Good evening, kind friends and brethren present and those who are connected via the Amazonas satellite or internet in different nations. It is a great blessing and privilege to be with you on this occasion, to share some moments of fellowship with you around the Word of God and His Program relevant to this end time.
For this occasion, let’s read in Saint Luke, chapter 11, verses 29 to 32, where it says the following:
“And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.
For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.
The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.”
May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand It.
“THE SON OF MAN: A SIGN FOR THIS GENERATION.”
Christ says [verse 30]:
“For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.”
And if he was a sign two thousand years ago for that generation, so will the Son of Man be at the Last Day, in His Coming; it will be the sign of the end of the Gentile kingdom, just as the appearing of Jonah back then was a sign of judgment that would come upon Nineveh.
And just as the sign of the Coming of the Son of Man was two thousand years ago among the Hebrew people: it was the sign of the end of the Dispensation of Law for the beginning of the Dispensation of Grace; and it was also the sign for the destruction of the temple, that would take place later on. It was also the sign for the Sacrifice of Atonement for the sin of every human being.
And now, “THE SON OF MAN: A SIGN FOR THIS GENERATION.”
Just as the presence of the Holy Spirit in a prophet, the presence of the Holy Spirit in Noah, was a sign for past generations… therefore, the presence of Noah back then was the sign of the end of the antediluvian world. Everything was simple, but that was God’s sign for that generation: the presence of a dispensational prophet, with the Spirit of God manifesting Himself in him and carrying out the Divine Program relevant to that time.
What he said was inconceivable, because it didn’t rain back then. But it doesn’t matter if what God carries out through the instrument that He has for each time is inconceivable to the human mind, that is the sign for those people who live at that time; and it will be a blessing to those who serve God, and judgment to those who do not serve God. And then the difference between those who serve God and those who do not serve God will be apparent.
Now, what was the Coming and presence of the Son of Man two thousand years ago in the midst of the human race, in the midst of the Hebrew people? It was none other than the Coming of the Word made flesh, it was none other than the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant in a body of human flesh called Jesus.
The same Angel of the Covenant, the same Holy Spirit that was in the Old Testament prophets, was now in all His fullness in a man called Jesus, and that was the presence, the Coming of the Son of Man in the midst of the Hebrew people; it was the Coming of the Holy Spirit in a body of flesh called Jesus.
When we speak of “the Son of Man,” we are speaking of a Prophet, in whom there is the presence of God, the Holy Spirit veiled and revealing Himself to His people.
The Son of Man in His manifestation is none other than Christ in Holy Spirit veiled in a body of human flesh.
Notice what Reverend William Branham told us regarding the Son of Man, so that we have a clear picture of this very important subject that we have for this occasion. On page 157, paragraph 1402,[1] he says [Quotations]:
1402 – “[139] You said, “As it was in the days of Sodom,” the world would be in that condition just before the destruction of the Gentile world, the Gentile dispensation. Here we are (and he says, referring to the condition of the world), Sodomites to the core (the world that was destroyed back then in Sodom and Gomorrah was like it was in the days of Noah)! And then You said that the Son of man, which is always referred to as a ‘prophet,’ would be revealed in that hour.”
Whenever reference is made to the Coming or manifestation or revelation of the Son of Man, when He manifests Himself, reveals Himself: He does so through human flesh, through a man, through a prophet; because God does not work except through human beings, through prophets.
That is why in Zechariah, chapter 7, it tells us the following (in a passage that we already know very well, but that it’s important to always make known, because it shows us a clear picture of the way God manifests Himself, the way God speaks to His people); it says in chapter 7, verses 11 to 12 of Zechariah:
“But they refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.
Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the Lord of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets.”
How did God speak to His people Israel? In His Spirit by the prophets. God’s partner has always been the human being, there has always been a prophet in God’s manifestation on every occasion.
And now, keeping in mind that God speaks through His Spirit… for the Spirit is the One who searches all things, Saint Paul says, he says that “no one knew the things of God, but the Spirit of God, and He has revealed those things to us.” In other words, all the things that God will reveal, first it’s the Holy Spirit who obtains them from God; and the Holy Spirit is the Angel of the Covenant, it’s Christ in His heavenly body.
