Also greetings to the family of 4Life present, which many in number, how many of you here belong to the family of 4Life? I also. I congratulate you for choosing 4Life as the tool to make your dreams and goals a reality; and I congratulate you for choosing a good company, a good tool to make them a reality and to remain being a reality.
Also a especial greeting to all the ministers of the different Churches and congregations present, may God bless you, and your congregations and also all them that are present.
For this occasion we will read a Scripture which is very important in order to know what is to be a believer in Christ. Ephesians chapter, 2, verses 11, and on, the apostle Paul tells us, the apostle of and for the Gentiles.
“Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
that at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
but now, in Christ Jesus, ye who sometime were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
and that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and the prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
in whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto a holy temple in the Lord:
in whom ye are also buildded together for a habitation of God through the Spirit.”
May God bless our soul with His Word and allow us to understand It.
“CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS FOR GOOD WORKS.”
God has been creating in Christ Jesus a family with Eternal Life, and consequently that family becomes a new race; because the earthly human family, from the fall at the Garden of Eden, they lost Eternal Life. God warned Adam that the day he would eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, that day he would die; and the day that Adam and Eve ate of the tree of knowledge of good and evil they died unto Eternal Life, and only temporary life remained for them which ended at nine hundred and some years, about nine hundred and thirty years.
In chapter 5, of Genesis tells us exactly the years Adam lived, it says it was 930 years; and although for a person the present time to live nine hundred and thirty years the people will say to him that he is as old as Methuselah who lived 969 years; but with all of that… it seems many years, but being compared with eternity it is not even a grain of sand, because eternity has no time.
Therefore, that’s the only inheritance Adam and Eve left us concerning life here on Earth: temporary life, which now ends before a hundred years, most of the time, it was shortened from generation to generation.
But that family of God of sons and daughters of God, that Adam and Eve had to bring with Eternal Life, God brings them again on the scene; and I will show you from which Adam comes that family with Eternal Life. In First Corinthians chapter 15, speaks to us of Christ, and it says:
“For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive (brought unto Eternal Life).”
Chapter 15, verse 43 and on, says:
“It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power:
it is sown in natural body, it is raised a spiritual body (in other words, glorified body). There is natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made quickening spirit (the last Adam is Jesus Christ).
Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
The first man is of the earth, earthy: (that was Adam) the second man is the Lord from heaven.
As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly (in other words, the image of Christ).
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep…”
In other words, we will not all die. There will be a group of believers in Christ in the Last Day that will see the Coming of the Lord, and will see those that died coming with Christ, and they will be transformed without seeing death; in other words, no one will cry for them. It is that we cannot enter the Kingdom of God with corruptible body; corruption does not inherit incorruption, in other words, we cannot life eternally with corruptible body; for it has to be with incorruptible body; then our body has to be changed in our atoms, in order to have the same kind of body Jesus Christ has, which is as young as when He ascended to Heaven. When He resurrected they did not even know Him and they had been with Him for three and a half years in His ministry, not even Mary Magdalene knew Him.
The apostle Paul continues to say in verse 51:
“Behold, I show you a mystery…”
And it is such a great mystery, but it will be materialized, concreted, the content of that mystery with the Coming of the Lord with the saints that are at Paradise in heavenly theophanic bodies, and they will come with Christ in His Coming to receive the glorified body equal to the glorified body of Jesus Christ, with which Christ could eat, and they thought it was a spirit, a spiritual body, and He tells them: “See, I have flesh and bones, and the spirit does not have flesh nor bones.” And He tells them: “You have anything to eat?” They reply, yes, and they bring Him a piece of honeycomb and a piece of fish and he eats it before them and they were aware that it is the Lord. But they did not know Him, they thought He was a spirit.
So then, when the dead in Christ are risen they will be able to eat, they will eat Paraguayan food (those that will come to Paraguay). So, you already know that they said they could eat, in some places the people say: “They invited themselves,” but it is good that they invited themselves, it is good that they accepted our invitation to eat with us whatever we have.
