Good evening, beloved friends and brethren present, and ministers and their congregations in different countries. May the blessings of Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, be upon all of you and also upon me, and may He speak to us through His Word, open the Scriptures to us and open our understanding so that we understand the Word. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Greetings to Missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin where he is as well.
Let’s read in Saint Matthew, chapter 24, verses 27 to 31, where it tells us:
“For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh,” (ye know that summer is nigh).
“So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand It.
For this occasion, this evening, Friday, June 12, 2015, we have the introduction of the subject for next Sunday, the Bible class or Bible school for next Sunday, June 14th; the day that I will be turning 75 years old; in other words, 75 years closer to my transformation, 75 years closer to my eternal youth.
Sometimes we think that when we are celebrating a birthday we are a year older; but we are a year closer to eternal youth.
So, I will also be with you next Sunday and other Sundays, and other Fridays, in which we will be having the introduction… on Fridays we will be having the introduction to Sunday’s Bible class.
Our subject for this occasion and for next Sunday is: “THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN AS THE LIGHTNING,” As it says it in Saint Matthew chapter 24, verse 27:
“For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
The East corresponds to the Middle East, where Israel is. The First Coming of the Son of Man was there, the First Coming of the Word made flesh in the midst of the people of Israel, which were the people who were under the Old Covenant that God gave to Israel through the prophet Moses, the people who were living at the end of the Dispensation of the Law.
At the end of each dispensation, a forerunner, a prophet-forerunner, always appears, as well as the prophet who is sent to close that dispensation and open a new dispensation. In other words, the prophet for a new dispensation comes at the end of the dispensation that is coming to an end, to open – to close that dispensation and open a new dispensation.
In the days of Jesus, who was the Messiah the Prince for whom John the Baptist prepared the way… and who was a prophet like Moses, a dispensational prophet: with the fullness of God in Him, with the Pillar of Fire in Him, veiled in human flesh; and He was God’s human Temple.
He always spoke of Himself as the Son of Man, because the title Son of Man or of the Son of Man is the title of a prophet; a prophet like Moses, the Son of Man in His First Coming; and even though all prophets are Sons of Man because the Pillar of Fire and the Word promised for that age is veiled in all of them… through whom that Word is then spoken, and God fulfills that promised Word for that age.
Therefore, the Light of God for that time is veiled in the messenger, because God is there in that Pillar of Light, in that Pillar of Fire called the Word of God, the Holy Spirit, the Angel of the Covenant, Christ in His heavenly theophanic body, which is a body of light.
Just as there are bodies of the dust of the ground, there are bodies of light. “He makes His angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire,” Saint Paul says in Hebrews, chapter 1, verses 5 to 7; and in chapter 1, verse 14, he also says that they are ministering spirits sent from God.
From age to age and from dispensation to dispensation, God in that Pillar of Fire, which is the Angel of the Covenant, Christ in His heavenly body, also called the Holy Spirit, reveals Himself and veils Himself in human flesh: in the messenger relevant to each age, and also in the messenger relevant to each dispensation.
And that promised Word for that age, the Holy Spirit, Christ in Holy Spirit through the messenger of each age, makes It a reality, in other words, He brings It to life, He quickens It; and the Word made flesh for that age in the messenger of each age, is the Light for that age.
That is why Moses was the Light for that Dispensation of the Law, and every prophet was also the Light for the age in which God sent them; and in the Coming of Jesus and of John the Baptist, the Scripture says that John was a Light.
John was a burning and shining Light; and Jesus says1: “Many of you were willing to walk in his Light; but I have greater witness than John.” Because in John there was a portion of the promised Word to forerun the Word that would come in all Its fullness veiled in human flesh, in the person of the Messiah the Prince promised for Israel, in and for the First Coming of the Lord as the Lamb of God.
That is why later on Jesus was able to say in chapter 8, verse 12 [John]: “I am the Light of the world; he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the Light of Life.”
It was the Light in all Its fullness, because in Him, everything that was said from Genesis until John the Baptist was being fulfilled in Jesus, everything regarding the woman’s seed, of Genesis chapter 3, verse 15 and on.
He was all the prophets; that is why the same Spirit that was in each of those prophets was in Jesus in all His fullness. It was the Angel of the Covenant who had appeared to Moses in Exodus chapter 3, in a burning bush that was not consumed; it was the Word made flesh, the Word, the Holy Spirit that had created – through whom God had created the Heavens and the Earth. It was the Word that was with God and was God. “That was the true Light, which lighteth every man, which would come to this world. He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not.” (Saint John chapter 1, verse 9.)
“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” (Saint John chapter 1, verse 14).
The Word, the Word made flesh in the messenger for that Dispensation of Grace which was about to begin, was the Light made flesh in Jesus, who said: “I am the Light.” Because the Word made flesh is the Light for the age, when people see It.”2
Each messenger in whom the promised Word for each age was made flesh, was the Light for each age. As simple as that.
