The Mystery of the Death of the Lord Jesus Christ

Good evening, beloved brethren and friends present today in Cayey, Puerto Rico, and those who are connected by the internet and by television.

May the blessings of Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, be upon each one of you and also upon me; and may He bless us and speak directly to our soul; and allow us to understand the death of Jesus Christ and the great blessing that Christ has won for us on Calvary’s Cross. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.

Today, Good Friday according to the Christian tradition, we have the subject: “THE MYSTERY OF THE DEATH OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.”

For this reason, let’s read in Saint Matthew chapter 27, verses 35 and on, where it says:

And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

And sitting down they watched him there;

And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews.

Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.

And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads,

And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross.

Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said,

He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.

He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God.

The thieves also, which were crucified with him, cast the same in his teeth.

Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias.

And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink.

The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him.

Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,

And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”

May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand the mystery of the death of Christ and the blessing that is contained there is for every son and daughter of God.

THE MYSTERY OF THE DEATH OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.”

The Hebrew people were waiting for the Coming of the Messiah, the Coming of the Lord, and they were also waiting for the coming of Elijah.

According to the Biblical prophecies, at the time in which Jesus came two thousand years ago, the Messiah had to come. According to the prophecy, the Son of a woman would be the One to bruise the devil, the serpent’s head; but the serpent and the serpent’s seed would bruise the Son, the woman’s Seed, in His heel, meaning that His heels would be bruised.

Now, notice the prophecy in chapter 3, verse 15 of Genesis, it says:

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman,” (God says to the serpent), “and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Now, notice the prophecy there of the Coming of the Messiah and of the death of the Messiah on Calvary’s Cross.

Now, mankind may wonder: “So, why did Christ die two thousand years ago if He was the King of Israel, if He was the promised Messiah that the Hebrew people were waiting for?” Because they rejected Him and asked for His death, and the Roman Empire killed the Messiah.

Now notice, the Hebrew people and the Roman people are guilty of the death of Christ, the Messiah in His First Coming.

The Hebrew people have been receiving the Divine Judgment throughout these approximately two thousand years that have passed, because the Blood of the Messiah has been found on their hands; the Blood shed by Christ has been found on their hands, and that is why the Divine Judgment has been demanded, the Blood of the Messiah has been required at the hand of the Hebrew people.

But also the Roman Empire, the Gentile kingdom in its fourth stage, notice, is also responsible for the death of the Messiah. And the Roman Empire was the one that executed the wish of the Hebrew people, in other words, to kill the Messiah in His First Coming. And therefore, the Roman Empire is guilty of the death of Christ.

And because the Roman Empire is guilty, that is the Gentile empire or Gentile kingdom that at that time was in the stage of the Roman Empire, which is the fourth stage, represented in the legs of iron.

And in the second part… That was in the first part of the Roman Empire, in the first part of that fourth Gentile empire; and now the second part of the Gentile empire for the end time, for the Second Coming of Christ, will be in the feet of iron and clay.

And this is the time when God will require at the hands of the Gentile empire the Blood of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; because the Blood of Christ has been available to every human being, so that It is not found on their hands, but their heart.

Because the Blood of Christ found on people’s hands requires the Divine Judgment upon the person; but the Blood of Christ found on people’s hearts extends God’s mercy upon the person and produces the reconciliation of that person with God and God with that person; and that reconciliation begins on the inside.

And at the Last Day, we will find that we will also be outwardly reconciled to God, because we will be changed and then we will have an eternal body; and thus, we will also be physically reconciled to God.

Now, notice, the death of Christ took place two thousand years ago, on the day that the paschal lamb was sacrificed; which began from the time of the exodus out of Egypt, where they sacrificed the paschal lamb on the day of the eve of Passover, and the blood of the paschal lamb was applied on the lintel and side posts of the entrance door of each Hebrew house; and the paschal lamb was brought inside roasted, and it was eaten inside by the people who were in their homes with their families, so that the firstborn of each family could continue living; because every house that did not have the blood applied on the lintel, death would come in and kill the firstborn of that house.1

Now, notice how the death of the paschal lamb and its blood applied on the house where each firstborn would dwell, delivered every firstborn (from what?) from death. And now, the Blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, delivers us from death and gives us Eternal Life.