That quote I gave you is in Corinthians, the Letter to the Corinthians, and Romans too; there you will be able to see what we are told by God, who makes things known through His Spirit. What Scripture is it, Miguel, where it says: “No man knew the things of God, but the Spirit of God?” [Bro. Miguel: Umm… First Corinthians 2…] First Corinthians 2, verse 6 and on; and, especially, verse 8 and on, says:
“Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.”
And at this time which corresponds to the Golden Age, the Age of the Cornerstone, which is the Age of the Mind of Christ, even more so: God will be revealing to His people these hidden things of God, by His Spirit, in the manifestation of the Son of Man at the Last Day.
And now, let’s continue seeing what the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, Reverend William Branham, says. In the book of Quotations, page 154, which is a quote from the message: “The Anointed Ones At The End Time,” preached in the year 1965, on July 25, 1965,[2] he says:
1375 – “355 ‘In the very day that the Son of man is revealed.’ Revelation 10:1 to 7, read it when you get home, ‘the seventh angel’s Message, opening up the Seals.’ What is it? Not the angel is the Son of man; but the messenger is revealing the Son of man. Can you get it separated now? That’s where it seems to be so hard for you, you see. Not the Son of man, Himself; but the seventh angel, the seventh messenger, is revealing to the public the Son of man, because It’s left the shuck.”
He is speaking in terms of a wheat plant, wheat grains, and the shuck, which the wheat grain is placed in and then comes out of.
He then goes on to speak about the Son of Man; he says on that same page 154, paragraph 1376[3]:
1376 – “[359] The First Pull, healing…”
And he goes on there, speaking to us about that Third Pull that was shown back then, and at this end time will have Its continuation.
And then he tells us, on that same page, 154, paragraph 1378,[4] he says [Quotations]:
1378 – “[366] It isn’t me, it wasn’t the seventh angel, oh, no; it was the manifestation of the Son of man. It wasn’t the angel, his message; it was the mystery that God unfolded. It’s not a man; it’s God. The angel was not the Son of man (meaning, the messenger was not the Son of Man); he was the messenger from the Son of man. The Son of man is Christ; He is the One that you’re feeding on.”
In other words, who is feeding them? The Son of Man, who is Christ; Christ in Holy Spirit in the midst of His Church, who had the First Pull of His manifestation of the Last Day in the seventh angel-messenger of the seventh Church age: Reverend William Branham, forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ.
And with certainty and with joy and gratitude to God, I testify that he was the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ. And as the Holy Spirit said through him that the Coming of the Son of Man would be, that the Coming of the Lord would be, that is how it will be, nothing will change. Therefore, it is good for us to know the things that he said regarding the Coming of the Son of Man, regarding the Coming of the Lord, regarding the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant.
Now, he goes on to say [Quotations]:
1378 – “[366] You’re not feeding on a man; a man, his words will fail. But you’re feeding on the unfailing Body-Word of the Son of man.”
And then he continues speaking to us in other places about the Coming of the Son of Man.
And now, what will the Coming of the Son of Man at the Last Day be? Let’s see what the Coming of the Messiah at the Last Day will be. It says on page 155, paragraph 1383,[5] an excerpt contained in the message: “What Is The Attraction On The Mountain?” preached on July 25, 1965 (before he departed, because he departed in December of 1965); notice what he said…
This is going to be fulfilled; and anyone whose eyes are not open: will see the fulfillment, but won’t realize that it’s the fulfillment of what is here. Like what happened two thousand years ago when Jesus appeared on Earth, in whom God was; in whom God was in His heavenly body, the Angel of the Covenant.
Now it says in this passage [Quotations]:
1383 – “119 Oh, there will be a true former and latter rain in the last days upon that little group that come with Him on this little donkey, low and humble, no don-…or denomination, crying, ‘Hosanna to the King that comes in the Name of the Lord!’”
That little group that comes with Him will be crying that.
And now, notice how simple it will be. And he says there will be… a true Former and Latter Rain; and that little group is the one that will know what the Former and Latter Rain is, that little group is the one that will know that the Former Rain is the preaching of the Gospel of Christ, the Gospel of our salvation, the Gospel of Grace, that revolves around the First Coming of Christ; and the Latter Rain will be the preaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which revolves around the Second Coming of Christ, as King of kings and Lord of lords, as Lion of the tribe of Judah. But the Former Rain revolves around the First Coming of Christ, as the Lamb of God and as High Priest. See? This means that each Rain contains what is needed for that time.
