God’s Promise to Abraham – Introduction

Receive my greetings, Miguel Bermudez Marin, there in Santa Cruz, Bolivia; and also to Reverend Joel Lara the minister there in Santa Cruz, Bolivia; and also everyone who is there in Puerto Rico, receive my greetings, Reverend Jose Benjamin Perez and the Church there in Cayey, Puerto Rico; and also to all the ministers and their congregations in different nations; and also here, to Reverend Jose Angel Flores and the congregation here present, receive my greetings. And may God bless all of you greatly, open the Scriptures to us and our understanding to understand. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

On this occasion, we have the introduction to the subject of next Sunday’s Bible school, God willing, which will be: “GOD’S PROMISE TO ABRAHAM.”

For which, we read chapter 15, verses 1 to 6 of Genesis, which says:

“After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

And Abram said, Lord God, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus?

And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.

And, behold, the word of the Lord came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.

And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.

And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

And he said unto him, I am the Lord that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it.

And he said, Lord God, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it?”

May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand it.

The subject for next Sunday’s Bible school, for which we will have a brief introduction to, is: “GOD’S PROMISE TO ABRAHAM.”

Abraham, the father of faith, a dispensational messenger, has obtained great blessings for all the believers in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Abraham was promised a son.

We find divine cycles shown in Abraham’s life, from which we can learn a lot about the Program of God. For example, the promised son, the one who apparently could not come due to the advanced age of Abraham and Sara, who had waited for twenty-five years for God to fulfill His promise of a son that He would give them, in whom all the nations would be blessed.

Abraham waited with patience and went through different stages until the time came in which the promised son was to come.

If we look carefully, there is a time in the Divine Program for everything; and there is also a time for God to fulfill His promise. Abraham spent his first 50 years of life without receiving the promised son; consequently, his first year of jubilee passed, which is the 50th year of his life. Then, we find that when he was 75 years old, the promise was made to him that he would have a son, and he waited; and when he reached the 99th year of his life, God was there to announce to him that the following year he would have the promised son.

And why did God wait so long to give him the promised son? Because the Coming of the Messiah was represented in the promised son, which would be Isaac. The coming was represented there being fulfilled on the 50th year, the year of jubilee; in the second jubilee of Abraham’s life, the coming of the promised son would be fulfilled; in other words, it would be on the second year of jubilee, which is Abraham’s 100th year of life. That is why we can see Abraham’s wait and we can see why God did not give him the promised son before the 100th year of Abraham.

There are two cycles of jubilee: the first one, the 50th year; and the second one, the 100th year also, which is the second 50th year of jubilee, which corresponds to this end time.

In the Coming of Christ, two thousand years ago, the cycle of the Year of Jubilee was being fulfilled. That is why He said: “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek.” And He also said: “To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.” Isaiah, chapter 61, verses 1 to 3, and He stopped there. If He had continued reading, it would have said: “And the day of Vengeance of our Lord.”

The day of vengeance is for the second Year of Jubilee, which is the one that corresponds to this end time; in which the Prince Messiah has to proclaim, preach, announce the day of vengeance of our Lord; and He will do so as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords and Judge of all the Earth; and that will fulfill the type and figure of the 100th year of Abraham’s life, wherein he received the promised son. The promised son typifies the Prince Messiah coming in the Last Day.

Therefore, we find that it is within the parallel cycle to the time of Jesus Christ there, the cycle wherein the Coming of the promised Son must be fulfilled in this end time, which will be the Coming of the Lord for the believers in Christ, and then to the Hebrew people. It is as simple as that.

Now we can see why the Coming of the Lord could not be fulfilled in past times, His Second Coming, but in the Year of Jubilee number 100, represented in the year number 100, Abraham’s year of jubilee, in which Isaac, the promised son was born.

Therefore, the Isaac, the Son of Abraham for the Last Day coming in the cycle of the Year of Jubilee corresponds to this end time; and thus, it corresponds to the Age of Cornerstone, which is always the Age of the Year of Jubilee.

It was in a Year of Jubilee then, in the days of Jesus, fulfilling Isaiah, chapter 61, verses 1 and on, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord; and the 50th Year (which would be the 100th year of Abraham’s life) the divine cycle of the Age of Cornerstone. The Age of Cornerstone always corresponds to the Year of Jubilee.

