no. You have to be prepared while you are living on Earth; because if you die, then you will be resurrected; if you die and you weren’t prepared, then you will not be resurrected.

So the important thing is to be prepared in the time we live in.

Now, we already know the mystery of the Last Day, which is this millennium that has already begun, third millennium from Christ until now or seventh millennium from Adam until now; because one day before the Lord is like a thousand years for human beings. In other words, the Last Day before God is the last millennium for the human race, which is the third millennium from Christ until now or seventh millennium from Adam until now, where Christ will resurrect the departed believers in Him, will transform us, and will take us with Him to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

But look, we are already in that Last Day and the resurrection of the dead and the transformation of us who are alive hasn’t yet taken place, why? Because the Mystical Body of the Lord Jesus Christ hasn’t yet been completed; and the Patience of God, notice, it already has two thousand years from Christ until now, and the Patience of God is still waiting for the completion of the Mystical Body of Christ; because the members of the Mystical Body of Christ have their names written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life, since before the foundation of the world, and therefore, they can’t be lost; they have to be manifested in the Mystical Body of Christ, in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ: receiving Christ as their Savior, washing their sins in the Blood of Christ, being baptized in His Name and receiving His Holy Spirit.

And what about the children? When we present them to Christ, they are placed within the New Covenant, covered with the Blood of Christ. There is no problem for our children.

Therefore, when the transformation occurs, they will be transformed; if they die, they will be resurrected. And we will all have, together with them, an eternal, immortal, incorruptible and glorified body, and young for all eternity. That is for the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as individuals.

Now, we have seen why the Patience of God in the time of Noah waited after He told him that the end had come, He waited 100 or 120 years; God waited 120 years, He had patience, and He had to endure all the unbelievers out of love of Noah and his family.

And out of love of the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, God has had to endure this world, this humanity; and has had to endure the kingdom of darkness all those millenniums.

Now, Christ is building His Church, creating His Church. He is reproducing Himself in sons and daughters of God, He is reproducing Himself in corns of wheat; because He is the Corn of Wheat that was sown in the ground.

And now, we are represented in corns of wheat, because Christ is the Corn of Wheat that was sown on the ground. Christ, the Son of God, represented in the Corn of Wheat; and the children of God represented in the wheat of that wheat plant, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And now, just as Christ died, was buried, was in hell preaching to the imprisoned souls, and then resurrected; we find that the Church that was born on the Day of Pentecost, the anointed Church, had a wonderful ministry in the time of the apostles and in the time of Saint Paul, but then died in Nicaea, back in the time where she sinned against God; and all that under the Roman empire in the time of the king or emperor Constantine.

And now, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ entered the ages of obscurantism; just as Christ at His death entered that stage of obscurantism by going down to hell, by going down to the kingdom of darkness, by going down to the darkness there; but there He was preaching to the spirits in prison, in other words, to the people who were in those spiritual bodies there in hell.

And the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has been preaching to the spirits, the souls imprisoned in the kingdom of darkness, the kingdom of the devil, all these years, and all these ages that have passed. But in the Program of Christ there is a resurrection for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as the Mystical Body of believers.

And just as the Spirit of God that was in Christ, resurrected the physical body of Christ in glorified form: The Holy Spirit in the Church, produces a resurrection for this end time. And this, you see, must be according to the order that was fulfilled in Christ.

We find that there is an order of restoration for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Christ, after coming out of hell, having obtained the keys of hell and death, having won the battle there against the devil (in the same kingdom of the devil Christ won the battle against the devil), then passed on to Paradise, where Abraham, Isaac, Jacob were, and where John the Baptist was also.

John the Baptist surely was preaching to everyone there for about three years (since he died), he was preaching to them that the Coming of the Messiah was near; because he had already seen Him and had presented Him on Earth. And when He appeared in Paradise (Christ), the doors of Paradise were opened there, Christ entered; and then on Resurrection Sunday Christ resurrected, and with Him the saints of the Old Testament, according to Matthew, chapter 27, verses 51 to 52. Chapter 27 of Matthew, it says, verse 51 and on:

“And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,

And came out of the graves after his resurrection (When did they come out of the tombs? After the resurrection of Christ), and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”

In other words, when Christ resurrected, the Old Testament saints resurrected with Christ, they appeared to many in the city of Jerusalem; and Christ appeared to His disciples.