Now, notice how in the Old Testament the death of Christ was represented in the death of all the animals that were sacrificed for the peace and reconciliation of the Hebrew people to God.

Christ is the Paschal Lamb2 and He is also the Goat3 that was sacrificed on the Day of Atonement.

On the Day of Atonement: every tenth day of the seventh month of each year, the goat of the sin offering was sacrificed for the reconciliation of the Hebrew people to God. All those sacrifices offered to God were a type and figure of the Sacrifice of Christ carried out on Calvary’s Cross.

Now, why did Christ have to die for us? Christ had to die for us because when the human being fell in the garden of Eden, the entire human race had come short of the glory of God. And the entire human race was represented in Adam and Eve.

And from that point on, every human being who would come to this Earth, would come by the union of a man and a woman, through their intimate relations, and therefore, he would have a mortal, corruptible and temporary body; and he would also have a spirit of the world, in God’s permissive will, which the person would be given upon birth; and he would only come to live on this Earth for a period of time, in that earthly body.

Saint Paul calls that body a “natural body.” He says so in First Corinthians chapter 15, verse 44 and on; it says… let’s see, 42 and on. First Corinthians 15:42 and on, says:

So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption,” (in other words, it will be raised in an immortal and incorruptible body),

It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

Since the fall, the human being first receives a natural body, because a natural body deceived Eve, and therefore, the human race has had to take a natural body.

But for God’s sons and daughters, Christ has established the new birth. When the person believes in Christ as our Savior, and washes away his sins in the Blood of Christ, and receives His Holy Spirit, he receives a theophanic spirit from Heaven, from the sixth dimension, meaning, Paradise; and he then comes into the Program, he has come into the Program of Eternal Life, he has come into the Program of a new Creation of which Jesus Christ is the first.

And then, at the Last Day, the person will have an eternal body, which Christ will give him in the resurrection of the dead in Christ, who have already departed; and we who are alive will be changed, according to the Divine Promise, and we will have an eternal body. We will no longer have a natural body, but a heavenly body; an eternal body, a glorified body, a body like the one of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.

As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

In other words, we will have an eternal and glorified physical body like the one our Lord Jesus Christ has, with a theophanic spirit of the sixth dimension inside that eternal body; and thus, we will be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. Our soul will be inside our theophanic body, and the theophanic body will be inside the physical and eternal body that He will give us.

And He has promised it this for the Last Day, as He tells us in Saint John chapter 6, verse 40, where it says:

And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Now, notice that as for the believers in Christ who have washed away their sins in the Blood of Christ and received His Holy Spirit, if their physical body, mortal body, natural body has died, they have no problem. That body is not eternal anyway, it is temporary, it is mortal. He, Christ, will give us a new body if our physical body dies and if our physical body remains until the dead in Christ rise, then we will receive a change and thus, we will obtain a new body, an eternal body.

Now, notice why we are living in this mortal, corruptible, and temporary body: because of the fall in the garden of Eden.

Adam took of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, Eve took of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and by one man, death—sin entered into the human race, and therefore, death entered, for the wages of sin is death.4 And notice how the human race in its infancy fell (from what?) from Eternal Life, the human being fell into death upon falling into sin.

Now, the Scripture tells us in [Hebrews] chapter 2, verse 9 and on, it says:

“…But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels,” (Jesus was), “for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.”

Now, notice how everything was planned by God to happen this way:

For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.

And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.

Now notice, all the children of God who will be manifested on this Earth, become children of God through our beloved Lord Jesus Christ:

Behold I and the children which God hath given me.

Through the new birth, we obtain a new body, a theophanic body, a theophanic spirit; and therefore, we have been born as children of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.

Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

Now, notice how Christ came in the likeness of God’s sons and daughters who would be coming in this human form.

He came in a human form, but His body was created by God, therefore, He came sinless. He came sinless to take our sins and die for our sins, so that the death that each of you had to receive would instead be received by Christ.