Therefore, there are great blessings from God for me, and for whom else? For each one of you as well.

The ministry of the Messiah two thousand years ago was in a Year of Jubilee, and the time of the ministry of the Coming of the Lord in this end time must be in a Year of Jubilee, to proclaim the day of vengeance of our God and to give us the faith to be changed and taken with Him to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Now, how, when will the promised son be born in this divine cycle represented in Abraham’s 100th year of life? All of that will be fulfilled in this end time in the midst of Christianity in the Age of Cornerstone, because the Church ages have already passed, the seventh stage or age has reached its end; and what comes after the seventh age is the breach where the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ appears; and then we reach the Age of Cornerstone, where the messenger of the Age of the Cornerstone must appear, through whom God will be fulfilling the prophecies of the Last Day. And we will have the promised Son, the promised Isaac, the one who Isaac represents in this end time in the Year of Jubilee, the 50th Year of Jubilee, which is represented in the 100th year of Abraham’s life.

The mystery of the Seventh Seal is contained in all of that, the mystery that will give us the faith to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. That is the greatest mystery of all the mysteries in the Bible. It is so great and so important that God commanded John the apostle not to write what the Thunders spoke, in order to avoid impersonators who would interrupt the Divine Program that would be carried out. That is the greatest mystery of the entire Bible, and it is the mystery that, once revealed, will give us the faith to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

In plain words: The faith to be changed and taken away is based on the revelation of the Seventh Seal, the revelation of the Second Coming of Christ coming to His Church to give Her the faith to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

And the revelation of the Seventh Seal, the revelation of the Second Coming of Christ is contained in the Seven Voices of Revelation chapter 10. In other words, the Seven Thunders of Revelation chapter 10 (which is the Voice of the Mighty Angel who comes as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah) is the Message of God that contains the revelation of the Seventh Seal, the revelation of the Coming of the Lord to His Church in this end time.

And it will also show us how He will reveal Himself to the Hebrew people, because it will be in the Divine Cycle of Cornerstone Age in which we are living, and in which the fulfillment of all these promises must take place.

For instance, the resurrection of Christ with the saints of the Old Testament took place in a Cornerstone Age, in the Age of the First Coming of the Lord; and the rapture also took place in that stage. And not only that, but the Day of Pentecost, the Coming of the Holy Spirit, also took place in a Cornerstone Age; and those who were in the Age of the Cornerstone with the Lord, were His disciples. In other words, all of that will repeat itself in this end time in the Age of the Cornerstone.

That is why Reverend William Branham said on one occasion: “Now, look at the age coming now right up to the Headstone.” The Age of the Cornerstone. [Book of “Quotations,” page 32, paragraph 311].

And now, we are living in a Cornerstone Age, we are living in the time of the Year of Jubilee of the second part of Abraham’s life, the 100th year of Abraham’s life; and the 100th year was the second year of jubilee in Abraham’s life, in other words, the second cycle of jubilee in Abraham’s life.

Now we can see why he had to wait such a long time; but he did not despair, he waited patiently, knowing that the One who made the promise was powerful to fulfill what He had promised. And that is why later on He appeared to him before getting to the 100th year, at the 99th year, He appeared to him for the last time to give him the good news that the following year the promised son would be with him.

Good news for Abraham, an elderly man of 99 years of age; for which he had to be rejuvenated, changed; and Sara, at 89 years old, also had to be changed, because the time for her to bear children had passed. As an elderly woman of 89 years, who would expect her to have a child? Anyone would say: “She must be changed, she must become young again in order to expect to have a son.”

That is what happened to Sara and Abraham: they were changed, rejuvenated, with the coming of the Lord among them when He appeared there and He said to him: “Next year you will have… your child will come.” In other words, the Coming of the Lord to them on the day before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was also a great sign for the coming of the promised son.