Remember that Abraham there in chapter 17, and 18 of Genesis, three heavenly characters visited him, which was God, Elohim in visible and tangible form with His main Archangels Michael and Gabriel, and Abraham invited for lunch, to eat a tender calf with meal cakes, and butter, milk, and with all the things that accompany a good meal for a special Guest; and they waited for Abraham to send his servant to dress it, they waited and ate with Abraham, they had lunch with Abraham. Characters from another dimension, the very God in heavenly body, in which He has always been, which is called the Angel of God or Angel of the Covenant, became flesh to visit Abraham there. In other words, He dirt from the ground, He breathed and created Himself a body for that visit, another one for Michael and another one for Gabriel, which shows that God will visit also the descendant, the seed of Abraham in visible form, clothed in human flesh.
The appearance of Jesus on Earth was the Coming of Immanuel, which translated is God with us in the form of man: Immanuel (Isaiah chapter 7, verse 14), and also in St. Matthew it tells us that that was so for the Scripture to be fulfilled, which says that He would be Immanuel: God with us.
Some people speak of Christ or think of Christ and think that He was a young carpenter and nothing else; He was God clothed with a human body created in the womb of Mary by the Holy Spirit. And He was the Kinsman Redeemer of the human being, the Link between God and the human being. Therefore, He is the Mediator, the Intercessor, the High Priest of God in the heavenly Temple who intercedes for us with His Blood to reconcile us to God so that we may remain being reconciled with God for all eternity.
Only He can reconcile the human being with God, as the high priest did in the tenth day of the seventh month of each year in Israel in the feast of atonement, that day the kid goat of atonement was sacrificed, and every person that had repented of his sins, his faults, and errors, was reconciled to God, because he had repented wholeheartedly; he had afflicted himself for having sinned, and was reconciled to God. But whoever did not do it, that person was not reconciled to God and then within a period of time the divine judgement would fall upon the person and he would die. That reconciliation there, since it was type and figure of what Christ would do for the human being, every year that reconciliation was renewed wherein the sins of the people and the atonement that was carried out for the sins of the people were remembered.
Something had to die for the person to be forgiven and reconciled; and for the human being to remain forgiven and reconciled to God eternally Jesus Christ had to die on Calvary’s Cross, and whoever does not accept Him as only and sufficient Savior, is not reconciled with God and consequently will not live eternally. Eternal Life is for the ones that receive Him as only and sufficient Savior under the New Covenant, under a New Covenant.
Now, this great mystery of the resurrection of the dead and the transformation of the living, says verse 51, of this same chapter 15, of First of Corinthians:
“Behold, I show you a mystery, we shall not all sleep (in other words, we will not all die) but we shall all be changed.”
An physical transformation to have immortal bodies like the One of Jesus Christ will come for the believers in Christ that will be living in this end time and have been born again; because there are also… those are the wise virgins of the parable of the ten virgins; the foolish virgins did not have oil in their lamps, which means that they had not received the Holy Spirit, therefore, they had not received the new birth; and consequently they were not within the Kingdom of God, although they thought that by having a religion they were already saved, not so, the requirement is to receive Christ and to be baptized in water in His Name and to receive the Holy Spirit which produces the new birth in the person and places him within the Kingdom of God. I will show you here… Colossians chapter 1, says, from verse 12, and on, St. Paul says:
“With joy giving thanks to the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
who hath delivered us from the power of darkness (in other words, He has rescued us from the power of the kingdom of darkness, the kingdom of the wicked one), and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (translated to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ the Son of God).
In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.”
There is no other way for redemption under the New Covenant but by the redemptive Blood of Christ in which we obtain forgiveness of our sins, because our sins are cleansed with His Blood, they are taken away, and they are remitted to their originator, which is the devil. Says:
“He is the image of the invisible God…”
Christ is the image of the invisible God, the image is the heavenly body, the image is the Holy Spirit, a spirit is a body of another dimension. The Scripture says in Hebrews chapter 1, verse 5, and on, that “God makes His angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire.” And also that “He sends ministering angels to them which are heirs of salvation (verse 14, of that same chapter of Hebrews)”
Now, Christ says that:
“He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature.”
The image of God is the heavenly body, theophanic body, spiritual body of God, in which He would appear to all those men of God from Adam up to John the Baptist. When they saw this Angel… Jacob wrestled with Him and said to Him: “I will not let You go until You bless me (chapter 32, of Genesis, verse 24 and on).” And Jacob wrestled with the Angel and He wanted to leave, and tells him: “I have to go.” And Jacob tells Him: “I will not let You go, until You bless me.” And the Angel asks: “Which is your name?” Jacob replies: “Jacob.” And the Angel says: “Your name will no longer be called Jacob, but Israel, for you have wrestled with God and with men and have prevailed.”
