The New Year – Introduction

Good evening to all present and to all who are in different countries, ministers and congregations; and to Missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin there in Monterrey, gathered there on this occasion.

For this occasion let us read in Leviticus, chapter 23, verse 23 to 25, and it says the following way:

“And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord.”

For this occasion we will have the introduction for next Sunday’s Bible school topic, titled: “THE NEW YEAR,” since next Sunday is the New Year in the midst of Christianity, and consequently also for the gentiles. Not like that in the midst of the Jews, because in the midst of the Jews the New Year sometimes falls on October and sometimes it has fallen in September.

The Jewish New Year is biblical; it has a meaning that is materialized in its fulfillment, because the Jewish New Year has a double fulfillment.

The Jewish New Year is Rosh Hashaná, and it is the 1st of Tishrei of the Hebrew calendar. It is the time of the Feast of the Trumpets, of which the Bible says they are played, sounded, on the first day of the month of Tishrei. (Leviticus 23, verse 24 to 25).

All of that speaks to us about the day of the divine judgment, in which God will show who will live and who will die; nations and individuals who will live in the Kingdom of the Jewish Messiah, of the Son of David, who will restore the Kingdom of God on Earth. That restoration is called the Kingdom of David, restored in the midst of the Hebrew people, who will rule the entire world.

The day of the New Year for the Jews is very important: it speaks of the divine judgment, the day of the judgment of God, where God as Judge will judge each nation and each human being that lives on planet Earth. In Malachi, chapter 4, it points out that day, that time.

All of this from Malachi, chapter 4, verse 1 and on, will have fulfillment in the updated Day of the New Year, where it will be announced, and then later on will come, ‘the day of vengeance of our God’; in which God as Judge will avenge the death and the reproaches they have made to those who serve God. [Isaiah 61:2]

Malachi, chapter 4, verse 1 and on, says:

For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

That is what will take place in the time called ‘the great tribulation,’ which will last three and a half years, which is the exact time left for the Hebrew people, of God dealing with them, for the seventy weeks of Daniel to be fulfilled; because only sixty-nine and a half weeks of the prophecy of Daniel, chapter 9, have been fulfilled.

Half of the seventieth week was fulfilled in the ministry of Christ, and it was detained when Jesus Christ was crucified on Calvary’s Cross; and then began, the Day of Pentecost, for God to deal with the gentiles in the formation or construction of the Church of Lord Jesus Christ under a New Covenant, which is mentioned in the Scriptures.

Christianity is under the New Covenant; and that New Covenant began to be fulfilled from the Day of Pentecost and on. [Acts 32]

Therefore, when the time of God dealing with the gentiles under the New Covenant is completed…, which covers the appointed time of Pentecost, the Feast of Pentecost, which began on the Day of Pentecost when God shed of His Spirit there upon those who were gathered in the upper room; the Feast of Pentecost will last in its materialization, in its fulfillment, until the very last chosen of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is completed; then the Feast of the Trumpets will come, which is the fifth feast of the Jewish feasts given by God to be kept, commemorated.

The Feast of Pentecost has been for the gentiles and for all those who believe in Jesus Christ as only and sufficient Savior, under the New Covenant or a New Covenant.

And now, the end of the updated Feast of Pentecost is near, to give way, make way, for the Feast of the Trumpets, the fifth feast, in which the trumpets are sounded the first day, the first day of the seventh month, the month of Tishrei; month in which the last three feasts will be fulfilled: the Feast of the Trumpets, which is the first one, to which the people are called to and prepared to reach the divine mercy on the day of atonement, which is carried out in the same month of Tishrei, the tenth day of that month; and then, later on, the Feast of the Tabernacles, of the Cabins, for seven days.

That seventh month is very important; it has three commemorative feasts. The seventh of the seven feasts, the Feast of the Cabins, of the Tabernacles, commemorates the forty years Israel was living in cabins, in tabernacles, through the desert; and God Himself dwelled in the tabernacle, in the most holy place, upon the mercy seat, where there were two golden cherubim that kept the covenant of the Law contained in the two stones, which were inside the ark of the covenant.

And the updated Feast of the Cabins, or of the Tabernacles, represents the Kingdom of the Son of David, heir to the Throne of David, who will reign upon Israel and upon all nations for one thousand years, by restoring the Kingdom and Throne of David on Earth.

In other words, the Jewish New Year is very important, and it has such a great meaning that it is a matter of life and death for each human being that lives on this planet Earth. It is the time for the divine judgment, it is the time in which the mercy has been over, the number of the chosen of God in the Mystical Body of Christ of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has been completed; and He will also call the Jews, the chosen of the Hebrew people, under the Feast of the Trumpets, which is the feast in which God will be as Judge of the entire Earth, Judge of all nations. Therefore, it is the time for and of divine judgment.

The judgment of the great tribulation falling upon the human race will last three and a half years, with which the prophecy of the seventy weeks of Daniel will be fulfilled, with the Hebrew people, with the Jews.

