Good afternoon, beloved friends and brethren present and those in different nations: Missionary Dr. Miguel Bermudez Marin there in Cali, Ivan Sarmiento, Reverend Mauricio Vivas and all the ministers gathered there; and also the congregation in Cali, Colombia, and all of the Republic of Colombia, all the congregations and ministers; and all of Latin America, the Caribbean, North America and other countries.
May the blessings of Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, be upon all of you and upon me as well, and on this occasion, may He open the Scriptures to us and our understanding in order to comprehend all the Divine Program relevant to this end time. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
For this occasion, we have a short documentary of the construction of The Great Tent Cathedral in Puerto Rico which we will screen; and then I will continue with you here for the Bible School, for this Sunday morning’s Bible study, which will continue until this afternoon, titled: “THE HARVESTING TIME” or “THE TIME OF HARVEST.”
I leave this short documentary of the construction and then I will be back with you all.
[Projection of video-documentary]
We have seen how advanced the construction of The Great Tent Cathedral is, and we hope that soon the work is completed, and that soon we will be gathering there to dedicate it to the God of Israel, the God Creator of the Heavens and Earth.
For this occasion, let us read in John, chapter 4, verses 34 to 38, which says:
“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.
And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.
I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.”
May God bless our souls with His Word, allow us to understand It, may He open the Scriptures to us and our understanding to comprehend. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Our subject for today’s Bible study, for our Bible School is: “THE HARVESTING TIME.”
From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible speaks to us about agriculture and shows us the types and figures of the Divine Program reflected in agriculture.
For example, we have the case of the fig tree, which represents the Hebrew people; and we also have the case of the vine, which represents Christ. John, chapter 15, He says: “I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Ye are the branches (in other words, the branches of a tree or of a grape vine).”
And the wheat and tares represent: the wheat represents the children of the Kingdom, the children of God and the tares represent the children of the wicked one; Christ Himself says in Matthew, chapter 13… Chapter 13, verses 24 and on, says:
“Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”
Here it speaks about the wheat representing the children of God, the children of the Kingdom, who would make up the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; and it presents the tares as the children of the world, the children of the wicked one, who will be burned in the Last Day, in the end time.
And now, the explanation of the parable is also in chapter 13, verses 36 and on, where it says (of Matthew):
“Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth
Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.”
We have seen here that there are wheat and tares. It says that the field is the world, the wheat are the children of the Kingdom, the children of God, and the tares are the children of the world, the children of the wicked one, who have also been sown in this world, on this planet Earth.
And here, Christ identifies God as the Father of the wheat, and identifies the devil as the father of the tares. And in the field (in this world) there are believers in the God of Abraham, of Isaac and of Jacob, who make up the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, and there are also people who do not believe, who cannot believe and who are not interested in the salvation and eternal life.
There are wheat and tares in the world, in the field; and the wheat will be gathered in the end time, at the time of harvest, of the reaping, to be placed in God’s Storehouse, in the Kingdom of God; and the tares will be gathered and burned with fire. That will be atomic fire, volcanic fire.
All kinds of fire will be burning the tares, the children of the wicked one in the end time; that is why there are so many things, so many instruments of war; and the most powerful one are the nuclear bombs, which burns people; destroys everything in its path when a nuclear bomb is launched.
Atomic fire is what will come. Malachi, chapter 4, verse 1 and on, says: “Behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven.” Let us…
“For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch (that is what will happen to the tares).
But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.”
That is what will happen to the wheat, to the children of God: the Sun of Righteousness will appear, will arise. The rising Sun is the Second Coming of Christ to His people, and it is for the blessing of the people of God.
“And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord (in other words, we have the promise of the coming of Elijah for this end time as well).”
The ministry of Elijah has had four manifestations, and it will have a fifth manifestation. The first one in Elijah the Tishbite, the second in Elisha (who was the second Elijah), the third in John the Baptist (who was the third Elijah), the fourth in Reverend William Branham (who was the fourth Elijah) and a fifth manifestation is promised as one of the Two Olive Trees of Zechariah, chapter 4, verses 11 to 14; and Revelation, chapter 11, verses 3 to 14.
In other words, there is a great promise that the ministry of Elijah will be on this Earth for a fifth occasion; because he is one of the messengers, one of the Angels of the Son of Man who will come in the end time for God to fulfill the labor of the harvest promised for the end time.
For example, we have the promise in the parable of the wheat and tares. Chapter 13 of Matthew, verse 41… and even beginning from verse 37, says:
“He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man.”
The Son of Man, Jesus Christ in His First Coming, is the One who sows the good seed, sows the children of God in His Mystical Body of believers, producing the new birth in each one of them when they receive Him as their Savior and are baptized in water in His Name, and Christ baptizes them with the Holy Spirit and Fire and produces in them the new birth. They have been born in the Kingdom of God. They were sowed on this Earth, in the Divine Program of the Mystical Body of Christ which is His Church, and consequently, they were sowed or placed in the Kingdom of God, in the heavenly Kingdom; because one is a citizen from the place one is born in.
