The Mystery of the New Body

Good evening, beloved friends and brethren present. It is a great blessing to be with you tonight, to share some moments of fellowship around the Word of God, and to see in His Program this great mystery that we will be talking about today: “THE MYSTERY OF THE NEW BODY” which Christ has promised for each one of you and also for me.

For this reason, let’s read in First Corinthians chapter 15, verse 45 and on, where it says:

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.

As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

We will stop here with the reading on this mystery, which we will be speaking about tonight.

THE MYSTERY OF THE NEW BODY.”

Due to the fall back in the Garden of Eden, the human being lost the right to Eternal Life, he lost the right to have an eternal body; and that is why the human being is born, lives in this mortal body for a period of time, and then dies: because he lost the blessing of Eternal Life and of having an eternal body to live in.

Now, notice that after the fall back in the Garden of Eden, the human being was able to live up to nine hundred and sixty-nine years, for the Scripture tells us that Methuselah lived nine hundred and sixty-nine years.1 There were others who also lived nine hundred and something years, but then they died, because the human being had already lost the right to Eternal Life.

And now, we find that in our time, the human being normally lives from seventy to one hundred years, and then his physical body dies; all of this is because the human being lost the right to Eternal Life.

Now, notice, the human being had been made in the image and likeness of God;2 but with the fall, we find that when the human being is born on Earth he receives a mortal, corruptible, and temporary body, and he receives—within that body—a spirit of the world; and that is why Christ spoke to us about a new birth.

In Saint John chapter 3, Christ speaking with Nicodemus, says the following:

There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Now, Christ establishes that a new birth is required in order to enter into the Kingdom of God, for flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God; a new birth is required.

In this new birth, the person obtains a theophanic spirit of the sixth dimension; this is when the person believes in Christ as his Savior, washes away his sins in the Blood of Christ, and receives the Spirit of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit; and thus, he is born into the Kingdom of God; thus, the new birth is brought forth and one becomes a new creature: a son or daughter of God has been born into the mystical Body of Christ, and has already obtained his or her theophanic body.

And now, all he needs is his physical and eternal body, which will be given at the Last Day, at the time of the Second Coming of Christ, as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords in His Claiming Work. That is why Christ comes at the Last Day as the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

Now notice, when the new body of God’s sons and daughters is given… this will be when the dead in Christ rise in eternal bodies, as Saint Paul said to us in his Letter of First Corinthians, chapter 15, verses 45 to 54, where we read at the beginning; and when they rise in these eternal bodies, not the same body they had when they lived here on Earth but a new body, an eternal body, a body that differs in its atoms from the earthly body, a body with Eternal Life in all its atoms; and a body in which we will also have the theophanic body that we have received upon believing in Christ as our Savior and receiving His Holy Spirit; and our soul will be living there.

That is an eternal body, an eternal temple, for our souls, for the glorious Millennial Kingdom and for all eternity. And that is how we will be as kings and priests with Christ; and we will reign with Christ a thousand years and then for all eternity.

Now, we have seen that we cannot inherit the Kingdom of God in this mortal body, because flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God, and this corruptible body cannot have immortality; a new body is required, which Christ has promised for each one of His believers who have washed away their sins in His Blood and received His Holy Spirit.

Christ tells us in Saint John chapter 6, verses 39 to 40:

And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

When does Christ say here that the resurrection of His believers who have departed will take place? At the Last Day.

And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Here, we have the promise of the resurrection of the believers in Christ. And this promise is to be fulfilled, when? At the Last Day, when the believers in Christ who have departed will rise, they will rise in an eternal body, to live with Christ for all eternity and to reign with Christ for all eternity; and thus, we will be in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ.

Now, we who are alive at this time, and who will be alive when the dead in Christ rise, shall be changed. This is what Saint Paul told us in the Scripture we read at the beginning. He says: “And we who are alive shall be changed.”

Now, he speaks to us about a Last Trump: it will be at the Last Trumpet.

Now, what is the Last Trumpet? And what is the Last Day?