Then when the Angel left he became halt; but it is better for a person to be halt and to have the blessing of God than a person with no problems and without the blessing of God. Then he named the place where he had that experience: “Peniel,” for he said: “I saw God face to face and my life is preserved.” He saw God “face to face,” says Jacob, and no one will contradict him. If he said he saw God face to face and his life was preserved, thus it was.
Now, that was in Genesis chapter 32, verse 30, where Jacob names the place: “Peniel,” which means: “face of God.” He saw God face to face, he saw the face of God. Then in chapter 13, of the Book of Judges, the father and mother of Samson, before conceiving Samson, they saw an Angel and did not know which Angel was, who told them that they would have a child and gave them the specifications of how to bring him up, how to raise him.
Remember that the strength of Samson was not human strength, it was divine strength when the Holy Spirit was manifested in him, it was the power of God manifesting that strength. And Manoah says to Him: “Wait, I will prepare a kid goat for You.” And the Angel tells him: “I will not eat of your bread, if you want to offer burnt offering, offer it unto the Lord.” And he dressed the kid goat and offered it upon a rock, and while the fire consumed the sacrifice, the Angel ascended in the flame; and that was the scariest moment for Manoah and his wife: they knew He was the Angel of God.
In plainer words: it was God in His heavenly body, which is the image of the living God, the heavenly body of God, called the Angel of the Covenant or Angel of the Lord, the One that appeared to Moses in a flame of fire, the very One who delivered the Hebrew people through the veil of flesh called Moses. But Moses was not the one that delivered the Hebrew people but rather the Angel of God, but using a veil of flesh called Moses, who was a stutterer, but the power of God does not have any problem, there is nothing impossible for God.
It did not matter that Moses could not speak well; he asked for an assistant (which was his brother Aaron), and it brought him problems because God was angered with Moses because he asked for an assistant. Two or three times God was angered with Moses because he thought that he was insufficient for such a great labor God sent him to do. And Moses in one occasion had tried, when he was forty years old, being a military man, and for surely being the one that would inherit the throne of Pharaoh he could easily deliver the Hebrew people; but God says to us that “it is not with by sword nor by strength, but with His Spirit says the Lord.”
That’s the way does His Work by choosing a common simple person, and Moses was a knowledgeable man, and if Moses was to deliver Israel when he was forty years of age, the glory would be given to him because of his knowledge, because Israel would be delivered by political power, by decree of the state.
But it had to be by the power of God, because said in Genesis, chapter 15, verses 12, to 19, to Abraham in the following manner, and God had to fulfill that promise and the Glory would be given to God, which made a covenant with Abraham and that promise would not fail. Chapter 15, verse 12, and on, of Genesis says:
“And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abraham, and, lo, a horror of great darkness fell upon him.
And he said unto Abraham, Know for a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
and also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.
And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.
But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again (in the fourth generation: notice, God has everything established in His Program, even the time), for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.”
It was a promise had to fulfill, therefore, all those difficulties through which Joseph went, had to come up, who had been sold by his brothers to Egypt and there God blessed him, wherever Joseph went the blessing went, because he was a son of blessing, he represented, reflected the Son of blessing, the Son of God, for the blessing of Abraham would also pass to the Gentiles by means of Christ and His Reclaiming Work. There are great blessings for the believers in Christ under the New Covenant.
Now, we were speaking a moment ago about the Angel of God that ascended by the flame of the burnt offering of the holocaust or sacrifice that Manoah had offered to God, and Manoah was frightened and said to his wife: “We shall surely die, for we have seen God face to face.” And God had said to Moses that no man would see Him and live; therefore, Manoah was very scared, and his wife, Mrs. Manoah tells him: “We will not die, by logic she already knew they will not die, and says to him: “If we were to did, God would not have said to us that we will have a child,” because people who die do not have children, they will not conceive. And Manoah was comforted, was tranquil.
And now notice, he said they had seen God. In the Bible there are many Scriptures that there is an apparent contradiction; notice here, this which I said to you that they had seen God face to face: John chapter 1, verse 1, and on, says:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
In other words, the Angel of the Covenant, the heavenly body of God, the image of God. And in plainer words, Christ in His heavenly body.
