Good morning, beloved friends and brethren present, and those who are connected through the Amazonas satellite or through the internet in different places on planet Earth; and also minister friends, partners in the ministry in the Mystical Body of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We are living in a very important time, where a fellowship is taking place between Jews and Christians, which had not been seen in other times. It’s because this is the time to understand that they are one people, Jews and Christians, a people of God; and that what are called the lost tribes of Israel, the majority, are among Christianity; and that the Hebrew people and Christianity are waiting for the restoration of the Kingdom of Israel.
And thinking about the restoration of the Kingdom of Israel entails understanding that the northern tribes (of the northern kingdom, which are ten, and which belong to the kingdom of Ephraim, also called the Kingdom of Israel) and the southern tribes (Judah and Benjamin, which belong to the southern kingdom) must be joined together.
And those two kingdoms in the time of David and Solomon were one kingdom, but because of Solomon’s idolatry the kingdom was torn in the days of Solomon’s son.1
And from that point on Israel has not had the Kingdom of David, it has only had or did have the southern kingdom with a son of David as king on different occasions; but the large group, which belongs to the ten tribes, that group was separated as the northern kingdom, called Israel.
Because the name Israel, notice, the northern kingdom bears it, and it applies to the southern kingdom when it is united with the northern kingdom; when it is separate, then it —the southern kingdom— is called the kingdom of Judah, and the northern kingdom is called the kingdom of Israel.
Now, we know that the Kingdom of David will be restored, which will be the restoration of the Kingdom of God on Earth; because the Kingdom of David is none other than the earthly Kingdom of God, and the Throne of David is none other than the earthly Throne of God in the midst of the Hebrew people.
That is why, for Christianity the words of the Angel Gabriel to the virgin Mary were: that the child that she would have would be called the Son of God, “and God will give Him the throne of His father David; and He shall reign over the House of Israel forever, and of His Kingdom there shall be no end.” That is in Saint Luke chapter 1, verse 30 and on. It says:
“And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.”
Here we have the promise of the restoration of the Kingdom of David with the Prince Messiah, who is the heir to the Throne of David and, therefore, to the Kingdom of David.
And now, the Prince Messiah is promised to come and restore the Kingdom of David, because He is the Son of David.
And we ask ourselves: in which time will the Son of David come? In which time will the Son of Man come? Let’s see in Saint Mark chapter 13; it tells us, verse 24 and on, 24 to 37, says:
“But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.
And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
Now learn a parable of the fig tree…”
Remember that the fig tree represents Israel.
“Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:
So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.” (And what is near? The Kingdom of God; you’ll find this in Saint Luke chapter 21.)
“Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.”
This generation: of the fig tree budding, of the Hebrew people establishing themselves as a free and sovereign nation, will not pass. They have tried to wipe Israel off the geographical map, but that is impossible; because here, the most important Rabbi of the Hebrew people, who is Jesus, has said it; a Rabbi who is also a prophet.
Remember that different rabbis have different lines of teaching, and the one of Jesus is the most important. All rabbis teach the Old Covenant; and Rabbi Jesus, that Chief Rabbi, teaches not only the Old Covenant, but the New Covenant as well.
And the promise for the kingdom of Judah and the kingdom of Israel, the promise of the New Covenant, is a promise of a New Covenant for Judah and for Israel.
And now, the only rabbi who has taught the New Covenant is Jesus; the other rabbis still teach the Old Covenant, but they have not been able to speak about the New Covenant, because under the New Covenant there is a Sacrifice of Atonement for the sin of every person written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life. The New Covenant is for all the seed of Abraham.
And now, Israel is already a free and sovereign nation, and it will stay that way. And all these things will be fulfilled at this time, in which Israel is already a free and sovereign nation; and those are none other than the dry bones that have bloomed; the fig tree has bloomed. The dry bones have come together, and there is an army, which is the house of Israel; there is a great army.2
And now, also seeing, looking at the ten tribes, there is also a great Army, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And now, what is it that the Hebrew people, which is already a free and sovereign nation, is missing? For the Spirit of God to enter into that army, into that people; in other words, for the Spirit of God to return, which went from Israel to the Gentiles to seek the lost sheep of Israel, those lost tribes, the majority of which belong to Christianity.
And in Ezekiel 37, verse 1 and on, it says that when that Army, that people, was already standing ––the bones, each one came together with its bones, and nerves, sinews, flesh, and skin–– it was missing the breath or spirit; and the body without the spirit is dead. Israel still doesn’t have Life, the Life of God.
The Spirit of God must return to Israel; and It will return manifested under the ministry of Elijah, whom Israel is waiting for, and who will come with a Message of peace and restoration for Israel.