Notice, those are two important things appointed for the Last Day: The Last Trumpet and the resurrection of the dead in Christ and transformation of us who are alive. Therefore, it is good that we know which is the Last Day.

The Last Day is the seventh millennium; because one day before the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day, it says in Second Peter chapter 3, verse 8, and Psalm 90, verse 4.

When the Scripture talks to us about one day before the Lord, that is a millennium to human beings. And when it talks to us about the Last Days, those are the last millenniums to human beings.

And the Last Days before God—just like the week has seven days, and the last days of the week are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the Last Days before God are: the fifth millennium, sixth millennium and seventh millennium to human beings.

That is why the Scripture tells us that God spoke to us through Jesus Christ in the Last Days; and two thousand years have passed and we are still living at the Last Days. It’s because the Last Days are: the fifth millennium, sixth millennium, and seventh millennium; and when reference is made to the seventh millennium before God, that is referring to the seventh millennium, which is the last millennium of these three important millenniums.

And if we add to the calendar the years it is behind, we are already in the seventh millennium. And if we don’t add the years it is behind, then there are three years left to reach the seventh millennium; there are three years left for the sixth millennium to end and the seventh millennium to begin.

Now, notice, the human being’s calendar has fallen behind; and if it has fallen behind, then we have to add to it the years it is behind. Now, could God’s calendar have fallen behind? God doesn’t fall behind on things.

Now, let’s note that at the Last Day, in the seventh millennium, is when the Last Trumpet is promised to sound. That is the same Trumpet which Christ spoke about in Saint Matthew chapter 24, verses 30 to 31, where He tells us:

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect…

That Great Sound of a Trumpet is the Last Trumpet, to call and gather God’s elect at the Last Day. Who are God’s elect? They are God’s sons and daughters. From among the Gentiles: [they are] the members of the mystical Body of Christ, written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life; and from among the Hebrew people: well, they are the one hundred and forty-four thousand Hebrews who will also be called and gathered at the Last Day under the Last Trumpet or Great Voice of Trumpet or Trumpet of Jubilee Year.

Now, what is that Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet that the Scripture talks to us about (to be sounded at the Last Day, and for the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the transformation of us who are alive to then come)? When the Scripture talks to us about a Trumpet, that is the Voice of God; the Trumpet of God, the Voice of God: the Word of God coming to the people.

Now, how has the Word of God come to the people? The Voice of God has always come to the people through a man. That is why we have the Word of God, which has been spoken by God from age to age and from dispensation to dispensation, and we call It the Bible.

God, notice, spoke through His prophets from age to age and from dispensation to dispensation. And at the Last Day, He will also be speaking through a man; and that will be the Last Trumpet or Great Voice of Trumpet.

Now, which is the Message that the Voice of God will be giving us at the Last Day? It is the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which is the Message of the Dispensation of the Kingdom.

And whenever God has sent a Message, It has come through a prophet. That is the Prophet of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, with the Message of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, being the instrument of Jesus Christ, in whom Jesus Christ will be manifested in human flesh speaking to us at this Last Day, this final Day; and calling and gathering all of His elect.

Now, from age to age there was a territory where God was manifested and He was calling and gathering His elect. Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit was in Saint Paul and other messengers that He sent from age to age, and He was in the territory relevant to God’s Program for that time.

For example, Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit was manifested in Saint Paul in the territory of Asia Minor; and there, He called and gathered His elect; and from there, God’s Message and God’s Work spread to other continents.

Then we find Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit manifested in the second angel-messenger: in Europe, there in France; and the Work of the second stage or age of the Gentile Church was carried out there, and God called and gathered His elect through the ministry He manifested through the angel-messenger of the second age there in Europe.

And then He sent the third one (when the ministry of the second one ended), and He also sent him there to and in Europe; and the Work of Christ pertaining to the third Gentile Church age was carried out there in France and Hungary.

And then, in the fourth age, Christ sent Columba… Notice, Paul first, Irenaeus second, Martin third, Columba fourth… He sent Columba there in Ireland and Scotland, and He carried out the Work for the fourth stage or age of the Gentile Church, and it was the Voice of Christ through that messenger, just as it had been the Voice of Christ through Saint Paul, Irenaeus, and Martin.