And for those who will be changed in the end time, the Church formed by the believers in Christ, we find that they have the promise to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; for which they ascend to the Age of Cornerstone, they ascend to that Divine Cycle of the Year of Jubilee. Just as it happened to Abraham and Sara to have their child: they had their child on the year of jubilee, on the 50th year – the second 50th year of Abraham’s life, which is 100th year of Abraham’s life, which all of the believers in Christ of the Age of the Cornerstone are represented in.

Abraham had two Cornerstone ages, and he had the promised son in the second one. And the believers in Christ in this end time have the Age of the Cornerstone, the Age of the Year of Jubilee, to receive the promised blessings for the Year of Jubilee in the end time.

For which, let’s hold on tight to Christ, let’s be spiritually prepared; let’s prepare our soul, our spirit and our body, in order to be ready to receive our transformation soon; we don’t know what year it will be, but we know that it is soon; we know it is for the Age of the Year of Jubilee, the Age of the Cornerstone.

And from there, we can’t go to another age. That is where we will receive the faith, the revelation to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, that is when we will receive everything we need to be ready to be taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

And just as on the Day of Pentecost, in an Age of Cornerstone, there was a spiritual transformation in those who received the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit (and who in that Apostolic Age, were receiving great blessings and a spiritual transformation in which they obtained the new birth), in the Age of Cornerstone, in the Last Day, physical transformation that did not take place in the days of the apostles will be received, because there it was a spiritual transformation that would be carried out until the end time.

And now, we are waiting for the second portion. The first portion is the spiritual transformation, when the person receives the new birth; and the second one is the physical transformation, wherein the people will receive the new, eternal, immortal, incorruptible and glorified body, like the glorified body Jesus Christ our Savior has, a young and eternal body for all of eternity. That is what God has for me, and for whom else? For each one of you as well.

God is calling and gathering His elect in this end time. If there is someone who has not yet received Christ as their Savior, you may do so at this time; and we will be praying for you so that Christ may receive you in His Kingdom, forgive you and cleanse you with His Blood from all sin, baptizes you with Holy Spirit and Fire and brings forth the new birth in you. For which, you may come to the front and we will be praying for you.

Those in other nations may also come to the Feet of Christ to be included in the prayer we will make for those receiving Christ as their only and sufficient Savior.

Let’s wait a few minutes to give those who have not yet received Christ the opportunity to receive Him: so that they can receive Him, in order to receive God’s blessings corresponding to this end time.

Let’s stand to pray for the people who are receiving Christ as their Savior in different nations.

With our heads bowed and our eyes closed:

Heavenly Father who art in Heaven, I come to You with all these people who are receiving Christ as their only and sufficient Savior in different countries. I pray that You receive them and give them eternal life. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I pray to You, to whom be the honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, these people who have come to Your Feet, have believed in You and in Your Sacrifice on Calvary’s Cross.

Lord, they have heard the preaching of Your Gospel, Your faith was born in their hearts, they have believed wholeheartedly, and they have publicly testified that they have received You as Savior. I pray that you receive them in Your Kingdom.

Lord, they have believed in Your Name as the only name under Heaven given unto men whereby we must be saved. They have believed in Your death on Calvary’s Cross as the Sacrifice of Atonement for their sins.

Lord, I pray may You receive them in Your Kingdom and bring forth the new birth in them once they are baptized in water in Your Name, and bring forth the new birth in them. I pray to You in Your eternal and glorious Name, Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Those who have come to the Feet of Christ this evening, on this occasion, will ask: “When can you baptize me?”

The Scripture says: “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” (Mark, chapter 16, verse 15 to 16).

“When can you baptize me?”, that is the question of every person who has come to the Feet of Christ at this time.

You may be baptized; and may Christ baptize you with the Holy Spirit and Fire, and bring forth the new birth in you. And we will continue to see each other eternally in the Kingdom of Christ our Savior.

I leave Minister Jose Angel Flores with you to continue, and in each country I leave each corresponding minister, to inform those who have come to the Feet of Christ what they must do to be baptized.

May God bless you all; and continue having a joyful evening filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior.

May you all have a good evening.

And greetings to those in Puerto Rico, may God bless you there in Puerto Rico. May everyone there in Puerto Rico have a good evening.

I leave Reverend Jose Angel Flores, and in each country I leave each corresponding minister. May God bless you and keep you all.