By being physically born on Earth, we are earthly beings; by being born again, we are heavenly. We belong to a heavenly Kingdom in the spiritual realm. Therefore, it is Christ, the Son of Man, the One who has been sowing the good seed in the field.
We find that on this Earth there are children of God and children of the wicked one; that is inevitable. That will be fixed for the Millennial Kingdom.
And now, He says He will send His Angels for the harvest. Let us see in Matthew, chapter 24, verse 30 to 31, what it says here:
“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
And now, the Son of Man is the One who will send His Angels to carry out the harvest; in other words, the Son of Man comes with His Angels to carry out the harvest of the sons and daughters of God.
In His First Coming, He came sowing the Word in the hearts of people, and He came to carry out a sowing for a new dispensation, but to also carry out a harvest of the dispensation that was ending.
In the reading we had at the beginning, John, chapter 4, verse 35 and on, says:
“Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal…”
And what will they harvest? Souls for the Kingdom of God, human beings; human beings from the dispensation that was coming to its end, the Dispensation of the Law, to place them in the Kingdom of God.
“…and gathereth fruit unto life eternal…”
He gathers the fruit, those souls, so that they live eternally. He gathers the fruit, souls, people, to place them in eternal life with Christ our Savior.
“…that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together…”
From dispensation to dispensation, the sowing is in the beginning and the harvest at the end.
And now see what Christ says to His disciples:
“…that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.”
Now, we find that Christ comes for a harvest with His disciples, reaping the fruit from the Dispensation of the Law; and then He also comes to sow for a new dispensation, the Dispensation of Grace. That is why He says [verse 38]:
“I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.”
Others sowed, and now Christ comes with His disciples and makes them reapers, to gather the fruit from the Dispensation of the Law and place them in the Dispensation of Grace. As it happened on the Day of Pentecost, where one hundred and twenty believers in Christ were placed in the Kingdom of God first (in other words, they were reaped), and about three thousand persons who believed were harvested and placed in the Kingdom of God.
That took place during that entire time of the apostles after the Day of Pentecost: harvesting the fruit of the Old Testament and placing them in the New Testament, in the Fold of the Lord.
And we also find that the apostles came sowing, and above all Paul among the gentiles, sowing in a new dispensation: the Dispensation of Grace. Paul himself says in First of Corinthians, chapter 3, verse 6. Says:
“I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.”
The disciples Apollos and Paul were sowing. Paul sowing in a new dispensation, placing souls for God in a new dispensation, who make up the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; and Apollos and other ministers and apostles were giving them maintenance; but in the end time it is the time of harvest.
And the one who sows is the Son of Man using His instruments, and the one who waters is the Son of Man using His instruments as well; Christ through His Spirit. And then the one who reaps… Let us see what it says [John 4:37]:
“And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.”
And now, the Son of Man sends His Angels in the end time: “And He shall send forth His Angels with a Great Sound of Trumpet and they shall gather His elect.” It is the time of the harvest, the time in which the elect of the end time are called and gathered in the Age of the Cornerstone; and then they will be gathered and brought to the House of our heavenly Father, in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
The One who sows is the Son of Man, and the One who reaps is the Son of Man at the Last Day with His Angels, the Two Olive Trees, the ministries of Moses and Elijah, who were shown at Mount Transfiguration when Jesus was transfigured before Peter, James and John, showing in a vision what the time of the Coming of the Son of Man will be with His Angels, with Moses and Elijah, with the Two Olive Trees.
Those are the ministries of the Angels for the harvest that has been promised for the end time. The Son of Man with His Angels carrying out the harvest in the end time, to place them in the Kingdom of God physically, by resurrecting the dead believers in Him in glorified bodies and transform the believers in Him that are alive, so that they are all like Christ, with glorified, eternal and immortal bodies.
And all of that will take place in this end time, in the stage of the Age of Cornerstone; because it was in the stage of the Age of Cornerstone, two thousand years ago, that the Son of Man was also with His apostles and said to them: “I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour.”
And the Son of Man in this end time will have His Angels, the Two Olive Trees, with all the working team that God will give Him to carry out the harvest of the wheat, of the sons and daughters of God in this end time, to place them in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
The Son of Man two thousand years ago, and the Son of Man for this end time; with His working team two thousand years ago (His apostles and other collaborators), and for the end time with the working team that God will have to carry out the harvest of the wheat, which is promised for this end time.
Here is the mystery of the Second Coming of Christ, of the Coming of the Son of Man; mystery which will remain hidden until the time in which will be opened in the fulfillment of The Great Tent Cathedral, which was shown to Reverend William Branham.
