Good evening beloved friends and brethren present, and those in different places, ministers and their congregations in different countries; and to missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin wherever he may be, taking the Word of the Lord.
May the blessings of Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, be upon all of you and upon myself, and may He open the Scriptures to us and open our understanding to comprehend the Word corresponding to this end time. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
For this occasion, we have the introduction to the subject of the Bible School of next Sunday, October 16; for today, we will have a brief introduction to that subject. The subject is: “THE SWORD IN THE HAND AND MOUTH OF THE SON OF MAN.”
For which, we read in Revelation, chapter 1, verses 10 and on, where it says:
“I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;
And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”
May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to understand it.
Our subject for this introduction to next Sunday’s Bible study is: “THE SWORD IN THE HAND AND MOUTH OF THE SON OF MAN.”
The Sword which He appears with in Revelation 19, verse 15, the white Horse Rider of Revelation 19, which is Christ in His Second Coming, in His Coming in the Last Day… Says:
“And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.”
The Sword is the Sword of the King of kings and Lord of lords.
And now, in Hebrews, chapter 4, verse 12, it tells us:
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
Such is the Word of God: like a sword; that is why when it is spoken about the Word, in some occasions it is represented as a sword.
In Ephesians, chapter 6, it also speaks to us about the Word of God as a sword, and…Chapter 6, verse 17, says, of Ephesians:
“And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:”
The Sword of the Spirit is the Word of God; in other words, the Sword of God is the Word. That is why in Revelation 19, the white Horse Rider comes with a sword proceeding out of His Mouth: it is the Word which proceeds out of His Mouth like a sword; and when it comes out (that is when it is spoken), and when it is spoken, it performs that which it is spoken for. It is the creative Word of God.
That Word of God has been in the messengers, in the prophets, and He has manifested Himself through them; that is why what they have spoken has been fulfilled.
Now, that Word is also Fire. And in Revelation, chapter 11, verse 3 and on, the Two Witnesses appear, which are the Two Olive Trees of Zechariah, chapter 4, verse 11 to 14; and Revelation, chapter 11, verse 3 and on.
These Witnesses are the ministries of Moses and Elijah being repeated in the end time; even in the days of Jesus, Moses and Elijah appeared on Mount Transfiguration; and we do not know how many times Moses and Elijah were with Jesus in His earthly ministry.
For the departure of Jesus to Jerusalem, where He would be offered as a living sacrifice for the sin of the human being, they were there – Moses and Elijah accompanied Him; that is why on Mount Transfiguration, in chapter 17 of Matthew, Moses and Elijah appear speaking with Jesus about His departure, about His departure to Jerusalem (chapter 17 of Matthew, verse 1 and on).
And in that vision, Jesus Christ was transfigured before Peter, James and John at the summit or apex of the mountain where Christ took His disciples Peter, James and John, to show them there the Order of His Second Coming, the Order of the Coming of the Son of Man for the end time. That is why He appeared with His face like the sun in that vision of Mount Transfiguration; His garments became white as light.
And now, we find that the Order of the Coming of the Son of Man in the Last Day is with the Two Olive Trees. The ministries of the Two Olive Trees, the ministries of Moses and Elijah will be manifested in this end time; that is why they appear in Zechariah, chapter 4, verse 11 to 14; and in Revelation, chapter 11, verses 3 and on. Let us see what it says here [Revelation 11; 3-5]:
“And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies…”
Here, the Word that proceeds out of their mouth is Fire, or like fire. In other places it says it is as a sword; it is the Word proceeding out of their mouth as a sword, as fire.
“And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies…”
Remember Elijah?… when the captains with the group of soldiers were looking for him to imprison him, and Elijah was on the mountain, Elijah commanded fire to descend from Heaven and burn them all. Therefore, Elijah already did that in his ministry, first ministry.
“And if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy.”
It is three and a half years of great tribulation; and heaven will be closed under the ministry of the Two Olive Trees. Elijah already did this on one occasion for three and a half years as well, in his first ministry: Elijah the Tishbite.
“…and have power over waters to turn them to blood,” (Moses did that in Egypt), And to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.”
Moses did that, as well as Elijah. Especially Moses with the ten plagues that were spoken through the Word of God back then, through Moses. In other words, it was God’s thought coming to the soul, to the heart of Moses, and Moses speaking it. Until Moses spoke it, it was not the Word yet; but once Moses spoke it, it became the creative Word of God, and it had to be fulfilled.
It was said before that God would deliver Israel with a strong hand (that is around Genesis, chapter 15); but now, when the time comes for the fulfillment of what was promised, the Spirit of God, the Angel of the Covenant, must speak it through a man; and that will be materialized, because it is the creative Word being spoken.
It was the two-edged Sword, the Word of God; it was Fire proceeding out of Moses’ mouth, the Word of God. The Fire and Sword proceeding out of his mouth is the same thing: it is the Word of God that is like fire and also like a literal sword.