And when Christ died, do you know what happened? Remember that the death of Christ was already ordained by God before the foundation of the world. In other words, this did not surprise God, rather, it fulfilled God’s purpose.

In First Peter, chapter 1, verse 19 and on (19 to 23), it says… Showing us here how we have been redeemed by Christ and His Blood, it says:

“…But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world…

Since when? Before the foundation of the world; that was already foreordained in God’s Program, in God’s Mind. That is why later on it was spoken in Genesis and in different prophecies that this would happen this way.

…But was manifest in these last times for you…

The Death and Coming of our beloved Saviour was manifested in these last times (the Coming and Death of the King of Israel).

When Jesus was four to seven years old, the fifth millennium began, and therefore, the Last Days or last times began. So, what was said was fulfilled:

…But was manifest in these last times for you…

And also for me, God manifested the First Coming of Christ.

Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Now, we can see that the First Coming of Christ and His death on Calvary’s Cross was planned by God before the foundation of the world in order to redeem every person who has had their name written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the World.

Those are God’s sons and daughters who would first come to this Earth in a mortal, corruptible and temporary body and with a spirit of the world, but who would receive Christ as our Savior and wash away their sins in the Blood of Christ and receive His Holy Spirit; and thus, they would obtain the new birth and come into the Program of Eternal Life, the Program of a new Creation that Jesus Christ would be carrying out.

And therefore, He would first be giving us the theophanic spirit of the sixth dimension to be as Christ was in the time of Abraham, in the time of Seth, in the time of Enoch, in the time of Noah, in the time of Abraham; in all those times, He was in His theophanic body and He carried out different works pertaining to His ministry in His theophanic body, and He sent prophets in different ages and dispensations, and He even appeared in a visible form to some prophets; and when they saw Him, they said He was a Man, who is God Himself in His theophanic body called the Angel of the Lord or Angel of the Covenant, whose Name Moses asked, and He gave him four consonants which are said to be unpronounceable to the Hebrew people and to the rest of the human beings.

And those four consonants, YHWH, are the letters with which the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, identified Himself, or which He identified as His Name. But in translations, they have written “Jehovah,” because they have added some letters to the consonants; but the reality of the pronunciation of that Name is not “Jehovah.”

Now, we find that the same form that Jesus Christ was in before He had His physical body: He was in His theophanic body, and that is why He could say: “Before Abraham was, I am.” “Abraham desired to see My day; he saw it, and was glad,”5 He had also said.

Now we can see why Jesus could say that He was before Abraham: because He was before Abraham and He was also before Adam, because He is the Jehovah of the Old Testament, the Angel of the Covenant, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, who appeared among the Hebrew people in human flesh. And that was the Coming of the Messiah as the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world.

Without His Sacrifice on Calvary’s Cross, mankind would have already disappeared from the Earth, for Christ said, “Except a Corn of Wheat falls into the ground and dies, It abides alone.”6 And what about the rest of the human beings? They had to disappear the day that Jesus died on Calvary’s Cross. Because the Divine Judgment was required on that day, and the Divine Judgment would have fallen upon the whole human race, but Jesus took our sins; since He was immortal, He could not die, because He was sinless, and a sinless person is a person who will live eternally.

That is why Christ says: “He that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. He shall never die,”7 in other words, the only thing that dies is his physical body, but Christ will give him an eternal body at the Last Day: in the resurrection of the dead in Christ and transformation of us who are alive.

Now, since Christ didn’t have sin, He couldn’t die. He said: “No man takes My life from Me.” Now, He also said: “I lay it down of Myself to take it again.”8

In order to be able to die, He took our sins; and the wages of sin that was supposed to fall upon us, fell upon Jesus.

And that is why, notice, since the wages of sin is death, He had to die. And He had to go to hell because that is the place for every sinner after his days here on Earth end.

Now notice why Christ had to die on Calvary’s Cross: to take away our sins, to bear them for us, to die for us, to pay the penalty of sin.

And it’s like when a person has a large debt (whether with the bank or with a person): if that person can’t pay that debt, he is in serious trouble. He will lose everything, because the bank will claim in court everything that belongs to that person: cars, houses, properties; he will lose everything.

