The Great Men of the Bible

Good afternoon, beloved fellow ministers in the Kingdom of God; it is a great blessing to be with you on this occasion, to share some moments of fellowship with you around the Word of God.

For this reason, let’s read in Saint Luke, chapter 13, verses 22 to 33, where it says:

“And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.

Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.

But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.

And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee.

And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.

Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.”

May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand It.

“THE GREAT MEN OF THE BIBLE.” That is our subject for this occasion.

The great men of the Bible appear here in the record of the Sacred Scriptures as men of faith; of faith: believers in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and that is why they appear in the Book of God, which is the Bible.

In chapter 11 of Hebrews, it tells us about the heroes of faith, and mentions a certain number of them; and then it says: “The time would fail me to tell of So-and-so and So-and-so,” and other men of God, whom he (Saint Paul) would speak of, men of faith.

And now, since our subject is: “THE GREAT MEN OF THE BIBLE,” we find that these men will be in the Kingdom of the Messiah: these prophets of the Old Testament, these patriarchs of the Old Testament, and the judges of the Old Testament as well, all these great men of God will be a part of the Kingdom of the Messiah.

The Old Testament prophets, corresponding to God’s Program, will also be a part of the Kingdom of the Messiah, for the Spirit of God was manifested in them, and by His Spirit, God spoke to His people through the prophets; and therefore, these prophets were reflecting Christ; because when the Messiah would come He would also be a prophet.

And Christ Himself, when He comes, speaks to us of these prophets, of these great men of God of the Old Testament.

But now, let’s see: throughout the Scripture, the Bible, we have great men of God, great prophets of God.

Among prophets… or among men, prophets have the privilege of already coming to Earth designed with both consciouses together, to be able to see and hear in other dimensions; and above all in the dimension of God and the dimension of the angels; that is, to hear from the sixth dimension and from the seventh dimension, which is the dimension of God. In other words, they can hear from the sixth dimension, which is the dimension of the angels, and from the seventh dimension, which is the dimension of God, the seventh dimension.

Now, we find in the Sacred Scriptures, the Bible, many prophets who appeared at different times.

There are prophets of ages and there are prophets of dispensations. The ages are within the dispensations.

Prophets or messengers of ages have a certain level, just like in the heavenly dimension there are different levels: there are angels, there are archangels —the archangels are at a higher level than the rest of the angels, for the archangels have angels under their leadership and they form heavenly Armies, like the Archangel Michael with His Army and the Archangel Gabriel— there are also cherubims and seraphims, see? Different levels.

That is also how it is in God’s Program among human beings: there are people in God’s Program, in God’s Work, who belong to different levels.

The prophets of ages or messengers of ages belong to one level, and they are messengers for the age in which they are sent. They hear from God, receive the revelation from God, and they speak it to the people (although they themselves may not understand it very well, but they know that they have received a Message from God); they preach that Message and God begins to work, and God does the Work relevant to that time; He does that Work through His creative Word that was given to that messenger, to that prophet of that age.

No other person and no other message and no other teaching will be able to do the Work of God for that time, only the teaching, the Message brought by that messenger through the Spirit of God manifested in him, which revealed to that man the Program of God, the Word of God relevant to that time. God’s Program is inside that Word that was revealed to him.

Just like when a person is given a seed, whether of wheat or something else: he has been given a tree or a plant in its potential form. If he sows that seed, he will have everything that is contained in that seed; if he doesn’t sow it, then he won’t see anything contained in it, which is invisible to the human eye; because the human eye only sees the seed, but it doesn’t see that there is potentially a tree in that seed, whether a mango tree or an avocado tree, or a… or if it’s a wheat seed, there is a wheat plant there, and there are many wheat grains, which he can’t see; but if he sows that seed, the wheat plant will appear, and many wheat grains will appear; and that is the work that is contained in that wheat seed.

The Work that is contained in the Word that is revealed to each messenger of each age, upon the messenger receiving that Word: he has received the Seed; because the Seed is the spoken Word of God, that is the Original Seed. And that spoken Word of God, which is revealed to that messenger, potentially contains the entire Program that God is going to carry out for that time.

