Good evening, kind friends present, viewers and listeners, here in La Paz, Bolivia. It is a great privilege for me to be with you and to address you, to have a brief talk around the Divine Word and let you know the mystery of Mount Transfiguration.
We shall be speaking under the subject: “THE UPDATED MOUNT TRANSFIGURATION”</strong>; the place where Jesus Christ went up and was transfigured, and His face shone like the sun.
Let’s read this beautiful biblical story of Jesus’ life, at this very important stage of Jesus’ life, where He was adopted. In chapter 17 of Matthew, verse 1 and on, it says:
“And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.
Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.
And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.
And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.”
This is a very important event in Jesus’ life, for it was the adoption of Jesus.
Our subject, as I told you, for this occasion is: “THE UPDATED MOUNT TRANSFIGURATION.”
Jesus Christ had His ministry here on Earth, a three and a half year ministry, which began when He was about 30 years old; let’s say, being about 29 and a half years old, He went where John was preaching and baptizing, and was baptized by John the Baptist1; He was with John the Baptist for a few days, attending his activities, then He went to the wilderness, where He was fasting for 40 days2; and then He began His ministry.
And John testified about Jesus, that Jesus was the One of whom he had said He would come after him; of one who would come after him, of whom John was not worthy to untie the latchet of his shoes, who would baptize them all with Holy Spirit and Fire3, that is, all who believe in Jesus.
The believers in Jesus would be the ones who would be baptized with Holy Spirit and Fire, because they would be the people who would wash away their sins in the Blood of Christ by receiving Christ as their Savior, and then they would receive the Holy Spirit; and thus they would obtain the new birth of which Christ spoke to Nicodemus in chapter 3 of John, verse 1 to 6.
Now, Jesus promised that He would send His Holy Spirit. And why would He come? To produce the new birth in all believers in our beloved Lord Jesus Christ, in order to enter the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of the Heavens, all believers in our beloved Lord Jesus Christ; because whoever does not believe in Jesus Christ as his Savior and washes his sins in the Blood of Christ and receives His Holy Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of the Heavens.
Now, did you see how simple everything is? To receive Christ as his Savior, wash his sins away in the Blood of Christ and receive His Holy Spirit; and thus he enters the Kingdom of the Heavens, and thus he obtains the new birth, and thus he obtains eternal life, and thus he obtains a theophanic body of the sixth dimension. And when the person dies physically, he continues living: he goes to Paradise to live in the theophanic body of the sixth dimension, a body similar to our body but from another dimension: from the sixth dimension.
And for the Last Day, Christ has promised that He will resurrect all the believers in Him who have departed, who have died physically, He will resurrect them; and He will resurrect them in an eternal, immortal, incorruptible and glorified body, like the body of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. And those of us who live, and believe in Christ as our Savior and have washed our sins in the Blood of Christ and have received His Spirit, the promise is that we will be changed; and then we will have a new body: an eternal, immortal, incorruptible and glorified body, like the body of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
That is the promise for the believers in our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, it does not matter that the believer then dies physically: he will be resurrected at the Last Day, which is the seventh millennium (for which there is only 1 year and 10 months and some days left).
Now, we do not know in which year of the seventh millennium will be the resurrection of the dead and the transformation of us who live; but it will be in the seventh millennium, in some year of the seventh millennium.
And now, the dead in Christ will be resurrected at the Last Day, and we who are alive will be transformed. And in order to be called, gathered, the elect of God be gathered, and receive the faith, the revelation, to be changed and raptured and taken to Heaven, to the House of our heavenly Father: God has promised to call them and gather them together with the Great Voice of Trumpet. That is why Jesus said:
“And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect…” (Matthew, chapter 24, verse 31).
And Saint Paul, speaking of this Last Trumpet or Great Voice of Trumpet, tells us that it is a mystery; he says4: “Behold, I say unto you a mystery: We shall not all die, but we shall all be changed.” In other words, that is a mystery: that transformation that we are going to receive at the Last Day to have an eternal body, and thus be restored to eternal life physically as well, be restored to eternal life from which Adam and Eve fell in the Garden of Eden.
And now, Saint Paul tells us that that is a mystery, and he says: “Behold, I say unto you a mystery: We shall not all sleep,” in other words, we will not all die. Those of past ages who believed in Christ have already died; but for the Last Day, when the dead in Christ resurrect, there will still be a group of believers in Jesus Christ living here on Earth, and those are the ones that have the promise of the transformation.
They are people who are believers in Jesus Christ, who have washed their sins in the Blood of Christ and have received the Spirit of Christ (in other words, the Holy Spirit), and therefore they are born again; for all who are born again and died, will be resurrected; and all who live and are born again (believers in Christ, who are born again), if they remain alive until the resurrection occurs, we will be changed; and we will go with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. And then we will see Him in His glorified body, because we will also have a glorified body, like the glorified body of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
Now, for Christ to die and then resurrect and have a glorified body, He had to be adopted; and this adoption took place on Mount Transfiguration.