“The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without was not any thing made that was made.
All things were made by Him, by Christ; in plainer words: God in the heavenly body of Christ spoke into existence all the Creation.
“In him was life; and the life was the light of men.”
And then in verses 12, and on says, 11, and on, even 9:
“That was the true light, which lighten every man that cometh into the world.
He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
He came unto his own (in other words, to the Hebrew people) and his own received him not.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.”
All the believers in Christ are made sons of God, they are created in Jesus Christ our Lord. Which is a new creation unto eternal Life.
“Which were born, not of blood, not of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
Which means that when a person is born from his parents, he is not born as a son of God, he is born as a human being fo this Earth, with temporary life. But when a person is born from Christ by means of His Spirit which produces the new birth, there the person is born as a son or a daughter of God in the Kingdom of God. In the meantime the person was born here on the Earth in the kingdom of darkness, and Christ rescues him from the kingdom of darkness by means of the new birth, by being born in the Kingdom of Christ.
“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory, glory as the only begotten of the Father full of grace and truth.”
The Word, the Angel of the Covenant became flesh, God in His heavenly body became flesh, He was clothed with a veil of flesh to visit His people Israel; and consequently to visit the human race.
And now let us see what it continues to say…verse 18, says:
“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.”
Now, it says that no man has seen God, and Jacob says he saw God face to face; and Manoah also says he saw God face to face. Now in the gospel according to St. John it says that no man has seen God at any time, but it says: “The only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him, revealed him.” God revealed Himself to the human being from Adam to the present through His heavenly body, which is Christ in His heavenly theophanic body. That’s why Christ in chapter 8, verses 56, to 58, of St. John in an argument… for they were always arguing with Christ, for they always looked for Christ to argue with Him. That’s why some people say: “If this is of God, everyone will receive it,” but notice: everyone did not receive Christ, only a little group; for there is a struggle between the kingdom of darkness and the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of Christ. And the kingdom of darkness which belongs to the devil, which is the prince of the air, he is the prince of the kingdom of darkness which rules the world, he fights against the Kingdom of Christ so that It may not have success in the divine Program.
Back there in Genesis there was a battle caused by the kingdom of darkness when the devil used the serpent to destroy the life of Adam and Eve, by taking away the eternal Life from them, that was the first crime, the greatest crime that has ever been committed on planet Earth, because the eternal Life was taken away from Adam’s descendant; the eternal Life was taken away from them and only remained temporary life which is unto death, in which life when one reaches a certain age, there is no desire for the person to live any more. And if one did not do the arrangements with the One that has eternal Life, through Whom God has given us eternal Life, as First of John chapter 5, verses 10, to 13, tells us: “God has given us eternal Life.”
And the people ask themselves: “Where is It? In the Tree of Life, where is It? Which is the Tree of Life? It is Christ, and this Life is in His Son, Jesus Christ. He that has the Son has Life, has eternal Life, whoever does not have the Son of God, Christ, has not Life, has not eternal Life, what he has is temporary life which will end; and if he is not wise, that temporary life will end for the person and he was left without eternal Life. And it says that those that believe in His Name have eternal Life.
Therefore, it is a blessing and privilege to be a believer in Christ; that’s what gives us interior peace, peace of the soul, which is the greatest insurance that the human being can obtain, and only Jesus Christ has it for those that receive Him as Savior. In the argument that there was among the Jews, concerning Christ, notice what happened, in chapter 8, of St. John, verse 56, and on, says: “Abraham thy father rejoiced to see my day, he saw it and was glad.
Then the jews say unto him, Thou are not yet fifty years old, and Thou hast seen Abraham?
Because in physical body He had not been fifty years on Earth, and how could He see Abraham who lived hundreds of years before Jesus? (verse 58).
“Jesus saith unto them: Verily, verily, I say unto you, before Abraham was, I am.”
And now, He does not say to them, “concerning the days of Abraham,” “…before Abraham was, I am.”
