Good afternoon, fellow ministers in the Mystical Body of Christ at this end time in the Age of the Cornerstone; it is a great blessing to be with you on this occasion, to share some moments of fellowship with you around the Word of God and His Program relevant to this end time.
Miguel was speaking to us about the Archangel Michael, the great prince who stands for the children of Israel, the children of the people of Daniel; and… That is in chapter 12 of Daniel. And in chapter 12 of Revelation, Michael appears there; and the entire explanation of what he is going to do according to Daniel chapter 12, the explanation is in Revelation chapter 12.
Now, let’s see here in Joshua, chapter 5, verses 13 to 15, where it says:
“And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?
And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the Lord am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his servant?
And the captain of the Lord’s (hosts) said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.”
Our subject is: “THE PRINCES OF GOD.”
Throughout the Scripture, we can see that God has princes; but the Prince of all princes is our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
In the book of Acts, Saint Paul or Saint Peter tells us something very important regarding Jesus Christ. Chapter 2, verse 36, says:
“Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
And now, since Christ is the supreme Prince of the Kingdom of God, for He is the One who is ruler over all the goods of our heavenly Father; and therefore, Christ is the King of the entire universe.
And now, since Christ is the King of the entire universe, notice, He is the One who rules the entire universe including this Earth.
But we have the planet Earth, which is like a republic that rebelled against God and the heavenly Throne of God; but even so, it belongs, the rule over this Earth belongs to Christ and His Throne; although the devil is fighting and rebelled against God, and the devil has been ruling on this Earth as king: the king of darkness, and he has kept the planet Earth in rebellion against God and against the Kingdom that the planet Earth belongs to.
The devil, which was Lucifer, who was a prince, rebelled and lost his blessing. But as a prince, notice, he has been holding the human race in captivity inside that kingdom of darkness, which Christ brought us out of and thus carried out the second exodus.
But the human race physically (and even the children of God physically) are still living in an earthly kingdom that is holding the children of God physically captive, where there is no Eternal Life for human bodies, nor eternal health. But Christ will deliver us physically, just like He delivered us spiritually, and He will give us an eternal body; and then we will be totally physically delivered, which corresponds to the third exodus.
And now, Christ has His archangels and His angel Armies under the command of His archangels, and He has been working in favor of the believers in Him (in Christ) from age to age; Christ is the Prince of all the princes, Christ is the Prince of all the archangels, who are the main angels.
And notice, in the heavenly hosts of these archangels there are also different positions of angels as well, with certain authority over other angels.
Just like in an army: there is the general of the army, but then there are colonels who are lower ranking than the general; there are others… perhaps other generals as well (within the different forces of a nation); and there are commanders, captains, and so on. See? And it goes down to lieutenant, sergeant, and…. some have one stripe, two stripes, others have one stripe, and others have nothing.
Now, when you see a member of the army who no longer has stripes here, but instead stars up here, then you know that you are standing in front of a very high-ranking officer of that army, and he is a leading man in that army.
Now, there are different positions in God’s Army. We all know that Christ is the Commander-in-Chief, the One who commands that Army; meaning, He is The General who commands that Army; and He is such a great General that He is… Notice, among generals of earthly armies here, a general can reach up to what point? Up to being a general with how many stars, Miguel? But Christ has seven stars.
[Brother Miguel: Generals have 5 stars.]
And how many stars does Christ as General have? [Bro. Miguel: Ah, well, He has seven stars.] Seven stars [Bro. Miguel: He is the eighth One]. Seven stars of the seven Church ages; and we also find that He has seven chief stars, which are the dispensational messengers, and Christ is one of them as well.
So, notice how the Prince of princes has all the power and authority in Heaven and on Earth.
Colossians, chapter 2, verses 8 and on, says:
“Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
For in him (in Christ) dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.”
He is the head.
Now, in an army, who is the one that has the highest rank? In an army of a nation that has a president or of a nation that has a king, who has the highest rank in that army of that nation? Miguel, who has the highest rank? [Bro. Miguel: The president is the commander.] It’s the president, because he is the commander-in-chief of that entire army.
And that is Jesus Christ our Savior. That is why when He presented Himself to Joshua, Joshua asks Him: “Are You for us, or for our adversaries?” Notice, Joshua had to conquer Jericho, and the Man was already there with the sword in His hand, because he was going to start the conquest of Jericho, and Joshua was preparing everything.