Former and Latter Rain: the Teaching Rain of the Word of God for His people.
Notice, let’s see some… since this itself is a Bible study, because we can’t talk about such an important subject without going through the Scriptures, so that we can understand these very important things that are indicated in the Divine Word.
Chapter 32 of Deuteronomy says [verse 1]:
“Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:
Because I will publish the name of the Lord: ascribe ye greatness unto our God.
He is the Rock, his work is perfect.”
And now, here we can see that the Divine doctrine or teaching will drop as the rain, see?
And now, let’s see what the prophet Hosea tells us in chapter 6, about the Former and Latter Rain, since Reverend William Branham is – was saying there that there will be a group that will come, there will be a group…
1383 – “[119] … there will be a true former and latter rain in the last days upon that little group that come with Him…”
Just like a little group came with Him who were following His teaching for three and a half years; and then, at the end of His ministry, He had His triumphal entry into Jerusalem and in Jerusalem.
Now, let’s see here Hosea, chapter 6, verse 1 and on, where it says:
“Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.”
And this is for the restoration of Israel, of the Hebrew people, to the Kingdom of God, to the Kingdom of David.
And the One who smote because of the sin of idolatry of King Solomon and later King Jeroboam, will now heal, and gather the twelve tribes again and restore the Kingdom of Israel, the Kingdom of the Hebrew people, the Kingdom of David; and that will be the Coming of the Kingdom of God to Earth.
It’s after two days… which is two days before God, but to human beings it’s two thousand years; after two thousand years we find that this restoration will take place: on the third day, that is, in the third millennium… third millennium since Christ; because the last days before God to human beings are the last millenniums, which are the fifth millennium since Adam, sixth millennium since Adam, and seventh millennium since Adam.
And of those three last days before God, the Last Day before God is the seventh millennium since Adam, which is the third millennium since Christ. As simple as that.
Remember that Saint Peter says, in Second Peter, chapter 3, verse 8, and Psalm 90, verse 4, that “one day before the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”
And now, it says that on the third day He will raise them up —God deals with the Hebrew people as a nation— it is a national resurrection, it is a resurrection of the Hebrew people as a nation, to be resurrected in the Kingdom of God, which is the Kingdom of David that will be restored.
It says:
“Then shall we know…”
They will know: what they already know in addition to what will be happening at that time.
“…if we follow on to know the Lord…”
And they will continue to obtain Divine knowledge: knowledge of who God is and of all His Program.
“…his going forth is prepared as the morning.”
See? He is using symbolic terms here, by using these symbols: “…his going forth is prepared as the morning.”
Malachi, chapter 4, verse 2, explains it more clearly saying:
“But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings.”
And when Christ in Saint Matthew, chapter 17, verse 1 to 9, showed what the Coming of the Lord, the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, will be…; for He had said in chapter 16, verses 26 to 28 [Matthew]: “For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.”
And He also said: “…There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death (meaning, they will not see death), till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.”
Let’s see how He says it so that you can have the quote correctly. Chapter 16, verse 28, says [Matthew]:
“Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.”
The Kingdom of the Son of Man, the Kingdom of the Messiah, is the Kingdom of David; and the Throne of the Messiah, the Throne of the Lord, is the Throne of David. The Throne where Christ is sitting in Heaven is the heavenly Throne of God; and the Kingdom that God rules from His Throne is the heavenly Throne – it is the heavenly Kingdom; but the earthly Kingdom of Christ and the earthly Throne of Christ is the Throne of David and Kingdom of David.
And now, on Mount Transfiguration (where He took Peter, James, and John, six days after speaking about these things) He was transfigured before them, His face shone as the sun… Why? Because there He is showing the order of the Coming of the Son of Man, the Coming as the sun; because: “Unto you that fear My Name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His Wings;” and there His face shines as the sun. In Saint Luke, chapter 9, it says: “And His countenance was altered.”