And now, notice, the human being who has a debt, the debt of sin, will lose it all, because the wages of sin is death: he will lose the right to live eternally.

But at the bank, if a person… or when there is a debt, if a person comes forward and asks for the debt of the person who is in debt and says:

—“I came to pay off that debt.”

They say:

—“Well, this is the debt.”

And now, notice, we had a large debt, and the payment was death.

And if a person takes someone else’s debt and pays it off… If you owe the bank one million dollars, and another person pays it for you (he says: “I am going to pay this person’s debt,” and pays it off for you) how much do you owe the bank? You don’t owe them anything. The bank can’t go to court to sue you and take your possessions; they can’t sue you or put you in jail for not paying a debt because that debt has already been paid off. And if that debt was paid off, how much do you owe? You don’t owe anything. And now… you only owe gratitude to the person who paid the debt for you.

And we never get tired of thanking Christ because He paid our debt on Calvary’s Cross. He paid for it with what God required: the death or the debtor. And that is why He had to go to hell.

First Peter chapter 3, verses 18 to 22, says:

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit…

The physical body is what died. It says:

“…But quickened by the Spirit:

By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison…

He went and preached, in what? In the Spirit, meaning, in His theophanic body. He had to go down to hell, which was where every child of God had to descend to. And that is where every sinner descends to. And now, Christ had to go down to hell, and there He:

…Preached unto the spirits in prison;

(Whom) sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

He preached to whom? To those people who lived in the time of Noah, and even before the time of Noah, but were disobedient to the Word of God.

Those who lived in the time of Noah and didn’t believe Noah’s Message—and His prophet, and God’s prophet, who was Noah—notice, where did they go? To hell, when they died because of the flood. Only eight people were saved at that time.

And now, notice, Christ went and preached to those people there, not unto salvation, rather, He upbraided them because of their unbelief; and He confirmed and vindicated that Noah was His prophet for that time.

Then, we find that Christ went to Paradise, which we will speak about later on; that is, we will be speaking on Sunday morning and afternoon about Christ in Paradise (unless we have time this afternoon).

And we will be speaking about the resurrection of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, who had a three-and-a-half-year ministry here on Earth before dying, preaching to the people who were living on Earth; but then He went to hell, to the fifth dimension, and He continued to preach there. And He obtained the victory there, and He took the keys of hell and death, He took them away from the devil, and rose; He went to Paradise and then He rose, and we are going to leave that pending for the next conferences.

Now, we can see that Jesus Christ died for us on Calvary’s Cross, and He had to go to hell and be there in a terrible place, but He was redeeming the time there, that is, He was preaching to the souls in prison there.

And in hell, well, there are different places, just as there are here on Earth. We can say that on this Earth there are different places called “nations;” and likewise, in hell, in the fifth dimension, there are different places; and in Paradise, in the sixth dimension, there are also different places.

That is why when the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ was in Paradise before his days ended here on Earth, who received him? His converts.9 The converts of the other angel-messengers of ages before him didn’t appear there, because they were with their angel-messengers in the place where they were supposed to be, there in the sixth dimension, but in a certain place there in the sixth dimension.

Now, we can see that there are different dimensions, and well, we all want the best dimensions, which are the sixth dimension and the seventh dimension.

But we have to live in this dimension of light, time, and matter, believing in Christ as our Savior, washing away our sins in the Blood of Christ, and having the Spirit of Christ—obtaining the Spirit of Christ; to thus have the new birth, to have a theophanic body of the sixth dimension; so that when our days here on Earth end, we may go on to live in Paradise in that theophanic body.

But if time ends and the dead in Christ rise, when we see them (if we are alive) then we will receive a transformation; because we already have the inner transformation, all we need is the outer transformation: from the natural body to a heavenly body.

And thus, we will then be in the likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ: with an eternal body, and also in the image of Christ: with a theophanic body of the sixth dimension, like the theophanic body of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.

Now we can see why Christ had to die on Calvary’s Cross two thousand years ago, there in Jerusalem. The Hebrew people had to be blind, as the Scripture said, to not see, to not understand that Jesus of Nazareth was the Messiah promised to the Hebrew people, and the King of Israel; that He was the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, clothed in human flesh, visiting His people, Israel.

