Good morning, beloved brethren and friends present, and also those who are connected by the internet and by television.
May the blessings of Jesus Christ, our beloved Savior, be upon all of you and also upon me. And on this occasion, may He speak directly to our soul, and may He show us the mystery of His resurrection two thousand years ago. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.
Today we commemorate the resurrection of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, which was a mystery two thousand years ago, but by the Spirit of God, through His apostles, He made known this mystery of the resurrection of Christ and what the resurrection of Christ means for all of us.
Let’s read in Saint Matthew chapter 28, verse 1 and on, where it says:
“In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:
And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.
And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word.
And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.
Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me.”
May God bless our souls with His Word and may He allow us to understand His resurrection two thousand years ago.
“THE MYSTERY OF THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.”
Our beloved Lord Jesus Christ said on different occasions that He would die; that He would be taken prisoner, He would be judged, He would be condemned to death and crucified,1 which was the maximum penalty that could be pronounced upon a person.
Crucifixion was the maximum penalty, it’s like, let’s say, the electric chair, in some countries; likewise, the cross or crucifixion was the maximum penalty.
And this was the maximum penalty laid upon Christ for saying that He was the Son of God. Because the high priest had asked Jesus, when he was judging Him: “Are You the Son of the living God?” And He told him: “You have said it.” Instead of glorifying God, the high priest rent or tore his clothes and said: “He has spoken blasphemy.”2
For saying the truth and saying that He was the Son of God, these faithful and true words of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ were taken as blasphemy.
The high priest, rejecting this truth and saying that it was a blasphemy, told the Sanhedrin Council: “Now you have heard Him. What do you say?” They said: “He is guilty of death!” Although not everyone agreed; for there were some there, such as Gamaliel, Joseph, and also Nicodemus, who didn’t agree; but the majority agreed, and they sentenced Him to death.
But since they couldn’t execute someone, only the Roman empire could, they asked the Roman empire to execute Him on the cross; and their request was granted.
Although Pilate didn’t want to crucify Him, but his position as governor was at risk, and he preferred a political position over taking sides with Christ and being willing to lose his social and political position among the Roman empire, among the Gentile kingdom. Pilate made his own choice there; he had the Roman empire’s authority to execute someone, to order someone’s execution or not. And for love of his political position, he ordered the crucifixion of Christ; because when the Jews saw that Pilate wanted to let Jesus go, they told him: “If you become the friend of another king, of someone else, you are not Caesar’s friend. We have a king, which is Caesar,”3 the Hebrews said, when the King of the Jews was there, our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. They traded the King of the Jews for the king of the Gentiles, of the Roman empire at that time.
And now, notice all the problems and persecutions that came from the king of the Romans, the king of the Gentiles, whom they proclaimed was their king: later on, he brought them the destruction of Jerusalem and of the temple.
And now, notice how a king of the Gentile kingdom doesn’t work well for the Hebrew people; a king that belongs to the Gentile empire in any of its stages doesn’t work well for the Hebrew people. The one who favored the Hebrew people the most was Nebuchadnezzar, and later some kings of the Medo-Persian empire; but then we find that the other kings treated the Hebrew people harshly.
Now, notice how for the Hebrew people, the only One who works out well as King, to bless them, is the Seed of David, the Son of David. In order for the Hebrew people to be blessed by a king, it has to be the King of kings and Lord of lords, it has to be the Son of man and Son of David; and they had Him there among them, and they rejected Him.
Now, the Hebrew people asked for the crucifixion of Christ; but Christ had already announced—long before that moment—that He would be crucified, but that on the third day He would rise.
Now, what is a resurrection? Resurrection is restoration; a person being restored to life after dying means a resurrection for that person; so, resurrection and restoration mean the same thing.
And now, notice how in the Scripture we have the promise of the Messiah’s resurrection, because in the midst of the seventieth week, meaning, three and a half years into the seventieth week (the first three and a half years), the Messiah would be cut off according to the seventy weeks of Daniel’s prophecy.4
Each of these seventy prophetic weeks, each week represents seven years; because a week has seven days, and since there are seventy prophetic weeks, each week consists of seven years; therefore, it’s… seven times seven is forty-nine, in other words, Daniel’s seventy weeks are four hundred and ninety years, during which God would be dealing with the Hebrew people.
When Christ started His ministry, the seventieth week was starting; and three and a half years into His ministry, it was already the middle of that week, which is when He had to die.
Now, this is a mystery: that the Messiah came among the Hebrew people according to the prophecies, and that He had to die after coming.
It’s because the human race had fallen in the garden of Eden, they had fallen from Eternal Life; therefore, Christ had to come in human flesh. That would be Divinity in human flesh: God, the Angel of the Covenant, in human flesh, to carry out through that body of flesh the Sacrifice for sin, for our reconciliation to God; which was typified in the sacrifices that the Hebrew people carried out, such as the Passover sacrifice (the paschal lamb) and also the sacrifice of the goat; and all the other sacrifices that the Hebrew people offered to God were pointing to the Messiah in His First Coming. Therefore, Jesus knew that He had to die in the middle of the seventieth week.
John the Baptist also knew these things; and when John the Baptist introduced Jesus as the Messiah, he told the people: “Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world.”5 And how could He take away the sin of the world if He stayed alive? He couldn’t.
Likewise, the sacrifices, the lambs and goats that the Hebrew people used to cover their sins with the blood of those animals, how could that cover people’s sins unless those animals died? They had to die.
And now, notice how everything was typified in those sacrificial animals that the Hebrew people used. The prophets Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob also used them; so did Noah, so did Enoch, so did Adam; all of them offered God animal sacrifices for sin, to cover their sins.
Notice, when God covered Adam and Eve with garments, with coats of skin…6 In order for someone to obtain the skins of a goat or a lamb, you have to sacrifice, to kill that lamb, that goat. Why? Because you’re not going to remove its skin and leave it alive without skin; you have to remove its skin once the animal dies. And God covered their sin, Adam and Eve’s, with the sacrifice of that animal; and He gave them skins to cover their nakedness, the skin of the animal that was sacrificed.
Then we find that later on Abel offered God a sin offering; and it was an animal, a lamb that he took from among his sheep. And [Cain] also came to offer God an offering, and he took some of the fruits of the field, he took vegetables and fruits. And God did not respect Cain’s sacrifice or offering, but He had respect unto Abel’s offering.7
Saint Paul says in Hebrews chapter 11 that by faith Abel offered God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain.
Because no matter what you can offer God for the forgiveness of your sin, nothing is more important, and nothing is accepted before God, but the sacrifice of a Lamb for sin, which is Jesus Christ. “Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world,” John the Baptist said.
And with the death of Christ on Calvary’s Cross, the Sacrifice for sin is carried out to take away… not to cover sin, as it was with the sacrifices of those animals, that their blood covered sin, and thus, God wouldn’t see those sins; but they were there.
That is why when God speaks about Enoch, Noah, and all those people, and Abraham, and the Hebrew people, He refers to them as righteous, and He doesn’t see sin in them: because they were covered by the blood of those animals that were sacrificed; but sin was there, but it was covered before God’s sight.
But with the sacrifice of Christ on Calvary’s Cross, those who were in Paradise (Abraham and all the people who were in Paradise, and the saints who came before Abraham), since Adam, with the Sacrifice of Christ they were all delivered from their sins, their sin was taken away; and with that same Sacrifice, the sin of every human who receives Him as his Savior is taken away.
We have a more excellent Sacrifice for sin than animal sacrifices; they were only the type and figure of Christ being sacrificed on Calvary’s Cross; and since they were the type and figure (in other words, the shadow), that is what symbolized Christ and His Sacrifice on Calvary’s Cross; they were type and figure, but Christ was the antitype.