And now, this Man says to him: “Nay,” that is, He means: “I am not for your adversaries.” What does He then tell him? “But as Captain…”:
[Joshua 5:14] “And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the Lord am I now come.”
There we have the Captain of God’s Army.
And now, that Prince is none other than Jesus Christ in His heavenly body; and this Prince is the One who is in the midst of His Church from stage to stage, from age to age.
And at this end time, He will be in the midst of His Church in the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone, to give us the Great Victory in Love Divine and to obtain the promise of the new, eternal, and glorified body; and for the dead in Christ to receive the resurrected, incorruptible, and glorified body.
Jesus Christ is the Captain of the Host of the Lord; He is the King of the Heavens and of the Earth; therefore, He is the One who has the highest rank in God’s Army; as King, He is the One who commands the entire Army of God, and thus, He commands His Church, which is a heavenly Army.
The Army that comes with Him in Revelation 19 is His Church, and He leads His Church as the white-horse Rider of Revelation 19, and with a Name written that no one understood but He Himself; therefore, He comes with a New Name; and He comes commanding His heavenly Army, which is His Church.
He is the One who will resurrect His Army, the part of that Army that has departed, and will transform the part that remains on Earth and will be living until that moment when Christ will carry out the resurrection of the dead believers in Him.
Now, in this Army, which is the Church of Jesus Christ, we find that there are different positions. Christ says that He would send prophets to His Church.
Saint Paul, speaking to us about these ministries, says that God has placed different ministries in the Church; that is in Ephesians and also in Corinthians. Let’s look in Ephesians, chapter 4, and then Miguel will have the other place ready for us. Chapter 4, verse 4 and on, says:
“There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers.”
Those are captains in the Army of Jesus Christ, in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; but each one of them has a position and has his rank.
Now, it says: “Till we all come…” let’s see:
“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.”
In some messengers of God, like Saint Peter and Saint Paul, we find that more than one ministry operated in them: in Saint Paul and Saint Peter, they operated the ministry of an apostle, but they also operated the ministry of a prophet. Saint Paul was also a prophet and that is why we have the prophecies given by Saint Paul; Saint Peter, too.
And some of the angels of the Church, like… which ones were they? Martin was one; Irenaeus as well, Miguel? [Bro. Miguel: I think Martin was a prophet.] Martin was also a prophet, and Reverend William Branham was also a prophet.
And at the Last Day, well, Christ will send a spirit of a prophet to His Church, who is called the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Now, in these messengers of God, in some, more than one ministry operated. That is why you can see many of them as apostles or as prophets, also as evangelists, and also as pastors, and also as teachers; because the Holy Spirit —who is the Apostle, the Prophet, the Evangelist, the Pastor, and also the Teacher who would teach His Church— operates those ministries in these messengers.
So, there are eight messengers that Christ has for His Church, and He also had the apostles.
No wonder the apostles, each one of them, always tried to be the greatest. And no wonder John and James even sought their mother (Salome) to help them get the highest position in the Army of Jesus Christ and in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. But Christ told them: “It isn’t…” He said to them: “But to sit on My right hand, and on My left, is not Mine to give, but it shall be given to those for whom it is ordained by God.”[1]
See? That position exists, but it already, as we would say: “it already belongs to somebody.” What do you mean it belongs to somebody? Yes, God already foreordained who would sit at the right and at the left of the Lord in the Millennial Kingdom: they are the Angels who are… they are the Two Olive Trees, the Two Anointed Ones who stand before the Presence of God.
Now, all of this is already represented, therefore, no one can break the type and figure
That is why Moses had problems when he broke the type and figure by smiting the rock,[2] and also when he broke the type and figure by asking for a helper.[3]
And now, at first Moses was going to be the high priest, but when he asked for a helper, then it went on to his brother Aaron; otherwise, the sons of Moses and the descendants of Moses would be the ones who would have the high priesthood in the Old Testament, and they would also have other additional blessings; they would also be priests; and many important priests would come from among them.
Now, you can see why in the Old Testament the two olive trees and the two olive branches are seen and shown, one on one side and the other on the other side of the candlestick or lampstand.[4]
Then also notice the type and figure and everything: Daniel seeing two people on one side of the bank of the river and on the other side of the bank of the river, but One upon the waters of the river, who is Christ.[5]
Also, on one occasion he is told, a Man who was among the myrtle trees[6] said to him – cried out and said: “Gabriel, make this man (that is, Daniel) to understand the vision,”[7] or something like that.