Now, we have seen the first crucifixion, the death of Christ in His First Coming, which was typified in the rock that Moses smote with his rod there in the wilderness to give water to the Hebrew people.10

The second time that Moses smote a rock, which represented Christ, that rock represented Christ in His Second Coming. And God told him: “Speak to the rock, and it shall give forth water to all the people.” Moses smote the rock twice, he smote the rock with his rod; and God became angry with Moses, and told him: “Because you did not glorify Me, you will not go over with the people into the promised land.”11

And why would God be angry with His Prophet Moses, a dispensational prophet, because God tells him to speak to the rock and Moses smites the rock? Because that rock represented Christ in His Second Coming; and the Rock would only be smitten once: on Calvary’s Cross.

Christ, the Rock, the Stone cut out without hands, that Rock would be smitten there on Calvary’s Cross in His First Coming; but in His Second Coming that Rock wouldn’t be smitten, a second crucifixion would not be carried out because the Sacrifice of Christ in His First Coming was enough for all the children of God to be redeemed.

And now, since Moses smote the rock a second time when he had to bring water to the people somewhere else, we find that he broke the type and figure of the Second Coming of Christ without being smitten.

And now, the Second Coming of Christ will receive a second crucifixion, in other words, there will be a second crucifixion (this is in the Second Coming of Christ); but since it can’t be a physical crucifixion, it must be a spiritual crucifixion.

And in the Second Coming of Christ there will be people who will speak against the fulfillment of the Second Coming of Christ, because they will not understand the fulfillment of the Second Coming of Christ; and that will be held against those people as a second crucifixion of Christ, and the Divine Judgment will fall upon those people.

Now, that is a mystery that will be manifested at this end time in the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels. In the fulfillment of His Coming, there will be great religious leaders who will also rise against the Second Coming of Christ, just like great religious leaders of the Hebrew people rose against the First Coming of Christ; and those who rise against the Second Coming of Christ, it will be held against them the same way.

Now, at this end time, everything that happened back then literally, physically, will also happen spiritually. But at this time, notice, the crucifixion of Christ is spiritual (the crucifixion of the Second Coming of Christ).

And the Second Coming of Christ going down to hell, to the fifth dimension, and preaching to the souls in prison, will be the manifestation of the Second Coming of Christ producing the great miracles and wonders once the Door of Mercy has been shut, once all of God’s elect have come into the mystical Body of believers and the number of God’s elect in the mystical Body of Christ has been completed, and they have received the intercession of Christ in the Holy of Holies of the Temple which is in Heaven, and once they have already obtained His mercy, the mercy of Christ.

Then Christ will come down, manifested in all His fullness, He will leave the Throne of Intercession in Heaven, and manifest Himself through human flesh, through the messenger He has in the Age of the Cornerstone and in the Dispensation of the Kingdom, using him at this end time.

And there will be a great squeeze at that time, and there will be a great manifestation of the fullness of God, it will be the fullness of Christ manifested; and He will be carrying out great signs and wonders, and the Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached to the lost who will no longer be able to receive salvation because the Door will be closed.

Christ will have finished His Work of Intercession in Heaven, in the Temple which is in Heaven, therefore, He will be manifested in all His fullness through human flesh in His Angel-Messenger, and He will be preaching to the souls who no longer have an opportunity to receive Christ as their Savior, because the Door will have been shut, the Door of Mercy. And the Door of the Dispensation of Grace will already be shut—Christ is that Door—and there will no longer be an opportunity to come in. So, that is about to happen later on.

There is still mercy from Christ, because He is still on the Throne of Intercession in Heaven, making intercession until His very last elect, written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world, comes in.

And He (Christ) is manifesting Himself in Holy Spirit from age to age through each messenger of each age; and at this end time, in the Age of the Cornerstone, through His Angel-Messenger, making known to us all these things which must shortly come to pass.

And through His Angel-Messenger, He puts the ministries of Moses for the second time, and Elijah for the fifth time, and Jesus for the second time, in the Coming of Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit at the Last Day, manifested, veiled, and revealed through His Angel-Messenger.