When that messenger proclaims that Message, he has sown that Seed, that Word-Seed. And what happens? Everything that was planned for that time in the Divine Program starts to be seen; and everything that was promised for that time in the Scripture, which were prophecies, starts to be seen fulfilled in the ministry that the Holy Spirit operates through that messenger.

That is what happens in every age, and that is the Work of God for each age; It comes in the creative Word of God that is revealed to the messenger of each age.

Then, those messengers of the Old Testament are great men of God, they are recorded in Biblical history.

Just like the patriarchs are also great men of God: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the twelve sons of Jacob; as well as the two sons of Ephraim, who became… – of Joseph (correction), the two sons of Joseph, which are Ephraim and Manasseh, who became part of the tribes of Israel.

Given that the firstborn has a double-portion inheritance, Joseph, as the firstborn of God – or of Jacob, through the beloved wife (whom Jacob married), we find that Joseph gets a double-portion tribe; and there we have the double-portion tribe: the tribe of Ephraim and the tribe of Manasseh, they form the tribe of Joseph.

And the Birthright Blessing is in Joseph, and It was passed on to Ephraim.

And now, we find that Christ was reflected in Joseph; Joseph, a prophet, a man with both consciouses together, and who came to hold the highest position in the Egyptian empire, after the Pharaoh’s position: Joseph was the second-in-command in the kingdom.[1]

And Pharaoh’s house, Pharaoh’s empire, was ruled by Joseph; nothing in Pharaoh’s kingdom moved except by word, by order of Joseph. He was the administrator, he was the viceroy and administrator of that kingdom, that is why it prospered in the days of Joseph; which is a type and figure of Christ among the Gentiles.

And now, the Kingdom of God has prospered among the Gentiles, why? Because it has Christ, who was reflected in Joseph. The Kingdom of God has been growing as all the children of the Kingdom have been called and gathered, who are all the believers in Christ and who are heavenly; that is why Paul said: “Our conversation is in Heaven, from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.” That is in Philippians, chapter 3, verses 20 to 21.

Therefore, the Kingdom of God prospered, which was typified in Pharaoh’s kingdom or empire prospering under Joseph’s direction or administration; and Joseph is a type of Christ.

And Joseph having two sons, meaning (those two sons): Manasseh represents the Hebrew people, and Ephraim represents the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ among the Gentiles.

And the greatest blessing went to whom? To Ephraim. Manasseh would form a nation, a people; in other words, he would form that people (meaning…), because he typifies the Hebrew people. But Ephraim: Ephraim would have a greater blessing.

Verse 19, of Genesis 28, says (Jacob speaking, says):

“And his father refused…”

In other words, he didn’t want to move his right hand from Ephraim’s head to place it on Manasseh’s head. It says:

“And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations.”

There lies the Birthright Blessing for Ephraim to become a multitude of nations.

A multitude of nations. That is the multitude of nations that will stand hand in hand with Israel in the Kingdom of God, which will be established on this planet Earth.

That is also the multitude of nations represented in the sheep, who are placed at the right hand of the Son of Man when the Son of Man sits on His Throne to judge the nations.[2]

Those nations that Ephraim would form will enter that Kingdom of the Messiah.

And now, since the great men of God have been recorded in the Bible in the Old Testament… and those of the New Testament, those who lived in the days of the apostles; but there are more great men of God in Christianity who will be recognized, in that Kingdom of the Messiah, as the great men of God relevant to the different stages of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Just like prophets were the greatest men in the Old Testament, the most important in the Divine Program, and they had both consciouses together… and from among them, or among them, there are two very important levels: the prophets of ages belong to one level, but dispensational prophets belong to a higher level; of which there are only seven, seven dispensational prophets, who are:

  • Adam, for the Dispensation of Innocence.
  • Seth, the second dispensational prophet, for the Dispensation of Conscience.
  • The third is Noah, for the Dispensation of Human Government.
  • The fourth is Abraham, for the Dispensation of Promise.
  • The fifth is Moses, for the Dispensation of the Law.
  • The sixth is Jesus, for the Dispensation of Grace.
  • And the seventh is the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, for the Dispensation of the Kingdom.

Under the ministry of the seventh dispensational prophet, the entire Divine Program relevant to the Dispensation of the Kingdom will be carried out.

