Tenth Ministers’ Seminar
“The Ripened Wheat”
Good afternoon to everyone present here in this Tenth Seminar of Laborers in the Ministry: “The Ripened Wheat,” (titled “The Ripened Wheat.”) That is what this Seminar is called.
And this subject we have here, “THE RIPENED WHEAT,” is a subject pertaining to this end time; because at this time is when the wheat would come to maturity and be harvested.
Christ said in Saint John chapter 12, verse 24: “Except a corn of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it abides alone.”
Christ is the Original Seed. And notice, in the Original Seed is where we find the Life of the wheat; and in Christ, the Seed, the Original Seed, is where we find the Spirit of God; in Jesus is where we find the Spirit of God. And that Life of God is the One that would be manifested, reproducing Itself in the form of a Wheat Plant; and as this Wheat Plant, called the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, was growing, notice, that Wheat Plant is formed by human beings. That is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ from age to age.
It is Christ, the Life that was in Jesus, now manifested in the Wheat Plant, meaning, in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, made up of human beings; and the Life of Christ goes through that Wheat Plant from stage to stage.
And as It goes from stage to stage, we find that the elect of each stage appear, who become part of that Wheat Plant, whom the Life of Christ, the Spirit of Christ, goes through; and therefore, the people whom the Spirit of Christ went through in each one of those ages were the wheat grains, they were the wheat potentially. I say “potentially” because they were not in the form of wheat yet, but rather, in the form of the plant, the stalk, and so on.
But for the Last Day, we have the promise that the Wheat Plant will be at the top, the highest part, where It will have the wheat grains, which are God’s sons and daughters, who will mature, and who will reach perfection; they will come to be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
And notice, we have to understand what the maturing of the wheat as a mystical Body of Christ and as individuals is. As a mystical Body of Christ and as individuals, we have to understand the maturing of the wheat.
Now, notice, at the top of the mystical Body of Christ is where the wheat appears and where the wheat matures and reaches perfection, it reaches the image and likeness of Jesus Christ.
Now, notice, each person—as an individual—will reach perfection; and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, as a mystical Body of believers, reaches the perfect age, the Age of the Cornerstone, to reach perfection there; and that is where the Church becomes a mature Church, and that is where the Church is adopted to reign with Christ a thousand years and then for all eternity.
That is where the Church of Jesus Christ reaches perfection, and where the fullness of Christ will be manifested in the ministry pertaining to the Last Day, where Christ, the Head, will be manifested in all His fullness.
And it will be the first time that Christ will be manifested in all His fullness; and He will be manifesting the three great ministries promised for the Last Day, which are: the ministry of Moses for the second time, the ministry of Elijah for the fifth time, and the ministry of Jesus for the second time.
And under those three ministries, Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit will be manifesting Himself among His Church, in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom.
And there, we will have a perfect Church, with a perfect ministry; a ministry that will also reach perfection; in other words, a ministry that develops progressively until it is manifested in all its fullness.
And with the manifestation of that ministry in all its fullness, we find that the Church reaches total perfection, reaches total maturity, to rule a thousand years and then for all eternity with our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. And the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, notice, will be the One reigning with Christ for all eternity.
And notice where the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, as a mystical Body, reaches perfection: It has to reach the Age of the Cornerstone, which is the Age of Love Divine. And Love Divine is perfect, and the Age of the Cornerstone is a perfect age: the perfect age of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, where all the elect of God are called and gathered to mature there and reach total perfection.
Now, notice how at this end time, all of God’s elect are being called and gathered (where?) in the Age of the Cornerstone.
We are at the Harvest time, and that is why we are gathered in the Age of the Cornerstone: to mature and to reach perfection as individuals, to become in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ as individuals, and then be taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
Now we can see where we stand as individuals, and where we stand as a mystical Body of believers.
And notice, a gathering is being carried out, which is a harvest; and we are being put (where?) in the Age of the Cornerstone, to mature as individuals and reach perfection.