See? This duality that we can see there, and on some occasions we also see a trinity, we see a third character, which is Christ; notice, we find this as far back as the Old Testament.
Then in Revelation we find the Two Olive Trees, in chapter 11; in chapter 12 we find the Archangel Michael; in chapter 22 we find two trees: the Tree of Life on one side of the river and on the other side of the river. Now, all this, you see, has a meaning.
Now, Jesus Christ is the Prince of all princes. And He, who is Prince of the invisible world and of the visible world… even if they haven’t wanted to recognize Him; but the believers in Christ, we have indeed recognized Him.
And now, Christ is the One who leads His Army. Christ is both the One who will save Israel (and 144,000 Hebrews will be called and gathered) and Christ is the One who has been calling and gathering His elect from His Mystical Body of believers (that is, from His Church).
Now, in all of this there has been a Divine order manifested, which is not understood at a glance; but when you delve into everything God has done and is doing, you see that there is an order.
It’s like… when a baby is conceived, we find that there is an order there: it multiplies cell after cell, and the baby is formed (the baby’s body), then it is born and continues to grow; why? Because there is an order there; therefore, it has a diagram, in other words, a pattern, a blueprint; and if you study that blueprint, then you know that cells are multiplying, cell after cell, and that is why there is that growth of that baby.
And now, there is also an order and a Blueprint —according to a heavenly pattern that was made— for the Church of Jesus Christ to grow.
According to that pattern, as many as will be saved, as many as will form the Church of Jesus Christ, have been added; but notice, it has a pattern, there is a Blueprint which God made; and according to that Blueprint, the Church of the Firstborn written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life, has been forming. Anything outside of that Blueprint cannot bring forth sons and daughters of God.
Each person as an individual also grows spiritually, just as he grows physically; in order to grow spiritually, he needs the revealed Word of God for his time; and as he eats more and more of that revealed Word: “For man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.”[8] By that Word, he lives and grows spiritually.
And now, as we grow spiritually, we understand other things that we didn’t understand before, and even things that we understood, but not completely, we continue obtaining more knowledge, more understanding about those things of which we only had limited understanding, and that knowledge has already been increasing: we have been obtaining more light on something that we had already heard and we had believed, but now God has been giving us more light. The light always comes progressively.
That is how the revealed Word for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ comes, and it’s according to the direction of the Prince of princes: Jesus Christ our Savior; and that revelation passes on to His Church through the messenger relevant to the age in which they are living at that time; from that messenger it passes on to the rest of the ministers; and those ministers (also as leading figures like the messenger), make sure that the Message that God gave, that Christ gave the messenger, spreads to every place and is heard and reaches people’s ears and heart.
And what happens? Well, when they hear that Word —given that the people who hear It are sheep— they say in their soul: “That is the truth.” See? The soul is awakened.
Doesn’t Ephesians 5:14, say: “Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light”? The Voice of Christ is the One that calls those who are sleeping, He awakens them with His Voice, and gives them light, He shines the way of Eternal Life for them with His revealed Word. “Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path (or on my path).”[9]
And now, Christ is the One who does the Work but uses captains of His Army, of His people.
The Message that Christ gives the messenger must remain pure so that It does the Work for which Christ gave It to the messenger.
In the past ages, we find that Christ gave the Message to the messenger, he preached It, and the ministers that God placed in that age, to be with the messenger, took that Message and brought It throughout the different places, and It brought forth the result; but some added to It or took away from It, and made It ineffective.
They made it ineffective, in other words, they made It a message that did not bring forth what It had to bring forth: It had to bring forth sons and daughters of God; those who added to It or took away from It, brought forth what? They brought forth denominations, and that is not in God’s original plan.
We find that in God’s original plan, Christ and His apostles were not an organized religion, they were a group of believers who followed Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
Now, just as Christ has sent seven theophanic spirits in human flesh, which are the seven angel-messengers of the seven ages; and then at the Last Day, He sends His Angel-Messenger to call and gather His elect, the same way, from age to age; then we find that just like when Moses came, Pharaoh came at that time as well, and even among the Hebrew people Korah also came.
Now, when Christ came, Judas Iscariot came.
And now, when the Holy Spirit came on the Day of Pentecost, then came… notice, the Spirit of Christ came on the Day of Pentecost, and then the spirit of Judas came in the midst of Christianity. And those two spirits have been working from age to age.