And when the people had the animal sacrifices, they had something that was not perfect, because it couldn’t take away, but only cover sin. But when that which is Perfect came, when God’s perfect Lamb came, then that which was in part was taken away; and since the death of Christ, animal sacrifices are not required or needed to cover sin anymore, because we have a perfect Sacrifice that does not cover sin, but rather takes away the person’s sin.
We find that in the year 70, according to the prophecies of Jesus about the destruction of Jerusalem and of the temple, Jerusalem and the temple were destroyed by the Roman general Titus in the year 70; and from that point on, the Hebrew people have not had a temple to carry out the sacrifice of the goat, and to take the blood of that sin offering, of the sin offering, to the holy of holies and put it on the mercy seat there in the temple. And the Hebrew people as a nation have not received Christ as their Savior either, therefore, their sins have been exposed before God.
And that is why the Divine Judgment has been falling upon the Hebrew people. The wages of sin is death,8 and notice how death has been smiting the Hebrew people throughout these approximately two thousand years that have passed: because their sins have been exposed before God; they haven’t even been covered by the blood of those sacrifices that were carried out there in the temple. Therefore, the Hebrew people have been in enmity against God.
And now, the only way for the Hebrew people to be reconciled to God is through the Sacrifice of the Goat; as it was carried out on the tenth day of the seventh month of every year, among the Hebrew people, there in the temple of Jerusalem.
And now, we find that the sinner had to confess his sins, and the high priest also had to confess the people’s sins upon that sacrifice, and based on that sacrifice, seek the reconciliation of the Hebrew people to God and God to the Hebrew people.
And now, that will become a reality for the Hebrew people at this end time, for the Sacrifice of Atonement was already carried out approximately two thousand years ago, there on Calvary’s Cross.
And the Hebrew people as a nation, at this end time, will obtain the blessing of the reconciliation of the Hebrew people, Israel, to God; and for this reason, they will obtain God’s blessing, and the glorious Messianic Kingdom, where the Son of David will sit on the Throne of David; the Messiah, the Christ, the Anointed One, will sit on the Throne of David and reign over the Hebrew people and over all the nations. And that Messianic Kingdom will be a global Kingdom; that will be the Kingdom or Empire of the Messiah, of which there shall be no end; so, Israel will have a restoration, which is a resurrection as a nation.
That is why God speaks about Israel through the Prophet Hosea, in chapter 6; and it says the following… In chapter 6, verse 1 to 3, the Prophet Hosea says:
“Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.”
Now, notice here the promise of the Second Coming of Christ, the Coming of the Lord, to the Hebrew people. The promise here is that after two days, in the third day or on the third day, it says:
“He will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.”
Throughout these two thousand years that have passed, we have had two days before God, “for one day before God is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”9 These two thousand years that have passed (because if we add to the calendar the years it is behind, they have already passed), are only two days before God.
And we are already living at the Last Day, in other words, in the seventh millennium, which is the third of the three Last Days, it is the third, in which God will raise the Hebrew people as a nation, the Hebrew nation, and He will establish His Kingdom, His Throne, His Government, among the Hebrew people; He will sit on the Throne of David and reign over the Hebrew people and over all the other nations. He will be there as Son of man and Son of David; for He comes as the Son of man and Son of David at this end time. And this is for the third day, when He will raise up the Hebrew people as a nation, He will revive them as a nation.
The Prophet Ezekiel also spoke about this in chapter 37, telling us the following… Let’s see… Chapter 37, verse 1 and on, it says:
“The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.
And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord God, thou knowest.
Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.
Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live.”
Why does He say He will cause breath to enter into them, and they shall live? Because the body without the breath or the spirit is dead; the body must have a spirit inside it in order to be alive, just as faith without works is dead.10
“And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.
And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.”
And the body without the breath or the spirit is dead. And the Hebrew people without the Spirit of God manifested in their midst are dead as a nation.
But there is already a mighty Army there, a mighty nation, but it still needs the Spirit of God manifested in its midst, in the fulfillment of the promise of the Last Day, in the fulfillment of the Messianic promise; because with the Messiah’s Coming to the Hebrew people, sitting on the Throne of David, they will have the Spirit of God manifested there; and they will be a nation with a Spirit, with the Spirit of God reigning among the Hebrew people, and reigning over all the nations.
It goes on to say:
“Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.”
Why does He say to come from the four winds? Because from the four winds, He is calling and gathering all His elect at the Last Day.
The Lord Jesus says in Saint Matthew chapter 24, verse 30 to 31… He tells us in verse 31: “And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect.” From where? Let’s see. Saint Matthew 24:
“And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
The Spirit of God is manifested there in His Angels; therefore, It has to return to the Hebrew people once He has called and gathered His elect from among the Gentiles, to then call and gather the elect from among the Hebrew people.
“So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.”
This is what will be happening when the Spirit of God returns to the Hebrew people.
Because the Spirit of God has been moving among the Gentiles from age to age, and from messenger to messenger, calling and gathering His elect from among the Gentiles, which belong to the heavenly Israel; they are Abraham’s seed, Abraham’s heavenly seed. Those are the members of the mystical Body of Christ, who would receive Christ as their Savior, wash away their sins in the Blood of Christ, the Blood of the Lamb, would receive His Holy Spirit; and thus, the new birth would be carried out in them; and thus, they would become part of the heavenly Israel, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
That is why Saint Paul and the other apostles teach us that we died with Christ when Christ died on Calvary’s Cross, and we also rose with Christ when He rose.
Because just as Levi tithed to Melchizedek, and he hadn’t been born yet when Abraham tithed to Melchizedek; and Abraham hadn’t even had his son Isaac yet, and Levi was already tithing to Melchizedek: because he was in Abraham’s loins.11
And now, notice, where were we? We were in Christ. When He died, we were dying with Him; when He went to hell, we were also there with Him; and when He rose, we rose with Him; and when He ascended to Heaven, we also ascended to Heaven with Him, and we were put in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.12
And now, notice everything that has happened with God’s elect, who, notice, were in God before the foundation of the world; and then, when God was made flesh, well, we were in God made flesh; and wherever He went, we also went in Him.
And now, notice how through His Sacrifice on Calvary’s Cross, He cleansed us from all sin; and He rose, and He rose for our justification.13
When a person is justified, that person stands as if he never sinned before; that is what it means to be justified before God: as if he had never sinned.
And now, notice how every firstborn goes through the same thing that our beloved Lord Jesus Christ went through.
Now, we can see that Christ is also represented in Jacob: in Jacob as an individual and in Jacob (which is Israel) as a nation too. That is why we will find in the Scripture that God says, referring to the Hebrew people, He says:
[Exodus 4:22] “Israel is my son, even my firstborn.”
And every firstborn of God goes through the same stages.
Notice, Jacob (who then received a new name; the new name was Israel) represents the Hebrew people, and symbolizes the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is the heavenly Israel, and also symbolizes or represents Jesus Christ too. That is why, notice, the same stages that Jacob goes through, the Hebrew people, Jesus, and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ also go through.
We find that when Jacob is returning to the promised land, we find him going into a resurrection; because resurrection is a restoration; he is being restored to the promised land. And Jacob receives the visit of the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord; and he wrestles with the Angel of the Lord, the Angel of the Covenant; and the Angel tells him: “Let Me go, for I must leave; the day is breaking.”14 Remember that the great blessing for every firstborn of God comes in the morning.
Now, Jacob tells him: “I will not let You go, except You bless me.” He knew that this Man was the Angel of the Covenant, the Angel of the Lord, who could bless him. He didn’t want to face his brother Esau without having God’s blessing.
