Good evening, beloved friends and brethren present here in Managua, Nicaragua. It is a great privilege to be with you on this occasion, to share some moments of fellowship around the Divine Program pertaining to this Last Day.
For this reason, I want to read in Hebrews chapter 12, verses 18 to 24, where Saint Paul the Apostle tells us the following, and he says:
“For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched,” (meaning, Mount Sinai), “and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,
And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:
(For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:
And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.”
May God bless our hearts with His Word and allow us to understand It.
Saint Paul the Apostle tells us that we have come (unto what?) Mount Zion, to the City of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem.
“THE HEAVENLY JERUSALEM AND THE EARTHLY JERUSALEM.”
Heavenly things are always reflected in earthly or material things, and that is why throughout the Scripture we find countless things that are a type and figure of heavenly things.
For example, among the Hebrew people, we have Passover (commanded by God), where the Passover lamb was offered; and that was a type and figure of something heavenly: of a heavenly Paschal Lamb that came to Earth and died on Calvary’s Cross; and that heavenly Lamb was a Man named Jesus of Nazareth.
Now, notice that when heavenly things are reflected here on Earth in material things, they are later materialized here on Earth.
And now, notice how the First Coming of Christ was reflected in the Passover lamb and also in the goat of the sin offering, which was sacrificed once a year (on the seventh month, the tenth day of each month) for atonement, wherein the Hebrew people were reconciled to God.
We find that the Hebrew people carried all of this out, the Passover lamb as well as the goat of the sin offering, and other sacrifices that the Hebrew people carried out using animals; which was reflecting the First Coming of Christ and His Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross.
And just as individuals among the Hebrew people didn’t obtain mercy from God unless they had those sacrifices that God commanded, now that those sacrifices have been materialized in the Person of Christ, now no one obtains mercy before God without the Sacrifice of the Lamb of God and of the Atonement, which is our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, dying on Calvary’s Cross. In other words, in order to obtain Divine Mercy, every person needs the Sacrifice of Christ, in order to obtain reconciliation to God, he needs the Sacrifice of Christ.
And now, we no longer need earthly things in which heavenly things were reflected, because we have the Heavenly: the heavenly Lamb of God and the heavenly Goat, which is our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, who came to Earth in human form and died on Calvary’s Cross. He was none other than the Heavenly materialized here on Earth, fulfilling the types and figures that had been shown in the Old Testament.
And now, just as Christ is the heavenly Lamb and the heavenly Goat, just as Christ is the heavenly Man who came among human beings, and was seen two thousand years ago, and carried out His Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross: now we have the earthly Jerusalem, which reflects the heavenly Jerusalem.
And now, notice that the Hebrew people have the earthly Jerusalem as their religious capital, and it was also the capital of the Hebrew people in the time of David and Solomon.
And now, the earthly Jerusalem typifies, represents, and reflects the heavenly Jerusalem; and the heavenly Jerusalem is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the heavenly Jerusalem that has been coming to Earth in human flesh; each one, each member of the mystical Body of Christ of the heavenly Jerusalem, has been coming to this Earth, but their names have been written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life, before the foundation of the world.
And now, notice how the heavenly Jerusalem has been making Itself present here on Earth, and has been manifesting Itself among human beings. And as the stages of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ have passed, the members of the heavenly Jerusalem have been appearing on this Earth, and have been occupying their position in the mystical Body of Christ, for they have been called and gathered in the mystical Body of Christ, through the manifestation of Jesus Christ in Spirit through each angel-messenger of each stage or age of His Church.
And notice how, just as the earthly Jerusalem was the capital where the throne of David and Solomon was: now notice how this heavenly Jerusalem is the One that has Jesus Christ as King and as Lord; and She is the One that has the promise of the Second Coming of Christ for the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.
And now, this heavenly Jerusalem, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, whose names have been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world, will dwell on this Earth; both in the earthly Jerusalem, during the glorious Millennial Kingdom… and we will reign with Christ a thousand years and then for all eternity; we will have heavenly bodies, eternal bodies, glorified and interdimensional bodies, and we will be on this Earth during the Millennial Kingdom.
And then, when the Millennial Kingdom ends and Judgment Day takes place, and then the Earth goes through purification by fire (and we don’t know how many days or years that period of fire will last upon the Earth), well, we will be with Christ in another dimension, in another place, while this Earth goes through that stage.
And through the volcanoes, where the territory of Israel currently is, will emerge a Mountain so high that it will be fifteen hundred miles1 high by fifteen hundred miles wide and fifteen hundred miles long; in other words, it will be a Mountain in the form of a square and in the form of a pyramid, reaching the height of fifteen hundred miles.
In other words, it will go higher than the clouds, because there is currently no city that reaches that height. It will be so high, that even planes don’t fly at that height; so, notice how high that City will be; in other words, the highest part will be so high that even planes don’t fly at that height.
Notice, the cloud that appeared on February 28, 1963, appeared only twenty-six miles high (this cloud), and planes don’t fly that high; much less would they travel at the height of fifteen hundred miles, because that is above the clouds.
And perhaps that is higher than where satellites are, more or less; or is that around where they are? (How many miles high do satellites fly, Julio? But, from a point here on Earth to there? Twenty-three thousand?) Well, twenty-three thousand miles. (In other words, almost at the height of the cloud? This one was twenty-six… Oh, right, twenty-three thousand; that is to say, twenty-three thousand from a point on Earth, going straight, Julio? Up? To the side?)
Well, if we don’t figure it out while we are here, then we will measure it once we are in the new body already. But, let’s thoroughly investigate that—the height, going straight up; how high off the Earth satellites fly, measuring straight up; from a satellite to the nearest point on Earth, how high that is.