And now, we find that Jesus used the title of Son of Man because, as Son of Man, He was the promised prophet, a prophet like Moses. Whenever the title of Son of Man is used, it is always God in Holy Spirit veiled in a prophet.
Let’s see what Reverend William Branham says about this subject, because the manifestation of Christ in Holy Spirit was in him; therefore, in Reverend William Branham there was a manifestation of the Son of Man, of Christ in Holy Spirit, veiled in a veil of flesh called William Branham. On page 164, paragraph 1465, it says, of the book of Quotations [65-1126 – “Works Is Faith Expressed,” p. 38]:
1465 – “[310] The Son of man will be revealed in a body of flesh, you people, (of) the Church, just exactly like it was before the days of Sodom, a called-out group…”
And on page 165, paragraph 1471… Remember that Reverend William Branham is the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, he is the forerunner of the Coming of the Son of Man at the Last Day, of the same Angel of the Covenant, of the same Word that was made flesh two thousand years ago, of the same God through His Spirit to manifest Himself at the Last Day.
He manifested Himself in Reverend William Branham, and then there will come another manifestation of the Son of Man.
Let’s read in paragraph 1471 of page 165 of the book of Quotations [65-1127B – “Trying To Do God A Service Without It Being God’s Will,” p. 28]… I recommend that all the believers also have the book of Quotations in order to know what was said by Reverend William Branham, who is the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, of the Coming of the Son of Man in power at the Last Day. He says:
1471 – “[212] That wasn’t Elijah; That was the Spirit of God on Elijah; Elijah was just a man. Now, we’ve had Elijahs, and Elijahs’ coats, and Elijahs’ mantles, and Elijahs’ everything. But the Elijah of this day is the Lord Jesus Christ.”
And how can the Lord Jesus Christ be the Elijah of the day of Reverend William Branham and then of the Last Day, of the end time? Simply because the Spirit that was in Elijah the Tishbite was the Holy Spirit, the Angel of the Covenant, and He is the only one who has ministries.
It was the Holy Spirit operating that ministry in Elijah the Tishbite, then He operated it in Elisha for the second time, then He operated it in John the Baptist for the third time, then He operated it in Reverend William Branham for the fourth time; and He will operate it in another man for the fifth time, who will be one of the Two Olive Trees of Zechariah chapter 4, verses 11 to 14; and Revelation chapter 11, verse 1 to 14.
In other words, the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, of Christ in Reverend William Branham, was also called: Elijah, in its fourth manifestation; and in the fifth manifestation, that manifestation is also called Elijah, because it is the Holy Spirit who will be manifested in all His fullness at the Last Day.
That is why Reverend William Branham, being the forerunner of the Coming of the Lord, of the Coming of the Son of Man at the end time, identifies the Coming of the Holy Spirit in the Two Anointed Ones, the Two Olive Trees. It will not be Elijah the Tishbite, but the Holy Spirit in another man; nor will it be Moses, literally, but the Holy Spirit in another man; a prophet like Moses and a prophet like Elijah; and… let’s see:
1471 – “[212] But the Elijah of this day is the Lord Jesus Christ. He is to come according to Matthew the seventeen-…Luke 17:30,” (and Saint Matthew chapter 24, verses 27 to 39)… “He is to come according to Matthew the seventeen-…Luke 17:30, is, the Son of man is to reveal Himself among His people. Not a man, God! But it’ll come through a prophet. Now, He never had two major prophets at the same time.”
Now, we can see that there is a mystery in the promise of the Coming of the Son of Man, in the promise of the Coming of the Two Olive Trees, in the promise of the Coming of the Lord at the Last Day. There is a mystery in the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels.
And His Angels there are the Two Olive Trees: Moses and Elijah, to call 144,000 Hebrews, 12,000 of each tribe.
Remember that the title of Son of Man is a title of the Lord as a prophet. Whenever the Son of Man appears, it will always be the appearing of a prophet in whom God in Spirit, Christ in Spirit, will be manifested. That is why Reverend William Branham said that the Son of Man was manifested in the midst of His people, of His Church.
On page 22 of the book of Quotations, paragraph 183 [58-0109 – “The Called-Out,” pp. 9-10], it says:
183 – “[24] … the Son of man is now being revealed from heaven.
‘Will it come after while, Brother Branham?’
It is now. And I hope I won’t have to make this so personal of this own meeting, but that your spirit within you that’s give you by God, can read what I’m talking about. The Son of man has already come from glory and is revealing Himself for the past few years to His Church in mercy, showing them His great Presence, doing the same things that He did when He was here on earth, revealing Himself like He did to Abraham, before the destruction. He has come now in mercy, revealing Himself to the Church. It’s being laughed at and scoffed at. The next time He reveals Hisself, it’ll be in judgment on the world and the nations that’s forgot God and sinned their way of grace—their day of grace, rather, away.”