And Esau, notice, at the end time, will be the Gentile empire in the feet of iron and clay, which has the religious part and the political part; in other words, Esau represents the antichrist with his empire.
But Jacob doesn’t want to face Esau without first receiving the blessing of the Angel of the Lord, in order to obtain the victory and enter peacefully into the promised land, and to be restored in the promised land.
Now, at this end time the earthly Israel will have an encounter with that same Angel, who will be manifested on Earth in human flesh in His Angel-Messenger, in the Angel Messenger of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Do you know who is the Angel of the Covenant that appeared to Jacob? The same One who had appeared to Abraham. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
“Before Abraham was, I am,” Jesus said. And He also said: “Abraham desired to see My day; he saw it and was glad.”15
This was when he met with Elohim the day before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah; and Abraham offered Him a good meal, a good lunch; and Elohim, along with His Archangels Gabriel and Michael, ate with Abraham; and Abraham was very joyful there: he also received the reconfirmation of the coming of the promised son there. And later on, notice, Abraham also received the revelation of the things that would happen upon Sodom and Gomorrah,16 which represent the Gentile kingdom in the stage of the feet of iron and clay.
And now, the same Elohim who appeared to Abraham the day before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah is the same Melchizedek who had appeared to him long before, to whom Abraham had paid his tithes.17
And now, in the New Testament, He appears clothed in human flesh with the veil of flesh called Jesus; because written on that veil of flesh was the Name of the Angel of the Covenant that He would use to carry out the Redemption on Calvary’s Cross. Because on His vesture of flesh, He writes His Name relevant to the manifestation He has as the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world.
In Revelation it tells us (in chapter 19) that the Word comes at the end time with a new Name written on His vesture; but that is for His Second Coming. And that is the new Name of the Lord.
Remember that the firstborn goes through those stages. Israel as an individual, meaning, Jacob as an individual, notice, he went through those stages; and when he wouldn’t let go of the Angel, the Angel injured the hollow of his thigh (his hip), and it was dislocated, but Jacob wouldn’t let go of Him. And the Angel said to him: “What is your name?” Jacob tells him: “Jacob.” The Angel tells him: “Your name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel; for as a prince you had power, you wrestled with God and with man, and you have prevailed.”
Notice that the blessing is for the Overcomer; and that is why it says: “To him that overcomes will I give a white Stone, and in It a new Name written, which no man knows saving he that receives It.”18 That white Stone is the Second Coming of Christ, It is the Stone cut out without hands in Its Second Coming, which comes with a new Name.
And someone… there will be an overcomer on Earth, one of the messengers of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be the Overcomer who will receive Christ in His Second Coming, and obtain that white Stone.
It also says: “To him that overcomes I will give him the Morning Star.”19 See? He will give him the white Stone and He will give him the Morning Star. Both things represent, symbolize, the Second Coming of Christ, the Coming of the Mighty Angel who comes down from Heaven, clothed with a cloud, with a rainbow upon His head (around His head) with His eyes as a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass, and in His hand a little Book open.20
Now, notice that the Overcomer, meaning, the Messenger who will be giving God’s sons and daughters the Food in due season at the Last Day, will be the one who will see and receive Christ in His Second Coming; and he will receive the blessing of receiving the white Stone, which is the Second Coming of Christ; and of receiving the Bright and Morning Star, which is the Second Coming of Christ; and thus, also receiving the rising Sun, which is the Second Coming of Christ; that is why He comes with His face as the sun.
And now, at the Last Day there will be an Angel-Messenger of the angel-messengers of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
For the seven stages or ages of the Gentile Church, in the Holy Place of His spiritual Temple, He had seven angel-messengers; and for the Holy of Holies, which is the Age of the Cornerstone of the spiritual Temple of Christ, He will have an Angel-Messenger: that is the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave John the revelation of the Book of Revelation.
And now, who will be the Faithful and Wise Servant? Who will be the Faithful and Wise Angel-Messenger whom His Lord has made ruler over all His Household, over all His goods, over all His Family, to give them the Food in due season, the Message pertaining to the end time?
Because He gave each of them the Food to give a portion of in the relevant age. But who will be the Faithful and Wise Servant, the Faithful and Wise Angel-Messenger, who will be giving the spiritual Food to the Church of Jesus Christ at the Last Day? It can’t be any of the seven angel-messengers of the seven Gentile Church ages anymore, because that time already passed; those seven ages already passed, and the ministries of the seven angel-messengers also already passed.
And now, all that’s left is the Age of the Cornerstone, which is the Age that represents the Holy of Holies of the spiritual Temple of Christ, in the territory that pertains to the construction of that part of the spiritual Temple of Christ, which is Latin America and the Caribbean. Just as each age had a territory where that age took place, and where God sent the angel-messenger; the angel-messenger…
And now, where will Jesus Christ send His Angel-Messenger? Where will He send His Angel-Messenger? Well, wherever the people who must be called and gathered with the Great Voice of Trumpet are found, so that Christ may build the Holy of Holies of His spiritual Temple.
Because a temple without a holy of holies can’t be a temple for God; because the holy of holies is the place where God dwells and from which God manifests Himself in that temple.
And now, Latin America and the Caribbean is the territory that has the privilege of the manifestation of Christ through His Angel-Messenger, calling all of God’s elect with a Great Voice of Trumpet, and putting them (where?) in the mystical Body of Christ, in the Age of the Cornerstone, which is the Age of the Holy of Holies of the spiritual Temple of Jesus Christ.
And people who are called and gathered are put in the most important part of the Temple of Jesus Christ; they are the most privileged people of all the members of the mystical Body of Jesus Christ.
And the Messenger who is to feed God’s elect in the Holy of Holies of the spiritual Temple of Christ with the Hidden Manna is the most privileged Messenger of all the messengers of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; because he is the one who sees and receives Christ in His Second Coming: he receives that white Stone which is Christ, the Stone cut out without hands coming with a new Name; he is the one who receives the Bright and morning Star, he welcomes It together with the elect who will be in the mystical Body of Christ under the ministry of that Angel-Messenger.
And that Angel-Messenger, like all of God’s elect of the Last Day, like God’s elect and God’s messengers of the seven Gentile Church ages, they are God’s firstborn.
And now, notice, as individuals and as a mystical Body of believers, they are God’s firstborn.
The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as a mystical Body of believers is the firstborn Church of God; therefore, She has had to go through the same stages that Jacob went through, that the Hebrew people have gone through, and that our beloved Lord Jesus Christ went through: She appeared on Earth, She was born on Earth on the day of Pentecost; and then later on, She died, She died in the dark ages; but then, at this end time, She would be restored.
And at this end time, we find that on the third day (remember that the third day is very important)… The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has gone through two days: the fifth millennium and sixth millennium; and now She is on the third day, if we add to the calendar the years it is behind; and that third day is starting, in other words, that third day is dawning, which is the Last Day and is also the seventh millennium.
And Christ said to His believers, in chapter 6 of Saint John, verses 39 to 40:
“And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.”
Here we have the promise of the resurrection of the dead in Christ at the Last Day, in other words, in the seventh millennium; “for one day before the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” And Saint Peter, in his Second Letter, chapter 3, verse 8, testifies of this truth; and the dispensational prophet, Moses, in Psalm 90, verse 4, also testified of this truth.
And now, I testify to you of this Divine Truth; and I am showing you through the Scriptures that the Last Day, when Christ says that He will raise His believers who have died, I testify to you that it’s the seventh millennium.
That is also the third day for the Hebrew people, for the earthly Israel and also for the heavenly Israel. That is the third day of the three Last Days: the fifth millennium is the first of the three Last Days, the sixth millennium is the second of the three Last Days, and the seventh millennium is the third of the Last Days before God.