Then the fourth angel-messenger (Columba) finished his ministry, and God sent Luther there in Germany; and through Luther, Christ in Holy Spirit spoke to His people, called and gathered His elect of that fifth stage or age of the Gentile Church.

After the ministry of Luther ended, the ministry of Wesley began in England, and Christ called and gathered His elect of that sixth age; and it was the Voice of Christ as a Trumpet, calling and gathering His elect of the sixth Gentile Church age.

After the sixth age ended, Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit went to North America and sent His prophet-messenger, Rev. William Branham, in the Spirit and power of Elijah; and through him, He sounded the seventh Trumpet; in other words, through him, Christ spoke among His Church for the seventh time, and He called and gathered His elect of the seventh Gentile Church age, some of whom are still living, others are already in Paradise; and the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ is also resting in Paradise.

And once Christ in Holy Spirit has made that journey through those messengers, from age to age and from continent to continent, notice, He went from Asia Minor to Europe, and from Europe to North America. And from North America, He goes on to Latin America and the Caribbean for the Age of the Cornerstone, to speak through a man, a messenger, and call and gather His elect at this Last Day, and put them in the mystical Body of Christ, in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.

And thus, with those elect, He will form the Holy of Holies of His spiritual Temple, just like with the elect of the seven stages or ages of the Gentile Church, He formed the Holy Place of His spiritual Temple; because the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a Temple that Christ is building for God, a Temple formed out of human beings.

And now, Latin America and the Caribbean has the greatest blessing at this Last Day. And then the blessing will go on to the Hebrew people, who are waiting for God’s blessing.

Now, what is Christ doing in Latin America and the Caribbean? Christ in Holy Spirit through His Angel-Messenger, the Prophet of the Dispensation of the Kingdom, calls and gathers His elect with that Great Voice of Trumpet, in other words, with that Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet, which is the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom. It is the Trumpet of the Gospel of the Kingdom calling and gathering God’s elect at this Last Day.

The Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom revolves around the Second Coming of Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords in His Claiming Work; just as the Dispensation of Grace revolves around the First Coming of Christ as the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world there on Calvary’s Cross, and to give—to bring forth the new birth of God’s elect, and to give us the theophanic body.

And now, to give us the physical and eternal and glorified body: the Second Coming of Christ, Christ coming in Holy Spirit through His Angel-Messenger, gives us His Word, His Message, the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which is the Last Trumpet or Great Voice of Trumpet, to thus give us the faith, the revelation, of the Second Coming of Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, and to be prepared to be changed at this Last Day, and obtain the new body that Christ has promised for each of you and also for me.

I, like you, need that new body; because otherwise, our bodies have to die, our physical bodies, which are mortal; but Christ has promised an immortal body for each of you and also for me, and for each of the believers in Christ who have departed, whose physical bodies have died in past times and ages.

Now, this body that we will receive, notice, will be an eternal body; that is why when we are changed, we will be changed in our atoms, and thus, we will obtain immortality; because we will put on immortality, this body that we have must put on immortality, meaning, it must be changed, and thus, we will obtain the immortality promised by Christ for His believers.

This eternal body that we will receive is a mystery, just like this physical body that we have is also a mystery, although it is mortal, corruptible, and temporary, but it is a mystery.

Notice, you look for scientists who have studied so much and who are so intelligent, but they can’t create a body like our body. Some may say: “But they have already made test-tube babies in laboratories.” But where did they get the raw material from? See?

Now, notice, our father and mother are not scientists, but look, they have given us these mortal bodies that we have; so our father and mother know more than scientists themselves, in terms of bringing a body into existence. Look at how simple it is! And they put so much effort into trying to figure out how they can make one. Well, they should get married, it will be easier! Everything is so simple… that they are still looking for how to make a body like the one our father and mother make; well, let them become fathers and mothers themselves, and then they will discover how it works.

Well, the body we have is a mystery, and the new body that Christ will give us all is even more [of a mystery]. They still haven’t been able to discover the mystery of the physical body, and God already has a new body for us that we will receive very soon: at the Last Day, in the seventh millennium; and we already in the seventh millennium if we add to the calendar the years it is behind.