And there, in that vision, it was shown, the Second Coming of Christ was shown in those events; there the Kingdom of God coming with power and glory is being shown, and the Son of Man coming in His Kingdom; and also the coming of the Two Olive Trees, the coming of Moses and Elijah is being shown there, with the presence of Moses and Elijah on Mount Transfiguration.
Now, Jesus was transfigured before them and His face shone like the sun. The sun is the king star and Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords. Therefore, the Second Coming of Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords is represented there. And the ministries of Moses and Elijah to come in the Last Day are also represented, which are the ministries of the Two Olive Trees of Revelation, chapter 11, verse 3 and on, and Zechariah, chapter 4.
Now, a mount represents a kingdom; and Mount Transfiguration there, where Jesus Christ was adopted…; and therefore every child of God who will be adopted will be – will belong and will be on the updated Mount Transfiguration.
Now, what does that mount represent? That mount represents a kingdom, because mounts represent kingdoms. And that Mount Transfiguration represents the Kingdom of God, it represents the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And all the sons and daughters of God that will be adopted, those whom departed, belong to that Kingdom; but they were ascending from age to age on that Mount; but the adoption did not take place in past times, where they, each one, ascended to the stage, to the age relevant to which they lived; and therefore they had to leave: die physically.
But they will be resurrected at the Last Day, when we are living in the stage of the summit of the Mount of God, of Mount Zion, of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is the Age of the Cornerstone; where the elect of God who live and remain alive until the dead in Christ resurrect, we will be transformed; and thus we will all be adopted, in the manifestation of the sons and daughters of God in eternal bodies.
And that adoption will place us all equal to Jesus Christ, with eternal bodies and eternal theophanic spirits too, and therefore with eternal life; in other words, we will pass from persons with mortal bodies to persons with immortal bodies.
That is why it is so important to be on THE UPDATED MOUNT TRANSFIGURATION, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in this end time, in the stage of the summit of the updated Mount Transfiguration, which is the Age of the Cornerstone, which is being fulfilled in Latin America and the Caribbean.
And in order to be adopted, notice, we have to follow the divine order:
Jesus had to have a ministry before being adopted; and after He had a ministry of about three years, then He was adopted on Mount Transfiguration; and then, from there onwards, He only had about six months, approximately, on Earth, to carry out everything pertaining to the Work of God through a ministry already adopted.
And that is where the most important part of His ministry took place: it was the triumphal entry into Jerusalem5 and also His death on Calvary’s Cross, where He —having taken our sins— became mortal. That is why in Gethsemane He was in agony praying to God and sweating drops of blood, and said: “Let it be done not as my will, but as Your will, according to Your will,” praying to the Father6; because there was no other way to redeem the human being; and He became mortal by taking our sins7.
He, being immortal, could not die. He said: “No one takes my life away from me; I lay it down of myself to take it again.8” And to lay down His life: to become mortal and be able to die, He had to have sin; for the wages of sin is death9; and if there is no sin, there is no death: there is eternal life.
Therefore, Jesus could not die; but when He took all our sins, He had more sins than any person, because He took not only one person’s sins, but all people’s sins; and, therefore, death had to come upon Him, the divine judgment had to come upon Jesus. And there on Calvary’s Cross, He died, bearing our sins, taking away our sins, thus paying the price of redemption, to restore us to eternal life.
Already spiritually, by receiving Christ as our Savior, washing our sins in the Blood of Christ and receiving His Holy Spirit, we have already been restored spiritually to eternal life. And now we only need to be physically restored to eternal life; we only need a physical body with eternal life, which He will give us in this end time. And that comes with the adoption, which is the redemption of the body, in other words, the transformation of our bodies. And from there on we will no longer die, because we will be as immortals, with immortal bodies like our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
And then we will leave Earth (after we are here, with that new body, 30 to 40 days), then we will go to Heaven, to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, which is prepared for all the elect of God, for all the members of the Church of Jesus Christ, all those who have washed their sins in the Blood of the Lamb and have received His Holy Spirit.
Those are also the wise virgins10, with oil in their lamps, in other words, with the Holy Spirit; therefore, they are the people who have believed in Christ, have washed their sins in the Blood of Christ and have received His Holy Spirit.
Now, where have those people been placed? They have been placed in heavenly places in Christ Jesus11, with eternal life, and have been born in the Kingdom of the Heavens, and thus they have been born in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. No one joins the Church of Jesus Christ, but people are born in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ through the new birth.
And now, we have seen what is THE UPDATED MOUNT OF TRANSFIGURATION: it is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And to climb that Mount, we climb it believing in Christ as our Savior, washing our sins in the Blood of Christ and receiving His Holy Spirit; and thus we ascend to the Church of Jesus Christ, that Mount of God, at the age that pertains to us in this end time: the Age of the Cornerstone, which is the age for the adoption of all the sons and daughters of God.
It is there, in THE UPDATED MOUNT TRANSFIGURATION, that the adoption of all the sons and daughters of God, of all the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will take place; it is there where our adoption will take place.
That is why one must be there, in the updated Mount Transfiguration, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; just as Jesus Christ had to climb to Mount Transfiguration to be adopted, He had to be on that mount at the right time, in order to be adopted; which, for the Church is type and figure of the adoption that the Church will receive at the Last Day. The same through which Jesus went, His Church goes through and every believer in Jesus Christ as an individual goes through.