In other words, the Son of Man revealed Himself in the manifestation that was carried out by the Holy Spirit in Reverend William Branham. That was a manifestation or revelation in mercy and grace. “And the next time,” (he says there will be a next time), “the next time it’ll be a manifestation in judgment on the world and the nations that forgot God and sinned their way of grace away.”
Therefore, we must be prepared because something great is about to happen in the midst of Christianity. Notice, here on page 22, the same page, 22, verse or paragraph 176 [57-1006 – “Questions And Answers On Hebrews #3,” p. 26], says:
176 – “[729] And there’s them two witnesses.
730 And when they tormented the church, or the world, by their preaching (predictions); and receiving back the Jews, and bringing them back to repentance, bringing them back to believe on…When they see Jesus coming for the Bride, they’ll say, “Lo, this is our God Who we waited on. That’s Him!” But He’s not coming for them; He come for His Bride.”
And in the message titled: “The Feast Of The Trumpets,” in Spanish, page 41, preached on July 19, 1964, in the Branham Tabernacle in Jeffersonville, Indiana, North America; it tells us… page 41, paragraph 189, says3:
“[252] This will be the Trumpet; the feast, be rejected, then their Messiah made known.
253 Notice, they’ll know their Messiah when they see Him. He is coming in power, this time, the One they looked for. He is coming in power, for the Gentile Bride, and the Jews are going to recognize Him.”
In other words, there will be a great manifestation in the midst of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in all His fullness in the midst of His Church; and that will be in the fulfillment of the Tent Vision, which is promised to be manifested, that vision is to be fulfilled in the midst of His Church, in the stage relevant to this end time. It will not be in the first stage, that already passed in the time of Saint Paul; the second stage, third stage, fourth stage, fifth stage, and sixth stage were fulfilled in Asia Minor and in Europe; it won’t be in the seventh stage either, the seventh age of the Church; that was – it was fulfilled in North America, and its messenger was Reverend William Branham. It will be in the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone, the highest age, the age that crowns the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The fulfillment of the Tent Vision will be there, the fulfillment of the victory in Love Divine will be there; the manifestation of the Son of Man coming in power to His Church at the Last Day will be there. And the Jews are going to see that manifestation of Christ in Holy Spirit coming to His Church, the manifestation of the Son of Man as the lightning that comes out of the East and shines in the West.
Back then there was a manifestation of the Son of Man in Christ Jesus, and there will be another manifestation, of the Son of Man in His Church at this end time; and we were given the sample in Reverend William Branham, in whom was the manifestation of the Son of Man, manifested to His Church in grace; and the manifestation will come in the midst of the Church again, and the Jews will see Him manifested at the end time.
We will continue speaking about this subject next Sunday, God willing. This was only the introduction to the Bible school message for next Sunday, June 14, 2015, in this same place, to study in the Bible School this subject of: “THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN AS THE LIGHTNING.”
We will see more details then in order to be prepared for the Coming of the Son of Man in the midst of His Church, which is under the New Covenant. We do not want to miss the visit of the Son of Man to His Church at the Last Day, in which we are living. We want to know everything we need to receive the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
We want to hear the Voice of the Seven Thunders, which reveal the mystery of the Coming of the Lord at the Last Day. Because the most important thing for the Last Day is the Coming of the Lord to His Church, to resurrect into glorified bodies the dead believers in Him, and to transform the believers who are alive at this end time, which will receive the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
Pray a lot for next Sunday’s Bible school service, God willing. We want to be prepared for the Coming of the Lord and to receive the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
And at the time of the fulfillment of the Tent Vision, there will be the opening of the mysteries that were spoken by the Seven Thunders, meaning, Christ, the Mighty Angel who comes down from Heaven, to give His Church the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
But we are touching on these subjects that have to do with what will be revealed in the Tent Vision, so that we are prepared for that stage of blessing that is coming for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. As the lightning that comes out of the East and shines, where? In the West. The West is the continent of the Americas, where the sun sets.
It has been a great privilege for me to be with you on this occasion, with you who are here present, and with those who are in other nations, ministers and their congregations.
May God bless you greatly, keep you, guide you, and protect you greatly, and always open the Scriptures to you and your understanding in order to understand, to comprehend the Scriptures, the Divine promises pertaining to this end time. Because what the Lord will be doing will be fulfilling what is promised for this end time.
Continue having a happy evening, filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior.
I leave with you the minister present here, José Benjamín Pérez, and in each country I leave the relevant minister to continue.
May God greatly bless you and keep you all. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
God bless you and keep you all.
“THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN AS THE LIGHTNING.”