He will come proclaiming everlasting peace for Israel, which is only in the Kingdom of David when it is restored; where the Prince of Peace, who is the Prince Messiah, will establish that Kingdom, and bring peace for Israel and for all the nations (speaking of everlasting peace).
Temporary peace can be obtained for a period of time and then it is lost; and then, through treaties it is obtained again; but that is temporary peace. And ultimately, they will obtain temporary peace, but when they say: “peace and safety,” then sudden destruction will come; that is in [First] Thessalonians chapter 5, verses 1 to 10.
Now, let’s continue reading here, because this passage is very important, for it talks to us about the Coming of the Lord. It says:
[Mark 13:30] “Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.”
In other words, this generation of Jews who have established themselves as a free and sovereign nation, will not pass. Even if they want to wipe it off the geographical map, they will not do it, because God is the One who has established them there. The best thing to do is unite with the Hebrew people, because that is where the blessing lies for all people, for all nations.
We must always do what intelligent people commonly do: when they see a person who prospers, well, we join that person so that we prosper too.
Now, let’s continue reading here:
“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away,” (meaning, they will be fulfilled).
“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.”
Of this hour of the Coming of the Son of Man, Christ said that no man knew; but now notice:
“Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants…”
That is what the Lord did: He gave authority to His disciples who were present in those days: “All power is given unto Me in Heaven and on Earth. Go therefore…”3 and He commanded them to go into all the world, into all nations, and preach the Gospel; to evangelize, to teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and the Son and Holy Spirit, who is the Lord Jesus Christ.
That is why the disciples baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, because that is the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. And I can’t have anything against the apostles; they, filled with the Holy Spirit, were doing it that way, because that is the Name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
If I say that they were baptizing incorrectly, I become an enemy of the apostles and of their teachings, which were inspired by the Holy Spirit, in other words, the Holy Spirit speaking through them. Therefore, we do as they did, and all will be well.
And now, let’s continue reading here:
“For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.”
Throughout the different stages of the Church we have seen that Christ left that authority to His Church, represented in different ministers who would appear throughout the history of the Church.
The Holy Spirit, which is Christ in Holy Spirit, has been in the midst of His Church —there we have the Father of the Household in the midst of His Church— and He has been using different people. He said: “I will be with you always, even unto the end of the world;”4 therefore, He has been in the midst of His Church, of Christianity, the whole time.
But His glorified physical body: that body is above, on the Throne of God, as High Priest after the Order of Melchizedek, making intercession for every person who receives Him as Savior.
“Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh…”
“When Jesus Christ will come,” who is the Master or Lord of His House, of His Church, of His spiritual Temple.
Now notice, here it says:
“Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning.”
Here it talks to us about different watches:
At even: the watch – that is the first watch, which is (let’s see) from 6:00 to 9:00 at night. That is the watch according to the Roman watches.
But Jewish watches are: the first one is from 6:00 to 10:00 at night. In other words, Jewish watches have 4 hours each, and Roman watches have 3 hours each.
And now, He says that no one knows if it will be in the evening, meaning, from 6:00 to 9:00 at night.
When He speaks to us here about stages or watches, prophetically applied, those are the stages that the Church would go through.
The world is in darkness, because this world is under the kingdom of darkness; and therefore, the world has been living in nighttime, in darkness.
And now, the Church entered that stage. From the Day of Pentecost and on, the Church entered the first watch:
• from 6:00 to 9:00 at night, according to the Roman watches;
• or from 6:00 to 10:00 at night, according to the Jewish or Hebrew watches.
Then, notice, He says: “…for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even…” (that is, if it’s in the first watch).
The apostles and all the people of those past times were waiting for the Coming of the Lord, why? Because He didn’t tell them if it would be in the first watch or in the second watch, or in the third watch (which is the watch of the rooster crowing) or in the morning, which pertains to the watch from 3:00 to 6:00 in the morning, which is the only watch that ends at dawn, it ends by bringing a new day of light for human beings.
Now, He says: “At even, or at midnight.” The midnight watch is the second watch:
• In the Jewish watches that is from 10:00 to 2:00 in the morning,
• but in the Roman watches it is different, in the Roman watches it is from 9:00 to 12:00 midnight.
“Or at the cockcrowing.” The watch of the rooster crowing is the third watch, and it is:
• from 12:00 to 3:00 in the morning; and those who have been there at those times, have heard when the rooster crows.
Do you remember when Christ said to Peter5: “The rooster shall not crow three times, before you deny Me”?
Now, Christ doesn’t want… He still didn’t know when it would be either, until He was resurrected glorified. That is why He said that no one knew when the day and the hour would be, neither the angels nor even the Son.