And thus, the human being, God’s sons and daughters, will be restored to Eternal Life; they will be restored, we will be restored, to everything Adam and Eve lost in the fall.

That is reflected in the year of jubilee of Leviticus chapter 25, verse 8, where God teaches us that for the year of jubilee…

Notice, God was the One who gave these laws to the Hebrew people; because in these laws and these ordinances that the Hebrew people had to keep, God was reflecting His Program for the restoration of all the sons and daughters of God. Leviticus chapter 25, verses 8 to 13, says:

And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.

Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.

For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession.

And in order for us to return to the possession of Eternal Life and all the inheritance that Adam and Eve lost, that year of jubilee must be fulfilled, must be manifested among the human race; this year of jubilee must be manifested in the form of its present-day fulfillment.

Now, (so that we can have a clear picture), notice, when Christ died on Calvary’s Cross, we find that He died on the eve of Passover. Why? Because in the Old Testament we find that the Passover lamb was sacrificed on the eve of Passover; and the Passover lamb as well as all the sacrifices that the Hebrew people offered God for their sin and for the peace and reconciliation of the Hebrew people to God, are a type and figure of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; they were all pointing to the Coming of Christ as the Lamb of God and His Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross. And that is why these sacrifices were so important for the Hebrew people: to obtain God’s mercy.

It’s not that an animal has the power to take away sin or cover sin, rather, it’s because those animals that were sacrificed represented Jesus Christ dying on Calvary’s Cross, and their blood represented the Blood of Christ being shed and cleansing us with His Blood from all sin.

Now, the shed blood of those animals covered sin until the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, came and shed His Blood on Calvary’s Cross and took away our sin, cleansed us from all sin. The animal blood only covered sin, but the Blood of Jesus Christ does not cover it, rather, It takes it away, It completely takes it away; It makes it disappear from the human beings who believe in Christ as our Savior and wash away their sins in the Blood of Christ and receive His Holy Spirit.

And now, notice this whole Program that had been given to the Hebrew people in these sacrifices that the Hebrew people offered to God. And all these feasts that the Hebrew people received from God to be kept, are a type and figure of the things that God would do in His Program.

Now, notice how the Passover lamb and the other sacrificial animals represented a Man. When the Paschal Lamb and the Goat of the Sin Offering appeared, when the “animal” for the sacrifice before God appeared, John said when he saw Him: “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.3 And when everyone looked, they saw a Man named Jesus Christ. See?

Now, notice how God brought the Passover lamb and the goat of the sin offering to present-day fulfillment, and how God brought all of those sacrificial animals to present-day fulfillment in the Person of Jesus Christ.

We also find the resurrection of Christ, which was also represented among the Hebrew people; and also the way He brought the day of Pentecost to its present-day fulfillment. We find that forty days after the resurrection of Christ came the day of Pentecost; in other words… in other words, fifty days later, He was (Christ was) risen with the disciples, He was appearing to them for forty days; He left and told them: “Soon you will be filled with power from on high.”4

And we find that when the day of Pentecost came, meaning, the fiftieth day, which the Hebrew people kept before God, because it was a feast day before God; we find that the Holy Spirit came down upon one hundred and twenty people who were in the upper room, praying to God.

They were believers in Christ; the apostles of Christ were there (except for Judas Iscariot), and Mary, the mother of Jesus, was there, meaning, the woman through whom Jesus Christ came, and there were other women there who had followed Christ in His ministry, and other people who had followed Christ in His ministry. A total of one hundred and twenty people were gathered there.5

And they were filled with the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost;6 for God brought the day of Pentecost to its present-day fulfillment, He brought it to its present-day fulfillment by pouring out His Holy Spirit upon one hundred and twenty-people. Pentecost… in other words, fifty is Pentecost, or Pentecost is fifty.