So the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will be in its final stage: the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone, the stage of adoption; and all believers in Christ, members of the Church of Jesus Christ, as individuals will be in the Church of Jesus Christ in the Age of Adoption, which is the Age of the Cornerstone, to be adopted in the Last Day, which is the seventh millennium (which will begin in 1 year, 10 months and some days).
Now, we do not know what year of the Last Day, of the seventh millennium, it will be; but we know that it will be in the seventh millennium, which is the Last Day before God; because “one day before the Lord is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day,” says Saint Peter in Second Peter, chapter 3, verse 8, and the prophet Moses in Psalm 90 and verse 4. One day before the Lord, for is a thousand years for human beings; it is a millennial day.
The last days are the fifth, sixth and seventh millennium. Therefore, when Jesus was 4 to 7 years old, the last days began, because the fifth millennium began.
And God would pour out His Holy Spirit upon all flesh12, in other words, upon every person who would believe in Jesus Christ as his Savior and would wash away his sins in the Blood of Christ. He would pour out of His Spirit upon those people, and He said it would be for the last days13; in other words, for the fifth millennium, sixth millennium and seventh millennium, because those are the last days before God.
Since the days of the apostles, since the Day of Pentecost until now, He has been pouring out His Holy Spirit upon all flesh that has repented and washed away their sins in the Blood of Jesus Christ; and those people have been placed on the updated Mount Transfiguration, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. That is the Mount of God, that is the heavenly Mount Zion and that is the heavenly Jerusalem.
And now, we can see where the sons and daughters of God will be, that in this end time will be adopted, will be transformed, and will become in the image and likeness of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. And we can see where the people who would die but would be believers in Christ and would have the Holy Spirit would be in their time. They would be where? On the updated Mount Zion, which is Mount Transfiguration, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. That is the Kingdom of the Heavens, that is Mount Transfiguration, that is Mount Zion, and that is also the heavenly Jerusalem.
Now we can see THE UPDATED MOUNT TRANSFIGURATION.
That is where the Second Coming of Christ will also be fulfilled, according to His promise. And just as the heavenly Father came upon Mount Transfiguration, and testified about Jesus, and said: “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye Him.14”
And that is the same testimony that Jesus Christ will be giving about His children, and He will be identifying those children who will be adopted in this end time. And therefore, the Voice of Jesus Christ, where will it be? In all these sons and daughters of God who will be adopted in this end time.
They will have God’s Final Message for this race, which is the Message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which revolves around the Second Coming of Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, as King of kings and Lord of lords in His Reclaiming Work. And they will also have the Sent One of Jesus Christ for the Last Day.
Any person may ask himself: “Will Jesus send someone at the Last Day to His Church?” Of course! Let the Lord Jesus Christ Himself say it in His Word: Revelation, chapter 22, verse 16, there Jesus says:
“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.”
Who is the Sent One of Jesus Christ to His Church? The Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The same one that gave John the apocalyptic revelation is the same one that He sends to His Church to testify of all these things that must happen soon.
In Revelation, chapter 22, verse 6, it also says, regarding this Angel:
“And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to…”
What for? What did He send him for?
“…sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.”
No person will fully know the things that must come to pass in this end time, except those who will be receiving the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ, who comes in this end time making known all these things that must shortly come to pass; to thus obtain the knowledge of all these divine mysteries, and to obtain the knowledge of the Second Coming of Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, King of kings and Lord of lords in His Reclaiming Work, and thus to receive the faith to be changed and raptured (in other words, caught away to Heaven), and to be taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
And who will be the ones who will be receiving it? They will be none other than the members of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in this end time; because he is sent to the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ to testify of all these things that must happen soon; so that all the elect of God may be called and gathered together, and prepared to be transformed in this end time; so that they may be adopted in the adoption of the sons and daughters of God, and be restored to eternal life, and to all that Adam and Eve lost in the fall; and thus return to eternal life and be physically immortal people as well.
God has promised that we will be transformed; and then we will not die, because we will already have an eternal and glorified body; and then death will be swallowed up in and with victory15, the victory that Jesus Christ will give us. It is the victory of Christ which will work, which we will obtain with Him, and thus we will obtain the victory even against death; and this will be by obtaining our transformation, and the dead in Christ obtaining the resurrection in eternal bodies.
We have seen this mystery of “THE UPDATED MOUNT TRANSFIGURATION.”
Mount Transfiguration there, represents the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, where all those who are to be adopted will be at the Last Day, those who are to be transformed, transfigured, like our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
And now, where are the people who are on the updated Mount Transfiguration? Here we are present tonight, awaiting our adoption: the transformation of our bodies, the redemption of the body; thus awaiting a new body: eternal, immortal, incorruptible and glorified, like the body of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ.
It has been a great privilege for me to be with you, testifying to you of “THE UPDATED MOUNT TRANSFIGURATION.” We have seen that this updated Mount Transfiguration is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
May the blessings of Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, be upon all of you, kind friends and brethren, viewers and listeners, and those present here.
Thank you very much for your kind attention and may you all have a good evening.
