He That Shall Come Will Come, and Will Not Tarry

Good afternoon, friends and brethren present and those who are in other nations or other cities in the Republic of Colombia.

It is a great privilege for me to be with you on this occasion to share some moments of fellowship with you around the Word of God and His Program pertaining to this end time.

Now let’s go to the Scripture, in Hebrews chapter 10, verses 35 to 39. Saint Paul by the Word of God says:

Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

May God bless our souls with His Word, may He open the Scriptures to us and our understanding so that we understand. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Our subject is: “HE THAT SHALL COME WILL COME, AND WILL NOT TARRY.”

Today, Sunday Bible School day among Christianity, our subject for this occasion’s Bible study is: “HE THAT SHALL COME WILL COME, AND WILL NOT TARRY.”

And who is the One that has promised to come? The Lord Jesus Christ, the One who shall come in His Second Coming, who will come to and for His Church; He will come as it is promised, and He will not tarry. He said He would return.

Therefore, He will come to His Church, which is composed of all His born-again believers, to seek them and take them with Him to the greatest feast promised to take place in Heaven, which is the feast of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, according to Revelation chapter 19, verse 10; where it tells us the following… Chapter 19, verses 9 to 10, of Revelation, says:

And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb,” (what are they? Blessed). “And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

The bidden, like in the First Coming of Christ back then, refused the invitation, they did not accept it, and they lost the blessing. But now, at the Last Day, the bidden, which are the believers in Christ under the New Covenant, receive the invitation, accept it, and are clothed with the Wedding Garment: the Holy Spirit, and then with the glorified and eternal body, to go with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb that will, which place in the Heavenly Father’s House, that is, in the seventh dimension, God’s dimension.

That is where He will take us: to the House of the Heavenly Father.

We find in Revelation chapter 22, verse 12, the words of the Lord Jesus Christ, who tells us:

And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

Christ Himself tells us that He comes quickly.

And in Revelation chapter 22, verse 20, it says:

He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with all of us. Amen.

The different stages of Christianity have passed, where Christ in Holy Spirit has been calling and gathering His Sheep into God’s Fold, His Fold, His Church; and we have reached the end of time, where He calls and gathers His sheep of the end time, His elect, among whom there will be those who will not see death, but instead, will be alive in the Coming of the Lord; who comes with the saints that have departed, He comes with them to raise them in eternal, immortal, and glorified bodies, just like the glorified body that Jesus Christ has, who is as young as when He ascended to Heaven.

In the new body, the glorified body, the appearance is from eighteen to twenty-one years of age; such is the glorified body that Christ will give in the resurrection to all His believers who have departed, and He will change those who are alive; so that they come to be in His image and in His likeness. And thus, they will be spiritually redeemed and spiritually adopted, as well as physically when they receive the glorified body.

And therefore, they will be wearing Wedding Garments to go with Christ to Heaven to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, in other words, to the seventh dimension, the House of the Heavenly Father.

Therefore, the Coming of the Lord is the most important event that Christianity has been awaiting for about two thousand years, and they are still waiting for Him; and the fulfillment of His Coming will not tarry.

In Philippians, chapter 3, verse 20 to 21, it tells us the reason He will come:

For our conversation is in heaven…” [The Bible in Spanish reads: “For our citizenship is in Heaven…” —Translator]

Every person’s citizenship is in the nation, in the country in which they are born.

And why is our citizenship in Heaven, if we have been born here on Earth? It’s because we have dual citizenship: the earthly citizenship that we inherit by being born in a country, in the country of our birth (and that is as descendants of Adam and Eve), we have an earthly citizenship; but as descendants of God: through Christ we have received the new birth.

And since the new birth is from Heaven, our citizenship as born-again people, born of Heaven, is in Heaven; and our name, as heavenly citizens, has been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world.

And how can it be that our name has been in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life, since before we were born on this Earth and before we obtained the heavenly birth?

Aren’t there parents who name their sons or daughters ahead of time, before they are born? And once they are born, they already had the names of those children. How much more so God, who knows how many sons and daughters He would have, which would be born in the Kingdom of God, in the Kingdom of Eternal Life, to live with Christ for all eternity; who cry out to God: “Our Father which art in Heaven…”1

You cannot call someone “father” if you are not [his] child. The children of God are the ones who call God “Our Father,” because they have been born into the Kingdom of God.

