Good evening, beloved brethren and friends present, and those in different countries, ministers and their congregations; and also, Missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin there in Barcelona, Venezuela, in the congregation of which Reverend Barolleta is the pastor, the congregation… the Church or congregation “Una Obra de Fe.”
There in the congregation “Una Obra de Fe,” is where Reverend Dr. Miguel Bermudez Marin is at on this occasion. Receive my wholeheartedly greetings, from my behalf and of this congregation here in Puerto Rico; and also, greetings to Reverend Jesus Barolleta and the congregation.
For this occasion, let us read in Matthew 21, verse 1 and on, and in Matthew 23, verse 39, since the day after tomorrow or next Sunday, Easter begins, which is commemorated by Christianity in all countries. Let us read, and it says the following:
“And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples,
Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.
And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.
All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,
Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.
And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,
And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.
And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.
And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.”
And in chapter 23, verse 39, says:
“For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.”
May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand It.
Our subject for this introduction we will be making, the introduction of the subject of next Sunday’s Bible school, is: “ISRAEL, BEHOLD, THY KING COMETH UNTO THEE.”
That Scripture was fulfilled in the First Coming, in which He came upon a colt, the foal of a donkey, and fulfilled that prophecy. And of those who saw the fulfillment of that prophecy, some believed and others did not believe; which shows that when God fulfills prophecies, what He has promised, some will believe and others will not believe.
The most important thing, the Divine Program, the most important part is the First Coming of the Lord and the Second Coming of the Lord.
There were many prophecies for the First Coming, and the Lord Himself was identifying Himself as the promised Messiah throughout those three and a half years of ministry He had, which were the first part of the seventieth week, the first half; and three and a half years are left for the Hebrew people, in which the Messiah the Prince will reveal Himself to them.
Therefore, Israel has a great promise: the Coming of the Messiah revealing Himself just as Joseph revealed himself to the Jews in Egypt. And that is very close to being fulfilled in our time in which we have been granted to live.
The Jews are waiting for the Coming of the Messiah in this very year in which we are living; because for them it is the year 5777, which began last year in the Feast of the New Year for them. That Feast of the New Year is the Feast of Trumpets, which has great blessings for the Hebrew people.
It is in that Feast of Trumpets where He will reveal Himself to Israel; this is because, since the Day of Pentecost until now, we have been living in the Feast of Pentecost, which began about two thousand years ago, in which the Gospel of Christ is preached, the First Coming of Christ and His Work of Redemption at Calvary’s Cross; and the call is made to salvation and eternal life, to receive Christ as only and sufficient Savior, and thus be born in the Mystical Body of Christ, which is His Church, that is the spiritual Israel, which are from the Order of Melchizedek: they are kings, priests and judges; because “the saints will judge the world.1”
The saints come with the Lord, those who have died come in the resurrection; and those who are alive will be changed, all those who are in the Mystical Body of Christ, which are those who have been born again in the time in which they were granted to live.
Then comes the Feast of Trumpets (of Leviticus, chapter 23, verses 24); that Feast is for the Jews, to call the Jews, for God to start dealing with the Jews in His Program in the Feast of Trumpets. Then, the Feast of Atonement will follow (of Leviticus, chapter 23, verses 26 to 29); and they will see the atonement and receive the reconciliation with God.
Then comes the Feast of Booths, which is the Millennial Kingdom of Christ upon the Earth with the Jews, and ruling upon all nations with the Jews.
That is when Israel receives the great blessing, in those three feasts: the Feast of Trumpets, the Feast of Atonement and the Feast of Tabernacles or Feast of Booths.
All of that is to be fulfilled with the Hebrew people; because the Bride-Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will have been already changed, and will be with the King inheriting everything God gives the Messiah the Prince; and consequently, the Bride-Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be in the Millennial Kingdom with the Messiah the Prince, living in glorified bodies from the Order of Melchizedek.
The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ belongs to that Order and Melchizedek, the Messiah the Prince, belongs to that Order; the Messiah the Prince is also a descendant of king David, and consequently, a descendant of the tribe of Judah.
All these things will be clarified in this end time; and the Jews of this end time will be welcomed in the Kingdom of God. But there is a great blessing for the believers in Christ who make up the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in this time in which we are allotted to live in.
Just as the Scripture says that the Lord would come on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey, now Christ says: “For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.” Now, this prophecy will be fulfilled in the Second Coming of Christ, in the Coming of the Lord in which He comes on a white horse in Revelation, chapter 19.