And now we have understood what the Last Days are; and that is why we can understand why Saint Paul and Saint Peter said that God had spoken by the prophets and then spoke by Jesus Christ (when?) in the Last Days.21 And two thousand years have already passed, and Peter and Paul made no mistake when they said that the days of Jesus Christ and the days of the baptism of the Holy Spirit—on the day of Pentecost—were the Last Days.
It’s because the Last Days before God are the last millenniums to human beings, which are the fifth millennium, sixth millennium, and seventh millennium. And when Jesus was four to seven years old, the fifth millennium began, and therefore, the Last Days began.
And now, notice how the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, like the Hebrew people, during these Last Days have been going through a stage of death, under persecutions and under circumstances contrary to the Hebrew people and also to the Church of Jesus Christ; but God’s promise through the Prophet Hosea is that God will revive us after two days: after the fifth millennium and sixth millennium, He will revive all His firstborn.
He will revive the Hebrew people as the firstborn nation before God, because He says: “Israel is My firstborn; he is My son, even My firstborn.” And the only nation that God has called His son that has ever existed on this Earth is the Hebrew people as a nation. And therefore, they have had to go through those stages as a nation, after being born, they have had to go through that stage of death; but currently, they are in the stage for a total restoration, for a total resurrection.
All the things that must happen for the Hebrew people’s resurrection as a nation have each been falling into place already, so that soon the Hebrew people as a nation may be the firstborn people of God, the earthly firstborn people, the earthly people [who are the] head of all the nations; because among the Hebrew nation, the Messiah will be King of kings and Lord of lords over the Hebrew people and over all the nations.
And when the Messiah is among the Hebrew people and is received by the Hebrew people, what will the Hebrew people be receiving? They will be receiving the Spirit of God, which God told the Prophet Ezekiel to call: “Call it from the four winds.”
Because He would be calling and gathering the elect from (where?) from the four winds: first the elect from among the Gentiles and then the elect of the Hebrew people, for a resurrection, a resurrection of the elect—as individuals—of the Hebrew people who have departed; in other words, a resurrection of the elect of the Hebrew people, of the hundred and forty-four thousand; a resurrection as a nation; and then they will have a resurrection at the end of the Great Tribulation, because the beast will kill them, and then they will rise; but first they have had a resurrection as a nation and a spiritual resurrection as individuals and as a nation too.
Now, notice that before a literal, physical resurrection is fulfilled, a spiritual resurrection must be fulfilled.
Now, the heavenly Israel, which is the Church of Jesus Christ, at this end time, as a mystical Body of believers, as a Church, receives a resurrection. The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is restored, and She will have Christ in Her midst, manifested in all His fullness; and His Church will have all the power manifested in Her midst.
Therefore, in and through His Church, Christ will be working everything He has promised for this end time; because Christ will be among His Church, manifested in human flesh in His Angel-Messenger at the Last Day, for this total restoration of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, to put Her in the position that Adam and Eve were in before the fall. That is how Christ and His Church will be placed at this end time, to have the glorious Millennial Kingdom, to be in that thousand-year honeymoon.
Before that comes the Marriage of the Lamb, which is the union of Christ and His Church, where the members of the mystical Body of Christ become the Word, and the Word becomes flesh in the members of the mystical Body of Christ. And by the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ having Christ manifested in Her midst, She joins Christ in that manifestation; and that becomes the union of Christ with His Church, the Marriage of Christ with His Church.
It says in the parable of the ten virgins that at midnight there was a cry: “Behold, the Bridegroom comes; go out to meet Him!” That is in Saint Matthew chapter 25. And they all went out to meet the Bridegroom (the wise virgins and the foolish virgins); but the foolish virgins didn’t have oil in their lamps, and their lamps were already going out, giving off smoke; and they tell the wise virgins [verse 8]:
“Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.”
(This parable is in chapter 25, verse 6 to 13).
“But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.”
The Door closes, notice, while we are still here on Earth. The Door of Mercy of the second dispensation closes while the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, the wise virgins, are here on Earth, once all of God’s elect have gone in with Jesus Christ to the Marriage, in other words, to that union, where there is a name change for the One who gets married.
A young woman with a groom still has her maiden name; but once she gets married, by inheritance, by law, she obtains her husband’s name. And now, notice how from the moment she gets married, she then obtains a new name.
That is how it is for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, who has the promise of receiving a new Name. With the Marriage of the Lamb, the Marriage of Christ with His Church, She obtains that new Name; just like Jacob received a new name when he held on to the Angel of the Lord. And the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will hold on tight to the Angel of the Lord, the Angel of the Covenant, who is Jesus Christ manifested at the Last Day in human flesh in His Angel-Messenger; and that is when She will receive a name change, that is when She will receive a new Name.
Just like every firstborn receives… notice: he is born, then he dies, and then he receives a restoration, in other words, a resurrection.
Now, notice how Jacob received a name change, a new name; and notice how when Jesus died, rose, and ascended to Heaven, He also received a new Name. And that is why it says in Revelation chapter 3, verse 12:
“Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.”
Christ has a new Name, which He received when He obtained the victory, when He obtained the victory and was raised on the third day, on the morning of that third day.
And on the morning of the third day, of the Last Day (which is the third of the three last millenniums, which is the third of the Last Days before God), is when the Church of Jesus Christ will hold on to the Angel of the Covenant manifested through the Angel of Jesus Christ, and will unite with Christ manifested in human flesh and obtain a new Name; She will obtain a new Name which is the new Name of the Lord, brought by that white Stone cut out without hands.
That Stone cut out without hands of the prophecy of Daniel chapter 2, verses 35 to 45, and of Revelation chapter 2, verse 17; It is the same Stone, for it is the Second Coming of Christ.
And now, that is the Stone that will come at the Last Day, in the time when the Gentile kingdom will be in the feet of iron and clay; and with Its coming, the Gentile kingdom will be taken away, broken into pieces. And the Kingdom of God will be established on this Earth.
Because that Stone, Christ in His Second Coming, will grow and will cover the whole Earth; that Stone will grow and form a great Mountain that will cover the whole Earth, meaning, a great Kingdom, a great Empire that will cover the whole Earth; because the Empire, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, that Millennial Kingdom, will cover the whole Earth, It will rule over the whole Earth.
Now, all of this is for the third day, which is the Last Day before God, which is the seventh millennium to us.
On the third day, in the seventh millennium, is when Christ will raise the dead in Christ, and will restore us all to Eternal Life with an eternal body; for we who are alive will be changed, and then we will have a glorified body like the one of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; and so shall we ever be with our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
And now, this mystery of a new Name is simple. Because just like in a family the children inherit the name, the last name, of the father, we find that our Lord Jesus Christ, as the Second Adam, is the One who has given us Eternal Life… He is the One who has brought forth the new birth in us.
And just like we receive the name that our parents give us and we receive the last name of our earthly father and mother; now, when we have the eternal body, we will have the name that God determined for us before the foundation of the world, because He is our Heavenly Father, and that name will be the Name of our Heavenly Father.
The new Jerusalem will have that same Name in eternity; that is the Name of the City of our God in Heaven, and that is the new Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And that is the Name that the ones born of God will receive; because the ones born of God will receive the Name of the One who begot them, which is God.
And now, notice how simple this mystery is.
It is also reflected in the family. For example, a person may say: “The Rodríguez family lives over there, the Rivera family lives over here, the Bermúdez family lives over there, the Pérez family lives over here.” Why? Because they are descendants of whom? Of the father of the family that has that last name, and that is why the children inherit it. One must be born into the family to have that family name; it is the family name.