And likewise, we can see how God brings the present-day fulfillment of all those feasts that He gave the Hebrew people. And we can see that even the Hebrew people… at the Last Day, He will be among the Hebrew people, who did not recognize Christ in His First Coming; now, at the Last Day, this feast or Day of Atonement will be fulfilled among the Hebrew people. In Leviticus chapter 23, verse 26 and on, it says:

Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord.

And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the Lord your God,” (for the reconciliation of the Hebrew people).

And now, notice how for the reconciliation of God’s sons and daughters among the Gentiles, the Sacrifice of Atonement has been required, which is the Sacrifice of Christ on Calvary’s Cross; but now the Hebrew people, at the Last Day, will be reconciled to God, and let’s see how all of this will happen. It says:

For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.

And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.

Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.

And now, God speaks to us through the Prophet Zechariah in chapter… let’s see… Zechariah chapter 12, verse 10, tells us the following. It says:

And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.

And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;

The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;

All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.

Now, notice how the Day of Atonement will be brought to its present-day fulfillment among the Hebrew people. That is why it also tells us in Revelation chapter 1, verse 7 and on, it says:

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

There, notice how the Hebrew people shall wail because of Him; in other words, they will be crying and wailing because they crucified Christ, and they will repent of their sin and of all their other sins; and that Day of Atonement which God had given to the Hebrew people to keep will be fulfilled there for the Hebrew people.

And now, the Lamb or Goat of the Sin Offering, notice, is not an animal, but our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, who was sacrificed on Calvary’s Cross.

And now, they will understand the mystery of the crucifixion of Christ two thousand years ago on Calvary’s Cross, and they will receive the benefit of that Sacrifice of Christ on Calvary’s Cross, where they will obtain reconciliation to God.

The Hebrew people, notice, have had serious problems throughout these two thousand years, approximately, which have passed since Christ. Why? Because they have not received the Atonement for sin and for reconciliation to God; for, since the day that Titus, the Roman general, destroyed Jerusalem and the temple of Jerusalem, the Hebrew people haven’t had a temple in which to offer God the sacrifice and blood of atonement, they haven’t had a place to offer the blood of the sin offering of the goat; and therefore, the Hebrew people have not been reconciled to God; and therefore, they have been receiving the Divine Judgements that have been falling upon the Hebrew people. That is why Hitler nearly eradicated the Hebrew people, as well as other dictators, such as Mussolini and Stalin, who also persecuted the Hebrew people.

But those nations, which persecuted the Hebrew people under those dictators, will receive their reward; because God told Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and the Hebrew people: “He who blesses you, will be blessed; he who curses you, will be cursed.”7

In other words, God will avenge the blood of all those Hebrews who have been martyred; and God will also avenge the blood of all the sons and daughters of God, members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, who have been persecuted and have been martyred in past ages; and also, those who have been martyred in this time; God will avenge their blood. And that is why the Day of Vengeance of our God comes to reward every man according to his work.8

And now, we have seen this mystery of the atonement; and we have seen how God brings the present-day fulfillment of things; and when people look for a Passover lamb, when God brings the present-day fulfillment, what appears is a Man named Jesus. And when He brings the present-day fulfillment of the goat of the sin offering, when God brings the present-day fulfillment, a Man named Jesus appears. See?

Now, notice how God brings the present-day fulfillment of everything He gave the Hebrew people.

And the present-day fulfillment of Jubilee Year is the Divine Cycle when all those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life will be restored to Eternal Life: those are the members of the mystical Body of Christ, the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; the ones who have died in past ages in terms of their physical bodies, and some of our own who have also died in terms of their physical body and are in Paradise; and us who are alive.

They will be raised in eternal bodies and we who are alive will be changed, if we are still in this body when they are raised; and if we are not in this body when they are raised, well, don’t worry, you will be one of the ones who will come in the resurrection in the new body.

Now, notice: “THE MYSTERY OF THE NEW BODY.”

And who is that new body for? Where are the people who will have that new body at the Last Day, who will receive it, who will receive that eternal body? Well, here we are, being prepared at this Last Day, so that soon—when the dead in Christ rise in eternal bodies—we may be changed and have the new body, the eternal and glorious body that Christ has promised for each of you and also for me; and that is how we will be immortal in eternal bodies, and we will be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.