So, notice where each son or daughter of God of the mystical Body of Christ reaches his or her maturity: it’s in the Age of the Cornerstone, the Age of Love Divine, where (here) the Corn of Wheat that was sown into the ground will be reproduced into human beings, men and women, who will obtain perfection; and they will be in the image and likeness of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Now, notice how the Corn of Wheat that was sown into the ground—the Life that was in the Corn of Wheat has come; because Life is in the Corn of Wheat. And notice how that Life of that Corn of Wheat goes up: It goes up through the different stages, the different ages, up to this Last Day.
Let’s see… there’s a Scripture around here, let’s see if I can find it… (I briefly wrote down a few Scriptures here.) Let’s see if… Haggai 2:19 says:
“Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought forth: from this day will I bless you.”
Now, notice how God offers a blessing for His people.
In Joel, God also offers a blessing for His people, and notice what He says through the Prophet Joel… He tells us something very important here. Let’s look at chapter 2, verse 21 and on, it says:
“Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the Lord will do great things.
Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.” (The fig tree represents Israel.)
“Be glad then, ye children of Zion,” (this is for the Church), “and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.”
Rain is always the Teaching Rain of the Word of God. It says:
“And the floors shall be full of wheat.”
That is why, notice, we go to every place, and what happens? There is abundant wheat.
“And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.”
And the wine represents the stimulation by the revelation of God’s Word at the time in which one lives. And the oil represents the Holy Spirit, which is in God’s elect. It says:
“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.”
Notice what God speaks here for His Church and also for the Hebrew people.
Now we can see how the restoration of the Church is promised here, as well as the restoration of the Hebrew people.
And in the restoration of the Bride Tree, which is the fourth stage, Miguel? The Word.
By the Word, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ obtains Her total restoration, for each son and daughter of God to be restored to everything Adam and Eve lost in the fall; to be restored to Eternal Life, with an eternal body, as God has promised.
Now we can see how at this end time we are working in this gathering: gathering all the people whose names have been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, who are mentioned in Revelation and also in Saint Matthew chapter 24, verse 31, where God’s elect from among the Gentiles and also from among the Hebrew people appear. Because it is applied to God’s elect from among the Gentiles, and also to the elect of the Hebrew people, who will be called and gathered with a Great Voice of Trumpet, under the ministry of the Angels sent by the Son of man.
Now we can see this gathering of God’s elect at this Last Day.
And this is a harvest, a gathering, just like in the time of Jesus, when Jesus tells His disciples that He has sent them to reap, in other words, to harvest, what they had not sown… This is the passage we have here. [John] chapter 4, verse 34 and on, says:
“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.
And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.
I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.”
Now, notice how the disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ entered into the labors of the messengers that God sent in the Old Testament; and they entered to harvest the people who were in the Dispensation of Law, and they put them in the Dispensation of Grace. That is a harvest at the end of a dispensation.
A harvest is carried out… Notice what a harvest is for the Church as a mystical Body of believers, for an individual—for a person as an individual, and for a dispensation.
Notice what a harvest for a dispensation is like: at the end of a dispensation is when people are gathered and put in a new dispensation. That is what it means to put them in a safe place; because a new dispensation has already begun.
And that is why Christ tells them that they have been sent to harvest; and yet, they had not reached the end of time, which we are [living] in, but they had reached the end of the Dispensation of Law.
Whenever the end of a dispensation is reached, there is a harvest, the fruit is gathered, and it is put in a new dispensation.
And all of you have been sent to harvest what Saint Paul and the other messengers sowed, watered, and prepared, and now it has been given unto us to gather the fruit of the Dispensation of Grace; to gather it and put it in the Dispensation of the Kingdom, to put it in the Age of the Cornerstone.
And notice the great privilege we have been given; it is a privilege parallel to the privilege of the disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And now, notice, we can also speak of the harvest of an age: in an age, a harvest takes place, notice, and the fruit of that age is gathered.
Although the Church as a mystical Body of Christ is still going through the stage of the stalk, the leaves, or all these things, yet a Work is carried out that is parallel to what the harvest at the end of that dispensation will be.
And now, notice, the harvest of the wheat, God’s sons and daughters… the harvest and the maturity of the wheat, the ripened wheat, notice: that is as an age, as a dispensation, as a mystical body of believers, and as individuals.
Everything has its exact moment.