Now, fifteen hundred miles is a long distance. And that is a height where, notice, in that Mountain which will emerge out of the Earth through volcanoes, that is where the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will dwell, the ones who belong to the heavenly Jerusalem; because in the Jerusalem that will be present throughout eternity—It will be made up of the land where the inhabitants of that City will be (the territory is provided by volcanoes, they push up that high Mountain), and the inhabitants are the redeemed by the Blood of Jesus Christ.
Notice what it says in Revelation chapter 21, verses 22 to 27; it says:
“And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”
Who are the inhabitants of that City? Those whose names are written (where?) in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
Now we can see what will be the capital of the world after the Millennial Kingdom, and after the purification that comes after Judgment Day.
Now, we can see that after Judgment Day, on Earth everything will be eternity for all those who will be living on Earth; from that point on, there will be no more death for any of the Earth’s inhabitants.
During the Millennial Kingdom, there will be death for those who have entered into the Millennial Kingdom with mortal bodies.
But for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, there will be no death during the Millennial Kingdom because we will already be in the eternal and glorious body that Christ has promised for each one of you and also for me, and for those who have departed in past ages; because we belong to the heavenly Jerusalem, and we have had our names written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world, in Heaven.
Now, we can see that this is the General Assembly and Church of the firstborn of God written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
We have seen that the heavenly Israel is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, which, during the Millennial Kingdom, will dwell in the earthly Jerusalem, but throughout eternity, after the Millennial Kingdom, will also dwell in that territory but on a high Mountain that will be fifteen hundred miles high, fifteen hundred miles wide by fifteen hundred miles long; in other words, it will be a Mountain with a square base, and it goes up that way (in the form of a pyramid), reaching the height of fifteen hundred miles.
Now, we can see that this is the place where the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will dwell, which is the heavenly Jerusalem.
And now, we can see that we have the earthly Jerusalem, which is the Jerusalem there among the Hebrew people; and that earthly Jerusalem also represents all the Hebrew people, just as the heavenly Jerusalem represents all the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And notice, Saint Paul says that the earthly Jerusalem genders [gives birth] to bondage, in other words, to children for the Dispensation of Law, to be under the Law;2 but the heavenly Jerusalem, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ (of which we are children), genders children to what? To the Kingdom of God, free children.
And let’s see how Saint Paul explains it to us here; he tells us that the earthly Jerusalem, which also represents all the Hebrew people, is typified in Hagar and her son Ishmael.
And then, the heavenly Jerusalem is typified in Sarah, which is the woman who had a husband, who was the freewoman; and the heavenly Jerusalem is represented in Sarah and her son Isaac, because Sarah represents the heavenly Jerusalem, and her son Isaac represents the children of the heavenly Jerusalem, the children of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Galatians chapter 4, verses 26 and on, says:
“But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.
Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now,” (that is why we find that the Hebrew people were persecuting the believers in Jesus Christ).
“Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.”
So, just as Abraham cast out Hagar and his son Ishmael, notice, God would cast out the earthly Jerusalem, the Hebrew people and their dispensation, to make way for the heavenly Jerusalem and the children of the heavenly Jerusalem; in other words, to make way for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and Her dispensation; so that the children of the freewoman could be manifested here on Earth, believing in Christ as our Savior, washing away our sins in the Blood of Christ, and receiving the Holy Spirit; and thus, being manifested as children of the heavenly Jerusalem; just as Isaac was the manifestation of the son of Sarah, of the freewoman, to whom the promise was made that she would have a son from Abraham even though she was barren.
“Nevertheless what saith the scripture?,” Well, “Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.”
We are heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ Jesus our Lord. This inheritance is not for the children of the bondwoman, but for the children of the freewoman; this inheritance is for the children of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
“So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.”
We are children of the heavenly Jerusalem, of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; which, according to the Divine Promise, has a Name, which is the Eternal Name of God, a name that She will inherit at the Last Day. And that is also the new Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And now, the promise if for whom? For the heavenly Jerusalem.
We have reached the greatest and most glorious time of all times, where we are seeing the earthly Jerusalem (there among the Hebrew people), but we are also seeing the heavenly Jerusalem, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And the children of the heavenly Jerusalem don’t have to be children of the earthly Jerusalem; although there are some who belong to the Hebrew people that have come into the mystical Body of Christ, because their names have been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world, and therefore, they belong to the heavenly Jerusalem; but the rest are from among the Gentiles.
And we are at the last stage, the stage of the Cornerstone Age, to receive the blessings pertaining to the heavenly Jerusalem; the blessings of the inheritance of everything Adam and Eve lost in the fall; an inheritance that will be restored to all the children of God, to all the children of the heavenly Jerusalem.
We have seen THE HEAVENLY JERUSALEM, and we have also seen THE EARTHLY JERUSALEM.
May the blessings of Christ be upon each one of you. And soon, may Christ finish calling His elect of the heavenly Jerusalem; a call that is in Latin America and the Caribbean at this time, where Christ is calling and gathering His elect with the Great Voice of Trumpet at this Last Day, in Latin America and the Caribbean, in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom, just as He called and gathered God’s elect of the heavenly Jerusalem of each stage or age of the Gentile Church, in the territory where each of those ages was fulfilled.
And now, we in Latin America and the Caribbean have received the call of the Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet, the call to the children of the heavenly Jerusalem, the children of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
May God call and gather all the elect of the heavenly Jerusalem in Latin America and the Caribbean, whose names have been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world; and thus, may the number of the heavenly Jerusalem be completed, the members of the heavenly Jerusalem; and may we be changed and raptured, and taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Thank you very much for your kind attention, beloved friends and brethren present, and television viewers.
I leave Rev. Miguel Bermúdez Marín with you again to continue and conclude our participation this evening.
May God bless you and keep you all.