Christ, of course, ascended to Heaven, presented His Sacrifice in Heaven, and then descended again; and He was appearing to His disciples for 40 days, in those 40 days He appeared to His disciples no less than eight times.

Now, we can see why when Christ resurrected He didn’t allow them to touch Him. He said: “Touch me not.”9 But then later the same day He allowed them to touch His feet and worship Him.10

When He didn’t allow them to touch Him, it was because He hadn’t yet ascended to the Father; but when He allowed them to touch Him, it was because He had already ascended to the Father and then descended, He had already presented His Sacrifice up in Heaven and had already descended, and had received all authority in Heaven and on Earth.

Now, Christ was resurrected on the first day of the week, which is Sunday.

Now, we have had the different ages of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, and those ages are represented in the seven days of the week.

The fifth age is represented in Thursday, which is the fifth day, and it corresponds to the Lutheran age, where Luther was its messenger.

Then the sixth day corresponds to Friday, and corresponds to the sixth age, the Philadelphian Age, where Wesley was its messenger.

Then the seventh day corresponds to the seventh age, the Laodicean Age, where the Reverend William Branham was its messenger. That age was fulfilled in North America.

And now, Saturday, you see, corresponds to the seventh age; but Sunday is the first day of the week, and it can also be mentioned as an eighth day, because after seven comes eight, but also eight is the first day of a new week, which corresponds to the Age of the Cornerstone. See?

And now, it is in the Age of the Cornerstone where the resurrection of the Church takes place, and where the resurrection of the dead in Christ, the resurrection of every member of the Mystical Body of Christ that has departed, and our transformation will take place.

It was on the first day of the week that Christ was resurrected, and resurrected in glorified form. It is on the first day of that spiritual week, which corresponds to the Age of the Cornerstone, where the dead in Christ will receive the eternal, immortal and glorified body, and where we will be transformed and receive the glorified body. Do you see that everything has to be according to the order that was fulfilled in Christ?

And now, this is for a resurrection of the dead in Christ and transformation of us who are alive, that is, for every member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Now, for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as Mystical Body of believers, we find that the Age of the Cornerstone is the age where the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ rises as a young Church; because the resurrection for the dead in Christ will be a resurrection in young bodies, and our transformation will be to obtain a young, eternal, immortal and glorified body.

And now, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a young Church in the Age of the Cornerstone, with a spiritual resurrection, where they have been resurrected from all denominational systems; it is a spiritual resurrection which is carried out in the Age of the Cornerstone.

Let’s see what Reverend William Branham says. In the message “It is the Rising of the Sun,”11 page 15, he says:

[90]. He was waved over the promised Seed that had promise of Life.

91. He was waved at the Day of Pentecost, ‘when there came a sound from Heaven like a waving, mighty rushing wind,’ and was waved over the people, the pentecostal people that was up at Pentecost, waiting for the Blessing to come.

92. And to be waved again, we realize, in the last day, according to Luke 17:30, in the Son day again, ‘in the day that the S-o-n of man will be revealed,’ or waved again over the people.”

That is what the manifestation of the Son of Man is for this end time. Now, he goes on to say:

93. Now, Who is the Son of man? ‘In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.’”

He goes on below saying:

[93] …that that Word again is waved over the people, that the dead traditions of man is dead, and the Son of God is alive again with the baptism of the Holy Spirit right among us, and is giving us Life.

94. As Christ was the first One to raise, from all the prophets, and so forth; although typed in many places, He was the Firstfruits of those that slept. In the Bride, coming of Christ, coming out of the church, there’ll have to be a Sheaf waved again in the last days. Oh, my!

95. Waving of the sheaf! What was the sheaf? The first one that come to mature, the first one that proved it was a wheat, that proved it was a sheaf.

96. Hallelujah! I’m sure you see what I’m talking about. It was waved over the people. And the first time there will come forth, for the Bride age…”

And now, the Age of the Bride at this time is the Age of the Cornerstone; and the Age of the Bride as a dispensation, you see, she has been during these different stages, the Dispensation of Grace.

Now, it says:

[95] What was the sheaf? The first one that come to mature, the first one that proved it was a wheat, that proved it was a sheaf.

96. Hallelujah! I’m sure you see what I’m talking about. It was waved over the people. And the first time there will come forth, for the Bride age, for a resurrection out of dark denominationalism, will be a Message, that the full maturity of the Word has turned back again in Its full Power, and being waved over the people, by the same signs and wonders that He did back there.”