Therefore, it is a great blessing for us to know that we are in the harvest time of the wheat, to be literally placed in the Kingdom of God with eternal bodies, with physical eternal life, just as we have been spiritually placed in the Kingdom of God, with spiritual eternal life.
“THE HARVESTING TIME.”
Remember that the time to harvest is summertime. Christ said that when we see the signs that He gave, to be aware that summer is near. Harvest time is in summer.
Also, when Israel went to cross the Jordan with Joshua, it was during summertime as well. And in summertime… Let me see if I can find it for you… Joshua 3:15, says… Joshua 3, from 13 to 15, says:
“And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the Lord, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap.
And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people;
And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest).”
Notice, in the time of harvest, the Jordan… the Jordan overflows during the time of harvest; and Jordan represents death.
When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him, says the Scripture. [Isaiah 59:19]
And now, to enter into the Promised Land we must cross the Jordan on dry ground. Those who are alive in the end time will be changed without seeing death; that will be crossing the Jordan on dry ground.
Joshua represents the Holy Spirit in the Last Day carrying out the Work relevant to this end time. And now we can be aware that we are in the time of harvest, the time for the great harvest of the Last Day to be carried out to be taken to the House of our heavenly Father.
For which the promise is that the Son of Man will send His Angels with a Great Voice of Trumpet and will gather His elect from one end of Heaven to the other. It has to do with, the Coming of the Lord with His Angels, it has to do with His Church and then with the Hebrew people. Therefore, there is a great blessing for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, and there is also a great blessing for the Hebrew people.
For which, we ask God to prepare all of us and that we all be prepared to receive all those blessings; the Hebrew people also be prepared to receive all those blessings from behalf God.
“THE HARVESTING TIME.” This is the time of harvest.
If there is anyone who has not yet received Christ as their Savior, you may do so at this time and we will be praying for you so that Christ receives you in His Kingdom, forgives you and with His Blood cleanses your from all sin, and be baptized in water in His Name, and may Christ baptize you with the Holy Spirit and Fire and bring forth the new birth in you. For which, you may come to the front and we will be praying for you.
And if you are in another country, you may come to the front wherever you are so that you may be included in the prayer that we will be making for everyone who is receiving Christ as their Savior in this end time.
Let us give a few minutes while people come to the front, here and in other countries and in other congregations, those whom God has spoken to their souls, their hearts on this occasion.
Remember that we are living in a very, very important time. We are at the time of harvest, for the wheat to be harvested and be taken to the presence of God.
God has many people in all of Latin America, the Caribbean, North America and in other nations, and He is calling them in this end time because we have reached the time of harvest, the time of reaping.
In Revelation, chapter 14, verse 14 and on, the Angel appears with His crown and a sharp sickle to carry out the harvest; Christ as King to carry out the harvest; the Son of Man to carry out the harvest.
While those in different countries come to the front: Chapter 14, verse 14 and on of Revelation, says:
“And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.”
Let us stand to pray for the people who have been coming to the Feet of Christ in different countries, and here also.
With our heads bowed:
Heavenly Father, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ I come to You with all these people who are receiving Christ as only and sufficient Savior. Receive them in Your Kingdom. I pray to You in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for whom be the glory and honor for ever and ever. Amen.
Now, those who have come to the Feet of Christ, repeat this prayer after me:
Lord Jesus Christ, I heard the preaching of Your Gospel and Your faith was born in my heart, in my soul.
I believe in You with all my soul. I believe in Your First Coming. I believe in Your death on Calvary’s Cross as the Sacrifice of the Atonement for our sins. I believe in Your Name as the only name under Heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.
I acknowledge that I am a sinner and that I need a Savior, a Redeemer.
I give public testimony of my faith in You, and I receive You as my only and sufficient Savior.
I pray that You forgive all my sins and with Your Blood may You cleanse me from all sin and baptize me with Holy Spirit and Fire after I am baptized in water in Your Name, and may You bring forth the new birth in me. I pray to You in Your Eternal and glorious Name, Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.
Now, those who have come to the Feet of Christ on this occasion will ask: “When can I be baptized?”
Since you have believed in Christ with all your heart, you may be baptized, and may Christ baptize you with the Holy Spirit and Fire and bring forth the new birth in you. And we will continue to see each other eternally in the Kingdom of Christ our Savior.
I leave Reverend Jose Benjamin Perez with you to inform those who have received Christ as their Savior here on this occasion what you must do to be baptized in water in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And in each country, for those who have received Christ as their Savior, I leave each minister to do the same, to inform you what you must do to be baptized in water in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And we will continue to see each other eternally in the Kingdom of Christ our Savior.
The subject of our Bible Study was: “THE HARVESTING TIME” or “THE TIME OF HARVEST.”
Continue having a happy afternoon filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior.
I leave Reverend Jose Benjamin Perez with you, and in each country I leave each corresponding minister.
God bless you and good afternoon to all.
“THE HARVESTING TIME.”