Just as He came to Israel on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey, now we have the promise that He will come on a powerful, white horse as the King of kings and Lord of lords, and Judge of all the Earth.
A white horse represents a power. He comes in the end time riding upon the divine power in all His fullness, He comes with the elect of the Last Day. And when the resurrection takes place, they will join that group, the group that will resurrect in glorified bodies to be here for a period of 30 to 40 days, already changed; to then go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb with the Lord, where the Messiah and also the Bride-Church of the Lord, will be invested to rule upon the Earth from Jerusalem, on the Throne of David.
Therefore, let us be prepared because what took place then, Christ entering into Jerusalem on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey, and everyone crying out “Hosanna to He who comes in the Name of the Lord,” and saying: “Behold, thy King,” the Scripture saying: “Behold, thy King cometh,” this will be repeated in the midst of Christianity, when the Lord comes riding upon the power of the Word, in other words, typified in a white horse coming to His Church in this end time.
Reverend William Branham spoke of this in the book of “Quotations,” page 134; and it says… This is an excerpt of the message: “What is the Attraction on the Mountain?” And now, what is the attraction on Mount Zion, which typifies the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ? It says on page 134, paragraph 1383:
1383 – “Oh, there will be a true former and latter rain in the last days upon that little group that come with Him on this little donkey, low and humble, no don-… or denomination, crying, ‘Hosanna to the King that comes in the Name of the Lord!’ What’s the matter today? What’s the attraction on the mount?”
Now, notice how he says that there will be a repetition of the prophecy of the Lord’s entrance into Jerusalem.
The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is the spiritual Zion and the heavenly Jerusalem as well.
And now, on page 144 of this book of “Quotations,” an excerpt or paragraph 1485, says:
1485 – “Now, there’s… I was… getting pretty old, and I thought, ‘Will I… Will there be another revival, I’ll see another time?’ And just remember, from the west will come a white horse rider. We’ll ride this trail again. That’s right. Soon as… we’re about ready. It’s a promise, you see.”
And now, here is the promise that from the West, in other words, from the West… and on Earth, the West corresponds to the American continent and the Middle East, or the East, corresponds to Israel.
And now, just as the promise of the First Coming of Christ, the Messiah, was for the East, now the Second Coming is promised for the West, He comes upon a white horse in Revelation, chapter 19, as Reverend William Branham shows us here; and brings us a spiritual revival, a spiritual awakening. All of that is parallel to what took place in the First Coming of the Lord.
It is so parallel that the Church even has the forerunner under the New Covenant, just as Israel had a forerunner in the First Coming of Christ; which was John the Baptist. And the heavenly Israel, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, has a forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, which is Reverend William Branham.
Therefore, just as the First Coming of the Lord was according to the way John preached it, announced it, how he introduced Him to the people, and said2: “Here is the One of whom I spoke when I said that One mightier than I would come after me”; John with his Message introduced the Messiah the Prince in His First Coming; and Reverend William Branham with his Message introduces the Second Coming of Christ, coming to His Church in the end time, in the stage that corresponds to the West, in other words, to the American continent, which consists of North America, Central America and Latin America. It is as simple as that.
Therefore, in the Last Day many will ask, as they asked in that time: “Who is this?” “Who is this?” in the First Coming and “Who is this?” in the Second Coming of the Lord.
Everything will be simple, just as it was simple in the days of John the Baptist and Jesus of Nazareth.
The Scripture, the Bible and the Message of Reverend William Branham will be introducing the Coming of the Lord in the Last Day; and with His Message, we will hear the words: “Behold, thy King. Behold, thy King cometh unto thee,” for they are awaiting the Coming of the Lord. And the Coming of the Lord must be fulfilled in this end time.
And the Message from behalf of God for the people of God is: “Behold, thy King cometh unto thee.” In other words, the people are called to expect Him to be in the midst the people and to welcome Him, for He said: “For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.”
See? It is parallel in everything. Just as the First Coming had a forerunner, the Second Coming has a forerunner; and if the First and Second Comings have forerunners, then there must also be a person being forerun because we cannot have something forerun without the fulfillment of what was announced for the people of God of the Covenant in effect of this end time.
The Message of the forerunner will introduce the Coming of the Lord: the introduction to the Coming of the Lord is contained in what He spoke. Therefore, it will be as it was two thousand years ago: “Behold, thy King cometh unto thee.”
He is coming to the people of the Covenant, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, just as He came to the Covenant of the Law two thousand years ago, which was the Covenant that was in effect in those days; and He came after John the Baptist, after the forerunner; therefore, He was the messenger that corresponded to the Age of the Cornerstone.