And now notice, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ coming out of the denominational world is a spiritual resurrection for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And now the denominational world is in those ages that passed away and that have already ended and were organized; and therefore, death entered into those ages when their time was over, they are dead. But now Christ resurrects the elect, His Church, from among the dead, from among the dead ages.

And where does the resurrection take place? In the Age of the Cornerstone, a spiritual resurrection; and there is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ with a living spiritual resurrection, with the Spirit of God in the midst of her working and revealing to her His Word relevant to this end time, and thus vindicating to her His promise relevant to this end time.

And now, we have seen THE PARALLEL OR PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH.

Now, we find ourselves in the Mystical Body of Christ, in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, in an age in which the Church of Jesus Christ as the Mystical Body of believers is resurrected.

Now, this is for the Church as the Mystical Body of Christ. The dead in Christ haven’t yet been resurrected, and we haven’t yet been transformed; but the Church as Church, is in a new stage, with eternal life in a new age, which corresponds to Resurrection Sunday. That is why it is in the Age of the Cornerstone, which corresponds to Resurrection Sunday, where the dead in Christ will be resurrected and we will be transformed.

And now, seeing the parallelism between Christ and His Church, we also see the parallelism between Christ and every son and daughter of God, we see the parallelism between Christ and us.

And now, through those same stages that Christ went through, His Church would go through, and we would go through as individuals.

We as individuals have passed through this Earth, have been in this world, with mortal, corruptible and temporary bodies, and having received a spirit from the world at birth; but we have received a resurrection by believing in Christ as our Savior, washing our sins in His Blood, being baptized in His Name and receiving His Holy Spirit. That is a resurrection with eternal life.

And now, we are waiting for the physical resurrection, where those of us who remain alive will be transformed, when the dead in Christ resurrect; and then we will have a double portion: theophanic angelic body, and glorified physical body; those are those two portions.

Now, let’s see what Reverend William Branham says, telling us about what will be happening in that end time.

For this end time there are things that have to happen. The First Rain fell in the East, the land of Israel, the Latter Rain corresponds to the West, which is the American continent, in which we live; because Latin America and the Caribbean corresponds to the West, the American continent; and the upper part of the American continent, because it is North America and Canada.

Now, we are going to see something very important here, in this Program that Christ is carrying out; it is a Program of eternal life for every son and daughter of God. On page 69 of the book of Quotations, paragraph 597, Reverend William Branham says:12

597 – “And as Elijah went down to Jordan…”

That was when he crossed the Jordan, and then on the other side of the Jordan he was caught up by a chariot of fire; he was the one who crossed the Jordan with Elisha.

61. And as Elijah went down to Jordan one day, and struck it (with his mantle. And it was with who?), with Elisha, and it parted back, and he crossed over (and crossed over dry). He come back with a double portion.”

Who came back with a double portion? Elisha. And he came with Elijah’s mantle; and Elijah’s mantle typifies the Word, and typifies the Holy Spirit, and typifies the Life of Christ.

“…He come back with a double portion. And when we strike Jordan (remember that the Jordan represents death)… And when we strike Jordan with Christ (See that the mantle represents Christ?), we got one portion, but when we return, we’re coming with two portions. We got Eternal Life, resurrection from sin, now, in righteousness with the Holy Ghost. And then on the return, with Christ, we come back with both (resurrections, with the double portions) physical resurrection, and we already got spiritual resurrection. We have a double portion of it.”

In other words, “we will have a double portion”: we will have a theophanic angelic body (which we already have), and we will have the physical and glorified body; and that is to have a double portion.

For the moment we have one portion, but we lack the other, which is the glorified body. And when we have the glorified body, the Jordan —which represents death— will not be able to do anything to you or to me either. That is to cross over dry. To “cross over dry” that is, to cross over without seeing death, because we will go away without seeing death. And the dead in Christ, when they are resurrected in eternal bodies, will no longer die; therefore, they will go in the rapture as well.

Now, they saw death in the age in which they lived, because they only had the spiritual portion of the Holy Spirit that produced in them the new birth, and produced and gave them the angelic body, the theophanic body.

But now when we have both bodies: the physical and glorified also, then already “death is swallowed up in victory”13; death is void, because a glorified body is immortal; and therefore, death is like the Jordan: open, it can’t do anything to it, it can’t drown the person (the Jordan) if it is open, and the person crosses over dry.