And how could Jesus Christ exist before Abraham? Because He is the Angel of the Covenant which was promised to come; because the Angel of the Covenant is the heavenly body of God in which He appeared to the prophets. When the Angel of the Covenant appeared to them and spoke to them, they would say that God had appeared to them, and that they had spoken to God. When He appeared to Moses in the burning bush, in chapter 3, of Exodus, the Angel says to him: “I am the God of thy father Amram, the God of Abraham, of Isaac and of Jacob,” and He was the Angel of the Covenant, it was God speaking by means of His Angel, His heavenly body, which is the image of the living God, the visible image of God, but in another dimension, which the prophets having the two consciousness together, they can see in another dimension, Notice, chapter 3, of Malachi, verse 1, and on, says:
“Behold, I send my messenger, an he shall prepare the way before me: (that was John the Baptist forerunning the Coming of the Christ) and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts.”
Who would come after John the Baptist? The Lord, the Father, the Almighty, in and with His heavenly body within a body of flesh called Jesus. That’s how simple it is. That was the Coming of the Lord for those days, which John was preparing the people so that they receive Him, and only a small group received Him, and it was promised in the Bible.
In other words, that not everyone believes in the fulfillment of what God has promised; while it is not yet fulfilled, many people say: “Yes, I believe that, here it is.” But when it is fulfilled, that’s the moment for the person to stand firm and say: “That’s here in the Scripture, and it is now being fulfilled. I believe it.” But that comes by divine revelation.
“Whom do men say is the Son of Man?” Christ asked His disciples, and His disciples begin to say: “Some say You are John the Baptist that has risen, others say You are any of the prophets that has risen.” And Christ says to them: “But whom say ye that I am (Matthew 16 verses 13 and on) Peter says “Thou are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” “Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee.” Because the seminaries and the religious leaders of that time did teach that Jesus was the Christ, the Messiah, and they were waiting for Him; but Peter by revelation from above, from Heaven, from the heavenly Father, received the knowledge that that was the Christ, the Son of God, the Messiah. And Christ says to him: “Blessed art thou Simon, Peter, for flesh nor blood has revealed to you, but my Father which is in Heaven.”
In order to know the fulfillment of the prophecies the revelation has to come from Heaven and it has to impact the soul and the sprit of the person, so that the spiritual eyes of the person may be opened for him to see that that was the promise promised for the time in which the person live in, if not, he will never see it. That’s why He would say to them: “Blind, guides of blind people.” And they were important people, they were well thought theologically, but it is not a matter of being prepare theologically, it is a matter of receiving the revelation from behalf of God. “No man knew…” says Christ in chapter 11, verse 25, and on, He tells us:
“At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou has hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unot babes.
Even so, Father, for so it seemed food in thy sight.
All things are delivered unto me fo my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.”
In other words, it is not by human knowledge that the person knows who Jesus Christ is, neither the promises that are being fulfilled at the time the person is living, which are important for the individual and for Christianity. In another occasion Christ says something very important, in chapter 13, verse 11, and on, of St. Matthew. I had read to you chapter 11, verse 25, and on, and here chapter 13, of St. Matthew, verse 10, and on, says:
“And the disciples came,(this was after the parable of the sower) and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.”
To some it is given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, it is given to know the things that God is carrying out in the time the person is living, and to others it not given. To the wheat is made known the mysteries, and to the tares are not made known, (in plainer words, not so). Remember that “the tares represent the sons of the evil one,” says Christ. The saying that everyone is a son of God, it is not certified by Christ, because there is Christ, and there is Satan, which is the enemy of Christ; and there are children of God and there are children of the wicked one, Christ said that, and He represented it in the wheat and the tares, two kinds of people that exist, only two, and no one can mix them, although they have been mixed, but for Christ…He knows who they are. Remember that Christ spoke frankly when He said to some people: “You are sons of the devil.” And that’s a hard word, but it was indeed the truth, and you cannot add sugar to the truth to make it sweeter.
Now, verse 16, continues to say, of this same chapter 13, of Matthew:
“But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.”
In other words, that whoever hears and sees; sees and understands, he should be grateful, for he is a blessed person. And the important thing for you is to be blessed, and see; and if you are one of those that are always feeling sorry that they cannot see and remain with those that do not see, that’s your problem. If you want to close your eyes to the divine Truth, you will close them. Each person has free moral agency.
“For verily I say unto you, that many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye seed, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.”
They wished to see the Coming of the Messiah and did not see it, they wished to hear the Messiah preaching, they wished to see His Coming, the Coming of the Angel of the Covenant, the Coming of God in flesh and they did not see it, and the disciples who were fishermen, simple persons, farmers, and carpenters, and Jesus Himself was a carpenter, a construction laborer: God in a body of flesh coming in simplicity, as a young carpenter, a construction laborer; but it was God. Nicodemus said in chapter 3, of St. John: “We know” and when he said “we know,” Nicodemus and the Sandhedrin Council knew that “no man can do these things that You do except God be with Him.”