And now, they appear on either side… His face as the sun, His raiment shining as the light, and at either side of Jesus appears a Biblical figure, and those Biblical figures are: Moses and Elijah, speaking with the Lord regarding His going to Jerusalem, where He had to have His triumphal entry and then die; die as the Sacrifice of Atonement for the sin of human beings.
The order of the Coming of the Son of Man, the order of the Coming of the Lord, is shown there, where a prophet already known throughout Biblical history appears on either side of the Lord: Moses is seen on one side of Jesus, and Elijah is seen on the other. There we have the order of the Coming of the Lord, of the Coming of the Son of Man.
And since Reverend William Branham is the forerunner of the Second Coming of the Lord, he has to announce how He will come. That’s why we find Reverend William Branham speaking about the Coming of Moses, about the Coming of Elijah, and about the Coming of the Lord, of Jesus; because that is the order of the Coming of the Lord. He says that Elijah will be seen first, then Moses will be seen, and then the Lord will be seen. Now, this seems very complicated, but it’s simple.
Let’s see where he says it. That’s there in the book of The Ages, both on page 43 and page 59, around there, where he speaks about the Coming of the Lord, and here on page 42, paragraph 345,[6] (in the book of The Ages as well… – it’s taken from the book of The Ages), he says [Quotations]:
345 – “[229] And first…”
He says:
345 – “[229] … will be Moses and Elijah.”
He says: “Jesus…”
345 – “[230] … the apostles saw him here, the order of the coming of the Son of man glorified. He’s to be glorified and coming back. The first thing, before they saw Him, was what? Elijah. Then what? Moses; Israel returning yonder, the law-keepers. And then the glorified Son of man. Hallelujah! Do you see the order of His coming?”
That will be simple. Because when God promises to send a prophet that He had already used on Earth, and He says that He will send him, that is the ministry of that prophet operated by the Holy Spirit in another man: the ministering spirit will be in that other man.
Remember the case of the prophet Elijah and of Elisha? God told the prophet Elijah to anoint Elisha as prophet in his place, that is, as Elijah’s successor.[7] And then, when Elijah had to go up to Heaven in a chariot of fire, all the sons of the prophets prophesied, and they say to Elisha: “Do you know that God will take away your master today?” meaning: “that your master will be taken away from you?” in other words: “that Elijah will be taken from beside you?” And Elisha said to them: “Yes, I know. Shh! hold your peace.”[8]
He couldn’t pay much attention to the sons of the prophets, because Elisha was going to be Elijah’s successor and he had to be watchful of Elijah. And Elijah says to Elisha: “Look, stay here, (meaning) stay here with the sons of the prophets, because I have to go somewhere else.” Elisha says to him: “I will not leave you; even if you ask me to leave you, I will not leave you.”
That’s like Ruth the Moabite, she said to Naomi: “Don’t ask me to leave you, because I will not leave you. Your people shall be my people, your God shall be my God; and wherever you go, I will go too, and wherever you die, I will die there too, in that territory.”[9]
That is how we have to seek and serve God: holding on tight to God and His Program.
And now, Elisha doesn’t leave Elijah. Remember that Elisha’s blessing depended on that.
God says to… or rather Elijah says to Elisha: “Look, God is sending me to Jericho, stay here… where you are here, where we are, with the sons of the prophets,” because he was with the sons of the prophets, he (Elijah with Elisha) had visited the sons of the prophets. But Elisha doesn’t want to stay there; he leaves with Elijah.[10]
And then Elijah, in Jericho, says to him… and when they were with the sons of the prophets, he says to him: “Stay here, because God is sending me to the other side of the Jordan.” Elisha says to him: “I will not leave you, don’t ask me to leave you, I will not leave you! And wherever you go, I will go too.”[11]
Elijah walks with Elisha, he smites the waters of the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan part, and Elijah crosses with Elisha on dry ground. And when they are walking and speaking, Elijah says to him:
—“Ask whatever you want, it will be granted to you. Ask whatever you want.” And that was the moment Elisha was waiting for.
—“Let a double portion of the spirit that is in you come upon me, be upon me.”