The Spirit of Christ brings forth a… – every age of the Church of Jesus Christ, delivered; and brings forth sons and daughters of God in each age.
The spirit of the antichrist, the spirit of the wicked one who was in Judas Iscariot, in each age, brings forth religionists, religious people, and brings forth religious organizations, denominations.
Now, at this end time, notice what is promised to happen on this Earth in the midst of Christianity; this is to happen among Christianity, because just like among Judaism, when Christ came, Judas came, and Judas is a type and figure of the antichrist.
Now, let’s see what is promised to happen. On page 146 of the book of The Seals [“The Seventh Seal,” p. 168 in Eng.], Reverend William Branham says (last paragraph or last two paragraphs, he says):
“400 But, you see, when Christ come, a Sword went forth from His mouth, like a lightning flash. It went forth and consumed His enemies, and cast away the devil. It cut away everything else. And He come, His vesture dipped in blood, and on His thigh was written, ‘The Word of God.’ Amen. Here He come, with His army, coming from Heaven.
401 That white-horse rider…”
And now he speaks of the other rider on the other white horse, of Revelation chapter 6, which is the antichrist. He says… Now referring to the other rider, which is the antichrist, he says:
“401 That white-horse rider has been in the land all the time. He will change from antichrist. He does that, and becomes to a false prophet. See, he first started, an antichrist, the spirit; then he become (meaning, it was the spirit…, the antichrist but in spirit, the spirit of the wicked one)… then he become a false prophet; then, later, when the devil is cast out, he is incarnate then with the devil (with the false prophet). Three stages! The first, he’s a devil, to begin with, a spirit of the devil; then he becomes a false prophet, teacher of a false doctrine; next thing, he comes as the very devil himself, incarnate. See? There he is.
402 And at the same time that this devil falls out of Heaven and becomes incarnate in a man, the Holy Spirit goes up and comes down in carnate men.”
It is very important not only to read that, but to understand it.
It is also promised here… he spoke of this on page 352 [“The Sixth Seal,” p. 405 in Eng.] of the book of The Seals as well; he says:
“[202] And just about the time the antichrist moves hisself fully (see? The antichrist coming in all his fullness, meaning, the devil incarnate in the false prophet)…
[202] And just about the time the antichrist moves hisself fully on the—on the scene, God moves Hisself fully on to redeem it all. See, just run, just right together. And they’re, both, side by side. Cain and Abel! The crow and the dove, on the ark! Judas and Jesus! And just on down, you can take it. Just…
203 Here was Moab and Israel.”
See? Moab and Israel as well.
Now, let’s turn to page 134 [“The First Seal,” p. 154 in Eng.]; he says:
“302 Glory! Notice! And when this Holy Spirit that we have becomes incarnate to us, the One that’s in our midst now in the form of the Holy Ghost, becomes incarnate to us, in the Person of Jesus Christ, we’ll crown Him King of kings [and Lord or lords].”
The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ, will become incarnate.
And now, page four hundred and fifty-… Let’s read *271 [“The Fourth Seal,” p. 311 in Eng.]:
“332 Notice. Life followed, rider on white horse, Who was the Word, Life, vindicated by His resurrected saints that He had with Him. Now how is the battle going to go?”
Now, notice that there will be a battle. On page two… I read 271 to you, and on 270 [“The Fourth Seal,” p. 310 in Eng.] he says:
“321 Here we see Life and death coming to the final struggle. The white horse, of true Life; the pale-horse, of mixed creed. They see the thing coming to the—to the real showdown.”
See the showdown which he speaks about in the book of The Ages,[10] and which he speaks about on page 119 of the book of Quotations, where he speaks to us about a squeeze that will come? But when that squeeze comes, then what we have seen partially will be seen manifested in all its fullness,[11] because the Holy Spirit will be in all His fullness at that time. But He must have “the Person of Jesus Christ”: the person whom Christ has chosen in order to manifest Himself in human flesh, and thus, to manifest Himself in all His fullness; and it must be an angel-messenger.
“322 Now I want to say something here. You might not believe this. But I looked it up, to be sure. There is only one original color, and that’s white. How many knows that? There is only one original color. Anything else, is mixed.