In the Message that is given to that dispensational prophet is the entire Divine Program relevant to the Dispensation of Grace [of the Kingdom]; and as he speaks the Message entrusted to him by God, the things that have been promised to take place in the Kingdom of God under the Dispensation of the Kingdom will be seen.

Anyone might say: “How can this be done? How can this man do these things? How can they happen?” And they might also say: “How can he do these things that are promised to be done at this end time?” It’s because the Word is the Original Seed, the creative Word of God.

As a creative Word, which is given to that messenger, just as it was given to each messenger for each age and to each prophet-messenger for each dispensation, and those things happened: God’s Program for each age and for each dispensation of the past was fulfilled; that is also how it will be at this end time.

The things that were promised to happen under the Dispensation of the Kingdom will be carried out as the messenger of the Dispensation of the Kingdom proclaims the Message that he will be given by God through His Holy Spirit. And then he will speak, and those things will be happening progressively. As simple as that.

Therefore, everything that is promised to happen at this time: will happen.

Some people may say: “Why isn’t such-and-such a thing happening?” Maybe the person is expecting to see something at a certain moment but it’s for later on. However, when it is spoken by the Holy Spirit through that messenger, that is then the moment for that promise to be fulfilled.

Therefore, like the prophets of the different ages or stages of the trajectory of the Hebrew people under the different dispensations of the past, and like the dispensational messengers of the past, and like the messengers of each age of the New Testament for the Church of Jesus Christ, likewise, the messenger of the Last Day under the Dispensation of the Kingdom and for the Dispensation of the Kingdom will be the same.

He will be the instrument that the Holy Spirit will be using to make that dispensational overlap and to speak the creative Word; in other words, it will be the Holy Spirit speaking that creative Word through him that will bring to existence what God has promised for our time.

The things that are seen, have been made of what? Of things that were not seen,[3] by the creative Word of God.

God already saw it before the foundation of the world, He already knows what He is going to do; He planned it before the foundation of the world; and He has to speak that creative Word in order to create what He already thought to do at this end time.

He already spoke, prophesied, through the prophets; but at this time He will speak to create – for the creation of what He promised to do in our time. That is why the creative Word of God will come forth from the mouth of the messenger relevant to the end time, just as the creative Word came forth from the mouth of the different messengers He sent in past times.

At this end time, the messenger that He sends will be dispensational, and that creative Word will be in him; and therefore, in that Word will be the entire Divine Program relevant to this end time.

The ministry of Elijah promised for this end time will be manifested, the Elijah that the Hebrew people are waiting for, which will forerun the Coming of the Messiah for Israel; as John the Baptist foreran the Coming of the Messiah at that time, and as Reverend William Branham foreran the Coming of the Lord for Christianity.

And now, we find that we are already living at the time in which the promises contained in the prophecies relevant to the end time must be fulfilled; for which the presence of a dispensational messenger is required, so that the overlap between the Dispensation of the Kingdom and the Dispensation of Grace is made by the Holy Spirit.

We are at the greatest time of all times, where the last of the great men of the Bible will appear among Christianity and then among Judaism. And he that is of God will hear the Voice of God by the Holy Spirit through that messenger; both among Christianity and among Judaism, all those who are of God will hear the Voice of God through him.

That is the Voice that will speak at this end time: the Voice that shook the Earth in the past, and will not only shake the Earth but Heaven or the Heavens too, according to Hebrews chapter 12, verses 18 to 28.

Therefore, that is the Great Voice of Trumpet, the Trumpet of God, which precedes the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the transformation of us who are alive.

That is the Great Voice of Trumpet that will be calling and gathering all the elect at this end time, through a dispensational prophet-messenger; who also appears in the Scripture as the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, as the messenger of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Angel means ‘messenger’. That is the messenger of the Lord Jesus Christ for the Gentiles and for the Hebrews too, who will prophesy before many peoples, nations, and tongues. And what he will be prophesying will be fulfilled, because it will be the Holy Spirit in him speaking the creative Word of God, where the whole Program that will be carried out at this end time is contained.

Therefore, potentially, in that Word, in that Seed, in that Seed-Word, is the whole Program that will be carried out at this end time; therefore, what the Church and the Hebrew people need is for that dispensational messenger to appear at this end time, first among Christianity and then among Judaism. As simple as that.