And notice, since we are in the Age of the Harvest, which is the Age of the Cornerstone, and the Dispensation of the Kingdom has opened up, where all those who are harvested are placed: everything that moves is connected to that harvest; and therefore, what has not matured, has to mature. And there is nothing else to ripen the wheat.
How does the wheat ripen or mature? It has to be with the sun. And with the sun of which time? [Bro. Miguel: “With the reaping sun, the harvest sun.”—Ed] And that is the sun of which season? Of winter? Of summer.
See? It’s not the winter sun, because the winter sun doesn’t burn as much, or give as much light as the summer sun.
And when Christ spoke to us about the signs of the end of the world, notice what He said to us in Saint Luke chapter 21, verse 27 and on, (so that we can see this here); it says:
“And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh,” (meaning, our transformation, for us who are alive, and the resurrection for the dead in Christ).
“And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
When they now shoot forth…”
See? The fig tree is the Hebrew people, Israel, and the other trees are the other nations.
“When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.”
And we have been seeing these signs for years.
In 1963, we saw the eight angels that appeared there, which were captured in a photograph. That sign was seen in the sky, that sign of the Son of man was seen in heaven. The Angel who was very different from the rest was there, who had the Seventh Seal. It says:
“So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.”
What is the coming of summer? The coming of the Kingdom of God. And with the coming of the Kingdom of God, which is the coming of summer, the wheat ripens or matures.
What ripens the wheat is the Coming of the summer Sun, the Coming of the Son of man with His Angels, with that Light.
That is why when Christ spoke about the Coming of the Son of man, on Mount Transfiguration His face shone as the sun, showing the Coming of the Kingdom of God there, the coming of summer, the coming of the Son of man, the Coming of the Sun that would be ripening the wheat at the Last Day.
Notice how the Sun, in the Age of the Cornerstone, which is the Age in which a new Dispensation opens up, a new dispensational Day opens up… and if a new dispensational Day opens up, the Sun has to rise; “and unto those who fear My Name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise, with healing in His wings.” And what will He do? Well, He will ripen the wheat.1
Now, notice, during the seven stages or ages of the Gentile Church, the wheat couldn’t ripen or mature, because it was nighttime, and at night the sun isn’t shining to ripen the wheat.
In the Coming of the Son of man in His Kingdom is when the Sun shines on a new dispensational Day, to ripen the wheat (where?) in the Age of the Cornerstone; and thus, for us to reach the transformation of our bodies and be in the image and likeness of the Lord Jesus Christ as individuals.
And in the Age of the Cornerstone is also where the Church reaches Her perfection, and becomes just like our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, having the Spirit of Christ in Her, the Spirit of Christ manifested, and ripening the Church as a mystical Body of believers; until She reaches a stage in which all the members of the mystical Body of Christ also reach maturity, and we are changed; and thus we will have the glorious manifestation of God’s sons and daughters.
And a Church with perfect people is what? A perfect Church.
And now, we are working in the Work of Christ, searching for those people, and putting them (what?) before the Sun of Righteousness, before the Coming of the Son of man, so that with His Light, with His Message, with His revelation, He may ripen us. Because the only thing that ripens the fruit, the wheat, is the summer Sun, in other words, the Light of Christ in His Coming with His Angels at this Last Day. There is nothing else promised to ripen the wheat at this end time.
That is why there is nothing else that can give the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ a spiritual awakening at this end time but the revelation contained in the Seven Thunders of Revelation, which is the revelation of the Seventh Seal, the revelation of the Second Coming of Christ, the revelation of the Angel who was very different from the rest, who has the Seventh Seal, who has the Second Coming of Christ. That revelation is what ripens us, through that revelation.
And everything that revolves around the revelation of the Second Coming of Christ, of the Coming of the Angel who was very different from the rest, coming to His Church at the Last Day… just as He came to each age, to the Church of Jesus Christ in each age, partially manifested in each messenger, in the portion pertaining to each age; likewise, at the Last Day, He will be manifested in His Angel-Messenger of the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom; and through Him, the wheat will be shining and maturing.
But it will be Christ; not the Angel of Jesus Christ, but Jesus Christ through His Angel-Messenger. The glory always belongs and will belong to our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
“THE RIPENED WHEAT.”
Notice how the wheat comes to maturity. And notice how we have to understand what the ripening of the wheat is as individuals, as a mystical Body of Christ, and as a dispensation too.