323 Christ is on a solid-white, unadulterated Word, from the beginning. Amen! Amen! Every color would be white if some chemistry hadn’t broke into it. (…)
[325] But this is the original color He is riding. The original color is on His people. And they’ve been dipped in Blood, that cleansed that garment, and sent it right back yonder.”
And further down, it says:
“327 And, when, if He is the white horse, and He is the Word; then, to mix anything with That, any kind of a creed, add one word to It, take one Word away from It, is to pervert the whole thing. Oh, my! Keep me with the Word, Lord!”
That is why, for our time, He has given us equipment to record everything, and so that this Word can reach all the believers, and so that the princes who are in the ministry can take this Word already recorded and also printed in booklets, so that nothing is added to It nor taken away from It, and It remains pure; and It is the only Message that will remain pure, because we find that the messages of the past ages later added to It and took away from It, and they made It ineffective for people.
Now, we find the Message of each messenger pure when we take It from the messenger himself.
Now, we find that every prophet, like (let’s say) John the Baptist, we also find Isaiah and all these prophets who took the Word that Moses spoke, and they took that Word and brought It to the people, and kept that Word pure, they didn’t add to It nor take away from It.
A prophet can take the Word of another previous prophet and keep It pure and shed more light on It, bring It with more light.
Notice, when Paul takes the words of Hosea chapter 1, where he speaks to us about a people who are not a people, of whom God says; “These are not My people.” Saint Paul says that. Let’s see the place where that is, Miguel here can help us…
[Bro. Miguel: Peter, the… Peter… First Peter 1:11, where it speaks about how “you were not a people.” First Peter 2: “But ye are a chosen generation…which in time past were not a people.”]
No, Miguel, it’s what is reflected in the children of Hosea… Let’s see, we’ll find it…
Saint Paul takes those prophecies and brings them to light in the New Testament, and he shows us that God is calling out a people from among the Gentiles for His Name.
And now, from that call which He makes in the midst of a people who were not His people, now all those who are called and placed in the Mystical Body of the Lord Jesus Christ, He calls them sons and daughters of God.
[One of the ministers: Romans 9:25.]
Romans 9:25… Romans 9:25 and on, says:
“As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.”
And now, we find that these children of the living God are members of the Church of Jesus Christ, and are the mighty Army of Jesus Christ of Revelation chapter 17, verses 14 to 15, and Revelation, chapter 19, verses 11 to 18 or so, around there.
And now, notice how Saint Paul, being a prophet and an apostle, took what God said through the prophet Hosea in chapter 1, and spoke it with more light for the people, giving the right interpretation of what God said through the prophet Hosea.
He also took the words of the prophet Isaiah, from chapter 59, verses 17 and on, where God promises to take away the sins of the Hebrew people and where God promises to deal with the Hebrew people again.
And now, Saint Paul in Romans, chapter 11, shows us how that will happen. Chapter 11, verse 25 and on, says:
“For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.”
What has kept God from dealing with the Hebrew people again in the spiritual realm and sending them a prophet with “THUS SAITH THE LORD,” is that God is working with His Church among the Gentiles. Although Hebrews also come in; but Hebrews come in, not because they are Hebrews, but because they believe in Jesus Christ; therefore, whether they are Hebrews or not Hebrews does not matter.
Paul said: “In Christ there is no Jew… neither Jew nor Greek,”[12] and so on; therefore, it has nothing to do with… He also says: “Where there is neither male nor female…”; that is, gender does not matter: they are called and gathered in the Mystical Body of Christ; it is an individual call.
A woman does not depend (for her to believe), she does not depend on her husband believing, see? Because it is an individual call.
Now, we can see how Saint Paul takes these words. And now, when the fullness of the Gentiles has come in, when the very last elect has come into the Mystical Body of Christ:
“And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.”
And now, they are going to enter the New Covenant, because in the Old Covenant there is no dealing with God anymore; with the Old Covenant, they cannot claim anything, it must be with the New Covenant. Paul said that what decays becomes old and vanishes away.[13]
So, not even the Levitical ministry enters the New Covenant. Otherwise, all the princes of the Church of Jesus Christ, the ministers, they would have to be descendants of Levi, see? But we are descendants of One greater than Levi: of Melchizedek.
And now, Melchizedek, the High Priest, has many descendants, whom He has placed in different positions.
In His Church He has princes, that is, the main ones, who are the ministers; among whom there are different ministries. And from age to age, well, He has the angel-messenger through whom Christ manifests Himself and commands His Church in every age, He directs His Church.