Some people will speak against that manifestation of Christ in His Angel-Messenger; it will be held against them (the people who do that) as a second crucifixion of Christ.

And now, notice, He is—Christ is the Word; and Him Coming at the Last Day in human flesh will be the Coming of the white-horse Rider of Revelation 19, of whom the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ said:

[196] …When our Lord appears here on earth, He’ll be riding on a snow-white horse. And He’ll be completely, fully, the Emmanuel, the Word of God incarnate in a Man.” (Page 295 of the Book The Revelation Of The Seven Seals.)

Now we can see what will be happening at this end time, which will be parallel to the First Coming of Christ: His ministry back then among the Hebrew people, and His death on Calvary’s Cross, and then His resurrection, and ascension to Heaven. All of that will be repeated on a spiritual level at the Last Day.

And just like Christ carried out all those promises, fulfilled them; at this end time He will be fulfilling the ones that have been promised for the Last Day.

That is why just like the Old Testament saints rose with Christ, and then they ascended with Christ to Heaven forty days later, likewise, we will be changed and the dead in Christ will rise first, and after spending thirty to forty days here, we will ascend to Heaven, to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, to the House of our Heavenly Father.

Now, we can see that there is a Divine Program, which is being carried out from Genesis to Revelation, and we are part of that Divine Program. We cannot be ignorant of our part in that Divine Program.

And in that Divine Program, we have been given the best part of God’s Program. We have been given the part of God’s elect, of God’s sons and daughters who would be living at this end time, just as God’s elect of the different ages of the Gentile Church—of the seven ages of the Gentile Church, were given the best part for the time in which they lived. But our part is much better than the part they had.

Now, the lines have fallen unto us in pleasant places, and we all have a great heritage.12

We are living at the time in which the Sacrifice for sin was carried out by our beloved Lord Jesus Christ two thousand years ago, and It has become a reality in us upon receiving Christ as our Savior, and washing away our sins in the Blood of Jesus Christ, and receiving His Holy Spirit; and thus, we have been sealed with the Holy Spirit of God until the Day of Redemption, in other words, until the Day of the transformation of our bodies and the resurrection of the dead in Christ in eternal bodies.

Now we are at a very important stage in the Divine Program, where we will obtain the redemption of the body, in other words, the new body He has promised for each of us; our days in this natural body, this mortal, corruptible, and temporary body, will come to an end.

And if living in this mortal, corruptible, and temporary body, which is a natural body, has been good, what will it be like in the new body, which is a heavenly body, a body like the one our beloved Lord Jesus Christ has? It will be the greatest thing we have ever experienced in a body in our lives; and we will never leave the eternal body that we will receive.

Now, if everything that took place had not been designed in God’s Program, what would have happened? Well, the human being wouldn’t have fallen in the garden of Eden, and therefore, we would have come into existence on this Earth not in this mortal, corruptible, and temporary body, instead we would have come into existence by Divine Creation in an immortal body.

But God determined in His Program that we would go through a season in mortal bodies, and we would have this one-time experience, which will never be repeated for us. It is a one-time experience in which we are put on this Earth to come in contact with Eternal Life, which is Jesus Christ, so that at the Last Day we may then obtain physical immortality as well.

We have already obtained spiritual immortality, meaning, the immortality of the spirit, upon obtaining a theophanic body or spirit of the sixth dimension; and we have also obtained the immortality that every human being wants to obtain.

Christ said: “He that believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living Water;”13 that is the Spirit of Christ coming to the person who believes in Jesus Christ, and thus bringing forth the new birth.

He also said, in Saint John chapter 11, verse 25:

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Now, notice, saying “he shall never die” refers to the body, because the body is mortal and dies; but the person will rise in a new body, if he is a believer in Christ, because that promise is for the believers in Christ. He says: “He who lives and believes in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.”

Now, notice that the Sacrifice of Christ on Calvary’s Cross was necessary; otherwise, we wouldn’t be living here at this end time. Only Jesus Christ would be living on this Earth, going from one place to another in His body of flesh, but without anyone else here on Earth.