—“You have asked a hard thing, Elisha. But it will be granted to you if you see me when I am taken away from you; otherwise, it will not be granted to you.”[12]
And Elijah already knew that his successor would be Elisha, so, surely Elijah was very proud that his spiritual son knew what he had to ask for.
And they’re walking and talking, and a chariot of fire comes and takes Elijah, and Elisha is left alone; Elijah’s mantle falls, Elisha takes it, but he is very sad, because his master and spiritual father had left.[13]
And Elisha goes back to Jericho very sad, but he has to cross the Jordan and it was already… it had already closed. And he stands in front of the Jordan, and says: “Where is the God of Elijah?” And he takes the mantle the way Elijah did, he smote the waters of the Jordan, and they parted. [14]
And the sons of the prophets, who were seeing what was happening, say: “The spirit of Elijah has rested on Elisha.”[15] He was the second Elijah.
Then in the time of Jesus, for which it was promised that Elijah would also come (according to Malachi, chapter 4), they tell Jesus in chapter 17, when He comes down Mount Transfiguration, verses 10 to 13 [Matthew]: “Don’t the scribes say that Elijah must come first and restore all things?”
Christ says to them, He tells them: “Elijah truly shall first come, and restore all things.” (He is speaking about an Elijah in the future.) “But I say unto you, that Elijah already came, and they did to him whatsoever they listed, and knew him not.”
That Elijah who came and they did whatever they wanted to do to him, and they beheaded him, the disciples understood that He had spoken to them about whom? About John the Baptist. He was the Elijah who had to come at that time.
He also spoke about him in chapter 11 of Saint Matthew, saying: “Among them that are born of women there was none greater than John.” And He also says… Let’s see, chapter 11, verse 8 and on, says:
“But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that wear soft clothing are in kings’ houses.
But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet.
For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.”
And that is what Malachi, chapter 3, verse 1, said: that God would send His messenger before Him, and then who would come to His Temple? “The Lord, whom you seek, even the Messenger of the Covenant, whom you delight in: behold, He shall come, saith the Lord…” (You can leave it there.)
And what would the Coming of the Lord, the Coming of the Son of Man, be? Well, the Coming of the Lord, the Coming of God the Father, and the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant, in a human body that would be born of a virgin, which was the virgin Mary. That would be “the Word that was with God and was God, and created all things” coming to this world clothed in a body of human flesh.
The veil of flesh wasn’t God, but God the Father was in Him, with His heavenly body called the Angel of the Covenant. The veil of flesh called Jesus was only the veil of flesh, the human garment, the human temple where the presence of God was.
And that body had to be offered as a Sacrifice, in Atonement for the human being’s sin, for His people’s sin, and then buried and resurrected glorified; He would be transformed, glorified, in the resurrection.
Just like the resurrection of the dead in Christ will be in glorified bodies, and young for all eternity; and the transformation of the living in Christ, who will be changed, transformed, from mortal to immortal, from corruptible bodies to incorruptible bodies, and young for all eternity.
That is why we find that, when Jesus resurrected, His disciples, who had been with Him in His earthly ministry for three and a half years, didn’t recognize Him,[16] nor did Mary Magdalene, nor the other women who labored in the Work of the Lord, they didn’t recognize Him either.[17]
It’s like if one of your relatives who was 70 or 90 years old, a born-again believer in Christ, resurrected in this moment and appeared to you, and said to you: “I am your grandfather,” or, “your grandmother.”
You would tell them: “But you’re a young woman (or ‘a young man’) 18 to 21 years old, and I’m already 30 or 40 or 50 years old. How can my grandfather (or my grandmother) be younger than me?”
But with the knowledge that we now have, you would speak with the person, and the person would speak with you, and you would both talk about certain things that you and they know from when they were here on Earth, and then you will know that it’s that family member of yours.
And when we see our family members, the dead in Christ (because they’re our brethren) resurrected: we will be transformed. In other words, there’s a lot of information regarding the time for the transformation.
Now, we know that we will have young, eternal, and glorified bodies, and the problem of seeing ourselves grow older every day when we look in the mirror will have ended. But in the new body, age… age won’t mean that we are getting older anymore; a thousand years will pass and a million years will pass, and we will look as young as we did when we received the glorified body.