And now, next let’s see about the mystery of Christ, the Word, the Holy Spirit in His final manifestation; He had a temporary manifestation through each angel-messenger.
And for the Last Day we have the promise that just as the Holy Spirit was manifested in human flesh temporarily in each messenger, He will manifest Himself in human flesh in all His fullness.
If they found in each age the veil of flesh where the Holy Spirit would manifest Himself in each age, what would they find? The angel-messenger of their age, and they would hear the Voice of Christ in Holy Spirit through the messenger in that temporary manifestation.
And at the Last Day, if God’s people find the veil of flesh where God has promised to carry out that manifestation in all His fullness, then they will have found the messenger who will be ministering at that Last Day, through whom the Holy Spirit will minister in all His fullness.
That messenger will progressively obtain blessings from God; but the time will come when it will be the fullness of God in that messenger, the Holy Spirit in all His fullness. When he is adopted, there will be no limitations then as to what God can do through that messenger.
Throughout the ages it has been in the firstfruits, and the messenger of the Last Day also begins that way; but he will be the only one who will reach the fullness, where he will be adopted, and the Holy Spirit will work through him in all His fullness. And he will be the second person in whom the Holy Spirit will work in all His fullness (the first was Jesus); and he will be the first or second (let’s put him as the second), the second of the children of God to be adopted while being alive on Earth; the first was our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
The age in which he will be, will become a perfect age, and it will be the age that will see the dead who will resurrect in glorified bodies; just as Mary Magdalene was the first to see Jesus resurrected and she also saw the angels who were there at the tomb.
And what does Mary Magdalene have to do with the Church? Didn’t Christ take seven devils out of Mary Magdalene?[14] And after that was when she became a faithful follower of Christ, and she was also able to see a vision of angels, and she was able to see Christ resurrected as well;[15] but she had seen Christ before He was resurrected in His earthly ministry.
And now, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ during the seven stages, we find that when the messenger of each age left, the spirit of the antichrist came (which was in Her midst) and formed denominations; and thus, it damaged that stage. But the elect had already been called and gathered into the Mystical Body of Christ; the work of the Spirit of God with the elect was already done; and the Holy Spirit moved to another age to carry out the Work corresponding to another age.
Now, we find that every age, just as it had a messenger with the Spirit of Christ, we find that the spirit of the wicked one also moved in the midst of Christianity; and thus, the wheat and the tares were together; and then what did they do? They made denominations; and that is how the tares grew among the wheat.
And notice, we find that that denominational spirit, at the Last Day, through the manifestation of Christ by the Angel of Jesus Christ, He casts out that evil spirit, and God’s elect remain free from the influence of that spirit.
It is so serious, that our brother Branham says that Polycarp (was it?), just for having an inclination towards denominationalism: did not qualify to be the angel-messenger of that time in which he lived.[16] But (was it his nephew?) Irenaeus, although the history of Irenaeus does not mention as many wonders and miracles as Polycarp… Polycarp was a disciple of whom? [Bro. Miguel: John.] See, a disciple of John the apostle.
But now, history says that when Polycarp was set to be burned… to be burned, they tried to burn him but they couldn’t burn him; until he was burned later on.
Now, with so many manifestations of God in him, he was not able to be the angel-messenger of the second… (Is it the second? The second age? [Bro. Miguel: The second age] or the third? The second. So, Irenaeus was the…); and then Irenaeus became the messenger; solely because Polycarp had an inclination towards the denominational system.
Therefore, surely he worked with the believers of his time in that denominational way, and so, he lost the blessing of being the angel-messenger of his age, of his time.
Now, the Church has been delivered in our time, as Mary Magdalene was; and just as she followed Christ and served Him, the Church in our time follows Christ and serves Him and works in His Work; and the Church of Jesus Christ of our age will be the one that will see the dead resurrected.
Now, we find that later on other people saw Him, but the first one to see Christ was Mary Magdalene, Christ resurrected.
Now, we are living in the greatest and most glorious time of our time, where we will be seeing on Earth, just as the elect of the past times saw the veil of flesh where the Holy Spirit manifested Himself; and many perhaps saw him since he was born; and among those who saw him, two were able to say: “This is our son.”