Christ said: “Unless the Corn of Wheat falls into the ground and dies, It abides alone; but if It falls into the ground and dies, It brings forth much fruit.”9 In other words, many corns of wheat just like Him. And Christ is the Corn of Wheat that fell into the ground and died.

And now, at the Last Day, all His believers, who have washed away their sins in the Blood of Christ and received His Holy Spirit, will receive an eternal body; if they have died, they will be raised in eternal bodies, and if we are alive when that resurrection takes place, well, we will be changed; and we will also obtain the new body, the eternal body, and we will be just like Jesus Christ, the first Corn of Wheat that was sown into the ground—that died and was sown into the ground.

Notice, if Christ had not died on Calvary’s Cross, we wouldn’t be here tonight; because at the time in which Christ died, the human race had to die. Why? Because it was the time when God called the human being to judgment and poured out the Divine Judgment, for the wages of sin is death.10

And now, Christ, being immortal, said: “No man takes My life from Me, I lay it down of Myself to take it again.”11 Being immortal, Christ took our sins and became mortal, and He died for our sins and with our sins, and took away our sins, so that we can live eternally.

And that is why the human race still exists: because Christ bore our sins on Calvary’s Cross; and the Divine Judgment that had to fall upon the human race, it all fell upon our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; and that is why Christ also had to go to hell, because every sinner has to go to that place; and by taking our sins, Christ made Himself sin for us all.

It’s not that He was a sinner, but that He took our sins and became sin, and that is why He had to die; He made Himself mortal, and that is why He had to go to hell. And there, in hell, He preached to the souls in prison, who had been disobedient in the time of the Prophet Noah. That is in First Peter chapter 3, verses 18 and on, where it says:

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;

Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

Now notice, only eight people from that generation were saved: Noah, his wife, his three sons, and his three daughters-in-law. And notice, God began a new generation with them.

Now, notice how God brought us salvation and Eternal Life through Christ; through Christ, God brought the blessing from Heaven to Earth, so that we can live eternally, and at the Last Day, we can obtain that new body, that eternal body.

From the moment the person has received Christ as his Savior, and washed away his sins in the Blood of Christ, and received His Holy Spirit, the person has already received Eternal Life: he has received a spirit of the sixth dimension, a spirit with Eternal Life, a spirit for all eternity; and what the person needs is the physical and eternal body that He will give us at the Last Day, when the dead in Christ rise and we who are alive are changed; and this will be at the Last Day. When? When the Last Trumpet sounds.

And we have already seen that the Last Trumpet is the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which comes from Christ through His Angel-Messenger, which revolves around the Second Coming of Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords in His Claiming Work.

Now, notice how at this Last Day we would have this great blessing that Christ has promised here in His Word: we would be hearing the Last Trumpet or Great Voice of Trumpet, meaning, the preaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom through the Holy Spirit through His Angel-Messenger; and thus, we would be called and gathered into the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom, into the mystical Body of the Lord Jesus Christ, and we would be prepared to be changed and raptured at this Last Day.

Where are the ones who would be hearing the Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet, in other words, the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom at the Last Day? Well, here we are! Hearing the preaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom, and being prepared to be changed and raptured at the Last Day; to thus have the new body that Christ has promised for each of you and also for me.

We have seen: “THE MYSTERY OF THE NEW BODY”; and how at the Last Day He would be calling and gathering us, and preparing us, to receive that new body, which is eternal, which Christ has promised for all of us.

It has been a great privilege to be with you tonight, testifying to you about: “THE MYSTERY OF THE NEW BODY.”

Soon may that promise be fulfilled in each one of you and also in me; and soon may we all have the new body, and be in the eternal body to live for all eternity. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

May God continue to bless you all, and I leave Rev. Miguel Bermúdez Marín with us again to continue and conclude our participation this evening by thanking Christ for the great blessing He has given us, and for the blessing He will give us at this Last Day: the blessing of the new body that He will give us soon at this end time.

May God bless you and keep you all.

THE MYSTERY OF THE NEW BODY.”