And now, notice how our Lord Jesus Christ received a new Name in Heaven.
And we won’t speak much about that, because that… Let’s leave that alone, because it’s a subject that, if we delve into it, we will see many things there that should be left alone. From what you already heard, you have enough for the time being.
Now, notice that in order for the person to receive the new Name, he must always be what? A firstborn, and he must go through these stages; and then, at the end, with that resurrection and that victory, he obtains that entire blessing.
Now, we can see this mystery and we can see that this mystery of the Resurrection of Christ goes beyond what one can see at a glance.
With the death and resurrection of Christ, He paid the price of Redemption, therefore He carried out the Redemption for all of us by paying the price there with His own Body, so we don’t have to die but live eternally.
First, the new birth is carried out by believing in Christ as our Savior and washing away our sins in the Blood of Christ and receiving His Holy Spirit; and thus, we obtain a new theophanic body, a new body, a new spirit, which is from Heaven, meaning, from the sixth dimension.
And at the Last Day, we will obtain the second part of the Redemption, which is the redemption of the physical body, where we will obtain the eternal body that God predestinated, ordained, chose, and designed before the foundation of the world for each one of you and also for me.
We don’t complain about living in these mortal bodies because it is a one-time experience where we can show Christ that we love Him and keep His commandments and serve Him every day of our lives and work in His Work with Love Divine. And we believe in His First Coming and His Sacrifice on Calvary’s Cross, and receive Him as our Savior and wash away our sins in the Blood of Christ, and receive His Holy Spirit. We receive His promise: the new body, the theophanic body.
And at the Last Day, notice, after receiving the earnest of our redemption, of our salvation—which is the theophanic body, the spirit that comes from Christ—at the Last Day, we will receive the fullness and we will have the double portion: we will have the portion of the theophanic body and the portion of the physical body, both eternal: the theophanic body of the sixth dimension is eternal, and the physical and glorified body is also eternal, which we will receive at this Last Day, on the third day; because that is the day for the resurrection of the dead in Christ in glorified bodies and for our transformation in glorified bodies.
Just as Christ rose, and rose glorified; notice, He was glorified; and now we can see that He has a glorified Body, and we will also have a glorified body, because we were in Him, all the stages that He went through, we also went through, being (where?) in Christ.
Our souls and our theophanic spirits were in Christ, and so were our physical bodies, so all of our being: soul, spirit, and body—all of our eternal being was where? In the Eternal One, in Christ.
We have temporarily taken up this physical body and a spirit of the world upon obtaining the natural birth through our parents; but notice, Christ is creating a new race, a new race with Eternal Life, an eternal race; a race that will have an eternal theophanic body and a glorified and eternal physical body to live for all eternity, and reign with Christ a thousand years and then for all eternity.
And that race will be a super race that will rule this whole Earth with our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, a race that won’t have limitations, a perfect race with perfect and eternal bodies, and with perfect and eternal theophanic spirits, and with a perfect soul which is part of God.
That will be the highest class of beings, in other words, of the highest level; not in stature, but rather, the highest level that God will have in His Creation. And God Himself, having the same [type of] body: the glorified Body of Jesus Christ, will be part of that new Creation.
And He is the Head of that new Creation, of that race, for it says in Revelation chapter 3, verse 14, referring to Jesus Christ, it says that He is the beginning of the Creation of God, of this new race that will be perfect; which, at the Last Day, which is the third day (it’s the third of the three Last Days)… when it will obtain physical immortality by obtaining a new body.
We who are alive will be changed once the dead in Christ rise in eternal bodies. And by that time, the new Name will be manifested in all fullness in the Church of Jesus Christ as a mystical Body of believers, and also in each one of those who will be there already in perfection with a perfect and eternal body.
Now, that is the double portion. First, we receive the portion: the new birth, by receiving the Spirit of Christ, receiving the theophanic spirit of the sixth dimension; and we receive the other portion by receiving the new body.
When the dead in Christ rise in the new body, they are receiving the other portion they needed, they are receiving the redemption of the physical body, and then we who are alive, by being changed, will be receiving the double portion, in other words, we will be receiving the redemption of our body, thus, we will have a new glorified body, and we will be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
We are living at the time when, at any moment, the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the transformation of us who are alive will take place.
On Easter or Resurrection Sunday, we find that Jesus Christ rose from among the dead in the morning. And the morning consists of three hours, because the morning… The fourth watch is the one that pertains to the morning, and the fourth watch is: the first hour is from 6:00 to 7:00 in the morning, the second hour is from 7:00 to 8:00 in the morning, and the third hour is from 8:00 to 9:00 in the morning. There we have the three hours contained in the fourth watch.
Jesus Christ rose in the fourth watch of the third day, and it was a Sunday.
And now, notice, it was the first day of the week, which is represented in or also represents the Age of the Cornerstone.
And now, the Age of the Cornerstone will be representing eternity. That is why Christ puts His children in the Age of the Cornerstone, which represents eternity. And the Age of the Cornerstone is represented in Resurrection Sunday.
And now, in the Age of the Cornerstone is where the Church of Jesus Christ receives a spiritual resurrection, a restoration, and will also receive a physical restoration. And the members of the Church of Jesus Christ will receive a restoration, in other words, a resurrection, a restoration to how it was before the fall of human beings: they will be restored to Eternal Life with an eternal body; for which the dead in Christ will rise in eternal bodies and we who are alive will be changed.
Saint Paul said in Ephesians chapter 4, verse 30:
“And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.”
In other words, until the day of the redemption of our bodies, which is the transformation of our bodies and the resurrection of the dead in Christ.
Because we will be restored to Eternal Life with an eternal physical and glorified body, and with an eternal theophanic spirit as well. And thus, we will be like our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, we will be in the image and likeness of our Lord Jesus Christ. And this is for the Last Day, which is the third day of the resurrection of Christ; in other words, the third day is when Christ rose.
And now, notice how on that third day—which was a Sunday—an Angel came down from Heaven, there was an earthquake, and the Old Testament saints rose there and Jesus Christ also rose, and they appeared to many people in the city of Jerusalem.22 Notice all the things that happened on that Resurrection Sunday.
And an Angel…in some of the Gospels it mentions an Angel,23 and in others it mentions two Angels.24 It’s like saying: “The Lord will send His Angels,” and then saying: “The Lord will send His Angel.”
So, notice, when Jesus Christ also ascended to Heaven, two Angels of God were there, and they spoke to the disciples of Jesus Christ.25
Now, we can see that at this end time all these things will be taking place. And notice what will be taking place at this end time when the dead in Christ rise.
Back then, an Angel had come down from Heaven, and there was an earthquake or tremor; and all of those things happened with the Coming of that Angel.
Now, notice on pages 428 to 429 of the Book The Revelation Of The Seven Seals, the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ says:
“[391] We realize we have just a short time. And the Church might go at any time.
392 The Lamb might, at any time, leave the sanctuary up There, or the Throne of sacrifice, come forth from the Throne of God where the sacrifice lays, and then it’s over; there is no more hopes for the world; she is finished. Then she goes into flusterations, of great spasms of earthquakes, and—and great shakings like it was at the resurrection…”
“393 As Christ rose from the grave, when the saints rise, the same thing will take place.”
The same thing will take place when who rises? When the New Testament saints appear, resurrected in their eternal bodies.
“[393] …When the saints rise, the same thing will take place. Lord, it could be at any minute. We’re watching for that glad day to arrive.
394 Take Your children under Your arm, Father, now. Draw Your little lambs to Your bosom. Grant it. And feed them on the Word, till they’re in strength for service.”