Though God is the Father of Creation. All of Creation was made by God through Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, which is God’s heavenly body through which God manifested Himself and spoke all things into existence.

Now, let’s continue here:

For our conversation is in heaven,” (now we can know why our citizenship is in Heaven, our citizenship as sons and daughters of God who are born in the Kingdom of God), “from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

Who shall change our vile body,” (in other words, He will change these earthly bodies that we have), that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body

So that it may be a glorified body like the glorified body that Jesus Christ has, and young for all eternity. This also consoles the elderly and fills them with faith and hope, because they will be young again, but in an eternal, immortal body, and it will never grow old.

“… that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”

In other words, with the working or power that He has, He will change us; in other words, He has the power to do what He has promised.

And those who will receive that change have the faith to believe and receive that transformation; because “He that shall come will come, and will not tarry.”

Therefore, He says, or asks in the Gospel according to Saint Luke, Jesus Christ is speaking, and says: “And when the Son of man comes, shall He find faith on the Earth?” Saint Luke chapter 18, verse 8.

He will find faith in His elect, in the believers who will be in His mystical Body of believers, born again, with their faith set in Christ, waiting for what He promised: His Coming, to change us and take us with Him to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. That is the greatest event promised for Christianity under the New Covenant: His Coming.

And His Coming has a purpose: He comes for us, He comes to seek us; which is why He comes to change us, to give us the transformation of our bodies, so that we become like Him, so that we become physically immortal too.

We already have Eternal Life in our soul, but we still have death in our body; we have a period of time to live in these bodies, because they are temporary, mortal bodies, which is what Adam and Eve were able to leave us after losing Eternal Life; they lost physical Eternal Life, and what they were left with is temporary life.

They were not adopted yet, they still needed the adoption, in other words, the glorification, the transformation of the body; like Jesus, who spoke and said: “If any man thirst, let him come unto Me, and drink. And this spake He of the Spirit,” (meaning, of the Holy Spirit), “which they that would believe on Him should receive.”

[John 7:39] “(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)”

In other words, the glorification is the adoption, the redemption of the body. It is redeemed from temporary life to Eternal Life, from a mortal body to an immortal body, from a body with age to an eternal and young body that He has promised for me. And for who else? For each one of you too!

Therefore, we wait for the One who said He would return; because “He that shall come will come, and will not tarry.”

Therefore, let’s all be prepared, because the different stages of the Church have already passed, the seven stages or ages, where He sent each messenger, to call and gather the elect of each age through each messenger; and now we have come up…

Remember that we come up from one age to another, until we reach the seventh age, which is represented in the church of Laodicea, there in Asia Minor; and it represents the Church in the seventh stage, which pertains to North America; and from there, that age spreads to all nations.

After that age, we must go up higher, to the golden age or stage of the Church, which is the Age of the Cornerstone.

Therefore, Christ’s Coming to His Church will be for the Golden Age, the Age of the Cornerstone, simply because the fulfillment of the Second Coming, the resurrection of the dead in Christ, and the transformation of the living, and the literal rapture or catching away, to go with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, did not happen in the seven Church ages.

For that reason, in that golden stage of the Church, the Age of the Cornerstone, there will be a group that will not see death and will be waiting for the Coming of He that shall come and will not tarry.

The promise of the Coming of the Lord with His Angels is for our time, to call and gather, and thus, then change the believers who will be alive at this end time. The Divine Program for the Coming of Christ to His Church is as simple as that.

Since the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a spiritual Temple, then we have to see how it was in the temple or tabernacle that Moses built, when it was later dedicated to God:

God came and dwelt in that temple, in the most holy place, above the mercy seat, which is the cover of the ark of the covenant and which is made of gold, with two cherubims (one on each side). God dwelled there, between the two cherubims, in that Light or Pillar of Fire that shone in that place; and when Moses went in or Aaron went in, they would see that Pillar of Fire there, and they would hear God’s Voice from there.

Also there, inside the Ark of the Covenant, were the two tables of stone with the Ten Commandments, Aaron’s rod that budded was also there, as well as the manna that God commanded them to place inside there in a pot, which didn’t corrupt or spoil because it was in the Presence of God.