That is also how it will be in this end time: it will be in the Age of the Cornerstone, where the Coming of the Lord to His Church will be fulfilled. That is why it is the most important stage of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
“ISRAEL, BEHOLD, THY KING COMETH UNTO THEE.”
Church of the Lord Jesus Christ under the New Covenant: Behold, thy King cometh unto thee in this end time!
It has been a great blessing and privilege to be with you on this occasion, giving you testimony of the Word of God for our time.
The day after tomorrow or next Sunday, I will be with you again for the Bible school, for which the subject of our Bible study will be: “ISRAEL, BEHOLD, THY KING COMETH UNTO THEE.”
May God bless you and keep all those who are present, and those who are gathered in other countries.
If there is someone in one of the different countries who has not received Christ, you may do so at this time; and also, if there is anyone here who has not received Christ, you may do so, and we will be praying for you.
For which, you may come to the front if you are here, or if you are in another country you may also come to the front to be included in the prayer we will be making for you; for which, you may come to the front.
You may stand up while people here and in other countries come to the front and receive Christ. And now let us pray for the people who are coming to the Feet of Christ in different countries.
With our eyes closed and our heads bowed:
Our Father who art in Heaven, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ I come to You with all these people who are receiving Christ as their only and sufficient Savior. Receive them in Your Kingdom. I pray to you in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Now, repeat this prayer after me, which I will be making for those who are receiving Christ as their only and sufficient Savior:
Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You believing in Your Gospel, and I receive You as my only and sufficient Savior.
I believe in Your Name as the only name given among men whereby we must be saved. I believe there is no other Savior, there is no other way of salvation for the human being.
I give public testimony of my faith in You and of Your faith in me. I believe in Your Sacrifice on Calvary’s Cross as the Sacrifice of Atonement for our sins; and I acknowledge that I am a sinner and that I need a Savior.
I come to You giving testimony and receiving You as my only and sufficient Savior. I pray that You forgive my sins and that with Your Blood cleanse me from all sin; and baptize me with the Holy Spirit and Fire after I am baptized in water in Your Name, and may bring forth the new birth in me.
I want to be born in Your Kingdom, I want to live eternally.
Lord, I receive You with all my heart. Make a reality in me the salvation You won for me at Calvary’s Cross. I pray to You in Your Eternal and glorious Name, Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.
Now, those in different countries who have come to the Feet of Christ at this time will ask: “When can you baptize me?”
The water baptism does not take away sin, it is the Blood of Christ what cleanses us from all sin; but the baptism in water is a commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ, that is why He said3: “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
Therefore, being a commandment of Christ, we can see that Jesus Christ Himself was baptized by John the Baptist; who, upon seeing Jesus enter the baptismal waters of the Jordan River to be baptized (where John preached and baptized), John said: “I have need to be baptized of You, and You come to me so that I may baptize You?” And he did not want to baptize Him. Jesus said to him: “It becometh us to fulfill all righteousness,” then he baptized Him. And when He rose from the baptismal waters, the Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus4.
Notice, it is important for every believer to be baptized, so that the Holy Spirit may come upon the person and bring forth the new birth in them.
Therefore, you may be baptized; and may Christ baptize you with Holy Spirit and Fire, and bring forth the new birth in you. And we will continue to see each other eternally in the Kingdom of God when it is on Earth; and before that, we are spiritually in the Kingdom of God.
Then we will be in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, in the House of our heavenly Father; and then we will return to Earth for the start of the Millennium Kingdom of the Messiah the Prince. The capital of which will be in Israel, it will be Jerusalem.
Therefore, all the born-again believers will be in the entire Divine Program; and the King coming at the Last Day will be there to carry out the Work relevant to the end time, which will be carried out by the Messiah the Prince, who will come in the power of God, typified as coming on a white horse with an Army dressed in white on white horses.
It has been a great privilege for me to be with you on this occasion in the introduction of the subject: “ISRAEL, BEHOLD, THY KING COMETH UNTO THEE.”
Next Sunday, we will be seeing this subject in more detail, we hope that in His Coming we will be able to see Him and say: “Behold, He is coming to us,” and see Him in His Coming.
May God bless you and keep you.
I leave the minister in each country to inform you what you must do to be baptized in water the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and here, I leave Reverend Jose Benjamin Perez to continue.
May God bless you and keep you; may you all have a wonderful evening.
May God bless you and keep you all.
“ISRAEL, BEHOLD, THY KING COMETH UNTO THEE.”