Everything God has promised for our time will be fulfilled; He promised it and He will fulfill it; for which He must send the Seed-Word, in which the whole Divine Program to be manifested, to be fulfilled at this end time, is contained.

And he will be one of the greatest men of God in the category of dispensational messengers, dispensational prophets; and he will be the last dispensational prophet; who will be adopted and who will receive the blessing of receiving authority over the nations, and also to sit with Christ on His Throne, as Christ Himself says in Revelation, chapter 3, verse 21:

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne (the same way).”

Therefore, we have to see how Christ overcame and sat with the Father on His Throne; and the same thing the Father did in His Kingdom in Heaven is the same thing Christ will do in His earthly Kingdom, that is, in His Messianic Kingdom, which will be in the restoration of the Kingdom of David.

On the Throne of David, which is the earthly Throne of Christ, to which He is heir and which is the earthly Throne of God; Christ speaks on that Throne and from that Throne when He says: “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father (or with the Father) in his throne.”

The Throne of the Father is in Heaven, but the earthly Throne of Christ is the earthly Throne of God for the earthly Kingdom of God; in other words, the Kingdom of God will have, let’s say, as an embassy, that Kingdom of the Messiah which will rule over all the nations.

And that is where peace will be, because it will be under a New Covenant; and every person will have the Blood of the New Covenant in that Kingdom.

And by then, since the Kingdom of the Messiah has been in the spiritual realm or in spiritual form since the days of Christ… because the Kingdom of Christ, He said: “My Kingdom is not of this world,”[4] in other words, It’s not a kingdom like a kingdom among the nations, It’s not that kind of kingdom. The Kingdom of Christ is the Kingdom of God which will be established on this planet Earth; It has been established spiritually.

And the members of that Kingdom, who are in the spiritual realm, are the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. And His Kingdom is also established here in the heart, in the soul of every believer in Christ; but It will be physically established on this planet Earth.

And I will be there, with our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, and with all the dispensational prophets, and with all the other prophets of different ages, and with the messengers of the different ages of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. And who else will be there? You, too; and Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the prophets will also be there, because they are the great men of the Bible.

And now, in the Divine Program under the Dispensation of Grace, there are great men of God, great ministers of God: the ministers in the Church of Jesus Christ, in the different stages of the Church; and on a higher level: the messengers of each age.

And at the Last Day: the messenger of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, who will be introducing a new dispensation among the human race, for Gentiles and for Jews as well.

The prophets of ages and of dispensations were great men of God, and the high priest and the different priests who were faithful to God were great men of God, and the kings who served God were great men of God; and they appear recorded in the Holy Scriptures, in the Bible – which is the Bible.

In the Millennial Kingdom, the great men of God after the apostles will appear in the recorded history of the Sacred Scriptures and their fulfillment. All the nations will have there, in the history of the Church, the great men of God of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; and also the great men of God of Judaism who will appear at this end time, and those who have appeared in past times. In the stage of the Dispensation of Grace, during that time, great men of God have appeared among the Hebrew people.

Therefore, in the Millennial Kingdom we will have the teaching of all these great men of God, of what they did and of how God will be rewarding them with great rewards.

“THE GREAT MEN OF THE BIBLE.”

These great men of the Bible were prophesied to appear, and they fulfilled their part in God’s Program that was carried out in the time in which they lived.

At this time, there are great men of God in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ: ministers who work hard in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in favor of Christ and His Program. Christ will reward them, He will give them great rewards.

And the messenger of the Dispensation of the Kingdom will also be among Christianity, and then among Judaism. And we will all work hand in hand with him in the Work that God will have entrusted to him for this end time, to be carried out among Christianity and also among Judaism: among the Gentiles and among the Hebrews.

“THE GREAT MEN OF THE BIBLE.”

It has been a great blessing to be with you on this occasion, sharing these moments of fellowship with you around the Word of God.

Every messenger of an age or of a dispensation had great helpers beside him, which are great men of God for that messenger. That is how it must be at this end time in which we are living.

Well, may God continue to bless you all, and may He use you greatly in His Work at this end time.

Thank you very much for your kind attention, and I’ll leave Reverend Andrés Cruz Gallegos with you again to continue.