Now, God has given the human race a lifespan for them to seek Eternal Life.

One day the Door of Mercy will be closed; but the important thing is that we must be inside the House of God, in the Holy of Holies of His spiritual Temple at this end time. That is the place where He is calling and gathering all His elect who live at this end time, meaning, at the Last Day.

And when the last one comes in, the number of God’s elect of the mystical Body of Christ will have been completed, and then the Door will be shut; just as it happened when the wise virgins went in with Christ to the marriage and the Door was shut;14 the ones who were left outside were left for the Great Tribulation, where there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Now, we have seen the mystery of the death of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.

Thank God that He died on Calvary’s Cross two thousand years ago, otherwise we wouldn’t be here today. He took our sins, He died on Calvary’s Cross, He paid the price of redemption.

And now, how much do you owe? He paid it all. We had no means to pay the price of redemption. He paid the price of redemption with His own life, so that we can live eternally.

It’s not a coincidence that we are living here on Earth, it’s not a coincidence that we have appeared on Earth at this time, in these mortal bodies; it’s not a coincidence. It’s by predestination, by Divine Election, by Divine Choice.

How many of you said to God: “I want to appear living at the end time?” None of you told God that you wanted to live at this time; God was the One who chose for each one of you, and for me, to come live in human flesh on this Earth at this end time, in order to come in contact with Christ and His Program pertaining to this end time; and to be called and gathered into His Church, His mystical Body of believers, in the stage of the Cornerstone Age; and to be at peace there, and sealed with the Spirit of Christ, so that we who are alive may be changed at this end time, we who remain alive when the dead in Christ rise.

In other words: all of us who are alive when the resurrection of the dead in Christ takes place, will be changed.

Some of our own may depart. And if someone departs, well, give our greetings to those who are in Paradise and tell them that everything is being fulfilled as it was promised; and that they will come back soon. Or perhaps they will explain it to you—or, to one of you who leaves beforehand: that soon they will rise in eternal bodies; and they will be with us at this end time.

Now, notice, they will appear to God’s elect, to the Church of Jesus Christ, to the Bride of Jesus Christ of this end time. They will appear to the Church and among the Church of Jesus Christ, in the stage pertaining to this end time, and in the territory where that stage of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be in fulfillment.

For example, notice, Joseph died (Joseph, the son of Jacob), he died; Abraham and Isaac died, all of them died; we find that Joseph died in Egypt,15 and then his body was taken to the land of Israel.16 Others died in different places, but when they rose with Christ, where did they appear? In Jerusalem, which was the place where Christ was crucified, then buried, and then resurrected.

And now, at the end time, wherever the stage of the Cornerstone Age is being fulfilled, and wherever the Dispensation of the Kingdom is being opened, that will be the territory that will welcome the dead in Christ when they rise at this end time. And they will be sharing with us at this end time; and the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ said that when we see them we will be changed.

So, where must they appear? Well, wherever those who are going to see them will be changed. Wherever we find God’s elect who will be changed, that is where the elect of past ages will appear, which will rise in eternal bodies.

Now we can see the great blessing that we have, which will be fulfilled at this Last Day. We will welcome the dead in Christ who will rise in eternal bodies. They will appear to many, just as those who rose with Jesus Christ appeared to many, which we will speak about on Sunday morning, God willing.

Now, we have seen the importance of the death of Christ on Calvary’s Cross. We have seen that His death on Calvary’s Cross was necessary the day He died; it couldn’t be another day, it had to be that day.

The government turned their back on Christ and laid upon Him the maximum penalty, which is the death sentence, to please the Hebrew religion. The Hebrew religion turned its back on Christ and asked for His death, for they condemned Him as a blasphemer, because He had said that He was the Son of God.

And the high priest, the representative of the Hebrew religion asks Him: “Are You the Christ, the Son of the living God?” And Jesus tells him: “You have said it.”17

In some of the other Gospels, He tells him plainly: “I have told you before, and you have not believed.”18

And the high priest rent or tore his priestly clothes, and said: “He has spoken blasphemy!” And he asks the people of the Sanhedrin Council what they think, and they say: “He is guilty of death.” They sentenced Him to death.