“Or in the morning.” In the morning; the morning watch is from:
• 3:00 to 6:00 in the morning, which is the fourth watch; in which Christ appeared to His disciples on one occasion walking on the waters, when they were in grave danger, under a storm; their ship was about to sink under that storm; evil spirits had provoked that storm to destroy the disciples of the Lord.
Which typifies, also, that evil spiritual hosts have tried to destroy the believers in Christ throughout the different times.
And in the fourth watch, which is the last of the watches, the wicked one will also try to destroy the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. But in the fourth watch He appears walking on the waters; and they thought He was a ghost.6
Remember that, Christ speaking of the Coming of the Son of Man, He tells that it will be as a thief in the night.7 Also in Revelation, chapter 3 and also in chapter 22, verse 12, it tells us that it will be as a thief in the night.
Let’s see here… let’s take a look at it… In Revelation it speaks to us about the Coming of the Lord. Let’s look for that passage because it’s very important (if someone has it ready… around… [Brother: 1 Thessalonians 5] And in Revelation? In Revelation too… Which one? [Brother: 22:12] Yes, I had mentioned 22:12) [Bro. Miguel: 16:15]. Let’s search for it here; 16:15 says:
“Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.”
And in Revelation 22:12 it says:
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.”
And now, the Coming of the Lord is very important to Christianity and to Judaism as well, for they are all waiting for His Coming so that He may establish His Kingdom, which will be the restoration of the Kingdom of David; and that will be the Coming of the Kingdom of God on Earth, which Christ spoke so much about.
And now, everyone desires the Coming of the Kingdom of God so that permanent, everlasting peace is established for all of mankind.
Since the Throne of the Messiah will be in Jerusalem ––which is the Throne of David–– Jerusalem will be the capital of that Kingdom, of that Empire; and peace will go forth from Jerusalem to all Israel, to all the Middle East, and to all mankind.
We can’t speak of permanent peace without speaking about Jerusalem, the City of Peace. We can’t speak of peace for the Middle East without speaking about Jerusalem, because the promise is that God will give peace in Jerusalem, and from there it will go forth like a river to all Israel and to all the nations.8 Therefore, the secret to peace and for peace for Israel, for the Middle East, and for all mankind, is in Jerusalem.
And now, that is why the Messiah comes at this end time, that is why He is promised for the end time.
The early believers expected the Coming of the Lord in those days, but it didn’t happen in those days, when it was nighttime, the time of the first watch. Then, those of the second watch (another stage of the Church) expected Him, but He didn’t come either.
There are people who think, and sometimes they think out loud, and say: “It has already been about two thousand years since they are saying that Christ is coming and He hasn’t come.” Why? He said: “You don’t know if it will be in the first watch, or the second, or the third, or in the morning (in other words, the morning watch, which is from 3:00 to 6:00 in the morning). And since you don’t know, well, you have to be waiting for the Coming of the Lord at – the whole time, all night. Watch, for you know not what hour your Lord will come.”
In other words, while the world is living in a stage of darkness, in a night stage, the believers in Christ have to be awake waiting for the Coming of the Lord.
That is shown more clearly by Jesus Christ Himself in Saint Matthew, chapter 24 and chapter 25. In [chapter] 24, in verse 42 and on, He says:
“Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.”
And in chapter 25 of Saint Matthew, verse 1 and on, it says, in this parable of the ten virgins, it says:
“Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil (for) them…”
Remember that the oil represents the Holy Spirit. It’s not just saying that one has received Christ, it’s also receiving His Spirit, and thus having the new birth.
“…But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.”
And now, we have a cry at midnight here. In order to understand it, we have to connect this passage to the different watches, so that we have a clear picture and we don’t miss the meaning of this beautiful parable.
According to the Jewish watches, midnight pertains to the third watch, and it’s from 2:00 to 6:00 in the morning.
And now, at midnight there was a cry made: “Behold, the Bridegroom comes,” in other words, a Message from God. That pertains to the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, announcing that the Coming of the Lord is very close.
“And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
And the foolish said unto the wise, (you) Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.”
And now, here we have the promise of the Coming of the Lord.
“Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.”
Here we have the warning from the Lord: to be waiting for the Coming of the Lord in all the stages of the Church.
And now, the first watch, the second watch, the third watch, have all passed, and we are already in the fourth watch.
So, in the fourth watch is the time for the Coming of the Lord. The people who live at this time are living in the fourth watch, which is the watch that is crowned with the morning, with a new dawn.
The Roman fourth watch is from 3:00 to 6:00 in the morning. And therefore, it is the most important time, for in that watch is when the Day Star appears. And Christ said: “I am the Bright and Morning Star;” Revelation 22, verse 16. And also Revelation chapter 2, verse 28, says: “To him that overcomes will I give the Morning Star.”