In other words, we have to see all of these angles in order to understand these things pertaining to this end time, where the Corn of Wheat that was sown into the ground, the Son of man, Jesus Christ will be—at the Last Day, He will be reproduced into millions of human beings who will be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. Why do I say millions? Because I’m counting the elect of past ages.
Now, hopefully there are millions, not including the elect of past ages as well. We don’t know, but let’s wait, because there won’t be one more nor one less than those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
So, there won’t be more than those who are written for this age in the Lamb’s Book of Life; nor for those who are written in each one of these ages, it won’t be more than the number that God wrote in Heaven, and it won’t be more than the number that God wrote for this Age either, but it won’t be less than what He wrote either.
So, just as God gave the measurements and He gave all the things to build the temple of Moses and the temple of Solomon, and also to build the ark; by giving all those measurements, all of God’s elect are there. If He gave measurements back then, quantities, how much more so for His mystical Body of believers!
He has the quantities for each age. And we desire for there to be millions in our age, but we don’t know; but, let’s wait.
Let’s work, let’s continue working; because when we have the very last elect in our age, and we will mature, we will leave this place; we will all be changed and we will leave this place. And we will go with great substance or riches: we will go with a new body; and with that new body, we have everything there. We have everything there because we will be in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
So, beloved friends and brethren present… I call you “friends” because you are my friends, because I am telling you all the things Christ has told me. And I have called you “my brethren” because you are my brethren; we are children of God through the Second Adam, through our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
And you are my true Family. God’s sons and daughters, God’s descendants through Jesus Christ are my true Family. And that is the heavenly Family, and it’s for all eternity.
That is why it doesn’t matter that sometimes we have problems with our earthly family. Don’t worry, we have a heavenly Family.
When Christ was told:
—“Look, they are searching for You outside.”
—“Well, who is it?”
—“It’s Your mother and Your brethren, who are looking for You.”
—“And who is My mother and who are My brethren but,” (what did Jesus tell them?), “those who do the will of My Heavenly Father? That is My mother and those are my brethren.”2
And thank God that Mary also did the will of God.
And there was a time when the brothers of Jesus did not believe, but later they came to believe, and later they became very important people in the Church of Jesus Christ. Who was it? Was it James (or Jacob)? [Bro. Miguel: “James or Jacob was one of the pillars of the Church.”—Ed.] One of the pillars; and he was part of the earthly family; and he was also part of the heavenly Family.
And it is a great blessing when our earthly family is also part of the heavenly Family; that is why we pray for them, so that God has mercy on them.
There are—in many families, their family members are also part of God’s elect; and if they are not part of God’s elect, well, one prays for them too, so that even if they are not part of that elected group of God, that they be part of the other group, which on Judgment Day will come forth with Eternal Life.
That is why we also give them the opportunity to do something in the Work of God; and we give them booklets, and so on; and we put them to work in that Work. Because if a cup of cold water does not lose its reward, how much more so everything they can do in the Work of God!
We give them this thing to do, or that thing to help us with; but they don’t know that what we are giving them is a blessing to be accredited to them; so that when God judges them, something that they have done appears in their favor.
So, notice, we have to understand these things too so that we can help our family members and other people, and thus, so that they come into Eternal Life, even if it’s after the Millennium. Because we are interested in the Kingdom of God being filled with human beings.
In other words, we don’t think in a stingy way, saying: “Well, since he’s not my family member, or he’s not… or this or that, well, I won’t, I don’t care if he is—whether or not he is saved.” Jesus Christ does care that all come to repentance and are saved.
Now, those who are not written in the section of the Book of Life nor the Life of the Lamb nor in the other section, one can’t do anything there anymore; but those who are written, well, we strive to prevent them from being blotted out; and that is why we take the Message to all human beings; and the doors are open to all human beings.
Well, it has been a pleasure and a great blessing to be with you on this occasion, sharing this subject with you around the Word of God: “THE RIPENED WHEAT.”
We have seen the mystery of the wheat, and we have seen these different stages that the wheat goes through.
So, may God continue to bless you all, may God keep you; and I will leave Rev. Miguel Bermúdez Marín with us again.