During the great tribulation, the chosen of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; because before the great tribulation begins, before God begins to deal with the Jews for three and a half years, to bring the divine judgment upon the Earth, upon the nations and upon the individuals that have lived on this Earth or will be living on this Earth…; since the chosen of the Mystical Body of Christ will be in Heaven, in the dimension of God, in the seventh dimension, they do not have to worry about the divine judgment that will come upon Earth; in the sense that it will not fall upon the chosen of the Mystical Body of the Lord; but they do must worry about having their lives fixed with God, in having everything fixed, because there is a time for preparation, as there was there in Egypt in order to get out of bondage and go towards the Promised Land.

There will be a time in which every person that lives on this Earth will be getting prepared. The believers in Christ will be preparing themselves to be changed and taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, as Elijah was taken, in chariots of fire, which are flying saucers, as they are called nowadays.

They have tried to discover what flying saucers are, but in the Bible we find that it is to the knowledge of the Hebrew people that flying saucers or chariots of fire (as they were called in past times) they saw them.

Moses on Mount Sinai was full of angels of God. [Acts 7:53]

The prophet Elijah left in a chariot of fire. [2 Kings 2:11]

The house in which Elisha lived, then, when the enemies army surrounded the house to take Elisha captive or take him as the advisor to the king of another enemy nation of Israel, Gehazi tells Elisha: “Master, master, the enemy armies surround us.” Elisha tells him to be still because there were more with Elisha than those who were against him.

Then Gehazi – minutes later, returns to Elisha and tells him: “Master, master,” and tells him that the enemies – the enemies army, was surrounding his house. Elisha tells him: “There are more with us than those who are against us. Lord, open his eyes so he may see.” [Second of Kings 6:15-17]

And when his eyes were opened to see the dimension of the angels ⏤which is the sixth dimension⏤, he saw that all around the house of Elisha was filled with chariots of fire; angels in chariots of fire taking care of their prophet Elisha, the prophet that came after Elijah the Tishbite with a double portion of the Spirit that was in Elijah the Tishbite.

That was the petition Elisha made to Elijah; because Elijah told him: “Ask what you want, and it shall be granted.” Elisha tells him: “Let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me.” [Second of Kings 2:9] He did not ask for money, he did not ask for fame; he asked for a double portion of the ministry of Elijah; and it is type and figure of the last prophet who is promised to be sent as the fifth Elijah.

The fifth Elijah will have a double portion of the ministry that was in Elijah the Tishbite. That is the ministry of the Holy Spirit operating the ministry of Elijah the Tishbite, as it operated the ministry in Moses and in other prophets; because the one who operates ministries of prophets is the Angel of the Covenant, the Holy Spirit; and He is the One that has been in the prophets operating those ministries of prophets, where the two consciences (the conscious and the subconscious) are together in those men of God called prophets, throughout the entire Bible and all the trajectory of those prophets.

Elisha did have the two consciences together, that is why he could see his house surrounded of heavenly armies; but Gehazi his servant did not, he did not have the two consciences together, and God had to open the vision to him in order for him to see the heavenly dimension.

The prophets do not make themselves prophets; they are born prophets, they are born with the two consciences together: conscious and subconscious together.

That is why Elisha, as well as Elijah, could see in another dimension and other dimensions while being awake. As they say: “A prophet is one that can see where others cannot.” That is not a saying of mine, but I am quoting it; another has said it (I read about that saying, but I do not have the name of who said it. I will tell you who said that on another occasion).

For this end time, the Two Olive Trees, which are the ministries of Moses and Elijah, will be on Earth. Elijah will be sounding the Trumpet of the Feast of the Trumpets to gather Israel.

The ministry of Elijah and Moses are the ministries for the Jews for this end time. The ministry of Elijah will take them to the Messiah, the Son of David, the King of Israel who will sit on the Throne of David and will reign with the restored Kingdom of David, which is the Kingdom of God on Earth upon Israel and upon all nations.

The Jewish New Year is very important; it has a prophetic meaning, as well as all the other feasts of Israel, such as these feasts of Israel ordered by God to be remembered, commemorated; so is Rosh Hashaná, the 1st of Tishrei, which is the Jewish New Year.

Therefore, Israel will be awakened; they will have a spiritual awakening in this end time under sound of the Feast of the Trumpets for Israel. It is what will wake up and gather Israel to be prepared and avoid being condemned in the judgment that will come for all humanity.

It has been spoken very much about the divine judgment, Judgment Day, but this is the time in which all of humanity will face the Feast of the Trumpets, for all those who are opposed to the Lord to hear and to be judged.

It is a time for preparation; because then comes the sixth feast, which is the Feast of Atonement, for the Hebrew people; and then the seventh feast, which is the Feast of the Cabins, which corresponds to the Millennial Kingdom of the Son of David, of the King of Israel, which will sit on the Throne of David and will reign for one thousand years upon Israel and upon every nation with a Kingdom of peace, of love, of justice and prosperity, especially spiritual; it will be a Kingdom in which humanity will be full of the knowledge of the glory of the God of Israel.

We have had the introduction to the topic “THE NEW YEAR,” which is the topic for next Sunday’s Bible school, God willing.

It has been a great blessing and privilege for me to be with you on this occasion, in this introduction to the topic “THE NEW YEAR.” Since next Sunday is the New Year for the gentiles, we will be seeing the gentile New Year and the Jewish New Year.