And Christ is the Morning Star. Christ in Holy Spirit, the Pillar of Fire, is the Bright and Morning Star.
In other words, He will give the Overcomer the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit will be manifested in him in all His fullness; and through him, God will guide His people. Through the Holy Spirit manifested at the end time, He will guide His Church in Its final stretch.
Christ is also the Sun of Righteousness. The Jews will see the Sun. The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will see the Bright and Morning Star, and later on, after that, they will see the Sun, which is Christ. In other words, what the Hebrew people will see, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ sees it first.
Regarding Israel, in Malachi chapter 4, verse 2, it says:
“But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings.”
And all of that, notice, pertains to the fourth watch, which will be crowned with the Morning Star and the rising of the Sun of Righteousness unto Israel, which is the Coming of the Messiah to Israel.
“THE FOURTH WATCH.”
We can’t speak about the Coming of the Lord and the midnight cry without speaking about the different watches; and especially about the fourth watch, in which all of these things must be fulfilled.
It was in the fourth watch that the bridegroom came; in the third watch came the announcement, but in the fourth watch came the bridegroom, and those that were ready went in with him to the marriage, and the door was shut.
Christ is the Door; and therefore, once the Door is closed, the Divine cycle of redemption is closed. After that there will no longer be Blood of Atonement in Heaven, in the heavenly Temple, on the heavenly Mercy Seat, and therefore, there will no longer be time for salvation for mankind.
From that point on come the plagues that are mentioned in the Scriptures, which are relevant to the Great Tribulation, of which He says: “They shall be cast out into outer darkness, where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”9
And now, we are in the fourth watch, and it is very, very far along.
Since the Roman fourth watch is three hours long, we can say that we are already in the last hour of the fourth watch; in the hour in which all of these promised things must become a reality among Christianity and then among Judaism; what is relevant to the Jews must become a reality, and what is relevant to Christianity must become a reality.
That is why at this end time we will be seeing an approach between Christianity and Judaism; and that is very healthy for both of them, because they are both God’s people; and the majority of the lost tribes are found in Christianity.
And for the establishment or restoration of the Kingdom of David, it is necessary for the northern tribes, the ten lost tribes, to return, to be restored, and for the two southern tribes, the majority of which are already in Israel, to unite, to be united; and this way, the twelve tribes will be present for the restoration of the Kingdom of David, and that peace will come to Israel and to all the nations.
We are in the fourth watch and we are well under way, already in the last hour of the fourth watch.
Let’s be attentive to the Biblical prophecies relevant to this end time and to their fulfillment. Let’s be awake so that we don’t overlook these prophecies and their fulfillment at this end time.
Israel is in its land. The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is in the final stage of restoration, to be a Church as it was in the time of the apostles. That is why, at this end time, everything that was in the Church in the beginning will be found in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; and God will manifest Himself in His Church in all His fullness at this end time, to bring the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ the faith of transformation and rapture or catching away.
There shouldn’t be – there shouldn’t be discord between Christianity and Judaism, but instead friendship and love. They should understand that they won’t be able to obtain the restoration of the Kingdom of David without each other. They both need each other, because Judaism has the southern tribes and some people or many people of the northern kingdom as well, but not as a tribe; and Christianity has the majority of the lost tribes, of the ten tribes of the northern kingdom.
So, they are brother peoples who should be very united at this end time, waiting for the restoration of the Kingdom of David; for both peoples believe in the restoration of the Kingdom of David and are waiting for it; and both peoples believe that the Prince Messiah will be the One who will sit on the Throne of David.
Therefore, this is a time for the union of the northern tribes with the southern tribes, and therefore, of the Jews and Judaism with Christianity —as simple as that— so that peace comes to Israel, to the Middle East, and to all mankind.
We are in the fourth watch.
You can see that we can’t speak of the Coming of the Lord or the restoration of the Kingdom without speaking about the different watches, about these four watches, and especially the fourth watch.
In this fourth watch, for Christianity, God calls and gathers the last chosen ones of His Church; and then He will call and gather the chosen ones of the Hebrew people: 12,000 of each tribe, which are the chosen ones; and He will also bring blessings for the rest of the Jews, but the elect are 144,000, 12,000 of each tribe.
In other words, from the southern tribes there are 24,000, (12,000 of each), but from the northern tribes there are, how many? 120,000; in other words, the bigger group is in the northern tribes, and they are within Christianity (the majority of them). Others haven’t even come into Christianity yet, but they are called at this end time.
May God bless you and keep you all.