Therefore, death, for God’s elect, when we are transformed, is an open Jordan: physical death will not be able to harm us. Spiritual death is already an open Jordan for all the born again elect of God, because they have the theophanic body, the angelic body; but we also need the glorified physical body, to be physically immortal as well.

We are already potentially resurrected (potentially), but that physical resurrection has to materialize in us for the dead in Christ, and that physical transformation for us who are alive. And thus the parallelism between Christ and His Church, and the members of His Church, will be perfectly fulfilled.

Now, at the stage in which we are living for the Church as a Mystical Body of believers, in the Age of the Cornerstone, we can see that much of what was fulfilled in Christ, and in us as individuals as well, has already been fulfilled; but what is lacking for us is the physical resurrection, which is represented in the resurrection of Christ.

The resurrection of the Church as a young body has occurred at birth, the Church being resurrected to a new age: The Age of the Cornerstone. That is a spiritual resurrection.

We can’t confuse what is spiritual resurrection and what is physical resurrection. For the Church as a Mystical Body, we can see the parallelism with Christ; and for the members of the Church as individuals, we can also see the parallelism with Christ.

Now, on this occasion the subject is: “THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH.”

Although we have mentioned a lot about us as individuals, the subject has been focused on the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as the Mystical Body of believers.

The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, as the Mystical Body of believers, in parallelism with Christ is in the stage of Resurrection Sunday, resurrected with Christ; therefore, the Church-Bride of the Lord Jesus Christ can no longer die in the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone, because she is already spiritually resurrected.

And what would death be for the Church? It would be to call itself the Church. And the Church in the Age of the Cornerstone is not denominated; therefore, death can’t enter the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is already in a stage of the Age of the Cornerstone, a stage of glorification for the Church as the Mystical Body of believers. It is in a stage where Christ is speaking to us and revealing to us all these things that must soon come to pass. And therefore, Christ is protecting us from spiritual death. In other words, the Church as Mystical Body, in the Age of the Cornerstone, is protected from spiritual death, being a spiritual Body of believers in the Age of the Cornerstone.

And now, notice the resurrection from the midst of denominationalism, which Reverend William Branham spoke of.

And now, that is why we can see why we are not a denomination. Denominations have died, spiritual death has scourged them. Each age, when its time was over and the messenger left, the age organized, denominationalized and died. But our age is alive; and it will continue to be alive with Christ, and will be taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in Heaven.

“THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH.”

It has been a great blessing for me to be with you on this occasion, giving you testimony of: “THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH.”

Then you will be able, later on, to listen to other topics on parallelism, which will be preached later on, and put them together. And for those who are preparing the volumes, it would be good that this topic of ‘THE PARALLELISM,’ which began to be developed, be placed in one volume.

Today we had: “THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH.” Tomorrow we will have: “THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN ISRAEL AND THE CHURCH.” And in Veracruz we will have: “THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS AND HIS ANGEL.”

That should be a message where Christ (if He wishes) will show us many very important things, which we haven’t yet understood; but if He wishes to open them, He will show them to us; because there are many mysteries there, regarding the parallelism between Christ and His Angel, just as we have seen the mysteries in the parallelism between Jesus Christ and His Church. There are also many mysteries in the parallelism between Israel and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

There is another subject (this one is for Puerto Rico): “THE LIKENESS BETWEEN ISRAEL AND THE CHURCH.” That is, it is the same: “THE PARALLELISM BETWEEN ISRAEL AND THE CHURCH.”

I am here looking at the topics that Miguel has placed here. Let’s see, these are the topics (the ones I gave you), that deal with parallelism, there are two or three more topics, which, by having them together (either in a loose booklet or in a single volume), we will be seeing these mysteries of the parallelism between Christ and His Church, between Israel and the Church, and between the Angel – between Christ and His Angel.

There is such a great parallelism that John even wanted to worship the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ. There we will see why John wanted to worship the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Well, let’s leave that alone there, because that already corresponds to another topic for another occasion.

May our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, greatly bless you all, keep you, guide you, and preserve you until our transformation. And may each one of you remain firmly within the Mystical Body of Christ, because our redemption (that is, the transformation of the body) is near; it is so close that we can almost touch it with our hands.

So remain steadfast, because we are at the Last Day, the Day that Christ has appointed for the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the transformation of us who are alive. This day is the day that God has created to fulfill those promises.

Well, let’s ask our brother Bermudez to come this way to finish our part tonight.

May God bless you and keep you all.