Now, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, those who are going to be transformed, will first see Elijah, then Moses, and then they will see the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man. That doesn’t mean they will literally see Elijah the Tishbite, but rather the ministry of Elijah repeating for the fifth time.
- The first time was in Elijah the Tishbite.
- The second was in Elisha.
- The third was in John the Baptist.
- The fourth was in Reverend William Branham.
- And the fifth will be in the fulfillment of the Coming of the Two Olive Trees.
The Two Olive Trees are Moses and Elijah, the Two Olive Trees are the ministries of Moses and Elijah repeating at the Last Day, being operated by the Holy Spirit, by the Angel of the Covenant, who is the One that has ministries. And now, that’s what is promised.
And then we will see the Coming of the Lord, we will see the Coming of the Son of Man; remembering that the Son of Man is Christ, and that Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, the Holy Spirit, will be manifesting Himself at the Last Day.
When speaking about the Coming of the Son of Man, when speaking about the manifestation of the Son of Man, of the revelation of the Son of Man: it is the revelation or manifestation of the Angel of the Covenant, of Christ through a prophet —as simple as that— so that you understand it quickly and so that you can understand that the Son of Man will be… Christ, the Son of Man, will be revealing Himself through human flesh at the Last Day.
And that will be the sign of the end of the world; it will be the sign of the end of the Dispensation of Grace, of the Church ages; it will be the sign of the end of that kingdom of the Gentiles, which at this end time would be in the feet of iron and clay.
“THE SON OF MAN: A SIGN FOR THIS GENERATION.”
It will be the sign of the end for the generation that will be seeing that manifestation of the Son of Man, which will be as the lightning that comes out of the East and shines even unto the West; so shall also the Coming of the Son of Man be.[18]
Christ, the Son of Man, the Holy Spirit, from the East (the…), from Israel, has been coming from there throughout the different stages of the Church, ages of the Church: from the land of Israel to Asia Minor, from Asia Minor to Europe, and from Europe to the continent of the Americas.
He also said: “And this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come.”[19] The Gospel of the Kingdom, the Gospel for the Dispensation of the Kingdom, revolves around the Second Coming of Christ with His Angels; and the Gospel of Grace revolves around the First Coming of Christ.
And now, the Son of Man will be a sign or the greatest sign for this generation.
“The Son of Man comes with His Angels,” it says in the parable of the wheat and the tares, in chapter 13 of Saint Matthew, verses 30 to 43.
Under the ministries of the Two Olive Trees will be God’s manifestation in which He will carry out great wonders, and the Hebrew people will say: “This is the One we are waiting for.”[20]
So, you will also see the Hebrew people coming closer to and having a relationship with that manifestation of the Son of Man and His Angels. Though neither they nor Christianity fully understand it, it’ll be the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels.
But the wise will understand[21]: the elect, those who will be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, will understand; just like throughout the ages and at this time, they will have understood the First Coming of the Lord and His Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross, which was the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant, of the Word made flesh in the midst of the Hebrew people.
At the end time, we will be seeing what has been promised.
The forerunner of the Coming of the Lord, at the Last Day said that the Holy Spirit will become flesh; in other words, the Angel of the Covenant will be in a veil of flesh in the midst of the Church. And it was also said that the white-horse Rider of Revelation 19, he says: “He’ll be the Word, the Word incarnate in a man.” That is in the book of The Seals, page 256 in Spanish [“The Fourth Seal,” p. 25 in Eng.].
And the promise that the Holy Spirit will become flesh is on page 134 of the book of The Seals [“The First Seal,” p. 40 in Eng.].
And on page 131 of the book of The Seals [“The First Seal,” pp. 37-38 in Eng.], he says that He comes with a Name that no man knows; and He’ll be completely, fully, the Emmanuel, the Word. That will be the Word, what? Made flesh; in other words, manifested through flesh, through a veil of flesh. As simple as that.
But the veil of flesh won’t be the Lord; but the One who will be working in him will be the Lord Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, the God of Israel at the Last Day.
Such will be the fulfillment of what is promised for this end time.
And we have to be able to distinguish between: the veil of flesh and the Holy Spirit (which is Christ in His heavenly body), and God the Father. We have to be able to distinguish between God the Father, and His heavenly body (which is Christ, the Holy Spirit in His last manifestation).