But now, for this end time, look at what God says through Reverend William Branham [The Seals, “The Fourth Seal,” p. 295]:
“196 But when our Lord appears here on earth, He’ll be riding on a snow-white horse. And He’ll be completely, fully, the Emmanuel, the Word of God incarnate in a Man.”
Therefore, that man, that messenger, has to be on Earth at the Last Day; and he has to grow; and he has to be a messenger of Jesus Christ in His Church, he has to be one of the princes of Christ in His Church.
And now, we find that for this end time, the entire Program of Christ must unfold progressively in the life of that veil of flesh: increasing, growing until the fullness is reached.
And how many know that it will be reached? We all know it. And there, the blessing for the faithful and wise servant will be fulfilled: “Who is the faithful and wise servant, whom his Lord when He comes, shall find so doing? Verily I say unto you, that He will make him ruler over all His goods.”[17]
The same thing the Father did with Christ when He ascended victorious: He seated Him on His Throne, when this messenger obtains the Great Victory in Love Divine: Christ will seat him with Him on His Throne; and that Throne is the Throne of David.
Notice, there appear to be seven promises: in all seven ages, at the end there is a promise,[18] but I see eight promises. Notice where the eighth is: Revelation 21, verse 7:
“He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”
Notice how Christ speaks of the Overcomer of the Last Day; just as Christ overcame, ascended to Heaven victorious, and sat on the Throne of God.
What Christ has been doing is the same thing the Father did with Him; now Christ is doing the same thing with this son who will reach the adoption at the Last Day.
Notice, speaking of Christ, it says [Hebrews 1:4]:
“Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?”
And now, to which of the seven angel-messengers did Christ say that he will sit with Him On His Throne? That is a promise for the faithful and wise servant who will be alive at the Last Day when the Coming of the Master of the House is fulfilled, who is our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
The faithful and wise servant who is there will take that treasure, that blessing. And those who will be with him in the House will take the greatest blessing; because there, in that part of the House of God, of the Church of Jesus Christ, of the spiritual Temple of Christ, is where the Ark of the Covenant is placed, with the Mercy Seat on top, and with the cherubims on top. All those things have to be materialized in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
See? So, there, in that part of the House of God: the part of the Most Holy Place, is where the greatest blessing is. That is where the princes of the Last Day will be working with the faithful and wise servant, who is the Prince for that age sent by Jesus Christ.
But Jesus Christ is the Prince of that Prince, and He is the Prince of all the other princes; He is the Chief Shepherd.
He is the Chief Shepherd. And all the ministers of our time, notice, as princes, will have the Chief Prince who is Jesus Christ our Savior; and they will have the manifestation of Jesus Christ, the Chief Prince, through the Prince-Messenger that He sends to His Church:
[Revelation 22:16] “I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.”
That is the Prince that He sends for this end time.
Just as Christ, the Chief Shepherd, sent each messenger as a prince in each age, at the Last Day He sends His Angel-Messenger.
And now, since so much is said about princes, well, we are living in the Mystical Body of Christ, the Church of Jesus Christ, which are the prince people: princes and princesses: kings and priests for the Millennial Kingdom of Christ our Savior.
So, princes of God, princes of Jesus Christ in the Mystical Body of Christ, may God bless you greatly, keep you, and use you greatly in His Work. And keep the Word pure among your congregations, among your sheepfolds, and take the pure Word to every place as well.
And when the Chief Shepherd: Jesus Christ, appears, He will give us the crown of glory, He will give us the transformation and take us with Him to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, which will be the great feast for God’s princes along with all their folds, and it will be in Heaven.
Well, thank you very much for your kind attention, and now I’ll leave our Brother Bermúdez with you again to conclude our participation on this occasion. And then tomorrow we will see each other again.
Afterwards, if this matter still isn’t clear, of Christ sending a messenger in each age… but the enemy, notice, the spirit of the enemy is manifested in each age as well, with the false vine, and an evil spirit comes manifested in flesh; notice, and a high-ranking evil spirit is manifested, an evil prince spirit of the kingdom of darkness, sent by the wicked one. We will speak about that in more detail on another occasion.
And at the Last Day, well, notice, the enemy will be made flesh; but Christ, the Holy Spirit will also be made flesh in all His fullness.
And if there was a showdown in each age, at this time it will be greater, but the victory will be for Jesus Christ our Savior.
Well, let’s leave that alone there, and let’s have our Brother Bermúdez here, to conclude our participation on this occasion.
May God bless you and keep you all.