But they did not say it openly because economically or religiously and so forth, it was not convenient for them, because they would loose their position if they would take sides with Jesus. And Christ would not promise them to remain in their position, and says: “If any one wants to follow me, take up your cross and follow me.” He does not offer people a way of roses, the way of roses is in the millennium in the Kingdom of the Messiah. St. Paul in Romans chapter 8, tells us: “If we suffer with Him we shall reign with Him. The temporary sufferings we suffer are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us .”
First we must pass through the stage of suffering and of trial, because when things are good, everyone says: “I believe, I believe;” but when the difficult moment comes, when the squeeze comes… notice, Christ had twelve disciples, plus seventy more; but when He tells them: “Whoever does not eat my flesh and drinks my blood has no life within himself,” they did not understand and left; the multitude that had eaten fish and bread also left, and then the seventy left, and the twelve disciples that remained said: “This is a hard word, who is able to receive it?” And Jesus tells them: “Do you want to leave also?” Because it seemed that… it seemed like they wanted to leave “if You don’t fix this thing, maybe we will leave.” But Peter says: “To whom will we go, only You have Words of eternal Life.” The important thing is to know how to receive Words of eternal Life, the Words of God for the time in which one lives, because there is where God is manifested, there is where God is fulfilling the things He has promised for the time in which the person is living. And are blessed them that can hear, and see what many people desired to see, prophets and righteous men of the past.
And now we are reading here… I still owe you a Scripture, in First of Corinthians chapter 15. Remember that Christ said: “He that is of God, the Voice of God hears, the Word of God for the time in which the person lives.” And He also said (this is in St. John chapter 8, verse 47, and on), and also in John chapter 10, verse 27 and on, says: “My sheep hear my voice and they follow me, and I know them and I give unto them eternal Life; and they shall never perish. My Father which gave them me, is grater than all, and no man is able to pluck them from my Father’s hand.” The sheep are the believers in Christ, the ones that would receive Him as only and sufficient Savior.
Therefore, those are the ones that hear the Gospel of Christ, and the faith of Christ is born in their soul, they receive Him as Savior, and are baptized in water in His Name, and Christ baptizes them with the Holy Spirit and Fire and produces the new birth in them. And that way they are within the Kingdom of Christ sealed by the Holy Spirit for and unto the day of redemption of the body, the day of the transformation of the living, and the resurrection of the dead in Christ, which is a great mystery. It says here in First of Corinthians 15, what I have been saying to you:
“Behold, I show you a mystery (verse 51, and on): We shall not all sleep; but we shall all be changed, in moment, (when that transformation comes we will receive a new body, young, eternal and glorified, immortal, as the glorified body that Jesus Christ has, which is as young as when He ascended to Heaven) in a twinkling of an eye, at the last trump…”
The Last Trumpet, the Last Message of God, the Last Message of Christ for His Church, and that Message prepares us for the transformation, It gives us faith to be changed and taken by Christ to the Wedding Supper of the Lamb.
Just as the divine revelation of the message of the Gospel of Christ, the Gospel of Grace gives us faith to receive Christ as our only and sufficient Savior, It shows us the first Coming of Christ as it was promised and it shows us the death of Christ as the Sacrifice of Atonement for all of us to reconcile us to God, and it gives us that faith to receive Him as our only and sufficient Savior to obtain salvation and eternal Life.
“For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal shall put on immortality (clothed with an immortal body.
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.”
We will never die, we will be eternal, immortal and young for all eternity. The fountain of youth is Christ.
And now, we have been created by Christ Jesus our Lord for good works, so that the Works of God be manifested in us and all the Program and the laws of the heavenly Kingdom be manifested in us and fulfilled by us. The divine Laws being written within the tables of our hearts, which are no longer physical stones, but of flesh; there is where the New Covenant is written by the divine hand by means of the Holy Spirit so that we may serve God with our soul, loving Him with all of our heart, and serving Him all the days of our lives, carrying out the good works for which we have been created by Jesus Christ our Lord for, who is the second Adam, and we are the children of the second Adam and the second Eve, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
