Good morning, beloved brethren and friends present and those who are connected via the Amazonas satellite or the internet.
May the blessings of Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, be upon all of you and upon myself as well.
Warm greetings to international missionary, Dr. Miguel Bermudez Marin, where he is, in San Jose de los Campos, Brazil, and to Reverend Gian del Corto and the entire congregation; and also to the congregation here in Cayey, Puerto Rico and to Reverend Jose Benjamin Perez; and to all the ministers in different countries along with their congregations.
I express my gratitude for your support towards The Great Tent Cathedral project, and I want to congratulate those who have exceeded their goal: May God reward you spiritually and materially as well.
This Sunday, April 8, 2018, the subject of our Bible study will be: “WHERE IS THE GOD OF ELIJAH TODAY?”
Just as they fought… Jacob for the birthright blessing, and obtained it; in which there is a great inheritance for Jacob and his descendants. The birthright blessing contains the blessing of the Kingdom of God to be established with Israel, and there are many more blessings, that go along with that blessing that Jacob received when his name was changed to Israel. He also had the great blessing of seeing the Angel of God in visible form.
The Angel of God is the heavenly body of God, it is the image of the living God. Jacob is an example of a person who is a fighter, who does not give up; therefore, we must be people who do not give up. And all of you, youth, there is a great blessing for the youth at this end time.
We also have king David, a fighter, one who believed in the divine promise, one who believed that he was anointed to be king and that therefore, he could confront Goliath the giant and be victorious. That is how he believed and he obtained the victory, despite being young; but he believed in what he had from God: God’s blessing to be king.
We also find other people, such as Elisha, who accompanied prophet Elijah, whose time had come to depart, to be caught away by the chariot of fire and be taken to the House of the heavenly Father.
On one occasion, prophet Elijah had to go from the land of Israel through Jericho and cross over to the other side, to Jordan; therefore, he had to cross the Jordan, and he tells Elisha: “Stay here, because I am going to cross the Jordan.”
Elisha tells him: “I will not leave you. I will go with you.”
Elijah says to him: “Ask what I should do for you, before I am taken away from you.”
Elisha tells Elijah: “What I desire is a double portion of the spirit that is in you.” That was the desire of Elisha’s soul, of his heart: to have a double portion of the spirit that was in Elijah.
Elijah tells him: “You have asked for a hard thing, but if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so; if not, it shall not be so.”
When the moment came to cross the Jordan, Elijah took the mantle, his mantle, and smote the waters of the Jordan with it; and the waters were divided, and Elijah and Elisha crossed over on dry ground.
And when they passed, a chariot of fire took Elijah. Elijah’s mantle fell on the ground, Elisha took it, he stood before the Jordan, and said: “Where is the God of Elijah?” and he smote, the same way that Elijah did, he smote the Jordan; and the Jordan was divided and Elisha crossed over on dry ground to the other side, to Jericho.
When the people of Jericho, the sons of the prophets, saw that Elisha had done the same thing that Elijah did: open the Jordan and cross on dry ground, they said: “The spirit of Elijah has rested upon Elisha.”
Elisha became the successor of Elijah with a double ministerial portion.
And now, WHERE IS THE GOD OF ELIJAH TODAY? Because a few of God’s prophets have been anointed with the spirit of Elijah, and therefore, they were the Elijah of their time.
We have Elijah the Tishbite; second, we have Elisha with a double portion; third, we have John the Baptist as the Elijah who foreran the First Coming of Christ; and the fourth time, we have Reverend William Branham coming in the spirit and virtue of Elijah; and that is already history.
We have seen where the last four manifestations of the spirit of Elijah operating that ministry have been; but there is a fifth manifestation of the spirit of Elijah in a prophet to bring the Word of God to the Hebrew people. And the question we ask ourselves at this end time is:
“WHERE IS THE GOD OF ELIJAH TODAY?”, in the present time, in his fifth manifestation.
May God open the Scriptures to us and our understanding so that we may be able to see at this end time the fifth manifestation of Elijah’s ministry, where the God of Elijah will be operating that fifth ministry of Elijah.
When we discover the fifth manifestation of Elijah’s ministry, we will be receiving great blessings from God, and we will be able to say where the God of Elijah is operating this ministry for the fifth time is.