Now notice what our Brother Branham, the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, says will be taking place when the dead in Christ rise. Notice there how the great shakings of this Earth, and earthquakes and a great earthquake, will shake the Earth.
There will be confusion for the world, but for the Church of Jesus Christ there will be joy, there will be peace, there will be rejoicing, and there will be blessings from Heaven; and there will be a transformation for us who are alive, and a resurrection for the dead in Christ in eternal bodies.
Now notice how the resurrection of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, which was a mystery two thousand years ago, also speaks to us, also represents to us, what the resurrection of the members of the Church of Jesus Christ at the Last Day will be. On the third of the three Last Days, and on the eighth day which is the Age of the Cornerstone, the Age that comes… After the seventh age of the Gentile Church comes the Age of the Cornerstone, which is represented in Sunday and which is also represented in the year of jubilee.
The year of jubilee was the fiftieth year, and it was also the eighth feast year; because every seven years, the seventh year was a year of rest, a sabbath or sabbatical year for the Earth: they neither sowed nor harvested, instead, people lived off what the land had produced in previous years, because they had stored food for that seventh year.26
In the sixth year, the land produced twice as much or three times as much so that they had food for the seventh year, and also so that they had food for the eighth year; because in the seventh year, they couldn’t sow, nor could they harvest.
When I say: “they couldn’t harvest,” it’s because they couldn’t reap. A farm owner couldn’t reap a crop to take it to the market and sell it, instead, people lived off what was produced by their farm, their inheritance; the point was to use that, and not to carry out harvests like they did the previous years; and they couldn’t sow either. Therefore, in the eighth year they wouldn’t have food from the land except what they had stored and whatever grew naturally from what was left of the harvest of the sixth year or year number six.
And now, notice, that is what happened in those cycles that God established for the Hebrew people.
And on the forty-ninth year, that was the seventh sabbath year; but to reach the seventh sabbath year, forty-nine years had to pass, and on the forty-ninth year it was the seventh sabbath year.
And after that came the fiftieth year, which was jubilee year, when the trumpet of the jubilee year sounded, on the tenth day of the seventh month, and liberty was proclaimed throughout the land: the slaves went free, and whoever had lost an inheritance or sold it would recover it without paying a cent. Whoever had that inheritance and was not the owner, had to give it up willingly or by force; because it was a Divine Law.
And among the Hebrew people, properties, inheritances, and farms had a price according to the years left until the year of jubilee.
A property that was six years away from the year of jubilee was worth more than when it was one year away from the year of jubilee; because whoever bought that property could only use that property for one year, he could sow and profit for one year, but whoever bought that property six years beforehand, had six years to take advantage of it; therefore, he made six or seven times as much profit, because the sixth year it produced twice as much, so he made seven times as much profit.
But whoever bought it the sixth year could only make the profit of the sixth year, which was double profit; but it wasn’t as much profit as whoever bought it at the beginning, that is, for the one who bought it when there were six years left until the year of jubilee.
Now, we can see that all of that is what has been in fulfillment in the Divine Program; and now we have reached the end time.
The devil has had this planet Earth for six thousand years, since he made a deal with Adam and Eve, a dirty deal, in which he stole their inheritance; but the Title Deed, which is the Book of the Seven Seals, returned to the right of God.
And the devil has enslaved the human race, to the extent that most human beings live to eat, work, and sleep; and that is what their entire lives revolve around: their studies, their jobs; to them everything revolves around that slave life: eating, sleeping, and working. For most human beings… that is the routine of their lives, for most human beings; and their jobs revolve around that routine, because the work of the human being is mostly to eat and for their earthly needs (see?) for earthly things.
But there are people on this Earth (from age to age) who have their names written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, upon whom the Light of God shines and enlightens their understanding and their soul, and makes them understand that they are not here by mere coincidence, but because of a Divine Program that is taking place here on Earth to give people Eternal Life: by coming in contact with Eternal Life, who is Jesus Christ, the One who died in Jerusalem on Calvary’s Cross and rose on the third day, and sat at the right hand of God in Heaven.
A person who doesn’t come in contact with Jesus Christ, the Eternal Life, has not only lived a natural life in his body… because that is the kind of body we have. This is what Saint Paul tells us here in… chapter 15 of First Corinthians, verse 42 and on, says:
“So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.”
The first body we receive (this body that we have) is a natural body. The second body we will receive, which the dead in Christ will receive when they rise, which is an eternal body: is a spiritual and heavenly body; it is a glorified body in which they will live for all eternity; a body just like the body of Jesus Christ. And we who are alive will be changed and will also have that same kind of body; we will no longer be in this natural, earthly, mortal, and corruptible body that we have, we will be in a new body.
Now, a person who lives on this Earth and isn’t mindful of the things of the spirit—because the Bible says that he who is mindful of the things of the flesh (and the body is a natural body) is mindful of what? The things of the natural body; in other words, he is concerning himself with the things relevant to this stage of the natural body—it says he will die.27 He who is carnally-minded will die, will perish; he will obtain (what?) corruption; he will inherit corruption. But he who is spiritually-minded will inherit Eternal Life.
We can’t go through this Earth only being mindful of the things of the flesh, the things of this earthly body, but the things of the spirit, so that we live according to the spirit and inherit Eternal Life, and don’t live here on Earth as animals, but as sons and daughters of God.
It is important to wake up to the reality that we are here on Earth because of a Divine Purpose, a Divine Program that He is carrying out; and we must fulfill the purpose for which we have come to this Earth sent by God: to come in contact with the Divine Program, to enter into the Divine Program and receive the new birth, and to receive the eternal body at the Last Day.
Now we can see that Saint Paul goes on to say:
“And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.”
We go through this stage and in this natural body; but then it will be the most glorious stage, which will be in an eternal body, in a spiritual, heavenly, and glorified body, just like the body of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
That is why it is so important to believe in the First Coming of Christ, His death on Calvary’s Cross as the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world; and to believe in His resurrection and ascension to Heaven, sitting there on the Throne of God, in the intercessory place, making intercession for all of God’s sons and daughters who have had their names written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world; so that the Sacrifice of Christ on Calvary’s Cross becomes effective in us, and our sins are taken away, not covered, but taken away, blotted out, and thus, we are justified as if we had never sinned before; and thus, we obtain the Spirit of Christ and we obtain the new birth. And at the Last Day, we will obtain the transformation of our body, if we are still living here in these bodies when the dead in Christ rise.
So, the resurrection of the dead in Christ, for those who are alive in that moment, will be a sign that the person who is a believer in Christ and has washed away his sins in the Blood of Christ, and has received His Holy Spirit; and has been called and gathered by the Great Voice of Trumpet with the ministries of the Angels of the Son of man, calling and gathering His elect with the Great Voice of Trumpet; for those people, the coming of the dead in Christ resurrected will be a sign of a transformation for us.
We will be changed when we see the dead in Christ raised; then we will be here on Earth for thirty to forty days; then we will go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; and then we will return. After three and a half years, in which the Earth will be going through the Great Tribulation, then we will return to Earth with Christ for the glorious Millennial Kingdom of our Lord, where we will reign with Christ a thousand years and then for all eternity.
Now we can see: “THE MYSTERY OF THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.”
We have been represented in Christ before the foundation of the world. And when He came to Earth in human flesh, that was also testifying that each one of us would also come to Earth in human flesh; and we would go through the same stages as individuals, and also as the mystical Body of believers of the Lord Jesus Christ.
All of God’s firstborn as individuals must go through the same stages. And now notice how these stages are fulfilled in people’s lives.
Just as Christ died on Calvary’s Cross, notice, by receiving Christ as our Savior, and washing away our sins in the Blood of Christ, we are dying to the old man; and when we receive His Holy Spirit, we are rising to the new man; we are rising as a new man, and this is on the inside; then it is reflected physically as well.