But since the Hebrew people couldn’t execute anyone, they couldn’t execute someone’s death, even if they sentenced him to death… because the Roman Empire was the one that ran the government and the one that could kill someone who was sentenced to death; and for that reason, they asked the Roman government to crucify Him, because He was found guilty of death according to the high priest, the high priest and the council of the Hebrew Religion, the Sanhedrin Council.

Now, we can see that He didn’t have a fair trial, we can see that He didn’t have it from the religious side nor from the government side, meaning, from the political side; instead, for religious and political convenience, they preferred to condemn Him to death and crucify Him there in Jerusalem. But they were all aware that He had done nothing wrong.

He was innocent, but He was sentenced as guilty to capital punishment: death on the Cross. That was the Roman Empire’s maximum penalty, and it fell upon our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; but everything had already been ordained by God.

And now, His death on Calvary’s Cross was a blessing for us all.

Let’s look at the blessing that He won for us—that He won for all of us, through His death.

Now we don’t have to go to hell, we don’t have to die eternally either; it’s only the body of those who depart that dies partially or temporarily, but then they will come back in another body, an eternal body.

And we won’t have problems in our body anymore, because it will be an eternal body: it won’t get sick, it won’t get old, and it will never die; it will represent eighteen to twenty-one years of age for all eternity, meaning, it will have a young appearance, and that is for all eternity.

That is the body that we were originally supposed to come in, if sin hadn’t entered into the human race in the garden of Eden; but since everything works together for good: everything has worked together for good.

This experience of living in a mortal, corruptible, and temporary body is a one-time experience that God’s sons and daughters have been going through to serve God in these mortal bodies; and to then obtain the immortal and eternal body at the Last Day.

All the children of God have been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world, that is, all of God’s sons and daughters, God’s firstborn, of whom Christ said: “He that is of God hears God’s Voice,” and He also said: “My sheep hear My Voice and they follow Me.” Saint John chapter 10, verse 1 to 16.

He also said that no man plucks His sheep out of His hand; in other words, even though sin entered into the human race in the garden of Eden, despite that, God’s sheep, God’s sons and daughters will not be lost, rather, they will live eternally through the Sacrifice of Christ on Calvary’s Cross.

We have seen: “THE MYSTERY OF THE DEATH OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.”

He was crucified in the morning, and starting from 12:00, the third hour… starting from the sixth hour (pardon me): from the sixth hour, which is 12:00 noon, around 11:00 to 12:00, darkness began to come upon the Earth; and then, in the ninth hour, which is from 2:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon, Christ cried out:

[San Mateo 27:46] “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?”

Which means:

My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

And:

Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?”

In other words:

My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

And then, later on, He cried out and yielded up the Ghost there, in other words, His Spirit left the body; Christ in His theophanic body left the body of flesh and went down to the fifth dimension. And His body of flesh was left dead there, it was later wrapped in linen and laid in a sepulcher, which belonged to Joseph, a rich man who had believed in Jesus.19

We have seen this mystery of the death of Christ and why He had to die: pay for our redemption, and to bring every child of God back to God and to Eternal Life.

And where are God’s elect of the Last Day, who would be called, gathered, and sealed with the Seal of the living God, and who will be waiting for the dead in Christ to rise and waiting for the transformation of their bodies? Well, here we are at this Last Day, waiting for the fulfillment of that promise, because Christ, with His death on Calvary’s Cross, redeemed us, washed us in His precious Blood from all sin, and has given us of His Holy Spirit.

And now at this end time we are crying out for our redemption, for the redemption of our body, crying out for the new body He has promised for each one of us.

May we all have that new body soon, may we all obtain the redemption of the physical body soon, and may we all be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.

It has been a great privilege to be with you on this occasion, testifying to you about: “THE MYSTERY OF THE DEATH OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST,” our beloved Savior. And we thank Him for everything He has done for all of us.

May God bless you and keep you.

And I will leave Rev. Miguel Bermúdez Marín with us again to continue and conclude our participation on this occasion. With us now: Miguel Bermúdez Marín.

May God continue to bless you all.