And that will be, that last manifestation, will be the sign for this last generation in which we are living.
In the time when that promise is fulfilled, that will be the final generation, that will be the last generation; that is, the generation in which the kingdom of the Gentiles in its stage of the feet of iron and clay will end, and the glorious Millennial Kingdom will be ushered in, and —therefore— the Kingdom of the Messiah will be ushered in. As simple as that.
Therefore, at that time the plagues that will come upon the human race, upon the kingdom of the Gentiles, will also be spoken, made known, just as they were revealed, spoken, through the prophet Moses, to whom God said: “Such-and-such a thing will come to pass, this plague will come,” and Moses announced what was going to come.[22] In other words, Moses was the mouthpiece of God’s Word, making known the things that would come to pass.
And at the Last Day —since God has always made known the things that will come to pass through a prophet— there will be a dispensational prophet through whom God will be speaking and will be manifesting these ministries relevant to the Last Day, promised for the Last Day, in other words, for the seventh millennium since Adam or the third millennium since Christ. And that will be the Work of God for this end time.
Therefore, we must keep our spiritual eyes wide open so that we don’t overlook what God has promised for His Church, for the Hebrew people, and to be manifested in the midst of the human race.
May we not miss the sign of the end of time, for the greatest sign has always been a prophet on Earth; and when it is a dispensational prophet, that is the greatest sign for the human race.
When Noah appeared on the scene announcing the divine judgment that would come upon the Earth, that was the sign of the end of that generation, of the antediluvian world.
And when we see that instrument that God will have at the Last Day announcing all these things that are promised, we will be seeing the final sign, the sign for this generation, the greatest sign for the Last Day; just as the sign for each time was the coming or manifestation of God in Spirit in each prophet, in each messenger of the Old Testament; and the New Testament also, through their different messengers.
When we are seeing the sign for this generation: we will be seeing the Angel who has the Seventh Seal being manifested at the Last Day.
Therefore, we will be seeing everything that has been promised, but being carried out in a simple way; and the simple way in which God has always worked is what blinds many people, because they stumble over the simplicity in which God works; because despite God being so great He can manifest Himself in a simple way.
A great man can’t go down to being simple, because he made himself great; but God is great, and yes, He makes Himself simple to reveal Himself to His people, so that all the simple people can understand Him.
Look, Christ Himself said that if He had spoken those earthly things to Nicodemus: “If I speak of earthly things and you don’t understand them, what would happen if I tell you of heavenly things (in heavenly terms, as they speak there among the Angels)?”[23] See?
So, God works in a simple way so that we can all understand, and He uses simple, common terms that are used by human beings.
So, let’s keep our eyes wide open at this end time, to see the Son of Man as the sign for this generation in which we are living.
He, the Holy Spirit, Christ, manifested in a man, in a prophet, has always been the sign for this time. That is God’s greatest sign for human beings: the appearing of a prophet sent by God with a message for His people.
“THE SON OF MAN: A SIGN FOR THIS GENERATION.”
Tomorrow we will continue speaking in this same line of thought, the subject relevant to tomorrow, Sunday morning. We will be here very early to secure a seat as well; because whoever arrives late will end up in the back or outside, and it’s cold, and no one wants to be outside. Therefore, I know you will be here early for the activity tomorrow, God willing, which will be broadcasted through the Amazonas satellite and also through the internet.
It has been a great blessing and privilege for me to be with you on this occasion, testifying to you about: “THE SON OF MAN: A SIGN FOR THIS GENERATION.”
And that will be the greatest sign for this generation, that will be the greatest sign of the Last Day. There won’t be a greater sign for the Last Day, for the seventh millennium since Adam or the third millennium since Christ.
That will be the sign that the Hebrew people will also see. But who will see it first? We will; because we need to see that sign and receive all the blessing that there is in – that comes in that sign, so that we can be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; in order to receive what? The faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
May God continue to bless you all; continue having a happy evening, filled with the blessings of Christ. And I’ll leave Missionary Miguel Bermúdez Marín with you again.
I’ll leave Missionary Miguel Bermúdez Marín with you, to conclude our participation on this occasion.
May God bless you, and have a good evening, everyone.