The same thing happened when Solomon built the temple there in Jerusalem and dedicated it to God: God came in that temple when Solomon dedicated it, and He entered and positioned Himself above the mercy seat, between the two cherubims of gold. And in addition, there were two cherubims of olive wood overlaid with gold, which were gigantic, which covered the mercy seat;2 being cherubims of olive wood, we have the two olive trees there of Zechariah chapter 4, verses 11 to 14, which are the Two Anointed Ones, the ministries of Moses and Elijah; which also appear in Revelation chapter 11, verse 1 to 14.

What we find in the temple Solomon built and in the temple Moses built, is a type and figure of the heavenly Temple; and therefore, it is also a type and figure of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is a spiritual Temple formed by living stones, by people. Just as Christ is the Living Stone, the Cornerstone, all His believers are living stones.

Christ [John the Baptist] spoke, saying: “God is able of these stones to raise up sons and daughters unto Abraham.”3 In other words, out of people of different classes and different conditions, God can raise up sons and daughters of Abraham, placing them as members of the mystical Body of Christ.

That is what First Peter tells us about in chapter 2, verses 4 to 10: “Ye, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual Temple.”

And now, everything that is in the heavenly Temple is reflected in the tabernacle Moses built, in the temple Solomon built, and in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is the temple that is in effect on Earth before the Presence of God.

From stage to stage that spiritual temple is being built: the seven stages of the Church pertain to the Holy Place and our time pertains to the Most Holy Place.

That is why in the stage that we are in, the ministries of Moses and Elijah will appear in the midst of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Rev. William Branham said: “As Peter and Paul brought the Gospel to the Gentiles, even so the Gentiles will take It right back to the Jews, and the rapture will come.” Page 36 of the Book An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages. And then in other places he says that it is… (and there he also says) that it is according to Revelation 11, which is the Two Olive Trees.4

In the most holy place of the temple Solomon built and the temple Moses built, that is where the Two Anointed Ones were; and especially in the one that King Solomon built, the Two Olive Trees were represented in the two giant cherubims of olive wood covered with gold; which indicates that the Divinity was in those cherubims, and which means that the Divinity will be under and upon the ministries of Moses and Elijah, the Two Anointed Ones.

In that stage of the Church is where the Message will go from Christianity to the Jews.

They have tried to turn the Hebrew people to Christ, and haven’t been able to; because the ones who have the responsibility and commission to deal with the Hebrew people under the relevant ministries are the ministries of the Two Olive Trees, which are typified in the ministries of Peter and Paul. As simple as that.

And until those ministries manifest themselves to Israel, until they go on to Israel, God will not deal with Israel. He has to continue dealing with His Church.

That is why Rev. William Branham says that what the Sixth Seal (is…) and the Seventh Trumpet are: is the Seventh Seal to the Church.5 In other words, what the Two Olive Trees, Moses and Elijah, are to the Hebrew people, that is the Seventh Seal to the Church of the Lord.

We won’t explain a lot about that to avoid impersonators; because that has to do with the Tent Vision, it has to do with the Seventh Seal, which is the Coming of the Lord; it has to do with the Third Pull, which will be manifested in a Great Tent Cathedral; and the Third Pull will be manifested in all its fullness, when what comes? The squeeze.

So, we have been warned that a squeeze is coming against the believers in Christ of the Last Day. But the squeeze comes from the enemy. A glorious blessing comes from God: the faith to be changed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

And therefore, the greatest blessing is that what has been promised for the Church: the Coming of He that shall come: will come, it will become a reality among the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; and we will be changed and taken with Him to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Therefore, steadfast in the faith, knowing that every day that passes we are a day closer to receiving the One who shall come. And we can count the time, whoever wants to count it, and start crossing it off their calendar and saying: “A day closer to the One who shall come, a day closer to the One who will come as He has promised.”

And every time they have a birthday, they can say: “A year closer to the One who shall come.” Always thinking positively: one day or one year closer to our transformation.

Continue having a joyful afternoon filled with the blessings of Christ, our Savior. And may God continue to bless you all. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

HE THAT SHALL COME WILL COME, AND WILL NOT TARRY.”