And now, at the Last Day, that will be repeated, but physically. The dead in Christ, notice, already had to die; we who are alive will go through that stage so quickly that we won’t even notice that stage where this body will disappear in the twinkling of an eye, in such a way that we will be changed, and we will have the new body, and thus, we will be born in a new body.
It will be like being born, but notice, we will be born, meaning, we will appear in a new and eternal body that is already grown up, which will represent eighteen to twenty-one years of age. That is regarding the physical aspect of God’s sons and daughters.
But notice, in the spiritual realm, that must have already been carried out in the person; because only those who have believed in Christ as their Savior, washed away their sins in the Blood of Christ, and received His Holy Spirit: have obtained the new birth, and those are the ones who will be raised, if they have died physically they will be raised in eternal bodies; and if we are alive, when the resurrection happens, we will be changed.
It’s for those who have been born again, it’s for those who have already gone through those stages of a firstborn or as a firstborn of God.
Then, physically, notice, we also go through those stages. When a person dies, if he is an elect, he is dying like Christ died, to rise on resurrection day, which will be at the Last Day and in the Age of the Cornerstone.
And the Age of the Cornerstone represents or is represented in Sunday, in jubilee day; because the year of jubilee represents the time of great jubilee, where the dead in Christ will rise in eternal bodies, and will be restored to Eternal Life, and we who are alive will be changed, and we will be restored to Eternal Life.
Notice how we receive that restoration to Eternal Life physically too. It has already happened spiritually, in our spirit, but it must also happen in our physical body at the Last Day.
Because what Jesus, the Firstborn of God, went through, Jacob had gone through; and the Hebrew people as a nation have also gone through, and they are still going through it as a nation; and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ as a mystical Body of believers goes through it, and each elect of God, each member of the mystical Body of Jesus Christ, goes through it.
Now we can see where we are in the Divine Program.
And we can see, notice, we can see that the resurrection of Christ is on the third day and in the fourth watch, it’s on the morning of the third day; a type and figure of the Age of the Cornerstone as Resurrection Sunday, and also in the first time period in the seventh millennium, when Christ has promised the resurrection of God’s elect: “And I will raise him up at the last day,” the Lord says.
With the Coming of that Angel, there was an earthquake, and Christ rose. With the Coming of the Angel who was different from the rest, manifesting Himself in the Angel of Jesus Christ at the Last Day, after His ministry comes to an end, there will be a great earthquake; because the Sixth Seal opens with a great earthquake.
And in Revelation chapter 16, we also have a great earthquake; we have a great earthquake there. And for the resurrection of the dead in Christ, there will also be a great earthquake.
And the Coming and Presence of the Angel who was different from the rest, manifested in human flesh, will be giving God’s elect the sign that we have reached the end time, when, at any moment, there will be a great earthquake, and the dead in Christ will rise in eternal bodies, and we who are alive will be changed.
The sign of the end of the world, which is the sign of the reaping or of the Harvest, is the Coming of the Angels of the Son of man, calling and gathering His elect; in other words, carrying out the Work of the Harvest.
And the Son of man will come with whom? With His Angels. In the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels is when these things will be happening at the Last Day.
And now, just as the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ was a mystery, the resurrection of the dead in Christ is also a mystery.
Saint Paul says [1 Corinthians 15:51]:
“Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.”
It is a mystery: “Behold, I shew you a mystery.”
And now, notice how this mystery contains the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels, the Great Voice of Trumpet calling and gathering His elect, the Great Voice of Trumpet of the Gospel of the Kingdom calling and gathering His elect, revealing to them the mystery of the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels. The mystery of the Coming of the Lord, the mystery of the Coming of the Mighty Angel, the mystery of the Coming of the Angel who was different from the rest, coming in human flesh and manifesting the ministries of Moses for the second time, Elijah for the fifth time, and Jesus for the second time.
That is the greatest mystery of all the mysteries in Heaven and on Earth; which, through the Great Voice of Trumpet of the Gospel of the Kingdom, will be revealed to the Church of Jesus Christ at this Last Day, in order to see and receive the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels manifested in human flesh, so that each son and daughter of God obtains the faith to be changed and raptured; and thus, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is restored in all fullness with all power and authority; and thus, can go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and then return with Christ for the glorious Millennial Kingdom.
Now, notice that this restoration or resurrection of Christ also speaks of our transformation and the resurrection of the dead in Christ.
Saint Peter says in the Book of Acts, chapter 3, verse 18 and on, he says:
“But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out…”
Why does he say so that they be “blotted out”? Because the Blood of Christ doesn’t cover sin, rather, it blots out sin, it takes away sin.
“…When the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.”
Now, notice that the Coming of the Lord is for the time of the restitution or restoration of all things.
And it’s on the third day, which is the seventh millennium… that is the third of the three Last Days, that is the Last Day. At that time it will be the restoration of all things, the restoration for each elect of God, firstborn of God, to be restored to Eternal Life with an eternal body, for the dead in Christ to be restored to life with an eternal body, and for us who are alive to be restored to Eternal Life with an eternal body; and for the Church of Jesus Christ to be restored to all Divine Power as God’s sons and daughters; and for the Hebrew people to be restored as the nation that will be the head of all the nations.
Israel, as the son of God, the firstborn of God as a nation, will be resurrected, restored, on the third day, which is the seventh millennium.
And just like in the fourth watch of that third day, Christ rose and the dead in Christ rose with Him, likewise, in that fourth watch of the Last Day, of the seventh millennium, the dead in Christ will rise in eternal bodies, they will be restored to Eternal Life, and we who are alive will be restored to Eternal Life too.
That is why Moses and Elijah come, and the ministry of Jesus too, for the restoration of all things.
The disciples of Jesus Christ, on one occasion, when Christ was already resurrected, the day that Christ would be received up into Heaven, after being with them for forty days already resurrected, the disciples of Jesus Christ thought that now that Christ had already risen, and that all power had been given to Him in Heaven and on Earth, now Christ could take the Throne of David, sit upon it, and restore the Kingdom of God among the Hebrew people, restore the Kingdom of David among the Hebrew people; and they ask Christ in chapter 1 of the Book of Acts, notice, it says (verse 3 and on, says)… let’s see… verse 1 says, let’s…:
“The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,
Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:
To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?”
In other words: “Will You at this time restore again the Kingdom to Israel? Are You going to sit on the Throne of David as King, as Son of David, and begin the Kingdom? Will You at this time restore again the Kingdom to Israel?” What did Jesus say?
“And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.”
Times and seasons, which are the end times, which are the Last Day, the seventh millennium, and the Age of the Cornerstone, where Jesus Christ comes, the Son of man comes with His Angels, and He comes as the Son of man and Son of David, as it was shown on Mount Transfiguration, for the restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ to all the relevant Divine power and authority and position; and for the restoration of every son and daughter of God, member of the mystical Body of Christ, to be restored (to what?) to Eternal Life with an eternal body.
And the restoration of the Hebrew people, of the Hebrew nation as a nation, where the Hebrew nation will be restored with a King upon the Throne of David, which will be the Messiah sitting on the Throne of David as Son of man and Son of David, to reign a thousand years and then for all eternity among the Hebrew people and over all the nations.
From among the Hebrew people, the administrative part—politically and religiously—of the whole Kingdom, the whole Empire of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, the whole Empire of Jesus Christ, will be carried out. Everything will be administered from the land of Israel, and Jerusalem will be the capital of the world. And the territory of Israel will be the Federal District.