And now, what does all of this have to do with us in this time? The Word of God as a sword, as fire, was partially and in the portion corresponding to each age of the Old Testament and the New Testament, of the Hebrew Church under the Law, in the Dispensation of Law and in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ under the Dispensation of Grace; the Word has partially existed in the portion corresponding to each age, in the messenger of each age, but then it became flesh in Jesus, the Word; the Word became flesh and dwelled in human form in the midst of the Hebrew people. That was the First Coming of the Messiah, of the Son of Man.
As the Son of Man, He is a prophet: the Prophet of prophets, out of whom the Word of God proceeded, the two-edged Sword; the Word, God’s Fire proceeded out of His Mouth.
And now, on one occasion, God commanded reverend William Branham to go to the West, to Arizona, to live in Tucson, Arizona for a period of time. And on one occasion, during those days, He sent him to go up a mountain (Sabino Canyon) and there, while he was praying with his hands lifted, a sword fell into his hands. There was no one around there, except himself. And he heard the Voice of the Angel who accompanied him, saying: “This is the Sword of the King.” In other words, not the sword of a king, but the Sword of the King; and the only King is God.
And after examining it well, and moving the sword and realizing it was real, it disappeared. The Sword of the King was placed in his hands during the time of his ministry, the Word of God for his time.
Now, we must know the trajectory of the King’s Sword, the trajectory of the Fire that proceeds out of the Mouth of Christ through the Two Anointed Ones. The Word for the human race proceeds from Genesis and on.
And now, in the trajectory of the Word of God, of the two-edged Sword, of the Fire that proceeds from the mouth of the Two Anointed Ones, let us see where that Sword was found in the time of reverend William Branham; for which God would speak through him everything He wanted to speak to His Church for the age to which God sent him; as well as the prophecies God wanted to give for future times, He also spoke many of these through reverend William Branham.
On page 373 of the Book “The Seven Seals,” in the last paragraph, he says… praying, says:
“Sanctify us to Thy Word. Grant it, Lord. Then, Lord, I pray that You’ll help me. I’m beginning to fade away, Lord. I know my days can’t be too many more, and I pray that You’ll help me, to let me be true, Lord, and honest and sincere, that I might be able to bear the Message as far as it’s ordained for me to bear. And when it comes to the time that I must lay down, when I get down to the River, and the waves begin to come in, Oh God, may I be able to hand this old Sword over to somebody else that’ll be honest with It, Lord, and will pack the Truth. Grant it, Lord.”
Here we can see the trajectory of the two-edged Sword, the Word of God, where that Sword was found. The Word of God for the time in which reverend William Branham lived, was where? In him. That is why when God used him through His Spirit, he spoke the Word and things would happen. It was the creative Word of God, the two-edged Sword; and that is Fire proceeding out of His Mouth too, the Fire of the Holy Spirit.
Now, it says here:
“… may I be able to hand this old Sword over to somebody else that’ll be honest with It, Lord, and will pack the Truth. Grant it, Lord.”
From the fourth Elijah and the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ, the Sword must pass on to another person. And in Revelation, chapter 11, we have seen that the Sword, which is the Fire of the Holy Spirit that proceeds from the mouth of the Two Anointed Ones, the Two Olive Trees, is in them indicated here in Revelation, chapter 11, verse 3 and on; and in Revelation, chapter 19, verse 11 and on.
We have seen where the two-edged Sword that proceeds out of the mouth of the Son of Man reaches in the end of time.
With what we have seen, we have enough to pray for the Bible study, the Bible School for next Sunday; because if God helps us, we will be able to see this mystery more clearly: the two-edged Sword. We will be able to see this entire mystery corresponding to this end time through the Fire that proceeds out of the mouth of the Two Anointed Ones.
The two-edged Sword is the Word of God, and the subject will be: “THE SWORD IN THE HAND AND MOUTH OF THE SON OF MAN.”
Through the Bible Study of next Sunday we will be able to see: THE SWORD IN THE HAND AND MOUTH OF A MAN, which is promised for the end time in the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels.
Therefore, wherever the promises are, the ministry of the Two Olive Trees, that is where the two-edged Sword will be, in the hand of a man, for the creative Word to be spoken, and for the things corresponding to this end time to be fulfilled, the blessings for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Hebrew people to be fulfilled.
Pray very much for next Sunday’s service, Bible study, so that God opens the Scriptures to us and opens our understanding in order to comprehend.
May God bless you and keep you all; and continue having a happy evening filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior. Until next Sunday, God willing.
I leave reverend Jose Benjamin Perez here with you, and in each country I leave the corresponding minister to continue the service in each country; and wherever missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin may be, I will leave him to continue with the service in the place where missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin is.
May God bless you and keep you all, and until next Sunday, God willing.
“THE SWORD IN THE HAND AND MOUTH OF THE SON OF MAN.”