Now, we can see the great blessing that God has for the Hebrew people in the time of the restoration of all things; the time of the restoration of all things, both spiritual and physical, both the restoration of God’s elect to Eternal Life with an eternal body and the restoration of the Hebrew people as a nation, with a King sitting on the Throne of David, reigning over the Hebrew people and over all nations. And the Hebrew people will have the great blessing of being the nation that will be at the head of all the nations.
And what the Hebrew people have wanted will become a reality at the Last Day, in the seventh millennium, which is the time when all things will be restored; and when the prayer that Christ taught us will be fulfilled, where He said, part of it says: “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on Earth, as it is in Heaven.”28 That is how it will be in the glorious Kingdom of the Lord.
Because with the Coming of the Kingdom of God (“Thy Kingdom come”), God’s will can then be done here on Earth; all the nations shall live according to God’s will, in peace, in harmony, and with the knowledge of the glory of God, with the knowledge of the Second Coming of Christ, and with the knowledge of the Divine Program relevant to the seventh millennium and to everything He has carried out in past times.
Now we can see that this restoration is promised in the Scripture, and this restoration was reflected in the resurrection of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
And in order to obtain that resurrection at the Last Day, we must have first obtained a spiritual resurrection: having believed in Christ as our Savior, washed away our sins in the Blood of Christ, and received the Holy Spirit; for those people, there is the resurrection of the dead in Christ if their physical bodies have died, or there is the transformation of us who are alive, if we are alive when that moment comes.
And now, notice what the resurrection and transformation of God’s elect as individuals is, and what the resurrection or restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ as a mystical Body of believers is: it is the Coming and manifestation of Christ in His Church, Him uniting with Her, and Her uniting with Him, at this Last Day. And She will be restored to Her original position, like Adam and Eve before the fall in the garden of Eden; that is how we will be in the glorious Millennial Kingdom: as Adam and Eve were before the fall.
Now, it is very important to know that in order to be in the glorious Millennial Kingdom, and even to be in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and even to be changed and raptured, we must have—first—believed in Christ as our Savior, washed away our sins in the Blood of Christ, and received His Holy Spirit; and by doing that, we have spiritually gone through the stages that Jesus Christ went through two thousand years ago in His Coming. But then, everything will also then be materialized at the Last Day with the resurrection of the dead in Christ and transformation of us who are alive.
We are living at a very important time in which all these mysteries are being opened to God’s sons and daughters at this Last Day, to thus obtain the call to God’s elect, and to be called and gathered and prepared to be changed and raptured at this end time.
We have seen our resurrection in the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
All those who will be raised if they have departed in Christ, or us who are alive in Christ, after being born again: we have already gone through those stages spiritually; and we had gone through those stages when we were in Christ. Therefore, upon coming in these mortal bodies, we had to go through these stages too.
And we still need to go through the physical stage of being changed if we are alive, or being raised; if any of us depart, we will be being raised together with the dead in Christ who have already departed in past ages.
With the resurrection of Jesus Christ, by rising victorious and ascending to Heaven victorious, He sealed the triumph of God and of His children for all eternity. If He rose, then we will also rise; if He ascended to Heaven, then we will also ascend to Heaven; if He raised His body in a glorified form, then we will be changed and have a glorified body, and the dead in Christ will rise in a glorified body too.
What Jesus went through, we as individuals also go through, and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ goes through, and the Hebrew people also go through.
Without the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Savior, there was no hope for any human being; and without this resurrection of Christ, there was no hope for anyone; but Christ has risen from among the dead, Saint Paul says. Christ has risen from among the dead for our justification, and if He has risen from among the dead, then the blessing for all of us is great.
First Corinthians chapter 15, verse 12 and on, says:
“Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:
And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not
For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:
And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.
Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable,” (that is, if Christ didn’t rise).
“But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.
For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.” (…)
“But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.
Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.”
Here we can see that Christ has risen from among the dead; and therefore, all born-again believers in Christ who have departed will be raised in eternal bodies, and we who are alive—believers in Christ—will be changed; and thus, we will be with Christ, in His image and likeness, as kings and priests, to reign with Christ a thousand years and then for all eternity.
Now, we have seen that without the Sacrifice of Christ, everything is lost for the human race; and for every nation, people, tongue, or person, everything is lost without Christ.
A person is lost without Christ. And that person doesn’t have the right to Eternal Life.
The right to Eternal Life is restored when the person has received Christ as his Savior, and has washed away his sins in the Blood of Jesus Christ. That is why it is so important to receive Christ as our Savior, recognizing His First Coming and His Work of Redemption on Calvary’s Cross, His death, His burial, and His resurrection.
We have seen: “THE MYSTERY OF THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.”
It was on the eighth day, in other words, Sunday, which is also the first day of the week, and it was in the morning, which also speaks of the Last Day and the Age of the Cornerstone: for the resurrection of the dead in Christ and transformation of us who are alive, and the full restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ, and the restoration of the Kingdom of God on Earth among the Hebrew people; for the restoration of the Hebrew people as a nation, for the Kingdom of God to be established among the Hebrew people during the Millennium and for all eternity.
The resurrection of Christ is an event that has brought us great blessings from God: it has made possible the Coming of the Holy Spirit, and it has made possible the new birth of all of God’s sons and daughters in the age in which they have been given to live. That is how it is for us at this end time.
Without the resurrection of Christ, everything was lost, but He has risen for our justification.
And where are the last elect of God who would receive Christ as their Savior, wash away their sins in the Blood of Christ, and thus, would obtain the new birth—by receiving the Spirit of Christ—and would enter into the mystical Body of Christ and be put in the Holy of Holies of the spiritual Temple of Christ (the Age of the Cornerstone) at the Last Day, to receive the faith to be changed and raptured at this Last Day? Well, here we are, in Latin America and the Caribbean. We have a group of believers here in Puerto Rico; and in different countries, we also have God’s elect who would receive these blessings of God promised for this Last Day.
Christ has risen! And now Christ is among His Church, the resurrected Christ manifesting Himself from age to age; and now He is in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom. The resurrected Christ is in our age and in our dispensation.
And He said that He would send His Angels with a Great Sound of a Trumpet, and they would gather together His elect; and that is what is happening at this end time, in Latin America and the Caribbean, among the mystical Body of the Lord Jesus Christ.
It’s because they are being put in the mystical Body of Christ, in the Age of the Cornerstone: God’s elect of the Last Day, of the seventh millennium, the last elect who belong to the mystical Body of Christ. And when He finishes calling and gathering His elect, then He will leave the Throne of Intercession in Heaven.
Notice the great blessings that the resurrection of Christ has given all of us who live at this Last Day.
We have seen: “THE MYSTERY OF THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.” And He ascended to Heaven and sat at the right hand of God, making intercession for all those whose names have been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world.
It has been a great privilege to be with you, testifying to you about: “THE MYSTERY OF THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.”
Thank you very much for your kind attention, beloved brethren and friends present; and may the blessings of Jesus Christ, of the resurrected Christ, be upon each one of you and also upon me, and may all those blessings be materialized in each one of you and also in me. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen.
Let’s leave Rev. Miguel Bermúdez Marín again to conclude our participation on this occasion, and to thank God for His blessings; and then we will have a song that will be led by our Brother Félix, the worship director; and then we will be dismissed.
And then we will have a break, to come back at 3:00 in the afternoon and have the second service today, where we expect to see the things which must shortly come to pass; where we will also see in more detail things that have been happening after the resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ to Heaven; and we will also be seeing things that will happen later on; and things that are happening at this time in which we are living.
So, may God continue to bless you all, may God keep you. And I leave with us again: Rev. Miguel Bermúdez Marín, from Venezuela.
May God continue to bless you all.
